Hi,

I am 40 years old and I’ve been training using weights and resistance machines for half of my life, so I have hands-on-experience of what it takes to get there…To be honest I am a bit skeptical about the 1000 cal challenge system, but I am intrigued by the claims made and I would like to put it to the test.

I would love to try the system because I love the fact that it focuses on the workouts themselves, as well as diet. Too many times people say it’s all about the nutrition and while I agree, it’s nice to see two guys come out and say that if you bust your hump, it’s possible to lose it as well.

All my life I have always been chubby. I have always been picked on because I was chubby. I have always struggled to keep off weight. Several years ago I was Diagnosed with PEC ( Partial Epilepsy Complex), I was perscribed Depacote and Trileptal. These drugs have a side effect, causing the user to gain weight. As expected, I gained weight, I balloned to over two hundred pounds. Over a year ago I finally started to go to the gym, it is part of our company. At a discount, I go to EPFitness, where I exercise 3x a week. I finally got down 194 lbs. I had sinus surgery and nasel correction that was causing me to have PEC. This program will help me acheive a dream that I have always had of getting cut and in very good shape. I am not a asking for pitty, but I am showing that I donot see myself as a victim but as a determined individual that does not give up. I started using the sample download and have seen how great the 1000 calorie challenge is. I even have my wife using it. I thank you for this opportunity to win this great program.

I need the 1000 cal challenge and here is why. I am a phys ed. teacher just crested the 40yr old mark and staying fit is harder than ever. I ahve 3 kids of my own and thier sport activities are extremely important to my wife and I so we coach and never miss an event.

with all of thier activities it is hard to make time to work out. having a prescribed program would get us both on the track of a fitter life.

reading about R quattro tech. and using afterburn theory to contimue burning calories is new information to me and I want to know more and implement it into my workouts. S2 progression with ever increasing sets is just what i need,

Well, I am 41 and after I stopped smoking and had 3 major surgeries 5 years ago I have put on a few pounds.. I go to the gym regular but get bored and discouraged with it at times. I have printed as much of your information as I can and have started adding it to my weekly workouts, at home and the gym. I would love to have your book so that I can get to the lean me I want to be..

When I saw you were giving away free copies of this program, I thought: why not try and get it for free? But then I read some of the other comments and realized that there are people who need it more than me, so I think the free copies should go to those in greater need. I am 34, quite fit, with not more than a few pounds to lose.. I’m going to order the program anyway once it’s out simply because I like exercising really hard and challenging myself, just wanted to say thanks and that I think you’ve done a great job. :)

Well, I am 55 years old. I am having trouble losing weight. After taking my husband for a heart cath this morning where they couldn’t unblock his 3 original blocked arteries and 2 of his 3 bypasses have failed, I really WANT and NEEd to lose my excess weight! I do not want to be in the situation he is in! I want to be able to continue to work, enjoy the things I do and hopefully enjoy my granchildren when my two children (ages 23 and 20) have them. At this point, I really need help and from what I have read over the past couple of weeks, I think you are the way to do it! I would also like to set an example of what you can do at any age for both of my children and other people! Thanks for doing this program.

I am READY, willing and able to start your training program. I understand the R-Quattro theory and agree with it. Using the stacking method would definitely keep me motivated.
My goal 10 years ago, then age 45, was to have fitness and healthy habilts become my lifestyle. Now my new goal is to be the best physically possible. I can do that with YOUR program. I know I can succeed.
The more I learn about loosing fat the more I feel I do not know. I am at a point in my fitness and health habits that I would like to learn from pros. I can guarantee you that I WILL follow the program and will be happy to post my positive feedback.

Hi! I was very active, fit, and loving life, then I blew my achilles… talk about a drastic change in lifestyle! 6 months post-surgery, my friends say that I have done well, considering my abrupt, forced drop in activitiy, but I feel otherwise. Lethargic, depressed, breathless, you get the picture… The problem is that I have enough leftover fitness, that it is sabotaging me at this point. Long story short, last year around this time I sought out to achieve the highest level of fitness possible. I purchased Cheat your way thin holiday edition and blasted through the final 45 pounds of body fat, last summer I had leaned down to an impressive 165pounds (im 5’11”)

but then in July I was rushed to the ER and it was discovered that I was in the final stages of testicle cancer.. it had spread to the lymphnodes lungs and began to throw roots down in the liver.. (Lance Armstrong and I not only had the exact same situation.. we have the same birthday!!)

