I have been following Arnel’s progress since the first youtube videos but never managed to get in shape due to my busy lifestyle ( work-life-balance) and to really focus on it. Over the last years, I got more and more confused, loads of emails with loads of different programs and joint ventures by Arnel, but somehow I was always missing the one real fitness guide for people like us who have family and busy jobs, typical fast food behaviour and the lack of some advise how to tackle those things and still get into shape. I have been an athlete for my entire life, I AM 33 years old, a husband and new father, and now that I am done playing competitively and have worked in the corporate world for some time now, my once rock hard body is no more. In January of 2009, I decided to make some drastic changes in my life, and working out was one of them. At the time I was 33 years old, 5’7″ 209 pounds, tired all the time and a little depressed. As I started working out, things got better and better. I struggled a lot, and I’ve had my ups and downs, but as of today (10/15/10), I have lost approximately 22 pounds, and weigh in at around 187. Not too bad! However, as I get closer to my goal (165lbs) it’s getting harder and harder to reach this goal. I WILL NOT GIVE UP, and am looking for different ways to change things up. I believe this program will help me in my goal of shedding another 22 pounds to hit my overall goal! Currently working out 5x a week, circuit training along with stair workouts on the weekends.
I hope to reach my goals by May of 2011, so I can proudly take my shirt off at the beach! (South Beach anyone???!)

After 2 knee surgeries, I am officially in the worst shape of my life. I am unhappy with how I look both in and out of my clothes and it is effecting how I present myself to others. I know I need to do something besides walking – it’s not helping me lose weight or improve muscle tone. Joel, i bought your xtreme fat loss diet months ago, i have done it 2 times by now but i’m not satisfied with my body yet, im around 22% of body fat and im not so tall, so i look fatter than a taller guy. Im 19 years old and i love bodybuilding, when i get a new mail from you or from vince or anybody i share the information with all my pals, but because here in my country(méxico) all the people who go to the gym. EVERYONE follows the same routine. And when they look at me with the excercises on XFLD or in NNMB by vince, they don´t think that are so much helpful than train 2 hours EVERYDAY.

This program is perfect for me right now because I need to get up and get moving! I recently started a new job which has me working at home. I sit in front of a computer all day. No physical interaction with anyone. It’s the first time in 15 years that I am not in an office. You may not realize, but when you don’t have to get dressed for work or leave the house, you begin to get VERY lazy. I am about 20lbs overweight and I fear that if I don’t start your program right away, that number could get bigger from sitting here all day. I’m a 56 year old guy and cancer survivor. As you probably know they pump a lot of very toxic stuff into your system during the chemo and readiation process. When you come out the other side you just aren’t quite the same. Among other things my thyroid was zapped pretty good and have to take daily thyroid medication. There are some things I can’t do wel any more like take my daily 6 mile runs but I’ve found other ways to excersize and go to the gym. With all the spinnig and weights I do I haven’t been able to take the last 15 – 20 pounds off that I’ve put on during the treatment and recovery and from what I read the 1,00 calorie challenge program hopefully will get me where I want to be. Joel, I would love to have access to your system so that I can achieve my lifelong goal of being fit and healthy and having a sexy body; not least because I’m hoping to be a bride soon. I’m mid thirties and at only 5′ 5″ weigh over 250lbs – not sexy! I’m a victim of yo-yo dieting having screwed my metabolism. I’d give my right arm to weight 12st again! Yes, two years of being an absolute angel and exercising 24/7 *might* get me the steady 2lb per week weight-loss to get me to my goal, but I’ve been trying that a long time and it hasn’t worked yet! Im turning 41 this year and would like to get leaner. I lost 10 pounds over the course of a year but in doing so feel I sacrificed nutrition and too much muscle to reach my goal.
I have since put on weight and need to get down to 175 lbs ,this is one thing that doesn’t get easier with age.

I am an 18 year old student living in England. The 1000 calorie challenge just seems amazing and I am desperate to buy it. However I do not have a credit/debit card and therefore it is not possible at the moment. I would love more than anything to get into shape the right way and build my confidence up from the low level it is at by working for it! Not using the products out there that claim to melt your fat. I’ve read that the program is designed for a normal person and the workout can be carried out with simple home gym equipment and what’s more, I BELIEVE IT! Well I have a decent home gym, but however much I try using them, the results are slow if any. I believe that I should be given the chance as I know I will have to work and I am prepared to do it! Furthermore I can tell all my mates and family about it and they will definitely want to know how I got the results (a six pack that’s hiding under the pounds!) Now that I am in my early 40’s, it becomes more challenging to maintain a flat stomach, and stay fit when life’s obstacles challenge you everyday. I am 26 and I had been living as an over wieght person for my entire life.
I never remember my self in a nice dress or pants, I even do not have picture of my self since I was 14, because I hated looking at me.
Believe it or not, I even didn’t enjoy me relative’s weddings, because I never fit in a dress without looking pathetic.
4 years back I reached 103kgs, this was a breaking point, at which I decided that I should lose wieght. I started reading and learning the dieting rules and fat buring strategies, I read books, articles, I bought workout CDs, and visited a nutritionest. I am 88kgs now, I passed though good and bad times related to my diet, but me and my nutritionest found that EXCERSISING is the key to fitness.
So, I read more and more scientific articles regarding excersizing, and while reading I learned that doing an excercise for 30 minutes and having a break for 20 minutes before contiuning is forcing your body to burn more fat without fatiguing the muscles or hurting your heart or brain.
I undrestood that I should work out EFFECIENTLY not HARDER, specially that my workout times are limited, so I practiced that tichnique as much as I could apply it my self.
When I recieved your free articles regarding burning 1000 cals, it made the whole since to me, it felt so right, and I emmediatly decided to have it.
