I would like a copy of your program because i hate deiting, its the worst thing in the world for me. So if your program is as good as you say it is then i wouldn’t have to deit as long which would be a true come to for me to lose 4/5 pounds of fat every week. Get in shape in no time which i would like. Almost everyone i know would want a copy of your program when they see the results i get from it.

I’m 50 and 1/2! My husband is on the point of divorcing me for being too fat! Yes, he is skinny! I would like this plan because I am an obese male at the prime of my life who is struggling with his weight regardless of what he does. I’ve tried everything, but I just always fail out in the end because I don’t have a proper plan to follow. This is a very saddening fact. :(

I’m 53 and a former athlete who has never let the chronological number dictate what I can or cannot do. Simply stated I want to achieve my goal of 12% body fat while maintaining mass. I understand while difficult it is nonetheless possible to lose body fat and maintain strength and to some degree most of your mass. The difficulty is in finding the right program. I can train 5 to 6 days a week and getting to the gym at 5 AM is not a problem. Enthusiasm dedication and discipline followed by a good exercise and eating program are the keys to success. I got back to gym (boxe and Jiu-Jitsu) for 7 months and i get some results in that but since i try your advices, i am really surprised about the results. I work out every once in a while when I can, but no matter how well I eat or how much time I have to work out, I can’t get rid of those few pounds. I want to see your 1000 calorie challenge work! And not work to lose a ton of pounds, but to lose those last few pounds so I can get that six pack I’ve always wanted! And in days I have to be ready to read news in national television. It would be a blessing for me to have a proper workout instruction which can lead me to a better posture. Not wanting to stick to hereditary diseases such as diabetic, high blood pressure, and other possible disadvantages in an ever changing world. I need the 1000 calorie challenge to ensure my future.

I am 28 years old and I’ve been working out pretty consistently for the past 9 years, although I never really get the results that I want, and if I do i cannot maintain those results very long. I spend a fair amount of time in the gym and still I do not seem to make much progress. I need a plan that I can stick with and something that kicks my butt and burns that fat off! At 53, I am not getting any younger. I have a special needs son who needs me to continue to advocate and care for him as he begins to face adulthood next year (even if his mind is not with his age). I am overweight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, auto-immune disease, and definitely OUT of SHAPE physically! I need something I can do, believe in, and succeed at NOW and for the rest of my life. I need your help now to live long and continue caring for my son and other children and adults like him affected with Autism. These people are special and need special teaching to enable them to function in society. We need society to understand their disability. I want to live to make a difference for the many individuals with Autism who are gravely misunderstood, under educated, under trained, and under appreciated even though they have enormous talents. I need your help so I can pay it forward to help them help themselves and others like them!

My wife and I have been trying everything we find that makes sense to lose weight. The latest being The Diet Solution program which is how we found you. I have gotten down to the last 15 pounds and need something to push off the last bit but my wife has had lots of trouble. She has yoyo’d for the last 3 years but has lost 60 pounds. She still has 55 pounds to go. She has plateaued for the last month and has even gain a couple of pounds. I am at a loss how she could have this happening to her. This program looks like it will help me get back into good shape. My daugher is a senior in high school and I am sure that she would not like for any of her friends to see me without a shirt. I have started working out about 2 months ago. The trainer keeps telling me to eat more. When I do I end up gaining belly fat instead of lean muscle.

Here are the reasons why I don’t work out: I procrastinate if I feel I don’t understand or can do the workout(s), I never feel I have enough time in the day so adding something new needs to be clearly worthwhile, I do not have a set schedule from day to day, and I have had just about every major life changing event except death happen to me in the past 5 years, so doing a consistant workout program has been a real struggle.
The one reason why you should give me the program: I will use it. Despite everything mentioned above I have kept going, working towards becoming more fit any way I can. I may not get it right at first, but it will not be waisted on me.

I’m 28 years old, 362lbs, and have a hard time being confident in myself right now. I’m going through a divorce, and lost my car and job. Now, I’m living with my uncle and trying to start over. I was introduced to you thru the DSP – Diet Solutions Plan -about eighteen months ago, through eating well – watching those carbs – and maintaining exercise, managed to lose the 20 lb+ weight I’d not lost in having my children – feeling fantastic at fifty — but am always interested in learning more about nutrition. With a busy lifestyle these days, a few pounds have crept on — not bad, but I’m looking to take those and a few more pounds off to ensure i stay at my target weight. I am 66, in reasonable shape, but overweight by 40-50 pounds at 270. I need to lose the weight and keep it off and the only way I have ever been able to do so is by extreme workouts and dieting. With the economy what it is, I have even less time for the workouts now, so I would love to try your new program to see if I can finally get to my goal of 220 pounds.

I’m a highschool student and passionate about helping the students at my school who are really struggling (there’ve been lots of issues like bulimia, etc.) Me and my dad are also really frustrated with all our cardio and workouts not amounting to any physical difference. The country where I live is the 2nd highest for heart disease, diabetes, and obesity (which is reallly sad and scary). So my friend, PE teacher and I are starting a fitness/mentoring program at my school. We have some ok resources but I know this program can change their lives radically. Simply, I want this challenge because I’ve been on this fat loss journey for 3 years now and though I am seeing results, it just isn’t fat enough for me. I want my lean body now and am willing to go to try these 1000 calorie workouts. I just want to get on with it and see results NOW!

I have been reading about your great new program. It looks really great! I am a 40 years old and I have been steadily gaining weight for the last 10 years. The harder I try to lose weight the more impossible it seems to be. I have tried everything from crash diets to grueling exercise routines. Sadly, nothing works. I am tired of being fat! And it is not fair! I eat well and I am active but the weight still sticks to my bones. Giving me this awesome program would be a blessing and will be the miracle that I have been searching for!! I have loved the information that you have released so far, and I believe that your program will help me to finally realize my fitness goals. I am a busy mom of two very active little boys, ages two and five, and I am back in school earning a new degree. I have spent countless hours at the gym, consistently burning 600-850 at a time. This has helped me to tone up a little, but it takes quite a while (an hour or more), and that is not including time I spend on weights. Even with these work-outs, I have lost very little weight. I need to lose 80 pounds to get my figure and quality of life back, and I am confident that your program will help me to do it!
