I am 51 years old and work for UPS. When i was young i played all sports and was lean but always had a flabby soft stomach and never had to worry about gaining weight. Played baseball and basketball in college and still had my stomach. Started working out with weights after college and was very active and still had my stomach. The last 10 years have been tough with slowing metabolism and love for eating. I have got by but i now weigh 210 and am 6 foot and my stomach has grown some. I am in fairly descent shape and recently benched 280, but i am now looking for a program to help me, get in better shape, loose my stomach, and increasing waist line and finally find the abs i have never seen even though i have been athletic all my life. Thank You steven

Joel & Arnel,

I am going to spare you another sob story and tell you that the reason I can’t lose that stubborn belly fat is noones fault but my own! I have been a dedicated weight lifter for the past few years now and gained a pretty good physique compared to the bean pole that I once was. In my efforts to gain muscle, I also gained a fare share of fat around my midsection. You say no problem right…..wrong! Now when I try to shred for summer or what not, I only get so far and hit a nasty plateau. After battling that for awhile I get discouraged (I know, boo hoo) and back to the way I was, but again this is obviously my fault so please don’t shed a tear for me. I have been following your e-mails, which has led me to believe that this is it! This has got to be the one that will actually work for me! I absolutely refuse to go down the same path again. I know that I have what it takes to see this through. This is the life changing program that will keep me seeing results and eventually (hopefully sooner than later) my abs. Please know that I am fed up and have never been more ready to battle the buldge and kick some fat more than I am right now. Please for the love of abs, choose me!

Sincerely,
Chad

From a man who was unhealthy, drank to much and felt tired and ill all the time I have used Arnels and yours routines, videos and advice to pick me back up. I am now much more positive an healthy, lost weight and even re-married. I put this down to you 2. Your workouts, information and straight forward approach has changed my life! I now need to motivate myself to the final push, to change my life for ever and this plan would be the final piece of the jigsaw. Win or not, I will always shout your names when asked “how did you lose that weight?”

Ian

Good day!
This would be an ideal program for me to burn off pounds upon pounds of unnecessary fat. At 250lbs and approximately 28% body fat it’s obvious that some high intensity workouts and honed in nutritional program would be beneficial. I am a full time father of two and a student. Getting to the gym consistently can often be challenging. In addition, losing weight has never been easy for me, notably due to poor eating habits and lack of proper exercise. I believe the 1,000 calorie challenge would help me get my life back.

Thanks for the opportunity. Until next time…

Jacob

Ive always been very lean, but after my two kids, I have always strived to get to my old lean self. Somehow, all the diet control and all the gymming ( touched a max of 250/350 cal ) has not yet helped to the degree I hoped it would. While planning my gymming, working out, planning my diet, following it, my aspirational weight is always at the back of my mind. I really need the confidence boost as I am determined to achieve my goals the right way, even though it might not be the easier path to tread.

I’m eager to try out this program, and I will be esctatic when it works for me!

Being 58 (almost 59) I have struggled with my physical condition and weight for a long time. In the military, for the most part I was in shape and could pass our tests. When I got out I quit exercising and enjoyed my food. I blossomed… I have been out for 11 years now.

For the past 11 months I have embarked on an exercise program to include weight machines and cardio. I have lost some weight. I am not ‘toned’ or even look like I have been working out.

This program and the material already presented has and will give me the motivation needed to continue and to finally, once and for all, get in shape, look the part, and become healthy. I have learned not to ‘diet’ but to watch what I put in my body and the beginnings of how to actually exercise to make a difference.

Why do I want this program, for motivation, for my health, so I can spend time with my children and grandchildren, for God, and to LIVE

IAM 19 YEARS OLD I was trying for 3 years to reduce my body fat but no result untill iv tried ur 600 cal exercises and it was soo amazing and i feel great about that so i want more i want to be really ripped for the first time of my life and thank you joel for 600cal exercises and after these results i totally trust ur program thank.

