As a 56 yr old female, soon to retire, I face that new phase of life 80 lbs overweight. I am no stranger to fitness. I have been a workout fanatic since I was 22. As I age, I adjust my workouts that have included running, aerobics, circuit weight training and now I’m enjoying Zumba, kettlebells and tabata training which I love! Yet, I am technically morbidly obese! I’m doing something wrong! (Hypothyroidsim, strees and menopause had a lot to do with it). I realize it’s my diet and the way I program my workouts. They must be in sync! I need very defined, specific instructions on both and I believe R-Quattro is it! It ties the 2 necessary elements of weight loss together in a very defined program. I need your program! My dream in retirement is to volunteer in the fitness industry in some way but that’s not happening until I can lose the weight! Choose me and I will be a great example for R-Quattro and post-menopausal, middle-age women! Baby Boomers are alive and well! R-Quattro is not just for the young! Let me prove it and I’ll pay it forward!

@ Joel Marion:
I started my weight loss journey a few months ago and have lost 40 lbs. But i have stopped losing no matter what I do. This program is just the change i need to lose that last 10 to 15 lbs.

My stomach is the reason I stand in the bedroom in the morning, wondering what I can wear that will hide my midsection. “Will these pants push out my muffin top, does this shirt hug too tightly around my midsection?” Even before my first coffee and pee, that’s what I think about. Not to mention the health risk that is my stomach as it squishes my organs and does them no good! I work long hours in episodic t.v., sleep is usually the first choice, not the gym after a 12-14 hour day. I did sign up, got up at 5 am and went and started to work out. I signed up for a 5k fundraiser, and on the day of the race, 5 minutes before we started i tore my gastrocnemius muscle, and have been out of action for 6 months, and still working hard, still eating and wanting to change my life. I look forward to trying your program. I am turning 50 next year, and want the next 50 to be healthier!
thanks,
MissPenny

Hi Joel and Arnel,
I’m 68 years old and have been active in Sports, Weightlifting/Bodybuilding and Exercise all my life.
However, after my wife’s many surgeries (8) in the past few years, I have become a sedentary caretaker with very little time to look after myself. I’ve added 22 pounds and now I’m a borderline diabetic. After viewing your updates, I was filled with hope. Realizing exercise, diet and weight loss are important ingredients in controlling diabetes, I truly believe the 1000 Calorie Challenge is tailor made for me. The exercises, duration and time frame will fit right into my daily schedule. Since the program can be done in our own home, I won’t have to leave my wife to fend for herself.
Although, I can’t promise (due to age and flexibility) to keep up with the younger folks following your program, I’m absolutely sure the 1000 Calorie Challenge will help me regain my health and vigor naturally, without doctors and prescriptions.
Citing all that is written above, this is the perfect program for me at this point in my life.
Thanks for designing a program with such wonderful medical and psychological benefits.
Sincerely,
Gene

This program,at least what I have seen and used, has proven to be perfect as I prepare to start Police Academy. I can’t say enough just how much I have benefited from the pre-release information. Thanks for all of the work you guys put into creating this program!

I have been investigating different systems for a while now. Our eating habits have improved greatly thanks to all of the information but the system side is leaning toward information overload. I feel this challenge would be just the ticket to get us going and then look to the other ones when we need to add a change to the normal routine. The steps toward the 1000 seem a logical and challenging approach.

i have been overweight since childhood and have lost bweight back and forth over the years and this looks interesting and hopefull.

This is one of those challenges that gets my fire stoked. Like my first ultramarathon earlier this year, I’m ready to go another level and lose those last stubborn pounds of fat and be ripped before hitting age 39. Like my Yogi mentor told me, “Be the Message” not preach it”. I believe this is the program that will help me finally get ripped before years end.

I thank you in advance.

Hi Joel, thanks for giving me the opportunity to win a free copy of the 1000 Calorie Challenge System. For the last 22 yrs I’ve been struggling to lose unwanted inches (fat) from my abdomen. Now that I’m 54, menopausal with my hormones all out of wack, and 2 c-sections later, I’m having a hard time just trying to maintain my weight. I eat a healthy diet, weight train and do cardio on a regular basis. Still no change! Over the years I’ve been told by family and friends that once you have a c-section there’s no way of getting six pack abs. Help me to prove them wrong. I would love a program that will help me to burn those unwanted inches away for good with less time working out. Not only would it make me look better and boost my self esteem, it will also give me more time to spend with my family and friends. I know there’s a six pack somewhere I just haven’t found it yet! I won’t give up trying, I just need your program. :) Thanks

From what I’ve seen so far this plan seems less complicated than any of the others I’ve viewed. It’s straight foward, and easy to follow. As a 40 year old woman, who’s lifestyle is extremely busy, I want to loose weight, tone my body, and look good with minimal training time. I think this plan is right for me and just the motivatin I need to get up and get busy. Fifty minutes a day is not much time, it fits right into my busy schedule. Looking forward to an intense workout that gets the desired results.

Hey Joel and Arnel,

(WHY THIS PROGRAM IS THE PERFECT PROGRAM)
Here are the reasons why I chose and think this system will work fast:

First, the workouts of the exercise routines from watching and following the website videos (coupled with other usual workouts such as push-ups etc.) have been effective, though there is much pain from the high after-burn effect. From this, I understand and agree that commitment and perseverance is a must in exercise and staying fit.

Second, “there are no long drawn out sessions in this challenge. Each workout needs to be time-efficient without requiring users to spend hours upon hours in the gym.” This provides me with enough time for other activities and school work as well.

