First off let me thank you for sharing this information with everyone, you have given me hope that I can lose 25lbs of menpausal flab and look good again at 54, not to mention the health benefits, I still play sport, enjoy walking & cycling but I can’t shift the weight, it seems whatever i do the scales are stuck, which can be depressing.
I think your 1000 calorie challenge would help me,mentally and physically (and my husband’s “love handles”)because it’s not going to take long to see results, and that becomes self motivating, it’s something we can do at home without taking up hours and hours of the day.
Most of all to be healthy, happy and fit enables you to live life to the fullest and enjoy every single day with family and friends, priceless.

I am a dancer for the Abakua Afro Latin dance company and recently the company traveled to Poland for a performance in the town of Krakow. Our performances usually range from 1-2 hours. Not only do we need to be in great physicaly shape, but we must also constantly work on our endurance and stamina to be able to deliver high-energy shows. I brought the 1000 calorie sample workout with me on our trip, and it worked wonders! To start, what the hotel called a gym, was actually a shoe box with a massage table and eliptical. I had the dancers each run through the workout twice , in the course of three days (trying as best i could to follow R-Quattro. read: we had to do some serious improvisation for weights, since there were none!). Needless to say, they loved it and couldn’t stop commenting on what a breeze the show was endurance wise. It would be really exciting to see what information and workouts the full package has, and how the team reacts to it! Thanks!

I’m Kelly, a 36years old woman. It would be a gift coming from the part of GOD if could Finally get a copy of “1000 Calorie Challenge.” What have I learned over the 6 updates? I’ve learned that I could finally get what I want! I want to reach a level of fitness that I’ve never reached before. I no more want to be flabby. Losing thousands of calories with R-Quattro™ and S² Progression will help me to shed off pounds of fats and be stronger(that I’ve never succeeded to do before). I’m fed up with diets that doesn’t work and struggle with ‘endless cravings.’ Sure that I have tried woring out at the gym. But I didn’t attain my goal. I really need access to this info, becasue I’ve tried just about everything else. I need a good plan, with discipline and structure. I’m struggling to lose my last 20 pounds, and gain muscle. With two young children and a full time job, I could really use some guidance.

I’m tired of being FAT. I don’t feel good about myself, I don’t feel good period. I want to show my children its great to exercise and have fun doing it! Your training is not about constant hype, but about tried and true facts.

I will be using the R Quattro program to get my life back together. I have been on the diet/aerobic “treadmill” for 10 years losing and then regaining the same 25-30 pounds. This is the perfect program to get me “off the treadmill”.. for good! I weigh 265 pounds and have BP of about 160/110. At 52 years old I need to make a change for the better. I have 6 and 8 year old little girls and Daddy would like to be around to see them grow up, to be able to be there for them and the rest of my family for many years to come. This sounds like the perfect program to help me do just that!

Hi, I have a real problem and only your 1000Calorie Challenge can save me. My wife is a fantastic cook, and I can never say no to all the delicious healthy food that she prepares for me and my two kids. In order to get back into shape (36 and growing fast round the middle!) and enjoy the beatiful area that is North Devon, I need a way to help me burn off those calories I just can’t say no to. Currently I am involved in Cornish Pilot Gig Rowing and would love to be part of the World Championships next May, but I need to be seriosly in shape to compete for a place in the boat.

Hi Joel, I am 35 years old, and have been ill recently. No doctor has conclusively diagnosed me with anything. I gained 30 extra Lbs while being ill (for almost a year!) I was not able to do my job properly and I am now back in action at work. I would like to / need to lose the extra weight so that my partners and I are safe while on the road. I want my partners to know that I will be able to back them up if the need arises. If I cannot do my job properly, then the public and my partners are put in jeopardy. I don’t want for this to happen. I am willing to put me before others now and know that I must for this to be accomplished. Thank you. Anita

The 1000 calorie program comes at an ideal time for me to use. I have struggled losing the 15-20 lbs. I have bounced back and forth between fat loss workouts and muscle gaining programs.

I feel that a fat loss program such as this one can really put me over the top towards reaching my ideal body weight. I love challenging myself physically and from everything I have see so far, the workouts in this program do just that. I really appreciate the concept that particpants will work up to the 1000 calorie mark. I know that when workouts have progressions, there is a stronger chance of ultimate success. Bring it on!

I was recently furloughed from my teaching job, which I thought was my mission in life. The traumatic change in my situation has led me to believe that my mission needs to be to take care of myself. I need to transform my body and mind in order to give me the confidence to transform my life. I am at a major crossroads in my life, and need to take the road not taken. I’ve always put my students and others ahead of me. I realize that for me to continue to do this for a lifetime, I need to take care of myself, first. I’m a former D1 college DL who has fallen into poor condition; need to get that spark back. This program is essential for me to do that!! Once accomplished, I will be able to get another teaching job and attack it with all of the vigor necessary to make positive change in the lives of our youth!!!

Greetings from the Emerald Isle!! Unfortunately in Ireland we don’t have any programme like yours. Which is a shame because the rate of obesity is rising quite rapidly over here. I blame the rubbih weather!! I struggle with my weight, through no fault but my own. I am quite the lazy arse with a fondness for eating rubbish. I wake up thinking of food, no joke! I’m 29 lassie wanting to just rip the fat off me because I am so bloomin uncomfortably in it. I hate it. I feel like I am wearing a fat suit and it is suffocating me. I’m a skinny girl trapped in a fat girls body! Seriously. I am willing to work hard but I want a programme that I trust and that makes me work for my hot body. I want to be proud of my body. I have tried all the usual fad diets and they have caused me mighty heartaches. I need your programme and I need it now! No pressure intended! Let me see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! I’ll skip the sob story and get to the point.
Let’s just say the past 2 years have been tough and I’ve put back on much of the weight I had previously fought so hard to lose.Things are getting back on track, but like so many others this means that I’m swamped with work and other responsibilities.
To put it simply, my “me” time is at a premium. I need to head off the unhealthy spiral before it starts. I don’t have any life threatening conditions yet, and I’d like to keep it that way.
I don’t have the time to tinker with any B.S. systems that won’t produce results. I need something brutal that will provide a challenge.
From what I have seen, the 1000 calorie program will effectively make use of the time I have for maximal results.

I read all your emails & try to learn as much info as possible. I am 32 , 5″2″ & 107 lbs. Sounds skinny, but have always been struggling with cellulite on my thighs. I always find myself getting caught in too much cardio & not gaining any muscle….Caught in the no carb fad, too…I would love to actually gain some leg muscle & not be embarrased to wear shorts! I want this because I’ve been struggling with weight throughout all my life with all sort of crazy methods and I simply need the definitive method to blast off the fat from my body for once.

I have done the xtream weightless program in two different sessions and lost over 40lb in fat wile gaining muscle. I got down to 165 lbs and look great!

I am 35 and have exercised regularly for 20 years. I have tried every combination of exercise: high impact, low impact aerobics, heavy weigts, light weights, body weight only exercise, yoga, pilates etc. I regularly swim and play tennis. I am vegetarian, eat healthily but include good fats and some treats to try not to slow my metabolism. Non of this has EVER given me the body I want. I am sick of trying and getting nowhere. Am hoping this will be the solution I have been looking for for 20 years!
