This will be my last chance to get fit! I’m 63 yrs old and pathetically non-athletic. My new career (I’m a published sci fi/fantasy writer) involves a lot of sitting at the computer. This program is perfect for me. I started working out about three years ago when I realized through some very pointed remarks from friends that I needed to lose weight. It was weird that i didn’t recognize it at the time but when I weighed myself I was about 300 pounds and had a 47 inch waist (my sister measured me). Anyway, I worked hard, changed my eating habits slowly and I now weigh 183 pounds.
Recently, I made a bet with my dad that if he could see my abs in three months he would buy me a plasma television. This is a tough challenge because I have a really hard time losing that fat around the stomach because of large I was before. I’m 22 years old and just got out of the Marine Corps (infantry). I hurt my back and my shoulders pretty bad in Afghanistan last year and suffered ridiculous fat gain from not being able to work out anymore, because of the pain. Well from the past videos I have seen, all what I can say is that your system in essence should give people hope. Yes it will give one self hope and insight on how to get where you like to be. Lean and fit with a different look at life. I guess that is what your 1000 calorie challenge is going to be all about.

Hi, I am a 42 year old who has recently left the Army after 22 years service, I am trying to get back my fitness, This is going well however I am having a few problems shifting this tyre around my waist, I am dieting and training regular, but it still defies me!!

I would like to try the 1000 Calorie Workout. I have been a baseball player for many years but have never been in complete shape. I am at a point that seems like I can not lose weight and already intake roughly 2000 to 3000 calories daily. I think this program would be a great way for me to get in better shape and lose the rest of the fat that I want to lose. I think it would be great to incorporate into a workout regimen for athletes so that they may become better.
I have 4 kids and have recently moved to the US from Australia. I have been trying to keep in shape but most programs require 6 days a week and about 1 1/2 hours. Thats time I don’t have. Also my eating habits have suffered with all this accessible and cheap junk food. Its frustrating as I used to be a fit guy and I want to be a fit, cool dad who can keep up with his kids, not an overweight couch potato. As a 66 year old I want to maintain the best possible health and wellness lifestyle that I can. I recently (May) began a serious weight loss program and so far I have lost 27 pounds. It is amazing how people who have such serious health issues are hopping to win the product. How much does your health cost? In case I win I would really like to pass the prize to someone who needs it for really specific reason.
I have been working out for many years but only seem to be able to maintain my weight. I am strong but obviously not pushing myself hard enough to accomplish the calorie burn your program will teach me how to obtain. We have a history of obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and early death on both sides of our family and I am trying to find the skills necessary to keep myself, my husband and children from going down the same path while we still have a fighting chance. I have been anxiously awaiting the release of this monster!! Watching Arnel performing as a super-human every day in the videos for the past week has really fired up my juices!! Here’s why I need this program: I have been in the “experimental” stage of fitness and weight loss for many, many years. I’ve taken a little of this and a little of that and put routines together to make my own workouts. Well, I must say that it’s been very educational and I learn more about my body with all the workouts I go through. BUT, now I am ready to go for it!!
