My name is Debbie, and my desire for this program is not only for better health, but to hopefully create a life. For the past 3 1/2 years my husband and I have been going thru infertility treatment. I have had three major surgeries and was told to ‘take it easy , and let your body heal”. I was once very active, fit and happy….but as most couples faced with infertility it is an emotional, financial and physical stuggle.
My doctor just ran a whole series of test and to our surprise my cholesterol, triglicerides and my hormone levels are way above where they need to be to even consider another IVF cycle. In three years I gained 30 pounds and my bmi is 33. My excess weight contributes to excess hormones in my system,it just can’t process. My doctor will not consider me a candidate until I lose 37 Lbs. and get my bmi under 25.
I need your help, support and guidance. As dedicated as my beloved hubby is to having a family, we are just as committed to losing the weight and getting healthy so we can share a wonderful future together.

i really want to try your program, i’ve tried both p90x and insanity workouts. they’re good don’t get me wrong, but they just haven’t kept my attention and i think that your 1000 calorie challenge will do the trick. can’t wait to try it!
I always read your emails & the free article that you offer to try & learn as much as possible. I’m 32, 5’2″ , & 107lbs. Sounds skinny , but have always had a problem with cellulite on my thighs. I always find myself doing too much cardio & falling for the no carb fad! I would love to wear shorts again! I work out 3-5 days a week, no results, ever! I just want to see results & not be afraid of bread. I’m 32, not 52! I should be out there enjoying life, not always worrying about my legs jiggling ! That’s my story!

Beacuse I tried a lot of things without success.
I still doing a lot of excercise, especially long periods of cycling , but my stomach always looks fatty.
Last year I have the lucky to know you and Arnel Jon Benson’s newsletters. And I’ve taken a lot of advices from you, inclusive I’ve adopted the push ups routines of Arnel but without the little dog im room. I was so close of having a good shape, but this year I found my self at the age of 46 a little bit fatter and without the time of long sport’s sessions.
So: because last year “all what you told me was true and useful” and helped me to be closer to have a flat stomach TODAY I TRUST MORE THAN EVER that this method is going to help me to reach the goal I was looking for since a long time ago. So keep me motivated as you did since a year , I won’t fail once again.

I’m a 37-year-old personal trainer getting back into the fitness game. I’ve been out for 5+ years due to the arrival of my daughter. I’m in the preliminary phase of launching a boot camp program but I have developed a bit of a ‘dad physique’. Now we all know that our physical appearance does in fact play a significant part in our credibility as Fitness Professionals. Having exercised for a fair while now going through the usual running on the treadmill, counting the calories, trying every new fad that seems to come out in magazines, newspapers etc…I still haven’t been able to have that sculpted, functionally strong body that many of us desire and strive hard to achieve. Having read through a number of your articles on the internet, as well as the recent updates for your new program and well received responses you have received from your peers I truly believe being able to have the opportunity to use your workout would not only give me the opportunity to achieve the body we are all capable of but also give me a fresh and positive outlook on the fitness industry as a whole and know that there are still people out there who want others to achieve the best for themselves and not just be in a position to abuse and make a quick buck off others!!

I was a fatty guy from my childhood.Now i am 18.I never goes out with friends and rarely went to other functions i don`t like to meet new people because of the fat.This fat has imprisoned me in my own body.I tried many things to get rid of this fat but nothings works.I did cardio about 6 times a week and also started weight training.During my early days i lost some fat but then the results stopped.Then i started doing more cardio but the things become more worse,i lost some of my muscles so i stopped doing cardio.Thein i got to know about your 1000 calorie workout and i subscribed for your information.The priceless information that you had already given had helped me a lot.I can feel the increase in my stamina.I know that your 1000 calorie workout will work because you yourself had a fatloss success story and you must know how to deal with the fat.I am waiting for your 1000 calorie workout to so that i will transform my body.And will be able to enjoy the life.

Hello, I am 31 years old and I am at 225 pounds. All my life I have looked overweight, even when I was, you could say in good shape. Even, when I joined the army and lost a good amount of weight. I was still heavy and looked heavy. At this present time I am still in the armed forces and I am overweight and I am having a difficult time loosing the weight. My measurement around my waist is at 41 and the most I have lost was 2 inches a few months ago. One of my goals is to at least reach a 36 in waist, which I have been aiming for years. I have tried many different styles of fitness with an adequate diet program and only reached a limited amount of weight loss. I really hope your program can really help, since I need the help now. im a 16 year old student who is currently at college. one of the subjects im studying is sports science so i’ve always been interested in bodybuilding.
i have never been able to fully commit to a fitness programmes due to lack of time. and any bodyweight programs i have seen didn’t seem to have a high enough level of intensity or any way of progressing to improve your fitness. THIS SEEMS TO BE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!

First off, I just want to thank you guys for creating a program that (has convinced me that) will, through perseverence and hard work, will take off the fat! I am in college, and have struggled with my weight for YEARS. I hate shopping for clothes, and always feel self-conscience. I want to lose my extra poundage, and KEEP IT OFF! I’m 29 year old unemployed and very unhealthy. I’ve went to the doctors and they said that I have high cholesterol and that if I don’t get it under control it could lead to heart attacks or even a stroke.
I need to lose this weight and to get fit and I’m willing to do anything to get there. I need your system not just for a temperary fix but for a lifestyle change.
I am 35 and mother of one child and I have always yo-yoed with weight, but until recently I guess I wasn’t really ready to change my lifestyle. I weighed 191 in July when I started the HCG diet, lost 15lbs, but realized that was just a quick fix.
So I started eating better, stopped drinking cokes and started exercising. I have lost a total of 34lbs, but it is getter harder to lose the rest of the weight. I need to lose another 20 lbs and I think this program is the one for me!
