Busy life + school work = little time for workouts

I’m looking for a routine that will allow me to blast calories in a short amount of time to get to the body I’ve always wanted. I’ve tried other programs and at a certain point they become motions rather than actual exercise. Plus, I’m training to become a massage therapist which requires fitness and stamina. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by next June which is when I am going to a family wedding. I want my family to see a helathy, fit, vibrant person.

Hi, I just turned 50 and I am trying to drop an additional 25 lbs. I have struggled with weight since college (when I discovered beer). I have lost 22 lbs already and 2″ off my waist. My goal is to loose an additional 4″ off my waist. I am healthy and not afraid of hard work. I am 30 yrs old and always looking for a more difficult workout. I was active duty military for a few years and worked out twice a day. I gained 20lbs of muscle yet never got the body I really wanted that was lean and toned. I still work out and now in the Air national guard fire dept. I want to get that lean body such as vince and the others, yet I can never get there no matter how much I run (HIIT) lift, etc. I have noticed throughout the years that with age come less lean muscle and I do not want that. I want to keep my energy and body in tip top shape. I also want to use this routine in the fire house since I am in charge of PT. I could really use this material, for myself as well as others. I’m an Assistant Manager and a personal trainer (6+ years) of a private personal training studio. I train on average 40 sessions per week and always love to research and learn new exercise programs. I have personally tried your cheat workout and was sore for days. I’ve also tried it on several of my clients and they loved it. I always thought that times (seconds) workouts compared to reps are somewhat more beneficial and fun (less stressful almost). It’s interesting to see how different people burned different amount of calories and the R-Quattro seems like a great progression. I would love to learn more about it and use it on my clients and myself to help us all reach our goals. I also have a 7 month old baby girl with whom I gained 40lbs with. I lost 40lbs by the time she turned 6 months old mostly though cardio/diet and now need to do more strength training to tone up. Thanks! You guys are amazing!

I have tried many diets and exercise plans but fail to achieve the desired results. I need something that will give me the initiative to exercise and see results quickly.

I am aged 60 and strarting to feel the aches and pains mainly caused by after a life of sports paticipation carrying 40 pounds of excess fat. I really don’t want to gradually waste away. Part of the reason for the excess weight is the fact that I succeeded in giving up cigarettes but that also shows I have the determination to really work at your program. I really would like to achieve my goals.

I am 45 years old and have went through some major changes in my life. Went through a divorce after 5 years of marriage causing some depression allowing myself to get out of shape. Over the past year I have met someone new and married into a family of 4 children and we are due to have one of our wn in Jan. I NEVER had a weight problem until I was 45 years old and then it started collecting around my abdomen. Now I’m 69 and still battling the same problem. Since my military days my muscle tone/development has significantly diminished. We know when we loose our health, we loose our quality of life. (HISTORY)
I was in my school squash team from 2002-2005, but when I graduated from school I stopped playing the sport and lost much of my fitness till now. I then gained much fat as well. When I actually went back to play the game again, I was quite shocked at my stamina.

(WHY THIS PROGRAM IS IMPORTANT TO ME)
As you also mentioned in your website, the 1000 Calarie Challenge System which I subscribe to, “the level of fitness is either going to be the #1 ASSET to losing fat like crazy, or the #1 thing STOPPING you from maximal fat loss.” Therefore, it is essential and important that I stay fit and healthy even as a 21 year-old young adult to keep trim and fit throughout life. I believe fitness, a goal in mind, a positive outlook or mindset and a good strategy (inc. good diet) will help burn the 1000 Calories (or more).

(WHY THIS PROGRAM IS THE PERFECT PROGRAM)
Here are the reasons why I chose and think this system will work fast:

First, the workouts of the exercise routines from watching and following the website videos (coupled with other usual workouts such as push-ups etc.) have been effective, though there is much pain from the high after-burn effect. From this, I understand and agree that commitment is a must in exercise and staying fit.

Second, “there are no long drawn out sessions in this challenge. Each workout needs to be time-efficient without requiring users to spend hours upon hours in the gym.” This provides me with enough time for other activities and school work as well.

Third, I have subscribed to other fat-burning and dieting websites as well, most to no avail and no change, but found that yours has the fastest and best results just by following the workouts shown!

Last, it enables me to stay trim and fit again, as in the days I was in the squash team, to play the musical instrument, the drums longer without tiring as well as help me improve in future (competitive) sports.

I’m a 47 year old, divorced “Nana” who is conscience of diet and exercise, but i can’t ever seem to make it to the “next level”. I get my weight down so far, but I’ve never reached my ultimate goal. I could really use this program, in the past I worked out twice a day and just bulked up. I am in the military with the fire dept and noticed that as time passes, toning became harder. I am a hard working and always love new challenges. I love working out to the point of exhaustion. I am currently 200lbs and want to be down to 180 again. and at 5’11” I need to lighter, fitter, faster. to do my job effectively. Looking forward to hear from you soon. take care.

I has always been chubby and started to exercise a lot in the beginning of 80’s but then we got two children and I become lazy enjoying the family instead of exercising.
I have been trying to go to the gym, but it’s hard and need motivation.

I am a 46 year old female and mother of 3. I was in very good shape up until a year ago. That was until I began to suffer from migraine headaches which my doctors couldn’t figure out the cause of them until about one month ago. So I’m good to go now, but during the past year I was not been able to exercise due to these headaches and I have gained about 20 pounds. I have been overweight since I was a kid, and Obese my entire adult life. I am 28 years old, and have started making positive changes in my life. I have already started losing pounds and inches, but I need that extra kick to get into gear.

I want to be able to enjoy living in my own skin.

My mom wrote one on here already and if one of us can win one of these we can share it to do it together. I am in grade 12 and I weigh 260 lbs and 6’3″ Last year at this time I weighed just under 200lbs. I have bad eating habits and have gotten lazy and my mother has tried to tell me nicely I am needing to smarten up. She told me about this and I blew her off but then looked it up later. I think if I could win this program it could help me since Joel, when you were around my age when you got in better shape. i am a former minor league baseball player that has been out of the game for 4 years now. my body has gone in the complete opposite direction since i retired. i blew out my knee and just stopped working out, running, etc… i am getting married in the summer and would love to get back in my old baseball, athletic shape. i used to write my own workouts but cant get motivated to research like i used to so i feel like if i got a complete guideline to working out i would be motivated again to get off my couch get back to my athletic, fit physique. i feel i could really benefit from this program. thank u for your time.
