@ Joel Marion: Hey guys im gonna get married real soon in 3 months, and this program is interesting for it looks fun, it actually looks like itll burn off the fat easily with all the info u gave on why it works. im not gonna lie, theres more people in need of this program than me but even so i really would appreciate this program right now for i want my soon to be wife happy in everyway possible God Willing. She has never seen my shirt off and naturally probably thinks im fit i guess? but itll be a dissapointment to her if it ever comes to that . Also i love Vince Delmont and Leehayward , I follow there advice every on just about anything and if they recommend this then this must be the next big thing! I’ve been about 40-50 lbs over weight since I started college. My diet has been rough, my exercise times have been rare, and I’ve mostly accepted this as how I’ll always be. But lately I just can’t do this anymore. I’m sick of looking at myself, tired of being winded everywhere I go, and being called out as the “Big guy” or “The sweaty one.” I work in entertainment in a comedy group, and these things are pointed out almost every show we do. I don’t want to be the fat guy on stage anymore. I need this program, for my health, and for my enjoyment in what I do. I’m ready to bust my butt with the exercises and setting up a diet plan. I want to be the man I should be.

I have been an athlete my entire life, I’M 33, a husband, new father & now that I am done competitively, have worked in the corporate world for some time now, my once rock hard body is no more. Finding time to go to the gym, & wait for machines does not cut it. I saw the videos & I had to use it.
I have given myself 120 days to get my body back & it starts now.

I am a 41 year old mother of 4. I love to exercise and stay in shape. Even though I do love it, I spend way too much time doing it and not enough time doing other things I love. I am eager to find a program that works and does not take up so much of my day.

I am 52 years old and I am one of those people you have talked about. I am extremely muscular by nature and put muscle on very easily however I have a belly that covers a pretty good set of stomach muscles for an old guy. I will eventually need double knee replacements so aerobic activities are limited for me right now and are quite painful. In doing exercise I have built up this muscle under the layer of fat. A new approach is needed for me to shock the system and to trim the fat off my stomach. Sounds like this program may be a good start. Thanks for considering me!

I grew up in a home where food was used to control me. When I was good I got to eat, when I did not satisfactorily perform, I did not eat. There were days when I ate either nothing or very little. Food was measured and rationed to me. After I left home I discovered the world of food and have struggled with weight ever since. I am an extremist in my eating, either binging or starving myself for days at a time. I can lose or gain 20 lbs in a month depending on what mode I am in. I have tried every diet imaginable, but have never looked at them as a lifetime commitment, but rather as a punishment for my overindulgence. I need something that is balanced, reasonable, easy, something I can do without feeling deprived, and gives me freedom to screw up every once in a while without feeling like I blew it so why bother trying any longer. Something that will help me think correctly about food, and teach me to reward my successes with methods other than eating!!!
I am good at being told what and how to do something. If I feel that it is fair, not a gimmick, and will give me results that are worth the effort I am putting into it, I believe I can be successful at it. That is why I would like the opportunity to give your program a try.

Thanks for the tips I’ve gotten from you so far. They have been helping.
I’ve been on the heavy side all of my life. I’m active and in good health, but I’ve always had to work really hard at keeping off the weight. Now as I’m nearing fifty, and post-menopausal, the weight has been creeping on, despite my old regimen. I’ve gained about 20 pounds in the last year.

I think the 1000 Calorie Challenge would really help me to kick a new program into high gear and combat the age-related weight-gain.

I need this system badly, i am over 360lbs and gaining. it seems no matter what i do i cant lose weight. i could really use some expert help so i can live my life. i dont like to leave the house because of my weight problem.this is somnething i have fought my whole life, by the 6th grade i was over 200lbs. im almost 40 now and i have an eight year old daughter with crebral palsy and I WANT to be around for her. Fitness, six pack abs, big arms, big ripped chest, this are things that can be achieved trgough hard work and can really make the difference in your self confidence today, i´m 18 years old and i´m mexican, not many people around here are ripped and i´m considered as a fat parson i have nicknames at school such as “sad tits” or bir breasted and i hate those nicknames, i would really love to prove everyone that i can get ripped and become the center of attention i want to do this for myself for my future and because i love me!.

I have transformed my body,and changed my way of life some months ago. However I don’t have exact guidelines, and the efficiency in workouts that you have experienced. This is why I would like to get your “1,000 Calorie Challenge System”. I would like to say Thanks for the audios, videos, advices, and to tell everyone to keep up the work (and patience) because it always pays off.

