I am just a freshman in college. I go to college full-time and work a part-time job on the side. As time goes by, I have realized that I am not exercising as often as I should or even eating as many foods that are healthy. I would like to stop gaining weight and would also like to experience all of the extra energy that people get with being physically fit. The problem is that I am not quite sure how to go about it. I believe that if I am privileged enough to win this guide that I will be able to become a fitter, more energetic, and overall happier person.

I am 300 lbs and would love to get back in shape. This program is intense, but I know i would nail it if given the opportunity!

Would totally love to win the free giveaway, after reading all the comments so far I realise there are lots of worthy people out there so if I end up not winning I am happy to purchase it anyway. Firstly kudos to your marketing – not that I know much about that subject myself but you have really got me excited about the programme! Little bit about me, 32 yrs old, live in NZ, stopped smoking about a year ago, yay so happy about that but it has come with a bit of weight (12kgs), don’t get me wrong I’d rather have this than be a smoker but I think it necessary to look after my health too (and fit back into my bloody clothes there are so many nice ones waiting to be worn!). Have enjoyed keeping fit in the past and realise how great it is for both my physical and mental health, but have spent the last year studying to get into med school which has kind of been at the expense of my health, well mainly exercise (ha go figure! funny when you write these things sometimes what a paradox that is!). Anyway I like what you guys do and how you are super excited about it and I think that will motivate me for my summer to get my bod back!! Hope this all goes well for you guys – keep changing peoples ideas about fitness it awesome!

Hello, I just turned 30 years old. I just finished your get rip like tyler durden workout and i thought, why not to try this one. I had good results but i think ill be more informed if i read your program. Im from mexico, by the way, and here i dont know any profesional trainers such as yourselves. I would like very much to see your system cause i think there is a lot of desinformation on gyms and the web about loosing weight and burning fat… You guys seem like the real deal, i would love to try it out. I am 42 years old, married with 3 young kids. Over the last six months I have been trying to loose some excess fat and improve my fitness so that I can keep up with the kids.
I would call myself skinny fat, so my goal is to loose the body fat, and put on some muscle. This will give me more energy and improve my self esteem. Over the six months I have had some success, but can’t seem to get where I want to be.
Your program is just what I need as it is not too time consuming, and doesn’t require a gym, so I can do it at home. I would also like to get my wife involved as she has been struggling with her weight for some time also, and I think what you have is just what she needs.

The reason i want to try your program is because i have lots of fat on my belly. i’m 21 years old student who live in Lithuania. it’s really sad for me to see my friends so lean and i’m getting fat day after day. I think your invented R quattro system together with ssp and proper dieting would really help me out of this embarrassing situation, to get lean as i always wanted. I‘m really depresd about my looking, i have no confidence with girls and it‘s hard at studies. I swim in a pool about 4 days a week, but it doesn’t work well for loosing fat. I think there is a lot people who are more worth this free program, but i hope you help me out.

I may not be a mother, or even an adult, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be in good shape right? As one of the younger followers of your program, i can’t exactly take out my credit card and order your books. This is an excellent opportunity for me to get the right information to achieve the body and lifestyle I want. Growing up I was always teased about my weight, and I’m very self conscious about it. I’m a 36 yo now single mom of three kids. I’m taking my life back into my hands after 12 years of a crappy relationship : I want and need all the inner changes that lead me to act and stand in my own power to show on the outside (I certainly don’t feel flobby & overweight on the inside !!). I would love to be able to share this program. I am a personal trainer that works with mainly overweight women. Moms like me who always put everyone first. You guys are so inspiring to me. Tried the. Sample and totally kicked my booty!I would love to share this program and your inspiration. Finally someone who really does the research and puts it to the test.

I have an 8 month old son and have been struggling with getting rid of the extra weight. I am a very keen gym junky and LOVE to challenge myself – I’ve been doing the sample program provided last week and love it!! I love the sound of this program. My brother has a black belt in BJJ and keeps telling me about his intense workouts…. i’m about to give him the podcast you guys posted the other day talking about the program – i think him and all his mates at the club would eat this stuff up. Compared to the rest of the people here, I may not “deserve” to win a free copy since I am young and not exactly overweight. Ever write an article, or make a video, promising amazing results by teaching and explaining exercises and combining a sound diet plan? Well, your target is everything that is what I am in need of. I’m tired of gym, where everyone has overtrained ego muscles. I’m sick of not knowing what to eat, and spending a few hundred bucks on supplements that give me barely anything. I need to change physically, because I reeeeeally need the confidence that goes with it.

I’m also an aspiring Personal Training, trying to learn from the best, so I would love to know R4 and S^2. I’m ready to fully commit to something awesome, challenging and effective.

Well guys, i am 54 nearly 55 years of age. I am a good 5kg overweight.
I do walk regularly but get real stiff muscle and very sore knees and lower back.
Looking at what you have emailed ,so far, i believe it would very much assist me
to loose those 5kgs , be more motivated and be inspired again.

I have been getting your emails over the last few days with the build up to your program and I have been waiting for it. I am a South African who is nearing 40 and have just had my first child, now I would like to be active for when he grows older. I am in a low paying stressful job so anything that can help me out would be appreciated.

I’m a sixeen year old high school student, and I’ve been told by the doctor that I need to lose weight in order to stay healthy both now and in the future. From what I’ve heard, your program would be the perfect tool for me to do this. My mum has curently joined me up to a gym and I’m now going there twice a week, mainly doing about an hour of cardio, but I can tell its doing little to nothing to help me. Also, my parents have the idea that any thing labelled with the words “lose weight” is automatically a scam, so they have forbidden me from buying any thing to help me. I’d really like to lose weight (building some muscle would be nice too, I’m very unfit at the moment). It also helps that my ofrmal is in two months and I’m quite a bit bigger than all the other girls in my grade, so I definetly have the motivation to take it on.

I need a simple, streamlined, straight-to-the-point system for success–and I think you have it!
