Plain and simple, I need this. I just bought a house and over the past few months we’ve been renovating and moving in. Workouts and good diet went out the window when you have no kitchen and no time….genuinely no time. This plan is what I need to kickstart my body back into thinking it isn’t 50 but 40….to have the energy I used to have but let slip away. I’m not asking for a handout, just a helping hand.
Respectfully,
Joe
Thanks for this awesome opportunity! I am very interested in trying out the R4 strategies and I’m super curious & want to learn more about R-4 and the effects of this practice. I’m very excited to learn about using weights and fun aerobic exercises to get stronger and healthier with each workout. My history with working out as an adult is the on-again- off- again story of many others, and I would like to find a practice that doesn’t require a ton of time (50-60 minutes works for me!) and that I can do at home or a gym. As a swimmer in the first half of my life, I loved dry land/weight workouts and the R4 reminds me of that practice. Another reason why I am interested in getting the details of R4 workouts is that for the past month I have been very focused and committed to eating natural, whole foods, healthy proteins, trying out new recipes, reducing/cutting out dairy and wheat, planning meals in advance and being flexible with the process of making food changes, and the R4 would be a great match to my new commitment! Thanks for your consideration.
I am headed back to school(again) to get my nursing degree and realized that i can’t teach or work in the health field without being healthy myself. I want to trim down, shape up and be healthy so that I can teach others about being healthy. I am 26 years old and all those lbs from the first round of college never really came off again. It’s time for them to disappear! You’re program makes so much sense and is easy for a working full time, college student!
This program is perfect for me,because it seems to be the only promising program out there. I am in my 40’s and am close to giving up on being healthy, because of all of the garbage programs available.
Hi. I am a single mom of 2, that has been down a rough road. But,… haven’t a LOT of us!!! One thing I took pride in before my abusive marriage was my health and my body. I faithfully attended my gym and kept in shape. Since enduring the horrible, hurtful words that I’ve had thrown at me for the past 15 years, I now suffer depression, and I am an emotional eater, which has led me to a 20 lb weight gain, and I know I have lost a ton of muscle, and just replaced it w/ more and more fat! I’m starting my life over now! I know by working out again and getting this weight off, it will help w/ the depression, and help make me feel so much better about myself again. Unfortunately, I just don’t feel I can go it alone right now, and would so appreciate some help!! Thank you!!!!

I am a 26 year-old female and I used to be pretty skinny my entire life until about 2 years ago when I started gaining a lot of fat in undesired places… I’ve tried yoga, pilates, jogging, swimming, belly dance, cardio boxing and though I’m fitter now, the fat is still there!!! I really hope this program is what I’m looking for!!!
Hello again Fellas,
As I mentioned earlier, being 55 years old and needing to loose 40 lbs. to be able to attain and sustain a quality of health and life that I have not expierenced since I was in my 20’s.I’m very concerned about being able to see my children raise there children, and I’ve been informed that if I dont’ loose this weight ,that these desires might not be poosible. I’m convinced after seeing and reading all of your updates that this is the program for me. That your step by step instructions, formatts and phases for exercise, diet nutrition, and supplements is what I need to be able to stay the course.I’m a very organized and somewhat disciplined person, and being able to track and journal along with test my training and diet abilities has been just what I’ve been looking for. Once again fellas thanks for all of your efforts and making this available to all.
I have read a good deal of the other posts and, to be honest, I think there are a lot more people who deserve a free copy compared to myself. I am not overweight and never have been, but I work out 7 days a week and still can’t get the 6-pack abs I so desire. I have 3 kids and not a lot of free time. I need short, intensive workouts and your program would be great for me. Thanks for the consideration.
I live in a very small town and do not have the access to a gym or personal trainer. I rely on your emails, techniques and encouragment to try to stay in shape. I do not have a support system or friends that work out with me. I feel you are my personal trainer and I only get better with the info you give me. I trust your program and know I will only improve myself with the program you have created. I am very excited to try it out.
I am 46 year young man from Denmark, i have now lost 18 kg and still need 10 kg, it is hard but I am almost sure that it will be easier with your 1000 calorie workout. thanks Jan
Hi Joel
I am 50years old and need to get thinner and fitter because of health reasons. I have fought breast cancer 4 times so far and wish to make my body as fit as possible to resist it when it comes back again – which my oncologist said it would. Your System makes sense from all that I have read up about fitness and health so far and I really would like to see its results on me. I am now 104kg which is a lot at 5ft4ins height. I am presently going through a separation together with the resultant money problems and need all the boost that I can get to try to get my life together again. Also I can no longer stand being breathless the moment I try to so much as hurry a bit or do the least bit of strenuous work. I have to rest after 10 min housekeeping !! I really need this programme so that life for me will not stop at 51 (come DEC). I want to enjoy my kids and their kids and maybe even try to win my husband back. I thank you for all your hints so far – I assure you that I am trying them out – albeit at a very slow pace, but getting the full programme would make it really easy since I would not have to try and guess if I’m doing things right. I thank you for your help so far, even if you don’t pick me, your articles so far where really helpful and interesting. Regards Nathalie
I became a father @ 36 and as time goes by and the kids get bigger so does my waist. I enjoy taking the kids for walks and to the park but I can hardly talk when I have to carry them and go up a hill. I only get to see my kids for a couple of hours every night so every moment is precious. My oldest boy turns 3 and all I long for is to be able to run and play with him and show him that there is a better way to live than the example I’ve shown so far.
