This program would be perfect for me at this point in my life because, after years of using long work hours as an excuse not to exercise, that reason has been taken out of the equation. I was recently laid off and while searching for schooling option, I discovered that, because of the fact that I am a disabled veteran, I am eligible for vocational retraining through the Veterans Administration. I now going to school online from home and have all the time I need to use this program as well as keep a proper diet. I have struggled with my weight since my teenage years, just turned 40 and would really like a program such as this one, to jump start my weight loss and get back to my best adult weight of 195lb. I will also be getting married in February and would like to be use this to show up in the best shape of my life for my wedding.

Hi, I’m a 19 year old student. I used to play a lot of sports and so could eat a lot without gaining weight. Through my teenage years my interest in playing sport has declined but my appetite has not. I now have next to no fitness. I do my best to eat healthily but without exercise I see no fat loss. My confidence has plummeted, to the point where I am embarrassed to go to the gym when I feel without help I am destined to fail. I read all your updates and know this program will work for me. I am in Australia until Christmas and was hoping to go home and surprise my family (who are always nagging me to exercise and get fit again!) with a healthy new me.

Hi there Joel and Arnel, you guys have put in a tremendous amount of work on this system. Excellent. I am 67 years old and have three young daughters Sarah 7, Hannah5 and Emily 2. Not only would I love to enjoy them for many more years doing things like hiking in the mountains but would also like to be around to see my grandchildren. Wow! What a dream. Hi Joel and Armel, There are a few large obstacles in my life at the moment that are getting me down. We are close to losing the house, the business and ourselves really. And combating this also along with 3 young kids is a day to day challenge. There are no holidays. My wife also has rsi and is unable to work . I need something that is inexpensive (even free), time effecient and effective to get me into shape so that physically and mentally I can take all of what life is throwing at me – head-on.. Frankly, THE WORLD NEEDS THIS. So many of us are living mediocre lives, and we have all the excuses. What makes what you are offering so unique, is a program based on solid science, which will provide real-world results! No magic pill, no BS. And this excites me! I’m almost 40 yrs old, a husband & father of two, and I work shift work as a law enforcement officer. I need to lose 30 lbs of pure fat!! As the result of relocating, running an incredibly stressful business and having our first child, I gained more than 40 lbs in a relatively short period of time! Chest pains sent me to see the doctor at which point I was told if I didn’t make a change, my hypertension would be the least of my worries. I’ve tried a lot of things with moderate success, but always seem to take 3 or 4 steps backwards for every step forward. I am 42 years old and run a home based health practise.
I find it extremely difficult to get to the gym so any programme I use needs to be home based, which makes this programme perfect. In recent years I picked up wieght and only recently began getting myself into shape again. Maybe it was fate, because shortly after embarking on this new path I happened upon your website, which helped to inspire me to apply myself.The problem is that the exercise routine I have been using only seems to be getting me so far, and my stamina and strength has not really improved even though I have lost a little weight. I have been following your updates and the progress of the 1000 Calorie challenge and it makes so much sense. I have applied some of the tips you have posted , and have already seen a better response in my health routine. I would love the opportunity to use this programme and recommend it to my clients. The most regular excuse given by my clients is not having enough time to excercise effectively so this is a programme that would appeal to all. This is the programme I’ve been searching for.

I’m 53 and my wife is 38 and we have two young children, 6 & 3. We can’t work out together like we used to and we are not able to use a gym membership effectively because of scheduling issues. I’ve seen all types of programs and have even done a Body For Life challenge myself 8 years ago. We don’t have access to equipment here at home and love the idea of my wife and I being able to dash to the garage for a quick workout together. I’ve already purchased a his and hers gymboss timer and am looking foward to getting started. I’m out of shape and so is my wife. We need to drop about 30 lbs each to be where we were at when we got married 10 years ago today! From what I’ve seen you get the biggest bang for the buck by working out the upper and lower body at the same time. Getting a long after-workout caloric burn is also very appealing. We’re very busy and need something that is intense enough to bring about fairly rapid results, but yet not so time-intensive to make compliance an issue. I look forward to giving this a try!

