Since having an injury to my hip just under a year ago, I have had my very strict exercise programme thrown off and have gained weight to become the heaviest I have ever been. Now that I am able to begin exercising again, I am still finding it difficult to lose the weight that I gained. I am desperately trying to lose at least another 5 kg and am finding it nearly impossible to do so. I need to find a proper dietary regime to accompany the re-starting of my exercise programme so that I can get back to the small and toned form that I always previously had. I am still in my 20s and know that I deserve to have pride, not shame, in my physique.

I had been doing Arnels exercise routines for over a year and doing a great job. I lost 20 pounds and was feeling great. And then tragedy happened and my Grandma died. This obviously would mess up any, and how it messed me up was it made me not want to do much, yet I ate just as I did when I was working out, actually more becasue people kept bringing us sympathy food. So now it has been a couple months and I am ready to get back to it and really push myself to get back to the best shape of my life, even better than that! And I believe this program could help me do that.
Thanks- brian
I am at the end of my rope. I am out of shape, tired and just can’t get off this cycle. I don’t know if I am the worst case out here or the most deserving , but I would love the chance to try something that could change my life. To the winner I say “Give it your all”. Thanks for letting me have a shot all the same.
i have been trying to lose weight and lose body fat for a few years. I have been able to lose weight but have not been able to shift any of the body fat. Going by what i have read i think your system could really help me. I am 45 in two weeks and it would make a great birthday if i won a copy of your system. As i am single it would definately help me get into outfits that i cannot just now for christmas party time.
I am a 67 year old female. A couple of years ago I realized I had become a couch potato. My physical exercise, ha ha, was reading. I found out that in addition to being overweight, my blood pressure, cholesterol etc was all too high. I started eating healthier and lost some pounds, no other changes. Earlier this year I started walking, using a recumbent bike at home and improving my diet even more. This helped, but still not enough. The main trouble is all the help I find on line is only one topic at a time. Diet, aerobic exercise or strength training. This program has everything all in one package, including tracking my progress. I think with this program I can complete my weight loss, improve my health and become physically fit so I can enjoy a great retirement with my family and dogs.
I am under a year out from my wedding and with all the wedding planning and dinners and tasting of cakes, I just dont know if i will be walking or rolling down the aisle. I RATHER WALK! I know my fiance is thinking the same, so if i can get us this program we can start getting in shape and keep us at our fitness goal so we can have a fighting chance at having a wonderful wedding and really make us the talk of the night! thanks for the chance to be one of the lucky winners.
Dear Joel,
Been doing the Body for Life program on and off for almost 2 years, losing 45 pounds in the process. The best part about the program is that I don’t have to “figure anything” out. However, my weight loss has leveled off, so I’m looking to the amazing program that you’ve developed to get me to my goal. Since it’s all “figured out” for me, it would be easy for me to follow, with enough flexibility to keep me motivated through my last 30 pounds.
Being a single mother, I want to be a healthy strong example to my 4 1/2 year old son to believe anything is possible. Joel, would you and your team please help me to achieve my goal by December 6th, my 40th birthday, by sending me a free copy of the program?
Thanks in advance.
I am currently enrolled in the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association ) and need to keep abreast to all the latest scientific methods of fat loss. I want to see how this program compares to the “zig-zag approach” that the ISSA recommends.
On a more personal note, my mom suffers from diabetes and my father suffers from high blood pressure. I don’t want to see my parents suffer needlessly with medication that has severe side effects. This program seems to be a good fit because people being overweight is a global epidemic and if I can just add years of quality life to anyone then I have done my job:)
@ Joel Marion:
This system is the only one that works out there. Thanks for the the info and the help!
I am 33 years old and a mother of 3, ages 8, 6, & 3. I have recently lost 75 lbs. and now I want to have the muscle tone and body to go with it. I have lived my entire adult life overweight and I missed out on my 20’s. I want it back and I will work hard to get it. I work out 5 days a week and need some direction. I have worked very hard to get the weight off and now I want to look good in my own skin. I still have too high of a % of body fat and want to get ride of it so I can be the best me. I know I look okay now, especially since I don’t weigh 230 lbs any more, but I know I can look and feel better. What I have seen in your workout system seem to make a lot of sense and I want to put it to the test. I am so excited to try it and to get some great results with proper direction and guidance.

