Dear Joel,
I first heard about your R-Quattro method from a newsletter I receive from Isabel De Los Rios. She mentioned the free report “4 keys to 4x Faster Fat Loss” which caught my attention. I am 33 yrs and have noticed my metabolism start to slow down and have gained about 10-12lbs in the past two years. I am an avid jogger and have run several 10k and half marathons. I have recently signed up and started training for my first marathon but I feel sluggish and have not been able to lose weight. I knew I had to change my diet so I looked into Isabel’s nutrition program. I know diet alone won’t take me to the level of fitness I desire. That is why I feel, after reading all the awesome free information you have provided, that your program will compliment if not improve my training. I have tried the sample workout I downloaded and thought it was challenging but a great workout that will definitely give me results. Just wondering about this whole new way of losing pure fat kind of a good stuff. I’ve been an exercise/workout enthusiast and being consistent for 2 years now. I used to be overweight almost obese 2 years before, and now I’m in shape, but couldn’t get rid of the pure fat around my belly (sigh), I tried many ways to exercise/workout but to no avail, ’til I found this stuff which is very exciting and a blessing! and I’m very much excited to start if been given the chance to win this free copy.

Well, this program seems to be what the fitness world has been missing. Right now I’m deployed overseas working with prior military contractors; we’re all prior special forces operators that find it difficult to apply a perfect workout for what we do day-today. We are all out of the military, so finding that workout program to motivate us is very scarce. I have taken the time to apply Arnel’s methods of working out; it works! We will all be grateful to receive a copy of the 1000 calorie program so that we may spread the word and wealth.

Why I need it ?, it’s because we have the same name! actually most of the programs on the market are a waste of time and brain cells.The program you guys developed is measured you know what your target goal is before training,a program like that is worth having and doing to inspire other people trying to lose the battle of the bulge.

Joel, I am 70 years old, and have been exercising the “wrong” way for many years. I now have a nice roll around my middle, which I can not get rid of. I tried running, strength training, walking, all to no avail. Then, I latched on to a book by Dr. What’s-His-Name, and began to use his PACE program. It was all right, but the results were slow. Then, I went online to You Tube, to watch the “World’s Fastest Workout Video,” and was inspired. Granted, the person doing the workout was a very young woman (probably about 25 – 30 or so), and from there, on to Tabata and Burst Training exercises, along with some high-intensity body-weight exercises. I found that the 4 minute Tabata exercises, though difficult, could be done, providing that I paced myself, and worked up to it. Believe it or not, withing two measly weeks, my beltline got a little loose! I could not believe it. During a previous presentation given by your web site, I observed that some of the similar exercises were being done (comparable to Tabata exercises, though I’m not sure of the duration), such as mountain climbers, side-straddle hops, and squat thrusts/pushups, and I feel that if I were to get your program (I CAN do the exercises), and follow it in a structured manner, I will benefit immensely. I would love to be considered!

I’m notorious for starting a workout program and giving up after a few weeks. I start off really motivated and after being too exhausted without any quick results I just fade. What REALLY catches my attention is that the program starts off at my current fitness level. Whether or not I win the contest I’m planning on buying the product and getting a gym membership ASAP. From all the information provided on how it works the program sounds pretty legit. I don’t have tons of fat to lose but I believe this program coupled with Vince’s program will be perfect to get really cut down to size. And my friend has been working hard at the gym trying to cut a lot of extra weight with minimal success and I believe this program will work extremely well for him.

for serious and occasional “fitness junkies” like myself.
I like many others have been touched by Cancer in my life, my Girlfriend of 20 plus years, our daughter and my Mother so exercise has been my constant source of stress relief and given me a way to channel my energy and fustrations. I am constantly looking for a way to challenge my body and fitness level, I taught Krav Maga and stressed the importance of full body conditioning so this is something that I think will allow me to follow a no nonsense program that speaks directly to my goals. I am a athletic 41 year old male who wants to cut out all refined sugars and have a body fat of 6-4%,
silly goal?…maybe but your challenge is something that I believe will produce the most incredible bodies.

I am a naturopathic physician interested in what is out there on health, fitness, weight loss, and overall nutrition. I practice in a small town north of Anchorage, AK. I believe that health is our right and our challenge. We are personally responsible for it. Each of us can change with the proper support and program.

I am an experienced scuba diver who has been working out down the gym for a while now, and yet I still cannot loose those extra lbs. No matter how much I try, I always fail. Many of my buddies are on the same wagon and many have given up entirely fighting the battle of the bulge. Whilst not as large as some of them, I would like to show them that we can all loose some weight and all be happier, safer whilst diving and most importantly, have more fun!

I believe that this program would be perfect because I’ve always wanted to lose fat and I’ve tried doing various exercise schemes and workouts with and without people to encourage me and while I have always felt better and a little stronger for doing it and that I lost some weight, it never felt like I was losing fat. This program looks like it has sound science behind it and results to back it up as well. I really feel that, with this program, I would have the motivation and will to lose the 40+ pounds of fat that I need to.

