I turned 40 in January and I’m a mother of two. The past 10 years I have tried several diets and discovered that fad diets don’t work. All I accomplished was messing up my metabolism and later gaining 20 extra pounds. I struggle with low blood sugar since my early 20’s and I have a daily 3 pm crash and need sugar or soda to get going again. I’m worried that if I don’t make a change and take off some weight and find a program that works that I will become diabetic. I live in a high elevation winter paradise and seem to put on weight every winter. I fear that I will put on some winter weight without a program to follow. Your 1,000 calorie challenge looks like a well designed program that covers all the basis to keep someone on track. I would be honored to be one of your success stories.
Because me & a group of my friends, we are always sharing information about how to lose those extra pounds of fat, and we are actually (and honestly) subscribed to you (Arnel & Joel), to Dr Kareem, to Rob Paulos, and a few other ppl of this industry, and to be honest, we are really a bit skeptical about if all this industry is true or if it’s just ppl trying to earn some money (again, i’m being just honest, because as you should know, everyone says that posses the “holy grial” of the training methods), so, if i get this FREE copy, you can actually shut our mouths off, and makes us believe =)

Jorge
My sad but true story goes a little something like this….
When I was in my teens and early twenties I was a workout and muscle building junkie, devouring every “golden nugget” of wisdom I could gain from the popular magazines.
After working my tail off for 10 years I somehow managed to build by genetically predisposed “scrawny genetic frame” from 165 pounds to 195 pounds of muscle which is pretty respectable for a natural weight trainer with a height of 6′-1″ with a small boned, long extremity frame (can you say hard gainer).
With my new found body, and self confidence in-hand, I eagerly enrolled in the ACE Personal Trainer certification course so I could spread the good news of fitness and health to my fellow man – and hopefully make a nice living doing so in the process.
I studied hard and passed the certification test with flying colors, but my dream was short-lived.
With a growing family and monetary worries mounting, I was never able to fulfill my dream of becoming a full time personal trainer and I soon became disillusioned with staying fit once “real life” thrust itself upon my psyche and the grind of parenthood became my reality – working on 100% commission just wasn’t an option with bills to pay and hungry mouths to feed.
Flash forward to today (I’m now 40 years old) and my dream of being a beacon of health and fitness is but a twinkle in my eye.
What I have come to discover, much to my dismay, is that 99% all of the advice I followed in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s was a crock of crap and the only way I ever got fit was through my own super human efforts.
When the scale at my house hit 210 pounds (of skinny fat), I realized that I need to follow a program from real fitness professionals that have my best interests in mind and can help me reach my goals and retake control of my life.
I need to live in the body I was meant to have all along, and to regain my faith in the fitness world I lost so many years ago.
Thank you and God Bless,
Steven Hamilton
Life is beautiful and I want to live this life to the fullest in abundance. And also the best things in life can be free. More than anything else, health is wealth. Being a mother of 3, I want to keep fit at any point of time in my life, because I owe it all to my children and my loved ones. I can be a great contribution to the others and make a difference to others only when I am in good shape and health. I believe that this program will make a difference to me not only now, but for the rest of my life. It is based on these believes that I feel that this program is a MUST for me.
The fat around my waist is very hard to remove. I want to try if your program really works.
I am going for a vacation this December and hope my family will see a different me. I am tired of admiring those good looking great-bodied people and I want to be one of them. This year, in January, I tried doing workouts from the program I bought in the internet but the fat around my waist doesn’t budge. I do not know if I miss on the workouts or on the diet. But it is very discouraging.
Please give me something I can tell others about…
I’ve really enjoyed what I have learned from the information you released so far and am eagerly waiting for more. I think the system you have designed will be very effective and I can’t wait to put it to use. I’ve been struggling for the last year and a half to 2 years with an extra 15 lbs I gained. Any progress I make seem to be short lived and I am now back where I started. (or maybe a little worse). I need your program to get rid of the extra pounds once and for all, and build the body I always dreamed of.
I am 58 and have always stayed in good shape and been very active in my life, but then I slacked off and gained weight and also had to have a hysterectomy and breast cancer surgery and treatments. This has made it even harder to battle my weight with the harmone changes to my body. After all that, I was motivated by my kids to start running. I ran a few 5k runs and felt better than I had in a long time. Now I have gone through a divorce and have been depressed to the point that I weigh more than I ever have in my life. This would give me the chance to get my ego and energy turned around and my health back. My daughter is trying to get her body healthy also, so she can have a baby. We could do this together. We both want to reclaim our lives!