I’m a 53 year old guy who used to be very fit. Over the last 12 years, a couple of serious accidents left me with a broken back, a shattered left elbow and several other injuries. As a result, I ballooned from a fit 205 to a blobbish 286. I have lost about 40 pounds but am stuck in the 240’s. It seems every time I get headed in the right direction, one of my injuries will flare up and set me back. From what I have read about your program, it seems just the ticket for someone like me. I’m extremely frustrated with my lack of progress, doubly so because I’m really careful with my nutrition and motivated to take the weight off. I would be extremely grateful for your help so that I can return to the level of conditioning I had as a younger man. I also have a family history of heart disease and would really like to be around to see my grandkids. I believe that if your program works for me you’ll have an extremely good case study!

Thanks,

Randy

I want to show my son that the P90x ain’t nothing compared to this!

Let’s get this fat burning! Bring it on! What a fabulous opportunity to turn 60 in total shape for fun and life!

I was healthy and thin all my life, I am 5″7′ and used to be 133 pounds even after a gave birth at age 41. After my menopause (47) I started gaining weight and reached 180 pounds! I was feeling sick and frustrated for not being able to lose a pound. Right now I am 54, I do exercise and try to eat healthy with my son but while he’s so skinny I still have a lot of pounds to lose. I need to learn yet how to eat really healthy and well to be able to enjoy my life and be a good example to follow for my son. Nothing has worked for me during the past 11 years. I would love to see your 1000 calorie challenge work on me!

hi joe and arnel i hope all is well. I am a wrestler and i am having a hard time makeing wate maybe the 1000 program will work. thanks you all have a nice day

Joel,

I cannot explain to you how interested I am in this system. I just stumbled upon it a few days ago and after reading about the R-Quattro system I was extremely intrigued, so tried out your sample 600 calorie workout. I cannot remember the last time my body has felt like I got that much out of a workout, especially in the amount of time it took to do it. I LOVE the high-intensity, low amount of time for your workouts, which is why I think this would be absolutely perfect for one of the most important people in my life. I recently found out that my dad has quite a few health problems due to his diet and lack of exercise, which is extremely scary to me. I vowed to do everything I could to help his situation in any way that I could. He wants to get healthier so I have started cooking healthy meals for him as much as I can and I feel that this program, with your progression system, could be the product that changes his life for good. It would do wonders for his body, energy levels, but most importantly, and what I am MOST worried about, his overall health. I feel that this program, more than any other one that I have seen, will get him healthier quicker than anything else out there. I am 24 years old and can’t bear the thought of losing my dad.

Thanks,

Matt

I’m dying. Ever since I was young, I’ve understood that our time is finite and should be cherished as so. Fitness has always been an important part of my life because of this, but not so much for the rest of my family. I’d like a copy of the 1000 Calorie Challenge not for myself, but to give to my father. I’m a 20 year old college student without any serious health issues, but my father is a 55 year old with 60 pounds of excess baggage. His weight issues have led to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, atrial fibrillation, and sleep apnea. These conditions are taking a toll on his body and overall quality of life. With the 1000 Calorie Challenge, I’m hoping that he and I can work together to shed his weight and tack a few years back onto his life. Thank you so much for this opportunity. All the best!

Hey guys! I am a 36 year old female that works full time and goes to school. I’ve tried many of the popular fitness programs out on the market and I’ve had decent success with them. However, I’m looking for something that can get me to the next level. Your program sound like it is what I need to get me there. With a full-time job and studies, my time to work out is limited so, I need something that can help me reach my fitness goals quickly and this program seems very promising. I come from a family that is overweight and I’m constantly trying to prove and be an example to them, show them that getting fit is possible if you put your mind to it. This program would be a great weapon in my arsenal.

I’ve been out of training for nearly a year due to injury and won’t be able to get back in until Feb 2011. I’m really looking forward to getting back to it and will definitely be pushing for the 1000 calorie workouts. I’m 45 and have been involved in all sorts of sport and training since I was 10 yrs old, in everything that I’ve done from boxing to marathon running this looks like the the route to take for fast effective results. Feb 2011…………..bring it on.