i have had a problem with my weight most of my life.It seemed at times all I had to do was look at food and i’d gain weight.I’ve tried diets, but losing 1lb. a wk. didn’t seem worth the trouble.I’ve gained so much weight now it’s causing health problems.I’ve got high blood pressure and get short of breath easily.I know your system can help me.Thanks
Loving the vids and posts. I believe in this system and want to know more. Then I want to spread the word.
Keep up the good work guys and hopefully we can work together soon.

Luke
Hey Joel and everyone,
I am currently enrolled in the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association ) and need to keep abreast to all the latest scientific methods of fat loss. I want to see how this program compares to the “zig-zag approach” that the ISSA recommends.
On a more personal note, my mom suffers from diabetes and my father suffers from high blood pressure. I don’t want to see my parents suffer needlessly with medication that has severe side effects. Hi I have in the past been really fit and slim. Since my children and change in career things have gone haywire and I am now 30kilos overweight. It seems just that I will never get back what I had. I really need to as my self associates with been a fit and healthy individual. I have reviewed your package with interest and with my knowledge of training and diet for the first time know that this is a realistic package that will work. So many others make claims that are unrealistic – yours dont. Hard work – exercise and eating less and the right food is what it takes. I would love the opportunity to prove how good your system is.
I hit the big 40 this year. It hit hard. I was in the Army for 17 years and then took a desk job with longer than normal business hours. An emergency hysterocomy, three fast moving teenagers, and re-marrying yet again to a military man, has sent my weight to places it never should have gone. Now, the pounds will not leave. I have tried most diets to get back to the shape I can no longer even imagine when I look in the mirror. Nothing works – but then again – my efforts could be considered the definition of insanity ( I have been doing the same things over and over, and expecting a different result!!)
This week I learned through your email notices that the goal of reaching a healthy weight and maintaining it IS possible! Your plan actually includes people at all levels – what a beautiful concept.
I truly believe your system will make the difference of a lifetime for our entire family. What better a gift to give your children than the knowledge to live a healthy life?
I know you will have thousands upon thousands of email notices within the 36 hour window. Though I hope to be one of the lucky 30 – I already consider myself very fortunate to have learned of your program this week. I will be trying your system regardless. It is too powerful a message to ignore!
Regards
Nicole
I would really like to win your free book. I am a cancer survior and I need to lose some weight. I do exercise at least 3 day’s a week. I have never won anything yet in my whole life and I am 64 yrs. old. Thank YOu
I am a 33-year old female who was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I strongly believe it was brought on by heavy stress due to my career. I am an attorney (please don’t hold this against me) and while I was always very active and athletic growing up, the pressures from school made me put health and fitness on the back burner. My thyroid diagnosis has opened my eyes to the realization that my health has got to be first place in my life. I’m not just looking to fit into a bikini for the summer or to look great in a dress for a wedding (great goals in themselves). I am looking for a long-term body transformation. Because my diagnosis makes it even more difficult for me to lose weight and gain weight mostly in my belly area, I have got to find a program that makes fat loss possible in the most efficient yet, realistic way possible. The 1,000 Calorie Challenge System is that such program. Finally, a program that doesn’t require hours in the gym, quick yet health-damaging results and empty promises. It’s a program that I believe makes the concepts easily understandable for those of us who are ignorant about the realities of weight loss and nutrition. Better yet, it’s a program where the exercises are actually not intimidating and easily manageable for women. Nowadays everyone is calling themselves a fitness “expert” and claiming their program is the real deal. All of this information overload overwhelms me as a consumer. However, Joel and Arnel’s credentials speak for themselves and the fact that they struggled themselves with what I have struggled with is so refreshing and makes me really believe that I can do it too. My career and now my thyroid condition have been excuses for me not to get my health and body in the condition it needs to be in and with The 1,000 Calorie Challenge System they no longer will be.
The 1000 calorie challenge sounds like it would be great for me. I am 50, and have tried to stay in shape. But 6 years ago I started my own business as a remodeling contractor, and since then, I have never been done with work.