THANKS, VICKIE
Joel, First and foremost I need to Thank you guys for creating a weight loss program that will, what I believe will revolutionize the weight loss industry. You guys have created a program that truly focuses on what most weight loss gimmicks, devices, and “magic pills” all neglect.
1. Back to Basics – 1+1=2 mentality
2. Motivation..the gradual change in intensity as weeks go by to reach the 1000 Kcal burn,
3. 3 day 1000 calorie Diet to create increase the calorie deficit.
By far the best, most easy to read program i’ve seen and I’ve tried plenty. I’m am a recently unemployed Computer Field engineer. The only reason I mention it is not because of financial need but one of the reasons I was let go was because I didn’t fit the company image.I’ve always know i was fat but to loose my job because of it is the last straw. No matter what I wore I can’t look professional enough I am 35 years old, 5’6 301 lbs. I wear a size 48 in pants. I’ve been a member of Bally’s for 10 years and tried enough weight loss program to look like a god, but the only god I truly resemble is Buddha. With my newly found time I have over 5 weeks available to really put your program to the test. I know if you guys would bless me with one of the free programs I will be able to prove, not only to myself but the world that your system works.
Ever since i was a kid i was trying to get into the best way to lose weight,I feel like i’m missing many things in my life because of my weight problem, lack of esteem and my unability to live my life to its fullest,i’ve tried your cheat your way thin program joel and it worked for me but i dropped out when i got into my senior year exams period and since then i wanted to have something to get me kick started,so i really trust you joel and i know your stuff works,i’ve been through lots and lots of diets and programs through the past years but now i’m feeling like this is it,this what would transform my life to the one i dreamed of all this years,im up to the challange and i wont look back!

Hello and bula from Fiji,
i am 39 years old and am overweight (BMI 39%) even though i have been trying to get the weight off for the last 8 months now with a mixture of weights(supersets), cicuits and intervals. the reason i would really love your program is that i am managing a fitness centre facility (University of the South Pacific Fitness Centre, Suva, Fiji) and am getting embarrased that even with my best efforts i am unable to lose that belt of fat around my middle. I would love to be a living example of physical exercise to our many clients that come in to the centre as well as promote your program to those who have, like me been trying without success to lose the fat!
thanks and vinaka,
Mark
Hi Joel and Arnel
I am a 41 year old woman who has constantly battled with weight issues since I was 13.
Tried a lot of gimmicks which ended up adding more fat and pushing my self esteem to an alltime low.
My family is constantly on my case to lose weight and I tried to do it for them but end up disappointing them and myself even more so.
Every time I look in the mirror I hate myself even more and get embarrassed and dis-alusioned that I can’t get it together.
I realise that I have to do it for myself to lose weight and that I have to make the decision and the choice.
With your programme I feel that I can start to do this.
Thank you for wonderful insights into having a better self esteem first and resulting in a better body and health.
Hi Joel
I am currently 51 and moving to 52. I have over the last 10 years tried all sorts of weight loss diets and sweating it out on all sorts of ineffective weight lost exercises that were very much to my frustation. I tended to lose a few pounds at a time but the weight always rebounces back with a revenge. But I normally do not give up in vew of the the pure will power and the determination is strong. I currently weigh around 190lbs and my target is to reduce it to 155lbs at the insistence of my doctor. The 1000 calorie challenge system I believe is the long awaited system which will make the difference and enable me to reach my target within the shortest possible time. In any event, Christmas is just round the corner and it is my desire to shed the fat before then!
After going over the episodes of the 1000 calorie workout, I am convince that this program will not only work for me but for the folks I help as an unofficial volunteer over at the local gym. Many of the people I see at the gym I go to are constantly asking me for help and advice. I am only a member there and I do not get paid to train folks but I am maybe more disipline to them and the look of dispair is evident in their eyes. Its hard to tell someone I can’t help them when I know I can even if its at my level (a non trained professional) If I am lucky enough to get a free copy of your program then I will be able to assist many of the people at the gym with your effective workout program thus making sure that I am helping those seeking help.
Thanks guys,
Johnny
Hi guys!
What can I tell you!!! I’m overweight and miserable with myself. I feel like I lost myself along the way and after having a kid it seems I couldn’t get back on track to look after myself. My family is overweight and I am scared to fall into the same patern of being just another one of the overweight family. I wish to have a toned, lean and healthy body and from what I’ve read about your system its seems very possible. Please, please consider me.