I will be 65 years old in two weeks and I’ve been struggling with weight since childhood–gain, lose, gain lose–you know what I’m talking about. It’s the same pattern with exercise; I’d work out like crazy for a few years, not achieve great results, get bored with it, and stop. Up and down. Back and forth. I’ve recently made changes in my diet and I would like a new, radically different and effective exercise program to go along with it. I must get this weight off. It’s not healthy. Your program sounds outstanding. I want it.

52 years old and need a final life pattern.. want to enjoy my 3 grandchildren and the 2 more on the way!

Hey guys!
I’ve been following Arnel since from mensworkoutguide.
Thanks for all the info you have shared until today. They really helped me a lot.

To talk about me:
Until 6 years ago, when i was 16, i was a 210 lbs highschool student.
And that day i’ve decided to change the way i live. I’ve started to gym. Reading and searching via internet, i’ve made a program for myself. And at the end of 3rd month, i lowered my weight to a ripped 152 lbs.
Then university came, i kept working out but not intensive as in high school because of studies. At the age of 20, i’ve started to MMA.

Now I’m 22 years old, 172 lbs, 70.1 inches. And i’ve decided to make that change again. So now i’ve put myself in a gym camp. I’ve made a full body workout program and an 2000 calories of diet program. I’ve used all the information that i got from you guys, and also from Mike Geary.

Exercise program is this:

It consists of 4 quad-sets, which means 4 different exercises in a row, only 20 seconds of rest between the exercises.
All quad sets will be repeated 3 times. After finishing a quad-set, rest for 40 seconds and move to the next one.

15 Minutes Of Interval Cardio Training

Its been only 1 week since i’ve started to this program and i’ve already lost 4-5 pounds.
My aim on this adventure is to lower my bodyweight to 150lbs. And get rid of the fatty looking of my muscles.

I’m sure that you and your new system would be more than helpful to me in this adventure.

Take care,

Erdem

Good afternoon,

I just turnes 40, and they say that life begins at 40, I just got like a boost and I really like to start living as healthy as possible, I am already walking 3 times a week and playing softball.
I seea lot oa younger people getting sick just around me, because they don’t exercise and don’t watch what they eat.
That’s why I would like to enter the contest.

My kind regards,

Tico Hartogh

You CAN teach an old dog new tricks!!! I’m 58 years young and ready to take control of my life again. I’m ready to park my car and get my learn ON!
I want to be healthy again! I want to kick my Diabetes in the ass!
I have the motivation and you have the information!
Pick Me! Pick Me! lol

I’m a 54 yr old ex college track athlete. Most of my life I have been in excellent health and shape. In 1989, I was hit head on by a drunk driver. I suffered a traumatic brain injury. I spent 5 year in neuro-rehab center learning to walk and talk again. I fought hard and won against the odds. I have fully recovered; but due to tremendously frustration of what I experienced and lost (time, solid work history, etc) I gained so much weight! I have belly weight that I can’t to loose. I have all of the exercises. My obstacle is diet. My lack of knowledge in this area is not allowing me to reach my goals of getting my 6-pack. The diets in the past have not effectively dealt with my low blood sugar issues. Please choose me as a winner of this plan. I’m stuck in reaching my goal.

Hi,

I’m 44 and I really need a new me…a version 2.0. :-)
I have struggled a long time to get rid of my “tires”, but I never see any greater
progress. I burn 200 calories at my crosstrainer, but it takes me almost 50 minutes for that effort. I really hope this 1000 calorie program will blast away my
pounds and make me feel better. Thank you!

I’m in the worst shape of my life and need help. I have gotten to the point were I ache and so am reluctant to do the workouts that I used to do. You say that you will show us how to start out slow but still be able to work up to the 1000 cal workout in four weeks. I am interested. Also, my son is getting married next november (2011) and I would like to look my best.

I have been working on Vinces NNMB and just been bulking up …

The time what i get is all gone in working on his program making gains , But if i can get this program I would appreicate it becuz it would help me gain two of my gaols , at the same time … GAIN MUSCELS AND LOOSE FAT …

AND BE LITRLY RIPED :D loolz
