Joe I have tried to burn the 1000 calories in an hour doing some of your example workouts, but can only achieve this with 30 seconds rest between each exercises.
Maybe I need to get a new calorie counter.
Love the idea of the system and would be very greatfull if I am one of of the lucky contestants to win your give away.
Cheers
Pete

I’m a highschool student and passionate about helping the students at my school who are really struggling (there’ve been lots of issues like bulimia, etc.) Me and my dad are also really frustrated with all our cardio and workouts not amounting to any physical difference. The country where I live is the 2nd highest for heart disease, diabetes, and obesity (which is reallly sad and scary). So my friend, PE teacher and I are starting a fitness/mentoring program at my school. We have some ok resources but I know this program can change their lives radically. We won’t go against copyright rules so PLEASE PICK ME!!!
i’ve been lifting for a few yrs now and my strength and physique has improved. But try as I could i’ve not been able to achieve the ripped definition i seek. i feel your new program will get me there. peace
Hi Joel, Firstly, thank you. It is wonderful to see a “complete” program on offer (to put it in as few words as poss). As a Personal trainer (New Zealand), I have implemented “intensity training” with my clients with great results. You have sooooo “grabbed the bull by the horns” with your program. I have only “dreamed” of creating something so comprehensive and sure. YOU have done it!!! Yay…..I would love to partake in this life-transforming, body-transforming opportunity so that I am able to be the best that I can be (personally, and for my clients). Cheers, Felacita
i tried many workouts and i’m looking for the perfect one that will give me a boost and good motivation to stay on track and lose my last 10 pound for my goal that i struggle for a long time. I want to be happy with my own body and i believe this is the one i’m looking for. I also seek for the exact solution for my arms can you make this happen with this program? I WANT THEM TO LOOK RIPPED.i hope and i believe this program will give me what i yearn….thank youuuu
What is most appealing about your program is that it is about fitness not weight. Diet fads don’t provide any of the tools you need for a lifetime of good health. Now that my kids are high school athletes they are starting to see the benefits of being in great shape. However, they have no interest in grinding through my three-hour runs. I could really use the help in keeping us all motivated to go to the next level.
I am 42 and currently live on your CYWT program. I have used XLFD and incorporate those concepts into CYWT as necessary to fit my life style. Love your programs and quite simply I want the next one to see what I can do with it. I have lost the weight, but like anything else, variety is key to success and now having been on maintenance for the better part of a year, I want the new bible, the info, the crown jewel to keep the success going. Ooohhh Pick me, pick me, pick me! Seriously, love the programs, love your approach, have had great success and want to keep rolling (for my lovely girlfriend as well who is now down 78lbs and just smoked her first half marathon). We are warriors and want a program worthy of warriors. That is the 1000 CALORIE CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!!
Its really hard to put into words how I feel at this moment..tired,disgusted,full of self loathing…Ive tried so many things but find most of the time when I step on the scale each week and see the numbers barely if ever moving….I quit, Im my own worst enemy….but there is hope, I keep trying, I know that one day Im going to find that thing…the program thats going to kick my ass to get the job done.
Here’s hoping this is that program…I’m ready, Bring it on!

