The lifestyle here in Downunder can be a little exotic at times, sun, sand surf, kangaroos and a shrimp on the barbie on the odd occassion, not forgeting a few beers to add to the mix. Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of this ‘glamorous’ lifestyle for far too long and my poor old body is certainly showing the signs of poor health.
I am trying my darndest to do everything right but the good ol’ creamy brown stuff called chocolate is my weakness and whispers my name too often; and to curb it screaming my name I just have to eat it – grrrrrr and back on the treadmill I go week in week out EVEN day in day out on occassion.
I am currently training to run in an 8.5km fun run that is next June. This is not an ordinary fun run I can assure you, as most competitors use it as the warm up for the Gold Coast Marathon here in sunny Queensland. The course consists of a gorgeous rolling hill with a 10% gradient for at least 5km of the course. So in a nutshell the run is a killer to say the least.
I WANT the free copy to assist with achieving my goal of running up the mountain and know for sure that the fitter I get the chocolate demon will shut his mouth once and for all!

I am 51 and in not bad shape, but still I have the belly fat which covers up my “6-pack.” I saw the results of a 40 year old woman who started in body building competitions and won after she saw some amazing results. I would love to do that too. Plus the ‘wow’ factor when I see my old classmates from my teenage years. That will be cool too. Most of all, it is vital to have good muscle tone and a healthy amount body fat in order to be in the best health I can be at this point in my life. Thanks guys for all you do to help people. Thanks heaps for all the information you have provided all of us, it really has helped change our body and lives. I have been using the sample 600 workout you have given me and it’s absolutely perfect for me. It burns heaps of fat, builds muscle and in the smallest time possible! It’s perfect! The program has made myself more confident and I am starting to notice changes. Being in a sedentary computing job wasn’t a problem while I was also teaching Tai Chi classes 5 times a week. Unfortunately an accident left me with 4 broken ribs which meant it was to painful to practice, let alone teach, for over 3 years. That time of inactivity has taken its toll, and I am heavier than I have ever been before. I desperately want to get back to teaching classes, but I need to get rid of a stubborn ‘Buddha belly’ first! At 52 years old I am attempting to get back to being healthy. I teach/work with court placed juvinile delinquints and often participate in restraining them. I am 5’4″ and some of the student out weight me by 100 lbs, but I have no choice but to help take them down when needed. In the past few years I have been injured because I haven’t been in shape. However, in the past year, through healthy eating and exercising, I have lost 26 pounds and my strength is better but my workouts have become boring and not challenging enough. I am 10 pounds away from my goal weight and have been trying now for 6 weeks. The last 10 have become my albatros-it just won’t come off. Working out relieves the stress I have in my life but I need something different than what I am doing now. I truly believe that your workout will not only help me lose what I need but also help my job performance.
I am a 51 year old male in fairly descent shape – I think. I do a bootcamp program 3 days a week, and have been for almost 3 years. One hour long intense, all over physical workout. It has helped but just cannot seem to reduce the body fat percentage. I feel by revising my workout to yours and seeing the results of others, I can achieve my goal. I’ve been obese for all of my life and have started to change my exercise and diet for over a year now. I’ve lost close to 70lbs and have come to a stopping point and plateau. Im stuck at about 17% body fat, weighing at 175lbs, and even with a vigorous exercise program and 1600 calorie deficit, i can no longer lose fat. I’ve hired personal trainers before, but all efforts were useless. I’m looking for a new way of training to hopefully allow me to cut the rest of this fat off. I think this is the perfect system for me because I have tried what feels like everything to try and lose weight. This looks intense, fun, and will keep me interested. I think that’s the key to losing weight, you have to stay interested in what you are doing. If the workout feels like a challenge and you can feel change immediately, you are more apt to stay with it. I feel like the fact that you will feel your body changing so soon is key to sticking it out. I truly believe in this workout and would love a chance for you to prove me right! Thanks:)
Hi, Im from the north side of Mexico but just moved to Mexico City. I’ve been following Arnel’s programs for about 6 months (facebook,HOW TO GET SIX PACK ABS IN 16 WEEKS, Spartan Workout,UnlimitedExercises.com.etc) with incredibles resuslts losing about 15 pounds in this year. the reason for this post is not me, my wife has a real overweight problem, she’s only 28 years old and after our 1st baby she has won more than 40 pounds. with the baby and my job going to a gym is not possible because of time (and money, lol). Besides that i get to travel a lot cause of my job so I try to work out in hotel rooms and home any time I can and my wife has follow my lead in the past weeks doing small exercising while keeping an eye on the baby, and we’ve been watching our diets too. The 1000 calorie Challenge System will be great help for both of us and to give our son a better example. I really hope to get the system I know the great quality work Arnel and Joel have done and there is no better trainers than you guys.

