I’m from Ukraine, turning 34 soon. This year something clicked inside me and I realized I was living kind of a borrowed life. Dull. So I started looking for ways to steer my path next, looking for things that would excite me, since being just a translator isn’t too much fun anymore. I love travelling, hiking, cycling, rafting, etc. It requires staying in pretty good shape and I was trying to compile a daily excercise routine to help me do that. That’s why and how I came across you, and Dr.K and Mike Geary. And then I realized that in my part of Europe information like you provide is simply unavailable (for those who don’t know English). I see this as an opportunity and definitely would love to cooperate with you, spreading your system in this space. And certainly, I’d love to enhance my own fitness lvl and make my life ever more exciting. Thank you for all your work and best sincere wishes! :-)

I’m 49 years old and have been overweight for 20 years. I enjoy exercise but have never found anything that helps me loose any of it. I loose a few inches when I swim but the scale reads the same even after three weeks. It gets discouraging and just yesterday I decided I’ll have to be content with being this way just to be happy. If this truly works I would be surprised! I have tried aerobics, swimming, walking ect and I enjoy them all but, I want something that works and something I can enjoy and stay motivated to do.

I have tried so many programs without success. I am able to get my weight down to a certain level but then I plateau for what seems like forever. I have been trying to improve my overall health and loose weight for sometime. From reading your recent emails as well as the info on 1000 calorie system, I am eager to put the program to work. My name is Junia and i am 14 years old. I tried your 600 calorie workout and LOVED IT!! I would love to continue the rest of the program…. The reason i need this program is that I suffer from Juvenile Rheumatoid arthritis and being that I am over weight does not help at all…. I have tried several methods before (including hiring a personal trainer for a year) but nothing worked. My doctor has told that i need to lose weight for my pain to subside.

Also i need this program for my parents who, both being overweight, need this badly… This year my mother has gained an extra 20 pounds because she had a foot operation, then a broken foot, and now a sprained ankle… I Hope you will consider me to win one of the ten free copies….. Im a 49yo nurse work 2 jobs, 40 lbs overweight burned out My health is good I want to stay healthy I work hard to support a family of 4 I have let myself go I tend to take care of everyone but myself both at work and at home.Im not a stranger to the workouts described in your challenge I use to be a workout junky over the past 8 years not so much hit and miss. My goal is to become healthy in both mind and body to feel strong again take pride in myself so when my 50th BD comes I can celebrate it not dread it ,long term get the weight off keep it off remain strong and healhy in order to be able to work my physically and mentally demanding job till retierment. Do you guys want to know an untapped market ALL fitness programs consistently drop the ball on and miss out on? Its the
vegan/vegitarian/raw vegan market which is pretty damn huge. This is mainly do to the nutrition aspect accompanied by fitness programs which base there info from outdated/unreliable sources like the food pyramid and the constant fear of fruit consumption. Thats why fitness gurus are always in poor health internally even though the look fit. There’s a heck of a lot of
mythology with food/nutrition in the fitness/health industry regarding vegan/vegetarians and its always do to lack of information. I would like
to have the opportunity to disprove these myths/propagated lies from the producers of magical protein powders, bogus fat burning pills e.t.c.

I have been in the fitness game for over thirty years now, and have used many differant systems, but having studied your system I have become very excited which is something I have not been for a very long time now, over any fitness and weight loss programe I have come across on the internet or other wise.

I am a 23 year old college student in my senior year and have one heck of a crazy schedule. Being a full time student and having a job and now looking for a second job to make a little extra cash. In my family i am the first one to achieve a four year degree program, i am currently reaching for a B.S. in Biology and very interested in physical therapy/personal training. With my heck schedule working out is very tight and i’ve tired many other programs which require more time then i have to give. Briefly reading what your program has to offer, makes me feel as though its calling to me be be able to go back to the fitness shape in high school. I was an all-time soccer player and track and field so i was in very good shape. I love working out and have a great motivation and look forward to your successfull program!!

At age 54, 35 pounds overfat, and with a busy life as a mom & tenure track professor, I need a system that is both efficient and motivating! I’ve pretty much got the supplements and nutrition down, and I’ve already leaned-out with thrice-weekly lifts (and dropped 25 pounds along the way), but I can’t seem to get that really hot calorie burn guys just naturally can! Reading through all your materials, I can see the science is sound, the tone is motivational, and that this just might be THE thing that will shake my body out of its complacency and into starting to shed that excess weight again! I am the person in my crowd who teaches and motivates everyone about nutrition and exercise, but I don’t have anyone who does that for me. Your program holds a lot of interest for me and would be a motivating, asset for me.