I am a 45 year old female who was treated for Graves’ Disease –meaning they removed my thyroid. For the past 5 years, I’ve struggled to lose the 50 lbs that I gained going through treatment and med adjustment. And I’ve done it the hard way–running, nutrition, and weight training. Frankly, I’m skeptical that this program will work. I’ve realized there is no silver bullet and if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So the only way I’ll try it is if it’s very reasonably priced or if I win a copy. Obviously if its as good as they say, I’ll be the first to post.
From all the things I’ve tried and failed, it’s hard for me to believe in any offers…but a spark inside of me really thinks this could work. I’d love to try it!
I’ve been overweight for the past 20 years. Being a salesman, I’m always on the road and I don’t always have a chance to stay in hotel equiped with a gym or have the available time to do a full workout. I think I could benefit from your program.
Thanks in advance!
Dany
My computer is acting funky so sorry if I post this 2wice. I’m really excited to start this awesome 1,000 calorie challenge which you, and your team helped put up together. For the longest time I’ve been trying so many different systems that all seem to fail, and now what you and your team put to the table almost sounds unreal and I’m excited not only for me but for the rest of the world to see as well. Thanks Joel
I am a 49 year old Mother of 4 & Grandmother of 3. I have struggled with my wieght most of my adult life. I have been on MANY different diets through the years and still end up with the wieght back (plus more). Reviewing the information you’ve been sending, I feel this would be the perfect solution for me. All the information is so simple to follow and understand and there is a perfect combination of diet and excersise. I know there has been alot of thought and input from experts in this field and would feel quite confident using this plan. I am the kind of person that needs to see results for my efforts right away and this seems like this plan is for me.
I think this would be a great program for me because I had put on a lot of weight since I left graduate school. My life has been awfully hectic, but this program would help me focus in on what needs to be done in order to get back into shape. I’ve struggled with weight issues all my life, and this would be a wonderful opportunity for me to finally win the battle of the bulge. Thanks so much for such a wonderful program.
I’m a 50 year mother of 4 who just went through a rough divorce after 28 years of marriage. I’ve been in good shape in the past, but that last year was so stressful with the divorce that I put on 30 pounds. I have been recreating my life as a single woman and I am definitely up to the challenge to do this. I am extremely motivated and have tons of support. I’ve read your theory on resistance training and weights and believe wholeheartedly that what you are doing is what it will take for me to be able to get back the body I once had – especially at this stage of life. I could really use the help your program would provide both physically and emotionally. I look forward to diving into this program and being able to give you a glowing testimonial on the flip side.
I am a 34 yr old single mother who last year fell at work and broke my ankle. Due to being stuck on a couch for 7month i put on alot of weight, after several months of therapy i am almost as good as new, but still find it hard to do somethings i have a treadmill at home and can walk but still finding it hard to jog or run so the weight isnt coming off very easy. I have 2 teenage daughters at home whom also have been putting weight on and i would like to be a role model for them as well.
Thank you for the opportunity and for all your help!
@ Joel Marion:
I am a 44-year-old teacher who has chosen to stay at home in order to raise my 4-year-old adopted daughter. I also have a 14-year-old son, which my husband and I adopted at 8 years old. Over the last few years I have tried just about every diet/exercise routine out there but because of raising 2 children (one of which who is ADD/ADHD, has depression, and Reactive Attachment Disorder) it has been difficult to excel at because of lack of time available and/or preparing a completely different meal for myself versus my family. I want something that I can do at home while still taking care of my children and still be able to prepare the same meal for the whole family. Everything that I have read about the 1,000-calorie challenge system seems to fit my lifestyle and I would love to give it a try. I have also been diagnosed with having an inherited value problem in the veins of my legs. I currently have 3 defective valves in the right leg and 1 main defective valve in my left leg. My Vein Specialist just told me a few days ago that I need to loose weight and I told him I have been trying for the past 8 years to loose weight. I want to set an example for my children especially my daughter who is also showing signs that she is predisposed to weight problems.

I’ve been at the same weight for almost 5 years now as my job is a remote support desk job that involves sitting most of the day and then fast food for lunch…and well I need to trim this fat and this looks to be my ticket.
Thanks for sharing your calorie burning secrets with us. I am so eager to try this plan. At my age (60) the metabolism almost grinds to a stop. I tried a diet plan last year and worked out in a gym and lost 60 pounds, but alas once I took a break from the boxed food it started piling back on quickly. I need a plan that will keep me excited about getting fit and losing weight. Yours sounds like it would do exactly that. Maximizing my workouts and calorie expenditure would be so beneficial as my joints start screaming if I exercise them for long periods. I’m looking forward to winning one of your sets. Then I can let my friends know just how wonderful it is. Thanks for all the information you have been giving us.
At age 50+ (a lady never reveals her real age and I don’t feel a day over 25), it seems no matter what I do, cut calories, exercise, more exercise, nothing keeps the weight from creeping on…I know it’s because my body’s metabolism is growing slower with age — so I refuse to let that happen and feel that your program is the perfect way to speed up my “aging” metabolism. Thanks for the opportunity for a 50+-year old body to burn calories like it’s never done before!

I need this program because I’m tired. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. I’m a mom to 3.5 year old triplet girls. I need to show them how to be healthy! I need to “walk my talk”! I’m not in terrible shape, but I’m at least 25 pounds away from my ‘goal’ weight—and most importantly, I have very little muscle tone. I had a hard pregnancy. Severe morning sickness to the point where I had a pump put in my leg to give me constant doses of anti-nausea medication. I actually lost weight beacause the babies took everything they could from me to grow. I was put on bedrest for three months and my muscles atrophied severely. I haven’t had a chance to get those muscles back because every minute of my day is spent on my girls. I need a streamlined, time efficient yet effective program to get me back where I belong! Thanks.
Well, i’m a chubby 21 year old that works, studies and has a girlfriend. Time is what i lack the most, and going to the gym is never even an option, i hardly fin an extra hour a week, if i can find a way of losing fat in a fast and efective manner i think i could change my life.
