Hi Joel,
I need this program!
I will be 63 years old this year and I am weighing in at 205 pounds and I am only 5’3″ tall. I really need to lose some weight! I don’t have a lot of will power, although I seems that a lot of the time I really don’t eat all that much. I sure would appreciate all the help I can get. I have a rather robust midriff, which I have never had in my whole life.
I don’t want or need to look like a bodybuilder, just want to regain my flexibility. I am much too stiff for my age. After all, I am still a kid!
I also want to be a better example for my three daughters and my eleven grandchildren!
@ Joel Marion:
Speaking briefly, after many other failed attempts to lose weight, I need something that can really deliver results. I’m not a lazy person and I know that results come from hard work and discipline. Well, I’m ready to work hard and get the body I’ve always wanted. I’m excited to see what transformation lies ahead for me over the next couple of months. I’d be happy to diary my experience.
I have been on my fat loss/muscle gain for 7 months now and I must say that I am pretty pleased with my progress and it is noticed by others. It was with Joel’s Extreme Fat Loss program that I kick started my getting into shape. My problem – I do enjoy food. My solution 1000 calorie workouts – or that is what I want to find out. Now that I am seeing muscle tone, I want to see how far I can take it -will this be the program to bust the inner tonned self to the surface? I would like one of your 1000 Calorie Challenge systems for free to see!
Cheers,
Anastasia
I’m Norwegian, 50 and fat, need an incentive to get going down
As a 24 year old today, i grew up with little or almost no self confidence at all, kids at my age tease me from being fat and bulkier and non athletic. But as I grow I went on and made my own research about workouts and exercises, at some point i was able to lose 20 kilos and have a slim proportion now.
However, though i am fit, i still have a double digit of body fat, (i have 12% fat) even though i dont eat much and most of the time spend countless hours in the gym and treadmill. Enter Joel’s insider and the 1000 calorie challenge, after practicing it for a week i lost 2 lbs of fat, this program is the best ever developed program that would certainly change how people perceive gladiator physiques. Thank’s Joel!
Hi Guys
I been following this information now for the past few days and I am looking forward to its release. 2 years ago I started my own business as a Personal Trainer and I am always looking out for information, programs that I can bring to my business. I have a group that train with me 3 days a week outdoors from 5.15 – 6.15 ( We are in Australia and we are coming into our summer months)which is perfect for this program and we have discussed it and they are keen to take on the challenge. I am very keen to put them through it. Hopefully the exercises are suitable for out doors as we have only got portable equipment to work with.
So my reason is not for myself as I am very fit and lean but to change other peoples lives and it will be great to see the transformation of the group as they work together.
Regards
Derek
I will be 43 in october 2010. I weigh 105KG. I work with youth and need to be in shape. I want to live a healthy life. I don’t seem to have the motivation to work my body back to shape.
I used to be the hot chick… now I’m a chubby girl with a pretty face and I feel like a pathetic “has-been” at 37. I’ve tried starving, fasting, hormone hcg injections (I was allergic and broke out in hives). My metabolism is so whacked out that if I eat a normal amount of calories I start gaining weight. I’ve yo-yo’d up an down. After several super stressful events in my life I gained back the 80 pounds I took off three years ago. I need help, because I’ve been unsuccessful on my own. I need to be told exactly what to do to fix my body. As this crappy eating has taken a toll and I’m getting sick all the time. I want to go shopping for clothes and not leave the store in tears. I want to get dressed for work in the morning and feel good about myself. I need professional advice and help because what I’m doing is not working.
I am a 42 year old women who have worked out most of her life and kept a decent weight. Now i work long hours and coming home to my two kids, (single mom) and i do not have the time to spend hours at the gym. I used (couple of eyars ago) run for one hour or do cardio for 35-45 min on the treadmill or elliptical, extreneuos excercises, as well as weight bearing excercises. My legs and arms look great but my mid section is terrible. I would benefit from the information you are providing.
Looking forward to seeing your program.
thank you,
I live in Staten Island, NY. This past week I turned 35 years old. As a mother of a 7 and 8 year old I have no choice but to be active. From taking my kids to their practices, to making dinner, to cleaning my home, to working, doing homework and not to mention doing things I enjoy doing. I began going to a boot camp 3 times a week and trying to do some type of exercise on my off days. Now 3 months later I have lost 20 pounds but I still desire to get another 45-50 pounds off. I have changed my life and my lifestyle has changed. Exercise has become an everyday staple in my life however I feel like now I am motivated enough that I don’t need to attend the bootcamp, not to mention it doesn’t work into my schedule now that schools is back in session. I even decided just today I want to run in a marathon. Something that I would have never considered 20 pounds ago.But the problem is I don’t have a concrete handbook, for lack of a better word, that will give me the direction to help put me on track to lose that 45-50 pounds, be more fit and healthy and on my schedule. And with you I found it! Your program. I would be truly blessed to receive your program so that I can fully transform into the person I so desire to be.