After reading the comments posted I feel I have a good grip on my health. After being pretty much bed ridden for 3 years and getting a diagnosis of celiac disease, I have learned the correct way to eat for my illness. I ran 3 half marathons in 2009 and returned to work. However since returning to work I do not have the time to train at the level I was. I miss my running legs!! Following Isabel De Los Rios’ food plan in The Diet Solution Manual and I am at a reasonable weight and feeling very healthy. She recommends your program for those who have little spare time. I work a physical job 20+ hours a week and babysit my grandchildren 4 days a week. Please help me get back in high mileage shape without the high mileage time!

When I turned Forty I knew that my metabolism was slowing down. I couldn’t eat like I used to. But I took up Triathlons finishing up with an Ironman in 2007.
I came off that totally burnt out, physically and mentally. My motivation disappeared. When I turned Fifty I decided that I needed to do something. I have tried some other Workout programs, but they either didn’t float my boat or were to extreme. i think this program is the best for me because i have been working out 3 years at my local gym and i could not get the six pack i have always wanted, i have bought others programs from internet and i could not get the look i wanted, they tell you to do crazy diets that have only make me thinner but no abs, in your program i can see that all the fat i am going to lose is pure fat and also i will not spend all day at gym working out to get no results. i have been trying using supplements with my workout such as fat burners, whey proteins, creatine but nothing have worked so far, i am 20 years old and i want to reduce my % of fat so my abs can bee seen by the others.

My husband was recently told he needed to lose at least 15 lbs. and he has high blood pressure, needing meds if he can’t bring it under control. With working full time, we just don’t have the time to devote to hour long workouts, so even though this program looks like it is intense and we probably couldn’t do the whole thing initially, with it being shorter workouts, it looks like a good way for us to try to lose some weight and get in shape. I’m also in need of losing a few lbs., but mostly I just need to tone up and this looks like a perfect way to do so. We’ve never been able to stick with an exercise program, but this one looks like it delivers such good results in a short time that I think it would inspire both of us to continue. I am a 63 year old female, who has been following a healthy lifestyle for well over 30 years. However, especially since going through menopause, no matter what I try to do, I have gained weight around my mid-section and have been unable to do so. I have tried everything. I never eat junk food, sugar, salt, fat (only healthy oils) and stick to occasional skinless chicken, fish, legumes, lots of salads, vegetables, fruits and some whole grains. I firmly believe in preventive health measuresft, and after reading your plan, I believe this may be the only answer for me to lose the unhealthy fat around my midriff and to decreease the risk of these serious diseases.

After a long time having many personal problems that brought me down and took away my hope far from where I thought I couldn´t reach, I woke up this morning with a powerful feeling to face everything that caused my pain and to fight strongly to change my entire life! Now, I´m full of energy to accomplish it, but I need the instrument that will take me there, your 1000 calorie system. I’ve been overweight my entire life. High cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes run in my family; I’m at serious risk. An eye-opener was visiting my hospitalized wife last month for open heart surgery. I need to get healthier and exercise optimally – my life depends on it. I’m motivated to lose weight, but I don’t have the means or expertise, and there’s too much conflicting information out there. I’ve tried other plans, but they were bogus, giving me false hope and a run for my money. I know that you guys are legit and respected in your fields. As a college graduate, I appreciate and understand the tons of research that went into your plan. I don’t want to walk in my family’s shoes; I’ve seen what happens to them. I want to live long, healthily, and happily, and I want that for my family. Please help me save my life and family. I need your plan.

I need this programme because I am a 48yr old female personal trainer. All my life I have struggled with my weight and body image. I am a 39 mother of two beautiful boys. I have tried several times to lose weight and gain back twice the weight. I have tried 6 Week Makeover, The Firm videos, Slim Fast, and have even taken Diet Fuel. All did have some results, but once I tried to go back to a “normal” eating routine, the weight came back. I try to work everyday doing cardio 3 times a week and weights twice a week with 2 days off. I am at the point of plateau. With my family history and weight problems, I am an extremely high risk for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. I also realize that if I don’t do something now, I am cutting my time with my children short. My father recently had open heart surgery and had to have the left artery of his neck cleaned. My dad walks everyday, 5’6″, 140 lbs. Knowing all this scared all of us and now I want to make sure I get my health back and don’t let this weight take away that extra time with my boys. I hope you will consider me. Thank you!

I would love to try your system. I am 51 and feel like I need to get in shape and lose weight. I have a 9 year old son at home and 4 grandchildren.
