The reason I am checking into the 1000 Calorie challenge is simple. We used to be athletes and played multiple sports and now is the time for us to get our lives back on track. We have lived our lives for the last 10+ years for our kids. We have spent time and money following them in their different sports. Now that one is out of college and the other is now in college it is time for us to concentrate on getting back in shape ourselves. I am a 28yr old singer/instrumentalist/songwriter & am DYING for a new program! I’ve hit a plateau & want something intense that works fast & even after I’ve completed my workout, especially with the busy schedule that comes with my line of work. I want to have an easier time finding clothes that fit me comfortably & feel confident when I hit the stage with numerous people staring at me. When I was in my 20s and 30s, it was all so easy. Gaining hard, lean muscle and losing unsightly body fat was merely a matter of showing up at the gym and keeping a relatively clean style of “healthy’” eating. Now, I don’t know what to do. With a schedule that is busier than every – and quite often transient – and a body that has now hit nearly 44 years, I am finding it difficult to eliminate the fat and get back my lean, muscular build. I have read nearly everything available and tried a dozen fitness plans, but I still seem unable to reach my goals. Would your challenge system, techniques and body of knowledge make a difference for me? I certainly hope so.

However though, I do have a problem. I have to be able to lose and keep off weight for my weight class. i already have a low 9% body fat, and I have to lose and keep off 15lbs pounds. I have been a huge fan of Arnel’s Mensworkoutguide.com for years. I was tipped off to it about 3 years ago by a friend, and have since done the Brad Pitt (Tyler Durden) workout, and others on the website, a number of times. It has honestly changed my life physically and emotionally. I’ve never been more confident, and I’ve never been in better shape, more consistently. More importantly, I have developed an understanding of what workouts are effective and what aren’t, as well as the science behind nutrition. I previously purchased your extreme fatloss diet! And I did have really good results, so really just looking for something a bit different as I still have a bit of fat too lose and would love to challenge myself to the 1000 calorie workout.

I am 48 and a busy mother of 7 kids! Last year I completed losing 130 lbs and have been running, biking, swimming and lifting weights. Although I am in great shape- I am so ready to take it to the next level. Your system makes sense physiologically (I am a nurse) and seems to be the answer to pushing past this level of just being “fit”. Please help me help you to sell your program! I look forward to winning this and working cooperatively in getting the word out- this program is doable for everyone since you don’t need any professional equipment!

I really have no idea is this is perfect for me or not. All I know is that I am 66 years old and overweight–the charts say that I am obese. My doctor put me on sugar pills. I’ve bought several systems and none of them worked well enough to solve my problems. I know I bought one system and got so sore that doctors cost me more than the system. I’d love to give it a try. If it doesn’t work, I’ll give it a friend. There are lots of people my age in the same boat–looking for much needed help!

First off, I listened to all the updates for the 1000 Calorie Challenge System and totally agree that it’s POSSIBLE. I just turned 21 and want to get in better shape and stay that way. I am always interested in the new advances and techniques that are out there to improve my health and others. I want to be muscular but at the same time lean and movable. Not just a big body with fat and muscle. I know this Challenge is the perfect solution to loosing fat quick, safe, and effectively. Loosing fat is the hardest for me, since I have always had a little too much around my midsection since a kid. I know it’s possible to see my abs and show off my body. A really big plus for me about this program is that it can all be done within a reasonable time frame, not spending hours over hours in the gym (which I don’t agree with). Spending a short amount of time in the gym and getting on to other things in life are the programs and workouts that I enjoy and truly love. Besides, your body does need to rest and recover. I also like that it’s not like your regular cardio workout. It challenges you in every area of your body, mind, and spirit. I don’t like going through the motions of a workout, unless I know that it will benefit me. I love workout challenges and can’t wait to get started.