I am 56 years old, weigh 275 lbs have high blood pressure and am a touch diabetic. I will soon have grandchildren and would like to be an active grandparent with them. The only way that will happen is if I do something now. But, being an ex-PHE teacher, I know that diets on their own dont work. I like the concept of this workout structure because I know that you have to mix up the metablism rate, which this does. So, candidly, it makes sense and is what I am looking for. Then when my daughter marries, I can walk down the aisle without breaking into sweat!

My boyfriend and I just moved in together at the beginning of this month, and now that our new home is in order, our next order of business is to get into shape. We are both in our 40’s and have BMI’s that put us in the obese catagory. As we start this new chapter together, we are more motivated than ever to take control of our health so that we can enjoy a long life together. I am 51 years old and have been on a roller coaster most of my life, losing some then gaining it back & more. over the last 5 years I have lost close to 90lbs and I work out religiously. I am in pretty good shape and always like a good challenge to get better. I know I have firm abs somewhere!! but the last 5-10lbs that I have been trying to lose for the last several months just keep that six pack hidden. As I get older I know there is no time like the presant to get better, and taking care of myself is number 1. I also want to set a good example for my 2 children to be the best that they can be. I want to know the secret of getting the best body I can in less time and I am not afraid to work hard to get it.

Hi guys, I used to be a very fit 6’0, 250 lbs but over the last few years have exploded to 330 lbs and it’s affecting my business and personal life. What I’m lacking is a good proven system like yours. I have tried a lot of other coaches systems and they have helped me put on more lean tissue but not taken off the fat like promised. As a male age 31 who has suffered from Graves Disease which in turn has turned into hypothyroidism, I strongly believe that my situation would be a great case study where the metabolic exercises can be put to work. Many people will see great results because of the shock the body will be put through. Same can be said about people that first start lifting weights. You will see big increases in the beginning and as time goes by they will slow down. In my case, I would love to see how this will help me lose weight since it takes me a month to lose what a normal hormonal person would lose in a week. I would like the opportunity to put it to the test.

The I want to use this 1000 calorie burn program is because I use to be a track and field runner a few years ago when i was still in high school, but as soon as i got out of high school I stopped running and slowly my body started to gain wieght. Im a little overwieght now and i have been trying to find a mean to help me lose weight and get the body that I once used to have. I tried your 600 calorie workout that you sent on your PDF file and I thought it was amazing I havn’t felt like that in forever. I could feel my entire body getting sore and see changes from just those three days of doing the exercises. I wish to keep on getting better and stronger with your 1000 calorie challenge. I am 28 years old, stats roughly 5’7″ at 155lbs. I started lifting weights when I was about 16 years old and weighed hardly nothing (130 on a good day). I have always tried to keep packing muscle onto my small frame over the years. I have managed to create a decent (not great) muscular body, but I have never been able to pack on the lean muscle I dream of. I am very dedicated to my traiing, lifting six days a week and eat a fairly clean diet. I typicaly will lift one muscle a day. My wrong training meathods have left me with a short and stocky look. I want to look into the mirror and see the ripped body I know is in there hiding. It kills me that I workout six days a week and can’t get the results I want. I need a program that can get me results. When I first started to read about your program I was blown away. I have never came across anything like it. I incorporated the 600 cal workout and fell in love. I never get out of breath while I workout unless I am doing cardio. I have always took long breaks between my sets. I am so interested in the entire program. I have recently started to train in Mauy Thai (kickboxing) and this workout will become a MUST for me. It will be my answer for keeping my cardio on point and keeping my strength up. I hope you guys pick me !! GOD bless

I’m almost there. Well, I know I can be. 49 and holding. It’s the sausage look I know I can transform into something better. I did TV and Film for years until somewhere along the way I drifted. Sure could could use a guide and sure would make it all happen. Thanks Joel. The kids are wanting Dad to get back to himself and show them a good start by Christmas. Help me make it happen. I’m 46 years old and recently started working out regularly again. I was in so-so shape before, but needed to lose some weight, tone and improve cardiovascular health. I recently participated in a boot camp in which we did circuit training and absolutely loved it! And I had terrific results – 10 lbs, 8 1/2 inches and 3% body fat lost in 7 weeks. I want to keep going! I bore easily in the gym, so I need new things to do, so I can switch it up and keep it fun.