Thanks,
Kelly
Joel & Arnel,
I am going to spare you another sob story and tell you the reason I can’t lose that stubborn fat is no ones fault but my own! I have been a dedicated weight lifter for the past few years now and gained a pretty good physique compared to the bean pole that I once was. In trying to gain muscle, I also gained a little more fat than I would like. Now when I try and shred the fat for summer or what not, I can only get so far and then hit a nasty plateau. While trying to get past it, I end up getting discouraged (I know, boo hoo) and end up at square one again. But again, this is my fault so please don’t shed any tears for me. I have been following your e-mails which have led me to the conclusion that this is it! This has to be the life changing program that will work for me!!! I absolutely refuse to go down the same path again! I know I have what it takes to see this through and this will keep me seeing results (sooner than later) as well as my abs. I want you to know that I have never been more ready to battle the bulge and kick some fat! Please for the love of abs, choose me!
Sincerely
Chad
Go!
At 56, recovering from breast cancer, I just can’t shake the 40 lbs I need to. Even though I walk up mountains, swim and am generally very active, unless I stick to less than 1400 calories a day the weight just keeps piling on. I am starting to lose motivation! Your program appears to be able to perform miracles and seems really smart. I am really looking forward to giving it a go and acting as an example to others.
Want to try it and see if its for everyone? I am a paraplegic and have gained a significant amount of weight that I just cant get off, even with being active.
I know this program will be perfect for me because I used to be 180lbs of mostly fat. I am a dancer and felt horrible about my self image. I got the Extreme Fatloss Diet and lost 35lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle! And dropped my body fat percentage from the high twenties to under 13%. Now I feel much more confident about myself, have to turn down girls every where I go and explain to trainers why I’m in such good shape without ever going to the gym. I trust Joel’s products and want to take things to the next step to gain more muscle and lower that percentage even further and I know this is the program to do it!
I am a 62 year old grandmother who is overweight and needs to get in shape. I am embarassed to look and feel like this, especially around the grandchildren. What a poor example I am setting. I go to the gymn and do cardio workouts but don’t seem to slim down. Your program sure makes sense and sounds like it would be the answer and I would very much like to get started.
Joel, It has been a blessing to receive this information about fitness and nutrition. I am very thankful for you sharing some of your information free of cost. I would like to receive this more information so I can share this with some of my family member who are over weight and out of shape. I an not out of shape, but I do have some unwanted fat that likes to hand around my midsection. I want to be a good example and an encouragement to my family and friends. I have read the information you have been sharing with us and I am looking forward to reading more. I do exercise at least 3 times a week, especially during the Fall and Winter months. You are an encouragement to me and my workout. We all can use an encouraging word knowing we are on the right path to better health. If you don’t have your heath, you cannot live life fully. I appreciate you for sharing this information with us. Keep up the good work.Ofcourse I would like to be a good example for them too. All the very best with your programs. I Hope you will continue to provide this kind of nutrition and fitness tips for all of us.
Simply put….I am 43 years old and while I am not in terrible shape….I know I can do much better…..I am making small incremental steps towards getting healthy…..working out consistently mixing up the cardio and strength training. What’s the challenge……FOOD of course…..help me make it to the finish line….I’ve started the race and right now I’m middle of the pack…..I need your help to be a winner!!!
@ Joel Marion:
I am a 46 yr old Marine, SSgt who had surgery on my left ankle in Dec 09. Since the surgery I had suffered from DVT (Blood clots) which completely restricted any physical activity for over 4 months. During that period I put on almost 50lbs and due to the weight increase & the daily hepron injections of Lovenox into my stomach, my waistline went from 34 to 42. Most of the residual swelling from the injections have subsidded since coming off the injections & blood thinners but it still is sitting at 39. I am also still 35 lbs heavier then before my surgery & I cannot continue to carry this weight. I need your help & the 1000 Calorie Challenge stat!!! I am DEFINITLY up for the CHALLENGE..I know it will be hardwork but i am fully DETERMINED to go hardout on the program. I need your help NOW.

I am the father of 3 small kids – under 8 – and would like to lose the added weight I have gained after knee surgery several years ago. I weigh about 270, but would like to get it down to 200. I am a well educated 37 year old man, but when it comes to working out – I need to see results faster than traditional cardio equipment can give.
@ Joel Marion:
Simply put…I know this program is perfect for me. I have been researching nutrition and fitness since I was an overweight teenager at 15, weighing in around 175, 5’7″ tall. Since then I have read about, tested and seen so many different techniques and weight loss “solutions” that I could easily fill a library. I have gone up and down with my weight ranging from the greatest shape of my life to the worst, back up to the greatest and down to the now mediocre. I know when a scam is a scam and when something will work or not. I know how to get in shape. If the dedication is there and the drive is high enough, there is no doubt in my mind that this workout will give the results that people are looking for. I am now 23, out of college, working full time and am ready to transform my body and exceed the point of its past potential. I know what body I want and I know I can achieve it with the right workout and nutritional guidelines. My body has been yearning for the right challenge since I was the chubby teenager, but has yet to stumble across it. This program could be the one to push me over the edge, to give my body what it has been craving and to have the body I have always wanted. Once again, simply put, this program is perfect for me.
