I’m 35, I got divorced last may, my finances are broken, my self esteem is down, and I’m in the worst physical shape of my life.

I have decided to get this as an oportunity to start my life over, and this program is one of the things I need to get back on my feet.

Even though these are hard times for me I have decided to do everything I can to make my life worth living again, and I need to have a fit, energy-filled physical body to do it. I can tell this is the program that is going to help me achieve that.

Last year I lost 150 lbs but unfortunately I have put some of the weight back on. I want to lose the weight again and begin training for MMA and your program would help immensely. I am working two jobs to try and provide for my new family so the free program would be amazing. Plus if it works you have a new testimonial ;)

I am getting married shortly and I want to look like the bride that my fiancee deserves!

Joel,

I’m skeptical about this. I’m 5’3.5″ (and yes, that .5 inch is important), and I’ve been working like crazy and trying so hard to lose those last 10 lbs for the past 2 years and nothing seems to work. I swear, I’m the flabbiest size 4 ever. Even with XFLD, I only lost 4 lbs.

I’m not convinced this will work. I’ve done workouts that burn 600 calories before. I’ve done them daily for months at a time, and it still isn’t enough. I already eat a *very* careful and strict diet with lots of fruits and veggies and careful calorie restrictions. I already do HIIT. I lift heavy weights. I do bodyweight exercises. So why should I spend more money on another diet and exercise plan that won’t work?

Convince me.

Firstly thanks for all the info over the net I find all of it extremely helpful, I am an ex soldier who was medically discharged for mental health issues. Because of this terrible diesease my motivation to do anything was non existant until i looked into Mike Geary site/and of course your site, Over the past two years i went from a fit 81kg and now have ballooned out to 122kg. I have found that the information that i recieve over the net has at least stemmed the flow of me laying in bed all day. To tell the truth i look forward to recieving the emails that i get re fitness. It gives me a reason to get up in the morning. I have only recently started to get my life back on track re physical trg, I have also realised that it is helping with my mental illness. The problem with being a pensioner restricts me from purhchasing the avaiable reading material needed to assist me, so thats the reason i find your emails so helpful as the are free. This package that you are offering would assist me to no end as i was not far from giving it all away life that is only 6 months ago. So if i am lucky enough to win that would be fantastic if not your emails on a regular basis are doing me the world of good and i cant thank tyou both enough.

Looking forward to your next fitness tips

Cheers Paul

This program would be perfect fit for me because after separating from the Army and now not having someone telling me how to work out, I need a program that will allow me to continue to improve without hitting a plateau

I am very interested in your system and look forward to learning more.
Blessings!

I’m about to turn 41 in a week and I’m at the best part of my life but I need to get into shape. I’m a single mom of a 16 yr old beautiful daughter and recently, I’ve become the guardian to another 16 yr old beautiful girl. Working a full time job, Monday to Friday from 830-430 then another full time job from 5-1115 each week night and 18 hours on weekends does not allow me much time to exercise and get into shape. I need energy to raise my two girls and loose my “middle age spread” that is preventing me from enjoy the best part of my life. The 1000 calorie program would fit perfectly into my already struggling eat clean/exercise style of living with no time away from my current busy life! Thanks for the opportunity and it looks wonderful! Keep smiling people!

because I really need it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Simply put, I would love to win this fitness routine because I want the body I have always dreamed of. I have all the work ethic in the world but I have never really had the proper steps and help I’ve needed to achieve my goals. So far I’ve read every update for this system and I am very intrigued by all the information. Thanks for developing such a great challenge and I can’t wait to get started!

I’m 36 and need to lose about 25-30 pounds I workout 2-3 times a week. But I need help I’m stuck at my current weight the routine I follow and the cardio i do isn’t helping.I need your help. I don’t have alot of time to work out because of family and work obligations. Thank You!

I am a 16 year-old high school student, I’ve been lazy mostly all my teenage life, and was a very big child, i was made fun of by many kids in the older grades. I used to be 215 pounds at the age of 14…Since then i decided to change my life around, I found break-dance to be my hobby for exercise and i love it, and still do it today. I still have a little fat, and i want to lose that extra fat hanging around my lower ab and have the dream body all teens want. I believe this program will be the best thing for me because I am still young, i have the energy to push myself to my limit and now have the knowledge of a good diet to help me in my weight loss, and muscle growth, all i need is a good program.

One year ago at age 52 I decided it was time for a personal extreme makeover.
Working with my doctor and a personal trainer, I’ve lost 167 pounds while gaining muscle; reversed serious diabetes, no longer need statin drugs, drastically improved other chronic conditions; my resting heart rate is now 46. My health club uses my pics in its ads! I’ve already proven my commitment–only problem with seeing my “washboard abs” is I’m currently doing a load of towels (old joke…) I’ve got 90 pounds to go and your program sounds like just what I need to complete this exciting makeover–help me hit the finish line in style, Joel!