I had just finished 4 rounds of one of the most aggressive chemotherapy regiments available and the brutal onslaught put my maintenance of personal health to a screeching halt! long/short I gained 25 pounds and I now upon completion of chemo and murdering the cancer.. i want to earn my life back please..

I am a 22 year old female and I have been into working out for a while. But I am still struggling with my weight, which are always fluctuating, especially with weight in my waist-area. I realize that I need new programs to keep myself motivated. I am in graduate school now and have less and less time to work out these days. I really hope to be able to become much fitter, but I would like to accomplish that without having to spend hours or days at the gym. I really think that 1000 calorie challenge would be a valuable asset for me in obtaining a healthy or even my ideal physique without sacrificing valuable time. I am 66 years old and have been luckyto have been a very thin lady all my life UNTIL I had my thyroid RAI ( killed off) when I was 60
Since then the weight has come on me even though I eat sensibly and exercise
I love fruit and fresh vegetables ,I never eat processed foods.
I have to take 175 mcg levothyroxine sodium every morning.
I take a a probiotic daily and have a whey protien smoothie daily
I f I could have your expertise ,can you help me to remove the excess weight my 5 foot 2 inch frame deserves .

I’m totally excited about your the new program. I am at the point in my life (middle age) where I have finally realized that if I dont start taking care of my body, no one will do it for me. It doesn’t help that everyone around the office is obviously in the same or worse shape that I am in..with enough lard on their bodies to collectively supply McDonalds with with their Specially sourced french fry oil for the next 6 months (just one restaurant, not the whole chain).

None of them are going to do anything about it, until someone steps up and says…”CHECK IT OUT…I have been on the 1,000 calorie challenge for 3weeks, and I’ve already lost [some reasonable number] pounds of bodyfat. I look a little younger…am totally sexy, and feel fantastic. You guys have no more excuses, cause its easy…And since Im already on the same path, we can all support each other.”

So…I have decided to be the linchpin that spawns a change in values…at least in my office, where I can make a little difference…and those that I help, can help others. Like the Film “Pay it Forward”. But better.

It sounds like the best method I’ve ever heard about. Spending hours and hours in the gym is one way to do the workout but I feel like it will be far more efficient with your training method!!!

Guys. I need this program. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar was 388 when it was tested at the doctors office. I am almost 39 years old and have 5 wonderful kids and an amazing wife. I want to be around to see them grow up and to be able to grow old with my love. I have changed my eating habits drastically and have lost about 10 lbs. My sugar is still above 250. Doc says I need to exercise. I just turned 45 yesterday, 14th October. My husband is very fit and he tells me that no matter what i do, i’ll never get back figure. I’m 5’2 and weigh 140lbs. I am from India, and pretty flabbergasted with all the revolutionary methods you guys propose to attain fitness.

Here in India, we still believe in the tried and tested yoga, normal pushups, and crunches to be the best form of exercise. Along with litres of milk, eggs and chicken to be the best nutritional food available.

I would like to have a copy, and see if your methods really do wonders. And if they do … rest assured, I’ll spread the word!

I have been running religiously for years and thought I was in good shape, but your sample workout absolutely destroyed me!!! I spent the next two days walking like the wounded… But in a great way. I now understand that if I want to enhance my muscular fitness, your program is the answer. I can’t wait to start!

I am a 36 year old man and I weigh 250 pounds. in april of next year my wife and I are going on a cruise to renew our vows. I have been working out in my garage on and off for the last year. I have made little gains in the way of weight loss and there’s no way I will be ready for the cruise. from what I’ve seen so far your program is completely awesome and I think it’s just what I need to get rid of this belly fat for our cruise pictures. keep up the good work and will all keep getting better and healthier.
