As a wife and mother of 5, our family needs your simple effective information. My husband is embarrassed to get in a swim suit and the rest of us are water babies. We have recently started changing to healthy foods, now we need to add a workout that doesn’t include walking all over the neighborhood. Not all of us can fit on the treadmill and it’s darn cold outside here in Alaska. From the previous e-mails it looks like we can do this as a family at home. We are all excited to use your unique program. Thanks for your help!

I’ll be turning 50 in 10 months. I am probably the strongest I have ever been. I work out twice a week with a friend. I also coach women’s tennis at a small college, and I still play competitive tennis. I’m looking to keep ahead of the ladies I coach. How can I be an example to them of tennis as a lifetime sport if I’m not in great shape?
I’d like to up my workouts and push myself. I think your 1000 calerie challenge program would be excellent. I watched the preview and loved it! I really enjoy weight lifting and exercises using body weight. My goal is to be able to do a pullup before I’m 50.

I remember the first time I found Arnel’s website…I looked at his journey to a 6-pack and thought, “How can I get a 6 pack? My diet, genetics, don’t allow me to have one–why bother?” That was how dumb I was back then. At 21 years old, 5’3″ and weighing 180lbs, I had man-breasts and all. I decided that I should give working out a try. I followed Arnel’s workout program every day, finding motivation to get in shape. I learned how to eat better, workout smarter, develop running as a passion–all thanks to the knowledge I was able to share in.
Well, long story short–16 weeks later, I was no longer ashamed of my body–my man-boobs were gone. Most surprising was that my abs were beginning to show. I went from 180 to 140 in those 16 weeks. I really felt a level of confidence I never had. Today, I still continue with my workouts–I find that the 300 workouts are effective when you’re a student and time is short.

I am a frazzled college kid trying to balance out the hours in a day. I have been overweight the majority of my life, trying diet after diet to lose the weight. i have been only somewhat successful in that the weight eventually starts to creep off but always settles back again. I am tired of being depressed when i look in the mirror or go shopping, hoping for cold weather so i can hide my body, and your challenge seems just the thing to kick me into gear. I have loved the information that you have released so far, and I believe that your program will help me to finally realize my fitness goals! I am a 32-year-old busy mom of two very active little boys, ages two and five, and I am back in school earning a new degree. I gained a lot of weight when I almost lost my first son when he was one. Junk food became my food-source, since I stayed with him in the hospital for over a month. After he came home, I was addicted to fast food. Then I got pregnant with my second son, and ate better, but did not resume exercise. I have since switched to an almost entirely organic lifestyle, and I have spent countless hours at the gym, consistently burning 600-850 at a time. This has helped me to tone up a little, but it takes quite a while (an hour or more), and that is not including time I spend lifting weights. Even with these work-outs, I have lost very little weight. I need to lose 80 pounds to get my figure and quality of life back, and I am confident that your program will help me to do it! Spending less time, and being able to see exactly what amount of effort I need to put in to realize fantastic results will be a life-saver for me – literally! I used to be very competitive, and I need a program that will push me to the level my body needs to transform into a fat-blasting furnace!! It seems like every time I make progress, my sons get sick, and then I can’t go to the gym until they are better, which stalls my progress. Well, I’d like a free copy for many reasons, but the main one, is that I quit smoking over a year and half ago and no matter what I do, the extra size (not necessarily weight, but fat) is not going away. I’m 52 and I think we over 50’s are just as deserving of leading healthful life. I eat healthy, exercise and I am to where I don’t believe that any program will whittle this extra away. Am I willing to put the work in? Yes, I am, because I’m not a quitter. Am I tired of trying “The Newest & Greatest Gimmicks”, yes….I simply want to see results this time!

Ahhhhhh I am so sick of this binge eating cycle that has caused me such pain and consequently I have put on 8kgs over the last 2 months.. I am READY to do what it takes to get out of the cycle and consisently get amazing results and make them last.. No more crappy workouts where I give it half arsed effort.. im ready for more… I am ready for a Challenge !!!!!!

I would really like to try this program, I am in the worst shape of my life. I don’t seem to know exactly what I have to do to take the weight off and keep it off, so if I had a program to follow, I know that would work for me!! The reason I NEED this program is pure and simple. The human body is like a mechanical engine in many ways. And without proper maintenance, the engine begins to break down. That’s under normal conditions of wear and tear. Throw in a couple of SERIOUS accidents resulting in massive damage to the engine’s structure. Then we begin to see that strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility are absolutely critical to the functioning of the engine at its highest level while diminishing the probability of further, perhaps even more damaging injury.

Yes, the aesthetic aspects of this program appeal to me greatly. However, after dealing with injuries to my lower body that left me with “permanent partial disability” for over 20 years I am much, much more interested in getting this body to its optimal state of health, strength and over all wellness so that I may enjoy it for as many years as possible.

I’ve been devoted to fitness the majority of my adult life. However, after a third serious injury involving a concussion forced me “on the bench” for four months, I see that fitness isn’t optional anymore, but mandatory.

I am currently in the process of changing careers. I have been trying to get into the police or fire departments in my city. I myself have been at 300 lbs for years now and unnerving my hardest to help myself. I see this as an opportunity to get into shape and help protect countless others in the process. Not only would getting this program help me but it would also help countless others that I would interact with in either job.

My wife & I are starting to eat healthier, more organic & whole foods & seeing results. Your program sounds like the icing on the cake. My wife can loose 30 lbs.

I am a 39 year-old mother of 3. I used to be in GREAT shape but as the years have gone by, so has my waist, my thighs, my butt…. ugh. I have tried many diets as all the other folks on this site – but here’s the catch. My husband is a personal trainer – well known in the area and highly regarded. Although we have a great marriage, when it comes to him training me I just want to punch him in the head. :-) He aggravates me too much. Every time I do something on my own, he tells me it’s not going to work. He’s been correct thus far. I’d be THRILLED to show him THIS works. I love to work out and can follow a precise, concise plan. I would love to have the opportunity to prove him wrong and you and myself right.

I am a 65 year old (read young, please) woman who is fairly active – speed walking and tennis 5x a week. However, the weight is creeping up and up (possibly something to do with my metabolism, hummm?). I know I need more to keep myself in good shape. I am a comfort eater, My husband and my mother have been very sick since easter, to help me get through this I eat. We still don’t know whats wrong with my husband and has on going tests. He is back at work now. My Mum is 82 years old and its just a matter of time. Its a vicious circle and my way of coping is eating, eating, eating, I do this at night when I sit down and have kids in bed. Please HELP

I need this program to get that lean mean burning machine of a body that I know I have! I’ve always been on the heavier side since I was younger, and only recently these past few years took my life into my own hands and got down to a decent 145-150lbs. But 27% body fat on my 5’6″ frame is not cutting it for me. I may look “skinny” to people but the fat on my stomach reminds me I have ways to go. I feel this program can get me that body and help me live the rest of my life a happy and healthier person and at age 26, I’ve got many years ahead of me!
