Here’s the bottom line Joel. Im a male nurse who has unfortunately stopped caring for himself in lieu of caring for my patients. Long hours at the hospital and an inability to maintain proper eating habits on the floor have led to a steady, though significant, body fat accumulation. For the past two years my head has been stuck inside of books and I have not made time for exercise. I have also neglected my healthy eating habits. It is starting to show in a drastic manner and I really need to do something about it. I am 5’5, obviously not very tall. I was a lean 135 lbs up until the age of 27. Even though I was at that weight people assumed I was 150 lbs. I have since lost most of that muscle, if not all, and I currently weigh 152. I am disgusted with myself as I actually type that and see it. I am a broke student at the moment and would greatly appreciate if you would share this product with me. I have been training for 20+ years. I have hit a wall. But over the past few sessions of the 1000/600 calorie burn workouts I have felt that post workout burn I have been missing for years. First off I would like to say Thank you for putting this together and giving us a chance to win your programs – very generous. I am a 39 year old mother of two. When I graduated from high school I weighed 128 lbs, I currently weigh 241. January of 2009 I went to the doctor – not feeling well – of course you have to face the dreaded scale and I weighed in at 272. He talked to me about the dangers of being so over weight and actually called me Morbidly Obese. I cried the whole afternoon. A few days later I started getting up at 4:30 am to walk 3 miles everyday/6 days a week and ate about 1200 calories. By July of 2009, I weighed 194. I started feeling sluggish and making excuses about why I was walking as often becuase I was so tired and ached. Went down to walking about three times a week and then I became very ill. For three months I was on steroids, anti-biotics and anti-histamines, I gained over 30 pounds and was so disgusted with my self and just gave up. I am SO SCARED to get back up to the 270 and then more. I was reading your website and listening to your phone call/videos and became overwhelmed with excitement. I cannot wait to start your program. My goal for the summer of 2011 is to be back under 195 and to actually be able to wear a pair of shorts…

I weighed 115 pounds when I got pregnant with my son at age 19. I got spinal meningitis in my 7th month of pregnancy. I gave birth in March of 1992 and then got pregnant again, giving birth to my daughter in June of 1993. I never lost the weight, no matter what exercises I did or diets I followed. I had another child in 1997 and then another in 2002. I am still carrying the “baby fat” and nothing I do can rid me of it. I NEED your 1000 calorie challenge system to get my body back into shape! I work 3 jobs and have 4 kids and don’t have the time to get to the gym to work this off!
I’ll cut to the chase: I’m a 47-yr-old single mother with two boys ages 14 and 11. I come from a family with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. As a male age 31 who has suffered from Graves Disease which in turn has turned into hypothyroidism, I strongly believe that my situation would be a great case study where the metabolic exercises and diet can be put to work. Many people will see great results because of the shock that they will give their body as most have never experienced this level of exertion. Same can be said about people that first start lifting weights. They will see big results in their lifts and as time goes by, the gains will get smaller. I would really like to put this program to the test as it takes me a month to lose what a normal hormonal person loses weight in a week.
I have been diagnosed with diabetes. I’m told to workout more [I already swim 3 days a week, walk 40min every day, do Qi Gong a couple times a week]. It looks like I need something else to reve up my metabolism. :)

I am 35 years old and I have never had abs. I was thinking about P90X, but wasn’t sure if it was for me… I really think this might work with the science behind it. I never won anything before, so I thought this might be my first time.

Im 19 years old and i live in Mexico City, great place by the way but im about to go to college, so i’ll leave my town and go to Canada. i’ve always liked martial arts, and i have trained for many years but i have never had a ripped body, or a lot of muscle, lately i been training for having a six pack and a nice body, and i feel im doing pretty good, i have seen your videos, and i’ve done a lot of reserch but the R quatro program with de S2 Progression will help my very much. the thing is tho, that i aint got so much money to spend, i mean im about to go to another contry and im just starting to work so getting this program for free would be awesome, and i know i will achive my goals! and if you give my this chance, i wont screw it, i even send you my before/after pic haha! well, i dont know what else to say man, i think im really convincing…. im up to the challenge and im already starting, just by watching arnel at the back doing some workout its being helpful.