Third, I have subscribed to other fat-burning and dieting websites as well, most to no avail and no change, but found that yours has the fastest and best results just by following the workouts shown!

Last, it enables me to stay trim and fit again, as in the days I was in the squash team, to play the musical instrument, the drums longer without tiring as well as help me improve in future (competitive) sports.

Thanks for for your time! =)
-Jay-

well im 20 years old and i really would to get in shape with this program. Because i play a lot of sports espically cricket and it can help me to improve my game if im shape and hopefully one day i will play for my country too if i can get back in shape. I think this will be best program out there in market and if i can get it i ll really thankfully to you for making this program for us. I will thank you for rest of my life if you guys decided to choose..

Im 41, mother of 3, and has exercised most of my life. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week including a boot camp class at the gym twice a week. With that being said I still dont have definition. I eat good 80% of the time but being 4’11 and 135 lbs Im considered over weight. Its hard to believe your program will do all of that in 50 mins, 3 times a week, in 8 weeks. But I’m up to the challenge!!!

I have been working on my health habits consciously for over three years now and have made great progress with all the information you and yours provide. I am at a stage now where I need to change my routine as well as find a way to get the most out of the least time. This program really caught my eye to be something that would meet my continuing needs to burn the calories and build the muscle so that things stopped moving on their own, if you get my drift.

Gentlemen,

Happy Friday to you!!! December 30th 2009 my Dad was admitted into a hospital 4 hours away from home with a diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia, He was away from home for 4 LONG months… I made weekly round trips to the hospital and what you do when you are in a car, alone, stressed, scared… YEP you Eat, add that to the countless fast food and cafeteria meals followed by sitting, sitting and more sitting. I would LOVE to have this program to help me and also My Mother who sat with him for 4 months with little to no activity… Thank you for your consideration

In my practice, I see a “ton” of obese children & teenagers. They are referred to me because their livers are being damaged by fat. Dietary restriction does not work for them. It seems that they need to see results fast to be motivated. This program could be an alternative for a least a portion of them.

At the end of 2006 I had decided to transform my life my attitued and my fitness. I started at the gym and commited to training five days a week. In the Janruary of 2007 I broke my leg playing touch football and had three months off excersise and work. In that time i put on a lot of weight. As soon as I could walk with both legs i didnt stop training . it started one day at a time just learning to walk again and eventually i could run bits at a time until my leg felt great. I have been training consistantly ever since and feel great. over the last year i feel that i havent improved in my fitness and cant seem to loose any extra bady fat. I am so keen to give this 1000 calorie work out a go Im convinced that it will give me that extra push i need to improve both fitness and loose the extra body fat.

Hey Guys,

For many years now, I have been looking for a program that can deliver real results with respect to getting in shape, losing body fat, and, providing a nutrition plan, while being challenging and fun. Every program I have reviewed had some flaw or shortcoming. But the 1,000 Calorie Challenge System has everything I’m looking for and more. Joel and Arnel have really done their homework with this program. It’s a no-fail program which will deliver results. The benefits are many, including a leaner body, healthier lifestyle, added energy, greater self-confidence, reduced stress and the satisfaction of having done something positive for yourself.

At 48-years of age, I am looking for a program that will eleminate 20 pounds of fat and add muscle. I honestly believe your program can help me achieve my goals.

Job well done gentlemen.

I am looking forward to this program. Last year I had surgery on my back fusing 3 vertebrae, healing with no more pain, but left my left foot with numbness. This spring I rolled out of my shoe on my left foot and broke a bone, put in cast, 3 weeks later I fell down my stairs with my new crutches and broke 3 bones in my right foot and re broke my left. Surgery to pin and plate me back together and recovering well. Not a lot of exercise in the past year and have put on 20 unwanted lbs that I want to loose before my son’s wedding this coming spring. I want to see if your 1000 calorie Challenge really works. I so need your positive encouragement and want to transform my body.
Thanks
Colleen

This system looks awesome. I’m looking at trying to get into Federal Law Enforcement and this would make passing the PFT a piece of cake. Well, a very low calorie piece of cake.

I’m 18 years old, 5’8″ and weigh 163lbs. I’ve struggled with many routines to get at least to an almost perfect body but everytime i want to go to the gym theres a lot of people and some guys i dont get along with and i really want to have a great body for when i turn 19 in december so i can have my birthday as a pool party and not be ashamed of what my body looks like so pleas i really want to get a handle on it. I’m currently in college. So I need this program to get a lot done in a quick amount of time.I also have a cruch on someone and i really want to give a good impression when i take off my shirt.

I can tell you why I need the 1,000 Calorie Challenge System in one word.

Menopause.

Yes, I am rapidly approaching that phase of a woman’s life many euphemistically refer to as “The Change,” and I can tell that things are, in fact, changing. It’s getting harder to lose weight, particularly in my stomach — middle-aged spread has definitely caught up with me. And low-calorie diets? Please — they seem to keep the fat hanging on for dear life. I already exercise faithfully, so I’ve come to the conclusion that I need a serious program that will blast the calories and get me the figure I never had when I was young and thought I had all the time in the world to lose the weight.

The 1,000 Calorie Challenge System is that program.

Thanks,
Lori

Because of my work (related to food industry) i havent been able to workout in a long long time, I´ve never been a gym guy either. Now, i finally made time to train a new self defense technique, wich is effective, but is doing not much about the fat loss i need. So i was wondering if i need to quit this activity I like so much, to enter a gym and loss the fat i need, since I´m always testing food it really seems like a lost war try to be lean. This program seems to be perfect for me so i can burn more calories at house, and keep my other activities.