I live in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and I am 23yrs old. I have been chubby bordering fat all my life. I have had to deal with the teasing and snide comments. So finally in 2008 I decided to do something about it. I went from 162 lbs to 124lbs but then I couldn’t seem to lose that last 10 or so lbs and eventually it began to climb back on. Just two weeks ago, I stood on the scale and it said 140lbs and that just depressed me because all my hard work was going down the drain and I was fat again. So I decided to go on a low calorie diet and start working out again and so far I’ve lost 10lbs but I know I could do better. I wanna feel the burn when I work out. I wanna be able to see the difference not just on the scale but in muscle definition. I still look blobbish. After reading the updates I know this is the programme for me. I dont wanna have to diet forever to feel good about myself. I wanna lose the weight and keep it off and look good doing it and feel good doing it and I think you can help. I know you can help. I am 21 years old, and im 5’9 175lbs.when i graduated high school i was 160.i gained 15 lbs over the years and cant seem to get them off or keep them off. now i go to school full time and have a part time job. I work out a good amount but i always feel like im not challenged enough. Ive done every workout i can think of and ate healthy but i still cant get back to the weight i want to be at.(160) I want a workout to make me feel completely spent after im done with a diet plan i can afford and thats simple. Hopefully your 1000 calorie challenge is the solution to my problems.

I need this course as I used to be incredibley fit and played rugby. I have a bad neck injury and can no longer play. Since I have put on weight and find it hard to take off as my University course is very demanding. I feel this course would be very beneficial to me.

Id just like to start by saying I think this program would be perfect for me because I know I have the motivation, I just don’t want to run into something blind, I like having a plan and following it! Currently I am in fire academy and part of the requirements is being very physically fit, now I know that I’m by no means overweight, but my cardiovascular system is not as good as it should be, and I know that there is a lot of toneing I can manage on my body to get my ideal physique. I want to transfer my life from the not so active lifestyle, to the super active life style, I want to condition my body for vigorous cardio and sports, as well as my future firefighting career!

Am not rich that can afford the diet you gave as but what i did is to plan on how will i loose my weight but since the am so careful on what i take in try detach my self with what you gave us and believe it will work out even more when i manage getting the 1,000 Calorie Challenge System!

The lifestyle here in Downunder can be a little exotic at times, sun, sand surf, kangaroos and a shrimp on the barbie on the odd occassion, not forgeting a few beers to add to the mix. Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of this ‘glamorous’ lifestyle for far too long and my poor old body is certainly showing the signs of poor health.

I am trying my darndest to do everything right but the good ol’ creamy brown stuff called chocolate is my weakness and whispers my name too often; and to curb it screaming my name I just have to eat it – grrrrrr and back on the treadmill I go week in week out EVEN day in day out on occassion.

I am currently training to run in an 8.5km fun run that is next June. This is not an ordinary fun run I can assure you, as most competitors use it as the warm up for the Gold Coast Marathon here in sunny Queensland. The course consists of a gorgeous rolling hill with a 10% gradient for at least 5km of the course. So in a nutshell the run is a killer to say the least.

I WANT the free copy to assist with achieving my goal of running up the mountain and know for sure that the fitter I get the chocolate demon will shut his mouth once and for all!

I am 48, 5′ 10″, weight 200 pounds and I have a six year old daughter that I want to walk down the aisle one day in about 20 years. My wife will also benifit from your program, she is 50 and slightly overweight. We want to set a good physical example for our daughter. Our daughter is getting to the age where she needs parents to take her hiking and play with her outside. When I was young my parents took me camping and hiking and I want to do the same for our daughter. Currently I work 50 hours plus a week and your workouts will help my wife and I get the most out of our exercise time. We need to make changes now to be able to offer our daughter a better future.

2 years ago I decided to get my act together and began exercising & eating better. I dropped 50 lbs in the 1st 6 months but I have not been able to lose the last 20 lbs since. I haven’t given up or taken any time off from exercising but I just can’t reach my goal. I just turned the BIG 4-0 last month & I have been more determined than ever to reach my goal before the end of the year.