Good morning. I am a studing comercial piolot in South Africa.
I could say I would like this manual to help my sister or brother or even my parents because they are all over weight but this is completly selfish and I would like your manual purely for myself. I don’t have any sad stories or misfortunes. I was lazy and stiped training while going on an extremly long binging spree for a while, but at the begining of the year I decided to lose the extra weight. So far I have been extremly successful on my own but there is still some stuborn belly fat etc which I can’t seems to lose and I believe your program could help with. Also as a piolot it will help me as I am not always able to keep to my strict workout plans so I can keep my weight down with your program

I have been trying for the last 15 years to find information like this to lose weight and get back the body I had pre-children. I have tried everything and nothing has worked until this. I’m 6’2” and 260 lbs and I’ve been dealing with weight problems all my life.
Since I received your email about this workout i have been extremely anxious to get my hands on it. It seems like the perfect workout for me. Every other diet and workout routine I have tried involved lots of monotonous and tedious cardio workout and due to my extremely slow metabolism, it stops working at a certain point and i lose my motivation and end up at square one. I need this workout to speed my my metabolism and help me burn calories all day long. I am ready and motivated to reform my life and life a healthier happier life and i feel this workout is something i can do in the long run to ensure i do have a healthier and happier life ahead. Im 55, 82kg 172cm, vegetarian for 40 years, high bad cholesterol & blood preasure, and I’m making changes. Im changing the kind of work I do (crew for film production) to lower stress levels, I’m selling my house to have no mortgage (less stress), I grow food for the family (full organic & great therapy). I have been on a long journey of losing and gaining weight. I started off at 250 lbs at 5’2″ tall (yes I was almost as big around as I was tall..YIKES!!) but I have managed to get down to 150. My ultimate goal is to get to 125 which would be half of my bodyweight but that weight seems to be a huge challenge for me. After reviewing your program and using some of it in my class (I am an aerobics instructor and Personal trainer) I was shocked at how well it worked and how my clients responded…They loved it! I think this is exactly what I have been looking for to finally hit my 125 that has evaded me for the last 5 years! Thanks for putting together such and awesome program for your followers!

How can anyone not want a copy of your fabulous program?? To get into fabulous shape by using the healthiest of strategies & with the help of your awesome selves, who could possibly resist?? I have a couple of very good reasons why your product would be of immense help to me. I am 39 years old and overweight (BMI-30%) and even though i have been training seriously for 8 months and have been getting fitter and stronger with weights, circuits and interval, just have not been able to lose the fat.I really need to be an example to our clients here at the University of the South Pacific Fitness Centre facility that I manage here in Suva Fiji. I have seen many clients come in with a goal of losing fat but not much changes months down the track. I would really love your program not only to get that belt of fat around my belly but also to promote your program to our many clients who have been trying without much success to achieve their fitness goals.

Hi guys,

When I was younger it was so easy to stay trim i just never used to eat haha and I was a dancer so I had an incredible body. Then I had a baby put on weight got an office job and then that was it. I have tried many diets etc and I never lose weight infact i have been 10st 2lbs (I am only 5’2″tall!) for a long long time and I cannot shift the last 2lbs! why is it so hard? Your study makes alot of sense and I cannot wait to try it out. I’m really interested in the foods i should and should not be eating as i have just moved to turkey and the food is different here and i cant get to a gym (its all men here) so your workout would be perfect for me I just want my self esteem back.

Hello to everyone ! Oh my gosh ! You have no idea what I have witnessed with my own eyes to two people who have been transformed before my eyes less than 6 months in the place where they had no contact from outside of the world. I guarantee you, the reader, who probably never expect to hear where that place was. Prison. Yes, prison ! When I saw this website of Joel Marion and read everything he said. I don’t question his method because I witnessed two guys at the minimum level prison where i served my sentence for my “white collar” offense. Anyway, at prison, you know every inmate doesn’t have any contact from outside like vitamins, protein, creatine..even drugs… I have seen only 2 guys out of 150 inmates who doing weight training, were doing similiar what Joel marion is talking about. When I saw this website and knew Joel was telling truth about his revolution system. I’m sooo pleased to find this website by accident ! Thanks Joel Marion… You ROCK!!

I’m a 50 year old mother of five, have been married to the same man for 31 years who has never had a weight problem and have really appreciated the information I have been getting from you and Arnel, Isabel and Vic on how there are so many factors that can keep us from losing weight. I have had a weight problem and battled it since the birth of our first child in 1980. I now have been diagnosed as borderline diabetic, my cholesterol, triglycerides, and bad ldl have been high for about ten years but am trying to control it with diet and losing weight. I always thought that if you eat less and exercise you should lose weight, but when I was having some problems about ten years ago and a homeopathic doctor put me on a no meat, no dairy, no sugar diet for over 3 months and I didn’t lose an ounce I was confused. So I have learned alot in the past few weeks with all your help. Thank you.

I’m a single mother with a 4 and 6 year old. I have sole custody so I don’t have the choice of going to the gym. I have returned to studying to try and further my education to improve our future. If I continue the way I am I will not be alive long enough to look after my children which would leave them alone. I need something quick and effective to fit into the limited time I have. I need to lose weight for myself as well as for my children and our future. I managed to lose weight earlier this year with walking and dieting but then I had a medication change and gained all 9kg back. Now I can’t seem to lose any with the old method and I need this to advise me on how to make the most of the limited time I have. I am motivated enough to do exercise at home I just need a program that is easy to follow and produces results in a reasonable amount of time.
