I feel this is important for me right now because so far it seems to be working compared to other methods i tried and THIS has boosted my self confidence like no other plus it’s already planned so it fits my schedule very well and it’s been fun, Thanks :)

I have had a weight problem ever since I can remember and have been “dieting” for years. I’d like to finally get that last bit of weight off. I’m not afraid of a challenge and am looking for something that will push me past what I’m already doing and looking at what you’ve already sent, this looks like exactly what I need. I can’t wait to get it when it comes out!

I am 46 years old and have been watching what used to be my 52 inch chest and 32 inch waist trade places. Old sports injuries have started rearing their ugly heads and I find many workouts becoming more difficult. I have tried some of the workouts in the reports you have put out and I find them effective and chellenging, but most importantly I am able to perform them without the pain associated with other workouts. I look forward to learning more.

Hey! Joel & Arnel, well i’ll tell you a little bit about myself. Im 19 years old and i live in Mexico City, great place by the way but im about to go to college, so i’ll leave my town and go to Canada. i’ve always liked martial arts, and i have trained for many years but i have never had a ripped body, or a lot of muscle, lately i been training for having a six pack and a nice body, and i feel im doing pretty good, i have seen your videos, and i’ve done a lot of reserch but the R quatro program with de S2 Progression will help my very much. the thing is tho, that i aint got so much money to spend, i mean im about to go to another contry and im just starting to work so getting this program for free would be awesome, and i know i will achive my goals! and if you give my this chance, i wont screw it, i even send you my before/after pic haha! well, i dont know what else to say man, i think im really convincing…. im up to the challenge and im already starting, just by watching arnel at the back doing some workout its being helpful. This Great program that would help me a lot! and I’m trying to get fit to resume playing basketball competitively in college and on the other hand I am helping my mother and sister to lose weight they are overweight. nutritionist prescribed a diet but their progress is very slow and I helped with the tips that your upload to your webpage but not much physical work and this could make 1000 calories challenge that I and my family and take great strides we could best live q which we have now

I have been eating a healthy diet and exercising for the past 10+ years. In the process I have lost 60 lbs. However, I still struggle with losing the fat. I continually read many magazines and health articles in a never ending pursuit to figure out a better formula for both eating and exercising that will allow me to lose the fat. I am already committed to living a healthy lifestyle and see your program as one that will help me with this hurdle. Like many people, I have fought a weight problem all my life. I have lost weight using many techniques, and have always gained it back. The way I keep my in control is by excercise. But I get board with my workouts after several months and end up stopping. I need a program that excites and will keep me with it. I am a busy woman and need a quick routine. A program such as yours that shows such quick results would certainly be what I am looking for!

I am a single mother of 3 so I need something that will work and not waste my time. I have tried several gyms and personal trainers. All the trainers in this area just put me on a treadmill or eliptical…boring and what kind of workout is that? I can and do run on my own. I don’t need to pay someone for that. I run several miles of bleachers so what is a treadmill going to do? I’ve tried explaining to them that I workout on my own and am a lot tuffer on myself than they are, but they swear, “Just stick with it and you’ll see muscle”. Well, as you can imagine my shape has not changed with the weighted workouts they put me on. I’m looking for a way to lean out and lose those last 10-15. I’ve been looking for a way to the last of my fat and gain lean muscle to look healthy and strong. I would like to actually see my muscle and not be told “Believe me it’s there you just can’t see it!”. Well I want to see it. I put in the work I deserve the results!

Basically i’m trying to take my physique to a whole new level because i’m trying to get the best pictures possible together to promote my new fitness business. I have followed you guys for quite a while now and as always im blown away at the quality of work ye do. Please pick me, this is what I NEED to get myself on the map for the future!

