Why do I need this? Right now Depression is ruling my life and depression drugs are adding so many extra pounds that I don’t even feel like exercising! So anything that shows results would be most motivating I am sure!

I am post-menopausal and try as I might I cannot seem to get rid of my increased belly – it drives me nuts. I have always had a weight problem right from childhood and very low evergy levels so although I can control my eating habits, exercise is a bit of an issue. I need motivation and strong positive direction – sounds like something that would challenge a – 1,000 calorie challenge system – right??? Enjoy your emails, thanks for the inspiration. Sue

Well, I do workouts since I have 15 old, I am skinny but got some really inconvinient fat around my stomac, I just started the workouts in Ricafranca s website and got some good results. But I still think that that fat will never go away and I never will have visible muscles, so I would like to try this new workout that seems to make I reach my goals.

i am 26, and unemployed. I can’t get a job cus i am overweight and as soon as employers see me i can see it in their eyes that they ain’t gonna take me. Everyone keep telling me to do this exercise and follow this diet and i am sick of people giving me advice that i try and makes it worse. Several of the tips i learnt from you guys seem to be helping and they are easy to follow. that is why i need access to this information.

I am always on the internet looking for a system that could help take me to the next level. Every day I check my emails and read about your system and the informative information that you give. I am hoping and believe that this system is a complete sound system. I have bought other programs and I am always disappointed. I am just starting to see some small changes in myself but I truly need fitness guru to help take me over to the other side.:)

In the past, I was able to lose 28 pounds through diet and exercise. I stopped watching my diet and exercise and I gained it back and then some. I am now trying to lose the weight again, but I am finding that my old work out routine and diet are not working. I am not seeing results, and I am finding it hard to stay motivated. Joel, I don’t think I could give you the big picture in 250 words what a change in lifestyle like this would mean to me. But I’ll give you a snapshot and let you decide. 63 years old, 5″6″ 205 lbs, Type II diabetic for 15 years, married to a gorgeous 34 year old woman who works out and is proud of her body. 29 year military veteran who struggled with being overfat then. 14 children, youngest is 8. Working two jobs to make ends meet. Been separated from my wife and children for over 3 years while battling U.S. Immigration to bring them to the U.S. Life has been extremely stressful these past few years, more so than at any other time in my life. And I’ve had many stressful times. Unfortunately food is my relief. At this stage of my life I realize I must change. I do exercise but due to jobs and other conflicts it’s not steady. I’ve followed your emails and videos and want to change but simply cannot afford the cost of actually purchasing your program at this point. Hiya after finding your website and all the information you are just what my 63year old body needs to get back into shape, after losing my partner 14 months ago my fitness and health has rapidly declined to non exsistent and I now need some motivation as my two elderly dogs are fitter than me (I even sound like puffing billy on the flat bits!) and also I am sure my patients must think …..’look at her…… who the hell does she think she is telling us to exercise, eat healthily and look at our lifestyles’ it would be great to win the free programme to get and stay in shape….then my patients might….just might listen to me about their own weight, fitness levels and lifestyles…(well one can but live in hope!!!!!)

I am recovering from sinus surgery and prior to that I was not able to keep-up my exercise routine. Even though I also ate less, I gained about 9kg because I was less active. Now I am finding it an uphill struggle to loose it and get back to where I was before. I am still not able to do what was previously easy, but I am working up to it. Any help is appreciated!

Three months ago I weighed almost 250 lbs. and at 6’3″, even though fairly muscular was obviously overweight. I am now down to 225 lbs. but am determined to get below 200. I have tried other weight loss programs and while they have worked for me I am intrigued by the amount of calories you claim your system will burn off in a relatively short amount of workout time. I am disciplined and motivated at following clear and reasonable directions and am totally committed to removing this excess weight that I have carried around for way too long. I believe your system would be a great way to lose the next 25+ lbs. that will probably be more stubborn to remove than the previous 25. From what I have been able to read and absorb from the previews, your program looks to be the perfect fit for where I am at present.

I’ve been working out for 2 years and have been following Arnel’s videos ever since. It has helped me a lot and gave me the boost in accomplishing my goals which is to lose weight and gain more muscle.But due to unpredictable circumstances that started a few months ago, I stopped working out and has gained all the weight I lost plus more. I guess because I thought that I wouldn’t gain all that weight back, got lazy etc. Now I’m ready again to “bring it” and this program will definitely help me jump start my work out again and gain confidence as well.

I am a regular exercise, training with weights and cardio, and eat pretty clean. I still struggle with a few extra pounds – especially around my middle. As a 46 year old mother of 4 and a new grandma I am in decent shape but I know I can be better. I think that this program sounds like it will focus on fat loss in a new way that will take me to that next level!

