I teach a boot camp for women and I’m so excited about your program and would LOVE to incorporate it into my classes! I’ve got busy moms and women who need their workouts to be effective and yield results FAST! Me included! I have a husband that has been fighting cancer the last 3 years. It’s been a rough road, but my workouts and my faith have kept me from getting down in the dumps. Although I’m a trainer myself, I KNOW I can be in better shape. I’ve put myself on the back burner long enough. I’ve just been in survival mode and I’M READY TO THRIVE AGAIN. I was a Div.1 Basketball player and full of life. I’m usually an all or nothing guy – I go all out in my workouts or I don’t bother. But when it comes to cardio, I suck. A program like yours will get me started on the right cardio track and guide me to improving my cardio to get to the 1k mark rather than my failing to do it time and again then giving up. E.g. P90X and INSANITY will do a monster cardio workout, but I couldn’t get past the fit-test DVD.

I’m Anna, 37 years old and from the Netherlands. In the past I was an elite atlete in track and field with two national youth record in the triple jump. But before my 20th birthday I broke my ankle very bad and needed three operations. Then I was fighting back, trained to hard and then broke a spine in my back.(spondylolisthesys grade 3)
After six years of recovering and doing other stuff I became national champion in the triple jump with only three traininsessions a week (jumping, sprinting and weightlifting) More than that wasn’t possible but it was nice that I could excel a little bit and showing that I was talented. The last 3 years I gave birth to a son and studying again to be a teacher. I know that training to much Isn’t that smart but training on quality is. So I’m very interesting in your program that seems effective and don’t cost hours a day. I’m fit and strong (squats with 140kg 10X) but I want to lose 8 kilo’s and be in the shape that I was when I was an athlete.
I have the focus and experience, I just need The Challenge.

I have a very unstructured life. Different countries, different schedules, varying work times spent in front of a computer. This has resulted in a big ass and a big belly! I’m 5’2″ and weight 302 lbs.

I’m just about to turn 50 and have been trying for a few years to get my weight and fitness under control. This program looks as though it will be straightforward to follow. Do the work and get the results :-) I’ve been following the exercise routines for 2 weeks now, but i think the food and supplement regimes will kick it into high gear. I want to be the person with before and after photo’s that make you go WOW.

I am a 46 year old mother of two sets of twins. Now that my children are grown and graduated I need to turn my attention to myself for a while. I have always enjoyed working out and up until recently would work out a minimum of one hour per day six days a week- with little or no change to my weight or size. I would love to learn how to work out ‘smarter’ instead of longer. I have already managed the ‘longer’ part. Have read a few of the comments and don’t envy your task of picking thirty “winners”; everyone seems to have a valid need. (Lucky you!) Probably just a random selection, eh! At 69 years young this month, I am enjoying retirement but just can’t understand where all my “free time” goes. (Maybe because the “Honey-do” lists are plentiful!) ;>] However, I still eat too much, too often, so my midsection has swelled to an uncomfortable size. I reduced it by several inches using the Extreme Fat Loss Diet but couldn’t follow the exercise part of that. From your emails, the 1000 Calorie program looks to be simpler to follow. However, I’m torn between this program and Vince DelMonte’s ‘No Nonsense Muscle Building’ program. If you select me for a free copy, the decision will be made for me. Hope you do. I just turned 23. I have been a volunteer fireman and EMT in New York for almost five years now. I recently became a paramedic. I would love a chance to win the 1000 calorie challenge system. I work out 4 to 5 times a week and try to watch what I eat – but sometimes lack a bit in the motivation department. I think I am in pretty good shape, but do have a bit of softness around the belly area – o.k. I admit to having a bit of a muffin top. I see a lot of people working out hard in the gym – but I don’t see that much improvement including myself. I really like the idea of working out at home or taking this knowledge to the gym. I like the idea of a challenge and of working out really hard 3 times a week, giving me more time for yoga and pilates in between. My goal is to be fit, healthy, lean and strong and injury free. So far I really like the workouts you have shown – wish you would show a couple more with girls doing the workout. Thanks for the inspiration.

I would like to win this program for free because I never ever win anything (really) and because I need to lose a lot of fat. My doctor said I’m pre-diabetic. Last year I developed a blood clot in my leg which became a pulmonary embolism. I almost died. My name is Troy and im 16 years old. While I was younger I was a very heavy child. While I was 14 and 15 I shreaded lots of the weight from my body yet now that I am into lifting I have lots of fat over the muscle. I have tried so many different workout routines and dieting techniques yet I still cannot break my plateau. It makes me so dissapointed and ruins my confidence and self esteem levels a ton from this. I would love to let that muscle shine for my senior year of high school and into college. I donate my time to coaching youth sports teams in my community. I am very fortunate to be able to work with these groups of kids. Through the years I try to teach the kids sportsmanship, and life lessons so that they not only grow as athletes, but as individuals as well. During the years that I spend with the kids I try to teach them about making healthy choices and staying active. I was blessed to be able to be physically active as a child, though I was never a superstar on any of the teams I participated in, I could always compete with the best players due to the teachings I received as a child. Coaching youth teams today is the way I try to “pay forward” the good teachings and experiences that I was blessed with. Part of what I owe to these kids is to try to stay up to date on any type of training tools that I can share with the kids I coach. I believe that your routines would be able to provide an excellent base for these kids to build upon. Thank you for your consideration.