With the market being down, I have not had much work, just lot of marketing activities (which don’t pay the bills!) I am now looking for work, and I need an intense, preplanned workout to get back in shape and keep my spirits up for the job hunt.
I am 64 years old and obese. I have 90 lbs of fat to lose; that’s 315,000 calories! The task is scary big, daunting. And, I fall victim to self sabotage. The exercise progressions and approach to diet are a bridge from where I am to where I need to be. It’s a clear path to follow with understandable (though not easy) steps to follow. It’s a good deal. You provide the knowledge and I provide the tenacity and sweat. I’m good to go and will purchase the program if I’m not selected to receive it for free.
I turn 60 this December and determined to loss my 80 extra pounds. I have two Grand Daughters and plan on dancing at their weddings. Joel & Arnel thanks for plan/strategy to get me there.
@ Joel Marion:
Hi, I am from Serbia, 23 year old, 182cm tall, 85kg weight today.
I just don’t know from where to start but I’ll try to tell my story as short as possible. I am amateur bodybuilder and I have achieved some goals and I was partially happy, I got muscle mass but many kgs of fat as well. One day in my gym I found that was Serbian Championship in arm wrestling contest going to start 16 May 2010 year, I decided to try and to test myself, btw I didn’t care for excess fat and 105kg then. On arm wrestling championship a horrible thing happen, I almost won my 1st round but due to my insufficient knowledge in this discipline I broke my arm by myself…
I spent 1 month in hospital and 5 months in recovery doing nothing except exercising all other parts of body and a lot of cardio and trying to figure out best diet for me since I tried many of those in past and I fail as well. With my 85kg now I look still fat and ofc with much less muscle then before accident.
I need rly bad a proven diet program to help me achieve desired results because I am rly tired of trying and putting so much effort in my past diet plans and because of insufficient knowledge by any mean. I am rly tired of many fails and I don’t wanna fail ever again. I wanna give a try to this program because I saw incredible transformations of people trying this including you and Arnel Ricafranca
All the best,
Vladimir
P.S
Sorry for my bad english
I am a highschool student passionate about helping the students at my school who are really struggling. There have been issues like bulimia and other stuff. Me and my dad are both frustrated with all the cardio and other exercises not really showing improvement and where I live is the 2nd highest country with heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. It’s really sad (and scary) so I am starting a fitness/mentoring program at my school with my friend and PE teacher. We have a couple good resources but I feel like this will really help breaking students’ negative mentality and help us rebuild them positively with lots of encouragement. PLEASE PICK ME!!!!!!
I live in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro and I practiced jiu-jitsu for all of my life. I stopped my train for about 7 years and get a lot of fat. I got back to gym (boxe and Jiu-Jitsu) for 7 months and i get some results in that but since i try your advices, i am really surprised about the results. First, i do all my exercises with a polar and nothing, like boxe or Jiu-jitsu can burn more fat than your routines. I feel like a white belt in my old knowledge because after your exercises routine, it is better to forget about all of the other exercises. I could burn 650 cal in 45 minutes. Normally i burn 300 to 400 in one hour of hard train! No one tell me this, i could see in my Polar! I always listen a lot about many kinds of workout but no one can burn so many calories in 50 minutes and more, you really get ready for any other exercise. Today i completed about 4 days with your exercise and everyone can see the results! I don t have much time to train that is why this exercises are so perfect to me. Thanks

@ Joel Marion:
I am about to turn 58 years old and have worked to try to stay in fair shape as I aged. I play basketball once a week with a lot of younger guys and feel it every but am proud to go and “represent”! In January of this year I was determined to lose some weight and I worked and lost 26 lbs and have maintained about 20 lbs of that lose until today. I am wanting to lose another 15 lbs. I have interviewed and am about to go to Iraq for a contract job as the market in the US has toughed and I would say that if I ever needed the ability to “shaped up” it would be now. Having followed and believed in the information that you provide I know that this would be invaluable to helping me prepare for the year or two ahead of me physically which will help me mentally while being separated from my wife and family. Whether I win or not, you are incredible for providing such great tools for us all. God Bless America!