If I don’t get it I’ll kill myself… just kidding. I’ve been training for some time now and I have seen improvement in muscle, but body fat always coverts it up, it’s really anoying, I’ve tried a few programs but since I read de sample one week ago I can’t wait to get it I KNOW this will be the best way to achieve my goals.

I am 44 years old and struggling to lose the 20 lbs that I put on after switching to a desk job. I switched jobs about 2 years ago and put on about 20 lbs in the first year. I have been trying everything to lose it between different weight loss and systems and exercise programs, I haven’t had much luck. I have been maintaining this same weight for a year now and figured something would start working. I work out doing cardio kickboxing and strenght training 3 times a week and still has not worked. I think I need a more structured program to help me.

Both my husband and I have used XLFD to loose weight without the exercises as I cannot fit in any more workouts on top of the 2xday dog walks (30 min each) and 2-3xweek (at least 2 hour) bicycle rides. And the bicycle ride is not just a ride in the park. Minimum distance is 20 miles. In addition, I probably do 10 flights of stairs a day (hazard of living in a 3 story house with a basement). But my husband is resistant to doing exercise for the sake of exercising. Being able to expend a lot of energy in a short period may be the thing to get him to accept that exercise is necessary for loosing the next 30 pounds.

I’ve just spent the last year living with 4 herniated disks.I just got through surgery and off pain pills and am looking for a self-rehabilitation plan.My shoulder and arm muscles have deteriorated drastically and are in need of a workout.During this past year I was literally not able to do anything physical and have put on belly fat .Your program sounds like the kind of plan to jumpstart me physically and mentally back into shape.
Thanks
Rick

I am a 55 year old female in the midst of menopause ! I have worked out for the past 20 years , but due to hormonal changes and joint pain related to that, I stopped training about 7 months ago. My body has gone from “hot momma” to “middle aged yuck”. My joint pain has recently subsided and I have started training again and gotten my nutrition back on track. It just seems like it is going very slowly, which is tough on my motivation. I would love to get on a program that would kick start me in getting my “hot momma” body back !

Your physical appearance is what is noticed first among your peers. It informs the individuals whether you are confident, persistent, successful, etc. Having a great body isn’t only about looking good and feeling great about yourself, but it also demonstrates ones commitment, desire, and heart toward reaching their goals. The 1000 Calorie Challenge will give me the opportunity to challenge myself and prove to people that anyone can get an impressive body if they put their minds and efforts toward reaching their goals. Like the great Muhammad Ali said, “Impossible is Nothing,” and I want to prove that this mind-set can take people beyond what they thought was ever possible with themselves.
This program is important to me because I have recently recovered from shoulder surgery and have been in the gym trying to get in shape to prove to everyone that surgery, or any other excuse, is no excuse for failure. This program will give me the extra edge in getting the best body of my life and will push me to be something more, not just in the gym, but in life. Being able to push through tough obstacles will help you be an inspiration to those that feel that they can’t get back on their feet. I want to be that inspiration and I want to show the world what hard work and determination will do to those that put their minds to it. Like they say “Failure is NOT an option! I must, I will succeed!” I will succeed and I will be something more.

I am now 51 years old. 6 years ago i was able to loose 30 lbs w/out even thinking about diet and exercise. No more, I am now pre-menopausal and nothing stays off. I have gone from 145 lbs to 160 lbs in one month.
I need new techniques to help me.

Hi Arnel and Joel:
I’m 60.
I’m 5′ 5″
I weigh 230 lbs
I need meds to control my high blood presuure
I have diabetes on both sides of my family
I’ve tried and failed many times to lose the fat.
I’m desperate.

I’m a grandfather of eight, a father of four and a husband of one.
I want many more years to enjoy my family and to make a differenece in in my community.

But I know it won’t happen the way I’m going. Something has got to change.

I’m particularly impressed by the fact that you have teamed up to bring this program to the public. I think my resolve and your program, the “1000 Calorie Challenge System”, will finally do it for me! I

I accidentally forgot to de-select “notify me when comments are added” and I’m getting masses of email (poor you too!). Is there any way to turn it off now? I don’t want to accidentally turn off your notifications but this is killing my mailbox :).

@ Joel Marion:

Why? You ask why? I have been asking the same question for years!

Why can’t I lose weight? Why can’t I keep it off?

Maybe just maybe, these questions that haunt me will be answered with your help!

Do I deserve your program and the opportunity to feel good about myself once more?????

The answer to that question is very easy. An overwhelming YES!

Oh how I hope you say yes too.

Hello Joel, I’m writing with the hopes that I will be one of the winners for the 1,000 calorie challenge. I’m a former U.S. Marine that has gained a lot of weight since I’ve gotten out, about 80 lbs to be exact. I’m 26 yrs old and it has taken a toll on my body carrying around this extra 80 lbs. I’m looking to re-enlist by next year and I feel that I really need you programs help to do so.