I was an avid fan of the Body for Life program and took an interest to your program because of the mention of your mentorship under the guidance of Bill Phillips. This program is not easy but it’s not difficult either. It takes a commitment that I am more than willing to give. I have been working out for 8 years and have tried so many different options. I am a 47 year old who thought I was in great shape even though I was a smoker. I quit smoking 6 months ago and I never plan to go back. Hi am 23 year old Uni student in UK and I’ve developed a stomach over the recent years due to heavy courseworks and girlfriend. Before Uni I followed Arnel’s 16 week IWSP and Tyrler Durden program and I achieve amazing results and then I meet my girlfriend and uni started so it all fell apart, and now I’m back at stage 1. I am in my final year and I know that once I graduate I’m gonna start working for a record label, and the first year of this job requires many overtime hours of working and I won’t have time to workout anymore that much, such 3-4 times a week. Therefore I’ve set myself the final goal of this year which is getting into my best shape ever and get all my packs out again. plus I’ve read all the articles from Arnel, Mike Geary, Joel, coach Josh and Vinny, I know everything about training now and eating correctly, this program will help me to achieve the greatest thing for my body ever.

I have done well, but I’m stuck. I have come down from nearly 240 pounds to about 175, but for my height, I’m still obese! I have been at this plateau for a long time, and I’m getting so discouraged that I want to quit.

i’m an 18 year old ballet dancer however for most of my life i have been bullied about my weight and i also have other dancers at my school making comments about my weight and all of this has made me depressed especially as so many of the other girls at my dance school are all so slim and it feels like my confidence has really hit rock bottom. i have read all of your updates for about the last month and i think that your programme is exactly the thing i need to lose the weight that i am so uhappy about and to also rebuild my confidence. i also think that the weight loss that i could achieve from your programme would help in becoming an even better dancer and feel that it would make me a lot fitter.

Hi guys, I’m Lin from Trinidad..1 mth away from 23yrs old and have been trying to get my body to where i want it since i was 13. First 2 months were easy, lost 20lbs but after hitting a plateau i began dieting the wrong way, after yrs of cheating/pills/fasts, i thought doing things the right way would get the lbs off, I’ve detoxed, been to a nutritionist, joined a gym with TRX & moving spinning bikes,even started hashing& swimming.. to no avail..I feel like i’ve tried EVERYTHING, both good & bad.. I’m a 27-year-old woman and I should be in the prime of my life. Instead, I’m 50 pounds overweight, have no stamina whatsoever, and I’m terrified of getting the type 2 diabetes that runs in my family.
In my entire life, not once have I ever been physically fit and at my ideal weight. I don’t have the build to be one of those slender, willowy types and I don’t actually want to be just “skinny.” What I really want is to be strong and athletic, and my body type (short, compact, and muscular) is just right for that, aside from those 50 extra pounds of fat.
This program is attractive to me because of the heavy emphasis on exercise rather than dieting. I know diet is obviously extremely important – I once lost over 30 pounds on a diet-only program, so I know it’s possible, but it all eventually came back.
Working out isn’t my idea of fun, but at this point in my life and with this flabby body, I have the motivation. I just need guidance. I don’t want to waste my time and energy doing workouts and making dietary changes that are ineffective. That’s why burning 1000 calories at a time on this program sounds perfect to me.

My wife and I have been trying everything we find that makes sense to lose weight. The latest being The Diet Solution program which is how we found you. I have gotten down to the last 15 pounds and need something to push off the last bit but my wife has had lots of trouble. She has yoyo’d for the last 3 years but has lost 60 pounds. She still has 55 pounds to go. She has plateaued for the last month and has even gain a couple of pounds. I am at a loss how she could have this happening to her. My hope is that your program holds the key to completing our weightloss journey. Totally out of ideas …. This looks like the perfect program for me. I really need to restart an exercise program. Previously I was doing Cross-Fit, but haven’t been to the gym in months. My body fat is at 34%!! I know nutrition is a big part of losing fat, but nobody has ever gone over exactly what I should be eating for maximum fat loss. I love watching your videos – the training looks similar to cross-fit in some ways. My friend & I both need to start an exercise program again. My husband also struggles with being fit, but fat. I enjoy running, but that alone doesn’t seem to help. Kudoos to the both of you for spending the time to develop this program in the hopes of helping others get healthier!

I am a highschool student passionate about helping the students at my school to become not only happy with their bodies but to become healthy (and becoming fit myself as well). Where I live is the 2nd highest country with heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. It’s really sad so I am starting a fitness/mentoring program at my school with my friend and PE teacher. We have a couple good resources but I feel like this will really help breaking students’ negative mentality and help us rebuild them positively with lots of encouragement. PLEASE PICK ME!!!!!