I’m a student studying my last year in 12 and I have always been a fat guy and now I want to make a difference in my life. I want to leave school being slim and sexy and not remembered as a fat guy. Weight has always been my problem, I tried losing weight and failed. I have tried Arnel 16 week ab challenge and I was able to lose 5 Kg but once i got back to my old habit of eating improper food and not working out because of exams I gain weight back. I really want to lose weight in a short period of time and I believe your program is suitable for me. As I mentioned earlier I’m a student and this is my last year which means I would have to study a lot and might not have spare time to workout. My weight has caused me to lost confident in myself and have low self esteem. Your program has the guidance which will allow me to lose weight in the fastest amount of time. It has also has guidelines for food which should be eaten to support weight lost and also the exercise which will allow me to lose a lot of calorie, after all this program would allow me to lose 1000 calories after a few weeks per workout session.

I’ m Joe and I’m 6’4 and weigh 250 pounds (32% Bodyfat). For the past 13 years (right now im 43) I have been trying to burn fat. I’ve tried a lot of things and they either A) don’t work for me or B) are just so slow that I get discouraged and just quit. This is the first time I have found out about you & arnel and this system.
I have gained A LOT of weight these past 13 years (I used to be 180-190 at around 16% bodyfat 13 years ago). In these past 13 years, I’ve been really happy with my life and enjoyed watching my kids grow up. 13 years ago, 2 of the 4 were heading into top universities (Princeton & Yale). That meant more money needed which meant overtime (big overtime!). That I had to stop all of my physical activities completely just so I could work and pay for their schools. After spending the next 4 years paying for their studies, the other 2 where accepted to other top schools (perfect timing huh?) namely Duke and CalTech. And again I had to put in massive hours at work while eliminating all of my exercise time and eventually ruining my diet by eating more processed foods (because they taste so good).
After another 4 years of paying off their school dues, I didn’t have to work overtime anymore. But after 8 years of doing nothing but work for my children for their education (which I would GLADLY do again for them. I would gain another 100 pounds if it meant they can get such excellent education and bright futures and knowing they will do just fine without me) I just didn’t have the urge to exercise anymore.
I just forgot about exercise and nutrition for the next 2 years until I went to my doctor for a checkup and he told me I needed to lose A LOT of weight or I can seriously become endangered of getting diabetes. So I tried losing weight over the past 3 years and nothing has helped me. And just recently I went to my doctor again and again he warned me again. This time he made me feel responsible for it. The thing is, I’m just not disciplined enough to stay on a program for 16+ weeks straight and many of the things I have tried have stopped working after 3 weeks or so or leave me feeling unbelievable bad.
My friend knew all about my struggles and he directed me to you. I did as he told me, checked out some of the stuff you gave and to tell you the truth, I believe this program can actually help me. And I’m willing to give it my all when I get it. Sorry for going past your 250 word limit, but I do think I deserve this program. After so many years of working massive hours at my job. I think I can work again for 8 weeks at a time for something that I know will help me look and feel incredible. Not to mention save me from diabetes. I work in the healthcare profession as a physical therapist assistant. Plain an simple I have to keep myself healthy so that I can help my patients back on the road to recovery. I consider myself to be in good physical shape; but, would like to get myself to the next step- excellent physical shape; so that I can continue to work with patients on a daily basis for at least another 10 years until I hit 72 years young. And, I believe the 1000 calorie challange can do that.

About 15 month ago i decided to loose weight. I wanted to loose about 40 lbs because next year oktober my wife and i are 25 years together and i wanted to get back my body shape and weight i had when we first met. I tried a lot of programs on the web like Turbulence Training, Final Phase Fat Loss and much more. But the results took too long. I was able to loose about 14 lbs but i took myself more than 12 month.

It’s interesting that I’ve stumbled across this opportunity now when I had reached the conclusion that lipo must be the only option left for me to lose weight. I’m 24 years old, have just finished 5 years of Med School and am working as an Intern. I’ve been gyming on and off since I was 16- off periods relating to study/exams. When I first started I quickly became obsessed with weight loss and through extreme dieting and daily 2 hour gym sessions dropped to a size 10 which I was very happy with but which I believe slowed my metabolism. I’ve not dieted to that same extent since and have remained a size 14 (63-66kg, 167cm height) for the past 4 years. I just can’t seem to shift the fat which is centred on my abdomen (this seems to be where fat distributes itself on females in my family) though I exercise more (4-5 days/week, mainly cardio. Other 2-3 days spent working and recovering from a 34 hour non-stop shift!) and eat healthier than pretty much all my friends, none of whom have my problem! It isn’t a huge amount of fat but it’s enough to have affected my confidence over the years and it would make me so happy to have a body I’m satisfied with now while I’m young and can enjoy it most. My job and genetics are holding me back but I am hopeful that the 1000 calorie challenge will help grant my wish.