Thanks
Nelia
@ Joel Marion:
This information provided over the last updates is killer. I like the idea of changing up the resistance, reps, rest and rounds. Also is the idea of building up the body in a short period of time. When watching the videos I get motivated as energy seems to flow forth and keeps me motivated to watch what I eat and make smarter decisions.
Morning
I would love to get the free copy as nearing 50 I think I need to get more motivated and would love to acheive a brand new weight and level of fitness that I will be able to keep moving into my later years. I would also be able to help my friends and family.
Thanks Jen
I have been working out for years but I STILL have fat on my belly! No matter how hard I try or what I eat I just can’t get rid of that left over fat. After reading 4 Keys To Fat Loss and trying the 600 calorie sample workout, I am absolutely convinced that your 1000 Calorie Challenge System WILL work for me. I also NEED the system because I am busy and don’t have time for long draining workouts with no results. With the workouts being about an hour long and the massive after burn it is PERFECT for me! Another reason I want the system is to not just to help myself but also my mom and brother. They need it just as much as i do. They’re both overweight and this would help them significantly! So PLEASE give us a free copy of your 1000 calorie system. It would be greatly appreciated.
I’m a 38 year old father of 4,but feel like I’m 80.I can’t keep up with my 2 little ones. From what I’ve seen so far about this it helps build up ones condition big time and it melts fat away.I think this program can help me get in the best shape of my life and give me energy to play with my kids.I’m also very concious that if I keep going in my current direction (overweight and no condition) I won’t be able to see them grow up.
Greetings,David (Holland).
I survived Breast Cancer 5 years ago at age 32. I have been looking for a good exercise and diet program to help me loose the few pounds that I gained during treatment. I also have my 20th high school reunion coming up in July 2011 and I would love to be in great shape when I see all my old high school frineds. My husband is also in the Army and it would be cool to be in as fit as he is.
well the reason i think i need this is because i have been trying all my adault life to become fit and healthy. i have tried everything from the soup diet to simply slim and nothing works. i have had a gym contract since i was 16 and i cant seem to get the fat off my body. im at a stable 110KG but im not happy with the way i look. the gym instrutor told me i should atleast weigh between 80 and 90 kgs according to my body type but everything i have tried i cant get there. im 100% sure there is someone here that has a bigger problem than me so give them the free copies first but if there is like 2 or 3 copies left, PLEASE consider me.
Thank you. Shaun
This programme is more for my 23 year old son than for myself. You see, my son, Nik, has had to struggle with being on the “chubby side” since he was a kid and I do blame myself for not teaching him better eating habits. Over the past few years, my husband and I, have had to encourage him (nag him) and support him (by going on diets and exercise programmes ourselves together with him) in losing weight. We have been successful only a couple of times but that was short lived and his weight bounced back up again. It is only recently that I discovered your website/blog and it has really revolutionized the way I think about proper nutrition, exercise and fat loss. We have already started implementing your ideas and can already see and feel the results. Watching your videos have been really inspiring…but my son is still not totally motivated yet and perhaps if he could try out your 1,000 calorie challenge and see faster results, I am sure that would motivate him and keep him on track. I keep trying to visualize the day that he will be slim and muscular and confident of the way he looked. With your 1,000 Calorie Challenge, I know that day is not too far away now.
Your program sounds just what I need as it combines loosing weight, with getting fit and toned. I am a university student, so I don’t have the money to go to a gym, or the time to research programs. Your program seems just what I need for my lifestyle and sounds like it will work and be fun.
I discovered your fitness program by way of other fitness gurus, like Craig Ballantyne and I liked the sample workout. With that information and baseline workout from the 600 calorie workout, I tried it and boy was I sore and I had been going to the gym twice a day and still got sore, and it’s not from overtraining. I’ve been eating healthy and working my butt off but I need a tried and true program to finally get rid of the fat I have, and this seems like the answer because the exercises were great, and I feel like I could gain a lot from this program. I just turned 18, and am trying to make it to a college varsity spot, and better fitness will help me do just that.
Hi guys, sorry for my eng.
I’ve always be in a good shape in my life, begun to exercise myself at age of 8 (martial arts). By the way in oct 2008 my brain fade out, i go through a great depression that last for two years (until may 2010). I wake up without friends, without a life, without a job and 24 kg away (102 kg) from my right weight (about 78 kg). I found Arnel (god bless him) website and push myself to the limit: in three months I lost 20 kg of fat. Now i’m 82 kg. Not in the shape i was until two years ago but i begin to live again. Now i’m really excited to the idea of this 1000 cal workout program. By the way I want to thanks Arnel: In a moment when all was black i found a friend that helps me to restart my life. Thanks!

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
