I’ve always been active, but have been putting on the pounds over the last couple of years and at 40 years old, am finding them much harder to shift than I used to! I need a program to kick-start my metabolism and get me bouncing again and I think the 1000 calorie challenge is it! I did the sample workout week and am hungry for more.
It’s coming into summer here in Oz and my goal is to feel good in a bikini again – please help!

I have been playing basketball for 12 yrs. But since I graduated from university I have never ever made any workout for 6 yrs.
Every summer i was full of enthisiasm to keep fit. But i failed as it was too boring for me, to reapeat the same 3-4 excercises. I couldn’t create interesting workout for myself, i couldn’t afford gym.
It was easier to skip meal and to loose weight, but I always gained it back. I just tired of this yo-yo.
Now I am married, we don’t have children, but I am afraid to gain more during and after pregnancy.
Besides I have problems with vienes, I have to keep fit for my health.

I have already tried your advises, and feel how they work, I am happy that they work)). I am really looking forward to see the full version.

I’m 17 years old i have been overweight since i was 11 years old im about 177cm and 75kg but im fat it doesnt make sense. ive been struggling with my weight and the worst part is that i got fat when i didnt know anything about nutrition, before i was fat i was skinny as hell but i really try to do other weightloss stuff out there but i cant ever get through with those programs because i got school and work, and wit your new program i will put real effort, so i can get thinner and leaner as ever before.

I am 45 and need a system to guide me to success once and for all. I start diets and get frustrated by the slow progess and revert back to my old ways……bad food choices and no exercises. Tried of being sluggish and chunky…..help!

I would like this because it is so comprehensive and I need to loose a lot of weight. I also need to get back into shape, and I think this would be the ideal tool to help me. I would be honored to have your 1000 calorie challenge and to be able to add my name to the list of successful 1000 calorie challenge peeps!!!! I work long hours, don’t always make it to the gym nor do I feel like being oogled at like fresh meat. After a long day I just want to work out and focus and not feel like I am there to propel the lonely horn dog to lift the whole stack of weights using the worst body mechanics I’ve ever seen when he see’s me coming (unfortunately that is the only way a lot of these guys can bang out those 3 reps…the poor guys need your help! and this keeps me from going to the gym more often than you know) And forget about having a home gym…I live with my brother and his wife so I would need a “closet gym” and then I would have to find a place for all my clothes. But…If I had a rockin’ bod I wouldn’t need all those clothes!! If I won one of your 1000 calorie challenge programs then I wouldn’t need a closet gym either! I am a 51 year old male who is in pretty good shape. Overall I have a thin build but I have a tendancy to retain some fat around the mid section. This has been very hard to lose. I’m 30 years old and live in England. I work as a Firefighter and I’m currently recovering from shoulder surgery. I had the surgery in May and have just been declared fit to return to operational duties. I have missed not being able to exercise properly the last 5 months and now, more than ever, really appreciate my fitness. I have decided to get into the best shape of my life and aim for that ultimate goal, a six pack. I will make no excuse for my weight, I did it on my own. Maybe it’s laziness, or loving too much food, the wrong foods. Whatever, it is my own fault. Oh I have been told, do this, eat that, try these and I don’t. And one morning I looked at myself, in the mirror, and said, my God, what happened to me!!!! I am looking for the program to inspire me. The flat honest truth is that I need a program that can not only supplement my life; I need something to integrate into my life. Ever since I quit Parkour roughly 2 years ago, I started the negative trend of lethargy. There is no one in my life that is going to look down on me if I spend my days playing video games and working. As the IT guy, it becomes very difficult to work much exercise into my day. After 10 hours of working, like anyone who starts toward the same dream, I find it difficult to continue to exercise. I have goals to get back into Parkour, but I have only one tipping factor for why I want to exercise again. I was rushing around at work, and I found myself two-stepping at a jog up a flight of stairs. After I reached the top, I could feel my heartbeat in my neck, I was winded, and quite literally needed to stop and take a breather. After being in better shape than anyone I know, this was very unsettling. I need a system that can give me personal accountability, direction, and inspire me to keep pushing. If this system can give me these things, then I can drop the 35 pounds I’ve put onto my 5’8 frame since the beginning of 2009, but also get back into the fantastic physical condition I was a couple years ago.

I am familiar with all of these workouts, but at the same the the format is different. I love it!

I am currently 23 years old. I am in the united states marine corps. I failed my last weigh in by 6 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight and still maintain muscle but have failed. I currently have 64 days to lose 28 pounds and I know this workout plan is for me!

I have had many challenges this year including having my home foreclosed and my husband going through surgery for an injury. I was overweight before all this happened, but I think that I found solace in food during these stressful events. I now weigh even more, and I just need to have victory in one area of my life so that it gives me confidence to move on and face other challenges. Losing weight, getting in shape, and exercising will also help me to have the energy and drive to start over and face each new day with zeal.

About a year ago I decided to turn my life around and began working out and losing weight. I went from 260 pounds down to 210 pounds, but still can’t get rid of the extra fat around my waist. I’ve started to put some of the ideas i’ve seen in the updates into my training and nutrition, but still feel I can go further. I’m a 36 yr old wife and mother. I struggled with my weight all my life, even having a gastric bypass! I was doing great, loved my career(LPN, surgery tech), and I was suddenly taken down by severe Fibromyalgia. Though they are simple exercises to do, the method your challenge utilizes really kick Ass! I am not overweight and have to keep as fit as possible due to the work I perform. Before trying the sample workout I realized that I wasn’t seeing any differences in my body with my regular boring routine, and believe me that I have tried many. I have been working out for years. Some times very diligently, sometimes not so much. Lately I’ve been getting very burned out and bored with my work outs, and haven’t been seeing ANY results. I have to go to the gym on my lunch hour as it’s the only time I seem to be able to fit it in. I’ve been doing some of the exercises you’ve shown us and am loving it! In 30 minutes I’m getting a better work out than when I’m there an hour! Now if I could just get the belly blubber off it would be fantastic!!!!

I am really excited about your 1000 Calorie Challenge System. I am 51 years old and just hung up my real-estate license and am going after a career in Personal Training. I have decided to follow my heart and go after my dreams. Life is too short to continue to be in a career if your heart is not in it. The 1000 Calories Challenge is for me because it is a honest, scientifically based exercise and nutrition program. Ther is not magic formula on it but a basic and fundamental principle for fat loss: Your intake of calories must be less than your calorie consumption. How to achieve this by way of working out to burn 1000 and plus calories and how to get there (developing the fitness to bare the taxing workouts) the fastest way is the most valuable of this program for me. Nobody had thaught me how to lose fat as quickly as possible as Joel and Arnel have done in the 1000 Calories Challenge. I really recommend following this program to anyone who seriously wants to lose fat and get the shape of his life. :-)

This information is really important to keep a perfect and healthy body, because joel and arnel had combined excercises routines that are not available in any other website.
I know that because every site you see on internet talks about something and then you check another site ad you find exactly the opposite of that info so you don’t know which one to believe.

I’m 21 and I would love this program to get into fighting shape. I’ve heard people say I wanna be high school skinny well its the opposite for me. I want to be a machine compared to my high school days and I know with this program ill be able to get in better shape, live a healthier life and bump up my martial arts training.

I am a 55 year old female who is badly out of shape. My father died 3 years ago and if I don’t do something to get myself into shape then I will end up just like him. I have tried the traditional cardio and weight training programs, hired trainers and watched my diet, all to no avail.