This program would be soooo perfect for me because though I’m doing all I know to do, I need direction, & more information! I have diabetes, & though I’ve (slooooowly) lost about 60 lbs so far, I still have a LONG way to go! I live in England and I have yet to come across any website/blogs/information within this country that is in the forefront of training as yourselves. I work out at home as my job in the music industry has me travelling and working extremely irregular long hours, within which I often find myself eating at obscure times and with the wrong food (dressing room crisps and chocolate!) I desperately want to put structure into my workouts where I can benefit the most with fat loss and get to optimum fitness. A follow on result of which would be making the right choices with food easy and hopefully inspire others along the way! I have worked out with many personal trainers over the years to try to achieve this but it is often the same exercises and similar advice with little to no inspiration! Your programme to me is unique and something that within my lifestyle I could adopt and incorporate with ease! I am often in hotels and the one piece of equipment they consistently have is free weights so I would be onto a winner with your programme.

I am determined, disciplined and absolutely love a challenge! I sincerely hope that I can be considered to being a worthy recipient!

I am currently going to school for my bachelors degree in athletic and exercise therapy. I will be obtaining many certifications throughout this degree including my national and provincial personal training ceritifications. I am an avid strength trainer (currently on eric cresseys program). Any kind of workouts, programs, or information I could get my hands on would be very beneficial for me as a trainer as well as any future clients.

As a personal trainer (who also has troubles with occasional weight gain and motivation – hey I’m human!) I’m always researching new methods of training and nutrition. I’ve pretty much tried most of the gimmicks and fad diets too! I’m truly “sold” on this system just by the information you guys have presented us with already, it looks awesome. I am currently serving in Iraq with not a lot of time to do much. Working out and focusing on fitness is not only a stress reliever, it also helps past the time. After looking over the updates I feel this is something I could implement into my daily life here in the sandbox. Wow – talk about perfect timing – I have been trying desperately to follow a low calorie intake diet and have had some success, but sometimes don’t know where to start on the values and how to work back on the exercise I have done – this program would be a great benefit and I am sure help me achieve my goal weight.

I would also love to get this. I really need to get my act together. I have been doing 6-10 ours of training a week for a year. didn’t help anything. Then I started to eat more and following some of your advices. Much better, but a long way to go.

For the last few years of my life, I have been going nowhere. My physical and emotional health has gone through many peaks and valleys, and the rest of my life has been a varied mess. During this time, I felt like I had no control over where my life was going and let much of it go to waste. Eventually, I received a wake-up call and have begun to better myself, knowing only I am responsible for my success and failure. I’ve started to finally move forward with many aspects of my life, but one small aspect of it has eluded it for a long time.

I have a strong desire to lose weight and get into better shape, but I can’t find a system that works for me. Eventually, I found my way to your system. Your system provides me with a structure to work in and help to learn a way to create a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life and look good doing it too! Reading about the experiences people have had with your system so far, and the rigorous research you performed to perfect it, has inspired a strong belief in me that your system will help me fulfill my current remaining goals. I think that i deserve this product because i have the determination to complete all the workouts. Hi guys, I’m 47, have four children and have been doing exercise for a few years now at the local gym.Following your advice and weight loss programme on the weights by doing the muscle fatigue programme and I have dropped a dress size and starting to look and feel good about my body which i haven’t for quiet some time. Even though i do tend to stray on the naughty food side I have hit the plateau stage and can’t budge of the mark. I know i still have/want to lose more around the mid drift area as i have the flabby belly look but no-where near as bad as it was. To receive this calorie challenge package would be an entirely different way of losing those stubborn extra pounds. I love receiving the emails and try to change my routine when you guys send them. It would be great to finally find something that works. I feel this is something that would really work for me. I have a pear shape and really struggle to get back to the lean mean me that I was pre – pregnancies. With so many diet plans, training programs etc out there that I have tried and tested to no success it would be nice to let friends know I have finally found something that works and could refer to you should it work for me.

I’m 48 and physically handicapped. Because of that, exercise and working out is extremely difficult for me. I’ve been searching for the ideal workout a handicapped person like myself will be able to do, so I’d like to try your program to see if even us non-regular types can benefit from it. There are no programs out there that target our group. Hopefully yours will be different from what’s out there and be user-friendly even to us disabled people.