Hi Joel,
I would love to be privileged enough to try your program. I am a stay-home mom and part-time cycling instructor. I also have my Group X Fitness Certification through ACE. Now…here is the problem. I was in a car accident 1 year 6 mos ago, which left me with some permanent nerve damage down my left side. Although I’ve just recently gotten the diagnosis, in the last 18 months of therapy, etc…I’ve gained weight that simply does not want to come off! I would love to use some of your proven methods to get myself back to my Fitness Instructor self & be able to portray the image inside!
Thanks for your consideration, Lorelei
Hi guys, really enjoyed some of your vids so far. I’d be perfect for one of your free copies. I work in a gym as a fitness intructor, as so I have every oppurtunity to follow your system through to the end. If it does what you say it does I will prove it.
I was 24% body fat not 6 months ago.
If your system is as good as you claim, I will prove it. I will be a walking talking bill board. Your one man advertisment. My club has over 4000 members with 50% of them active in our club. When they ask what I’ve done to change in such a way I will tell them all about your system :)
Here’s hoping you’ll consider me,
Nick O.
I believe the 1000 Calorie Challenge is exactly what I need in order to get to get to my final goal weight. I’m 37-years-old, and I am pretty close to my physical goals; however, I keep hitting a brick wall!! Often the workouts leave me wondering why I look the same as I did when I started. Even after cutting out the fatty foods and eating more veggies and fruits, I still don’t look as lean as I would like. This program sounds like something that would resolve the issues along with giving me that extra push and go beyond my normal limits, and get me to the next physically level. That alone excites me, and looking forward to being part of the 1000 Calorie Challenge.
Can’t wait to see this!!
I am a 17 year old high school graduate whos’ life seems to be limited extremely by being poor & not exactly being prince charming,I’m not going to go out of my way here & ramble..I’d just like to say thanks for even looking at my post…thanks
I’m 36 and I’m out of shape and I really don’t have a clue how to get in shape. I have been been reading about your system and other ones out there and I have to say yours sounds the best. It sounds like it is no filler just solid to the point hard facts about getting in shape in the least amount of time. Which is what I’m looking for being a husband and father who works many hours with limited equipment. Thank you for your time!
G’Day Joel

Hi, i´m from Chile. I think that your work is awesome…i did the “Arnel´s 16 weeks workout training”, and finished the last week…i increase my weight in 18 pounds in 16 weeks…really awesome. Now i need the best system ever to burn fat QUICKLY…so, i need the 1000 callorie challenge system.
thank you!
I am a 65 yr. old diabetic suffering from severe osteo-arthritis in my knees and back. I have been obese for some time and have always been overweight for my height. I went cold turkey in August on the 240 mg of morphine sulphate I had been taking for pain because it had destroyed my ambition and my memory. I now need to start losing weight by exercising to take the strain off my back and knees. I have taken off over 30 lbs. by just watching what I eat but I still have 50 – 60 lbs. to go and that will require the right exercise program which I am sure you have designed in your 1000 Calorie Challenge System. I am very tired of the pain and the drugs required to relieve the pain when losing the weight will take the pressure off the sore spots.
Looks like another winner here Joel! Being on the go alot, I find it hard to squeeze in workouts. This program looks like a great fit! Simple and easy to follow! I’d love to use it to get in the best shape of my life! Thank you!
Joel,
From the last couple of videos I viewed of you, What have you been doing??? It looks like you need the 1000 calorie challenge yourself for at least a couple of weeks.
All your info is great and thanks for all of your and Arnie’s excellent efforts.
Keep Rock’in
Andrew
I am disabled and need to loose weight. I can’t use the machines to work out and am looking for a program I can do right in my home. I am currently using a workout program but have to work at my pace. It may take me longer but I will get there in the end. Anything that can help me build up to that 1000 calorie burn faster and more efficiently – I would appreciate. I am determined to loose the weight and do all I can do to get to where I need to be. Thanks for the opportunity to learn.
This program would be great for me bc I just separated from the Army and now that I dont have someone telling me how to work out, I need the help to keep improving my work outs without the plateaus. Thank You