I am in a quest to regain my form athletic form. I was a college and semi pro football player for over 5 years playing defensive back. I was in amazing shape featuring great tone, low body fat, and an awesome 6 pack. Better than the Situation’s on Jersey Shore (in your face!). Well, fast forward a few years to marriage and a desk job and I have lost my former body glory. I am truely in need of a body transformation and feel the 1000 Calorie Challenge System is a the plan I need to follow to regain my former glory. I have been following Joel and Arnel’s sites for the last year and have taken some very good tips from them. Them teaming together will prove to be a dominant duo and utilizing a program they’ve designed will bring me back to my former dominate form that would have made the Situation jealous. I’d like to show up those Jersey Shore punks and the 1000 Calorie System would allow me to crush them!

Not sure if my first post worked as I got a timed out message and then when I tried to repost got “you already said that!” So here goes again just in case – really I am not trying to enter twice – just want to make sure I get in once!
Why do I need this? I am battling Depression quite seriously and the depression meds have added many extra unwanted and unneeded pounds. I really need some program that will give results to movtivate me! And I think this is it. In addition (which I forgot the first time) my husband who loves to workout is stalled and can’t seem to lose those extra “over 50” pounds that have crept up on him since his job has become more sedentry!

Strong women are sexy women. I am willing to do the work, and I’m a role model, so the work will be noticed.
I have had a Cinderella year of good things happening to me, but my body has been neglected. What I used to do doesn’t work anymore. My body adapted. I need something versatile and adaptive. I am not willing to spend 20 hours a week walking, cycling, climbing. There has to be a more efficient way to stay in shape.
I need a program that will bridge the gap between the shape I am in now, and that shape I want to be in.
I am motivated. I need method.
I am an efficient cook and need to learn the right combinations of foods and timing for this body.
I am smart and motivated but I need a more intelligent and specific plan than “eat less, exercise more.” I believe that the type and the timing of food and exercise matters. Show me how.
I am too young to give up, and too old to be fooled by a fad. The logic of this program makes sense.

hi i’m 25 years old i just finished studying at university and due to stress and bad eating habits i gained 30lbs but now that i’ve finished and at home as i have yet to find a job as i can only work in my country if i pass the exams to be able to register here i’m feeling even more stressed and have but on 10 more pounds i just cant seem to shed these extra pounds in the stomach and thigh area. I have problems with most diets as i’m lactose intolerant, allergic to citrus and i dont eat any form of meat or seafood. i really hope your exercises can help me.

I have given up on life, simply because of my weight. I’m just going through the motions every day and can’t wait until I go to bed because I know I survived another day . I have tried countless diets just to loose a few pounds then gain it all back. Your program excites me and scares me at the same time. I never thought it could be possible to loose a 1,000 calories in a workout in a day. That excites me. What scares me is my doubt in myself. Can I really do this? Will it work for me? So, cutting a long story short I’ve had an injured knee for around 6 months. Basically, weak cartilage + not enough muscle support + lifting to heavy = injured myself pretty badly. I couldn’t train with any resistance or instense cardio up until about a month ago (after persisting with some uber physio!). What sucked was that I upped my body fat back up to 14% from around 6-7%.

What rocks is that your sample workout is amazing and conditioning is perfect for getting me back to being lean and mean whilst getting anaerobically fit too! If i can get back in shape then I’ll also stand a better chance at a screen test I’ve been notified for at the end of November (im an Actor). It would be great to start hitting the 1000 calorie burn, I know i can get there with some hard work as i got through 5 round of the sample one – felt awesome!!.

I would be extremely grateful if i could get a free copy of the 1000 calorie challenge. Why? because I’ve been obese for over 5 years of my life. Being 19 now, i started gaining excessive weight super fast in my early teen years and always blamed my genetics for gaining fat too quickly. Last year however i started working and using the cheat your thin program for quite a while and lost a considerable amount of fat. Then started the xtreme fat loss diet once it got released and that was really extreme! Lost a good amount of fat there too, however i still have a belly, albeit a smaller one. I know for a fact that if i get a copy of this book i will be able to finally rid myself of my excessive belly fat and finally be proud of the person hidden underneath all this fat. I firmly believe that the time and effort Joel and Arnel have placed into this strategically planned program WILL help many people and really put a dent in everyone’s body fat!

I am in great need of motivation to get back into shape, as I have been battling with a motivation since I lost my job 18 months ago. I am nearly 60, and fitness does not come as easy to me as it used to. I have been a keen sports and fitness person all my life, but have fallen into a bit of a hole. I am in mid 50s.Was 83kg.On doctors advise 2 years back lost 15kg. Got into plateau. Did a crash diet lost another 5 kg. Maintained it for a while continued with diet and exercise. Then the wt started slowly creeping up.started small frequent meals continued aerobics and wts. tried different exercises.But could not maintain the wt.My trainer says my diet is ok but i am exercising too long.It seems my body gets used to exercises very fast . So now I am looking forward to your new system.Hopefully with less time on my hand now a days with excess work ,your system will bring me back on my way to an ideal weight with fat loss.Thanks in advance.
