Hi! I am a 18 year old student from the Netherlands. I don’t have I’ve been training for over a year now and i booked a lot of progress. I just left my parental home and i don’t eat as healthy as i did before, which really botters me. For the last months i am really trying hard to get to 6-8% body fat. I am doing a lot of cardio and i watched what i ate but it seems i can’t lose that last bit of fat on my belly.. Im really excited about this program and i hope it can help me to burn that last fat and get that really lean ripped look that im trying to get for about 4 months right now. Thanks.

I need this information to help me complete my goals. I’ve gone from 254 lbs to a reasonable 190 over the last year. I want to do my best to get my ideal body and this seems like it will put me over the top. Please pick me, as I am very excited to try this out. I’ve made massive changes already and have the commitment. Now I just need a better plan.

I’m currently a detective and a SWAT Team Leader in CT. Approximately 3 years ago I was involved in a shooting which resulted in me being confined to a desk assignment. During that time, I gained almost 25 pounds of unwanted weight due to my lack of motivation to workout and eat healthy. I’m not back on the streets and currently trying to lose the unwanted weight I gained. I’ve watched all of Arnel’s videos and have implemented the exercises in my routines and I love it. I want a copy of your program so I can lose the unwanted weight and introduce the workouts you’ve designed to my fellow SWAT Team members. Hi,
I have been working hard for the last year to stay close to the same weight while lowering bodyfat. I’ve gone from carrying 34 lbs. of fat last October to around 23 lbs. and I’m having to really pull out all the stops at this point. I can still see 3-5 lbs. of stubborn subcutaneous lower body fat and I’d love to once and for all get it off. Then I can get on to a serious lean gains program. I’m pretty sure I’m ready for this program as I’ve been using plenty of density-style training in my workouts w/o compromising the amount of weight I usually use.
By the way, thanks so much for all the information you’ve already provided. I really appreciate it.

Damn damn damn – I’ll be 50 in 10 days and had promised myself I would lose that inner tube I’ve been wearing around my middle. Makes for some bad spillage in jeans!! I’ve been doing boot camp training, high intensity interval cardio and strength and resistance training regularly. And so far nothin’
I’d love 1000 Calorie Challenge to change that. And I’ll even eat right…..

Next month I will be 44 and I have been looking for a program that will get me in shape, increase my strength and fitness level, drop the belly fat, and increase my energy in the shortest amount of time. My name is Roos, 20 years old and I’m from the Netherlands.

For me it all started with the ’16 weeks challange’ from Arnel a few years ago. I wasn’t overweight but I just wanted to know how the proces of training and weightloss was like. I’ve tried it, had succes, and then I began to train my brother with the same program.
After coaching him I’ve started to realize that I love to help people with weightloss and their workouts. Because you made me see that with the right excersise and food, you can transform your entire body!
It’s an amazing feeling how you suddenly feel so in control of your body when you follow a program that has such an impact on your health! It really kicked ass!

Now i’ve read all the 1000 calorie e-mails and all the updates, and I can’t tell you how much it would mean to me if I could get started with the program!
I want to be in better shape and I want to know how my body’s going to react to the killer workouts. I’m not an obese and I’m not sick or ill, but I know I can be a hell of an inspiration for those who are.
Just like you guys are to me !!!!!

I am a senior Major in the Army with over 22 years of service. I have found that since I am currently a desk jockey and travelling all of the time, it has been extremely difficult to maintain the high level of fitness that I need to keep myself ready to deploy and to provide the example to our younger soldiers. I believe that the 1,000 calorie Fat Loss system is exactly what I need to challenge myself to get back to the level of fitness that I crave and that my subordinates expect from a Combat Engineer. I am fit, but I need to lose 20-25 pounds to make myself the steely-eyed killer I have been trained to be. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi guys! I am 35, 5.6″ and current weight 138lbs. I decided to start working out a little bit more than 1 year ago after having my 2nd baby. I had to go back to my body before my 1st pregnancy, I never suffered from weight problems but you can imagine after 2 pregnancies your body gets really screwed and even more if you don’t take of it. So I decided that it was time for me to do something drastic so for the first time in my life I started going to the gym and I liked the experience since then I have been working out 5-6 days sometimes at the gym and most of the time at home when I cannot make to the gym due to work and taking care of the kids. I have seen how my body has changed so far but the last pounds that are still covering my muscles (mostly belly and legs) and it drives me crazy. I eat clean and I workout hard (cardio & weight training) but there is something missing that is not allowing me to reach my goal of great tonning and shape. My husband and I both need to lose weight badly. I’ve gained over forty pounds in the past year and he’s gained over a hundred in the past six years and we’ve done everything we can think of to drop this weight short of surgery we might lose five, but it comes right back. We’re STUCK and we need help!

Gentlemen, I have been reviewing the time and effort you guys have put into this. I would like to say I am a 38 year old Army vet who over the past 3 years has experienced some severe life changes. My fiance’ left me nearly 2 weeks later my father passes away. Needless to say this sent me on a downward depression trend, where I gained almost 100 pounds of extra weight. I ballooned up to 335lbs . I work out everyday at the gym at lunch time from work. I have since dropped to 297 lbs. It seems I have hit a plateau. I really think this system would be the JOLT i need to push past this plateau and on to my ideal weight. The instruction you give along with motivation is more than anyone could ask for. Help me to lose the weight and show the world I can do it.

I have just turned 40 and have struggled my whole life with the weight issue. I have gained weight then lost it only to gain it back. I now find myself at this age unable to get of those last stubborn 30 pounds off with the current routine I am using which is a combination of strength cardio and ab circuits. I am a 26 year old doctorate student earning a Master’s in Health and Nutrition and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. I am so busy concentrating on my grades that I barely have time for myself. So why do I need the 1,000 Calorie Challenge system? Well since my wife has been pregnant with our son I have matched her eating habits – very not good for the husband of a much younger beautiful wife. I very much need to put this body back into fighting shape if I have a hope of keeping up with my new son, or my wife for that matter! I am a former marathon runner and tri-athlete that has lost sight of keeping the machine in top running condition. I’m at the age (over 40 now) where I actually have to work to stay fit. I will have my body back and I will be able to enjoy my son and wife. That is why I need the 1,000 Calorie Challenge system!

I am a 39 year old mommy of two. I am having trouble losing and keeping off the 40 + pounds that are keeping me down. I have tried the 6 Week Makeover, The Firm videos, Slim Fast, and have even used Diet Fuel. While Diet Fuel gave me results in a short time, once I stopped taking the pills, the weight came back with a vengance.
