I am a certified instructor in Chinese martial arts for health which I have been doing since 1973. I started off working out not knowing much. I became a sponge, and started taking in all kinds of information. I came across the truth about six pack abs by Mike Geary, I have then since been intrigued by his tactics, and trust what he says.. Then I was introduced to double edge fat loss from Dr. K. I need this program because it appears to be efficient and effective. I need something that is challenging and that will work quickly. I’m 6-1 with a large frame, and I weigh nearly 300 lbs. When I weigh less, my golf game is better, and for me that is a great motivator.
With probs like reheumatism and wedding happening in 3 months… After ready and understanding about the program gives me full confidence that if i can get it I will be able to lead a healthy life even with the challenges of rheumatoid arthritis.

Every person here has a story that is worthy of receiving guidance in leading a healthier life. All I promise I will do is give it my all. Clearly everyone has issues with their confidence and physical outlook. My husband and I have been trying for a very long time to find a program that will work for us in our everyday life. The last thing we have tried and failed miserably at, was the P90X program. That demanded way too much time from us, which inevitably lead to our failure once again. My husband has been following you for a long time and he has convinced me that this is the program for us. I need help!! I’ve so many different things and nothing has given me the results I’m looking for. All of my progress has been excruciatingly slow. I’m a stay at home mom and I home school my two boys. I don’t have the time or the disposable income to join a gym or hire a personal trainer.
I am a 48 year old female who was significantly overweight between the ages of 13 and 25. I have struggled–and managed–to maintain a twenty-five pound weight loss for over twenty years. However, I have been unable to achieve the lean, athletic physique which I believe would give me optimal health and joy in life. Although I am not diabetic or pre-diabetic, my fasting blood sugars have gradually increased over the past ten years. From the 80s to the 90s, sometimes the low 100s. I know an intensely active lifestyle and leaner body are the keys to reducing my blood sugar levels.
I have used aerobics and weight routines to increase my fitness for the past thirteen years but have always been afraid to push myself too hard. However, after reading your updates I feel like it’s possible that I could push myself to a higher level. I finally feel confident that I could do a program like yours. I would love to use the “ramping” method that you have developed to finally achieve my long desired goals. It would be so exciting to be stronger and more athletic.
This year I have been really focusing on cleaning up my diet and feel like I have finally that under control. I am a 65 year old (read young, please) woman who is fairly active – speed walking and tennis 5x a week. However, the weight is creeping up and up (possibly something to do with my metabolism, hummm?). I know I need more to keep myself in good shape. I am 47 yrs old. recovering from breast cancer. I have gained about 30 lbs as a side effect from the medicine I take. I have osteoporosis, so I have difficulty in most exercising. I am 53 years old and have been working out for many years. About 3 years ago I had added 30 pounds to my 5’9″ frame and decided it was time to get something done about it. I dedicated myself to working out and eating less. I used a combination of running or jogging and strength training of different days. I also tried for the first time in my life to eat less and more healthy. I got down to a 30 year low a year ago and am now maintaining about 5 pounds over that but have not been able to shed the last 5 pounds of body fat to get to a 10 to 12 % BF. Finances have never been the issue… I learned early on that I can always find the money when it’s something that I want. For me, this program is what I need, right now, in my life. I NEED something that lays it all out for me. I’m busy, as most of us are, and I just don’t like having to put real thought into my diet and exercise program, but my current health issues mean that I need to do something, NOW. I’m 35 years old, weigh almost 300 pounds and I’ve tried a million different things to lose weight and get in shape.
I don’t mind exercising and actually enjoy it. I just haven’t found a system that included workouts, diet information, trackers, etc. I am motivate, so whether or not I win this I WILL get in shape, I WILL lose weight and I WILL be my best self possible.

Hey guys! I would love to try your program because I am in the process of changing things in my life to prevent a drop in my health as I age. I’ve watched my father struggle with weight then diabetes due to the weight. Then thanks to the diabetes he’s had to have a partial leg amputation. I have read and watched your sharing of very useful information over the past few weeks, working up courage and motivation – to be able to do something with the limited time I have. I understand that fitness and health needs a holistic approach, taking care of all systems of the body and functions of the mind, including nutrition. I am studying to become a nutritional therapist. So here I am, 49 years young, newly married with a desire to have kids, suffering from adrenal fatigue and ATO Triaxis Imbalance, and trying to cope with being solely responsible for my mother in the last stages of cancer. In general, it is extremely difficult to get started doing anything, but I keep fighting every day to do things and keep a forward motion. I keep telling myself that as long as I keep putting one foot in front of the other, I will get there, or at least somewhere. Getting in better shape will definitely help, and a program like yours that does not require hours a day, but rather short sessions – that I can handle. Keep up your good work! I am a 46 year old mother of two teenage boys. I started gaining weight a few years ago. I love to exercise, but I also love to eat! I understand gaining a few pounds after age 45, but I really hate having a belly roll!! I have many great clothes I would love to fit back into. Since living the U.S. Navy in 2002, as a Hospital Corpsman, My life has been a rollercoaster. I got marrie and had a beautiful little girl. Now in the process of a divorce and not seeing my little one as much as I did. I have gain 50 pounds of fat and depression. I remember my rountine in the military. Hey Joel! Why is this the PERFECT program for me at this point in my life, and why I NEED access to this information? Because I want to be a game-changer and role model for perimenopausal/menopausal women who bemoan their bulging bellies, expanding waistlines and slumping metabolism–but accept it as ‘normal’ aging.
