I need to burn calories FAST. I’m a 100% entrepreneur with a ton of projects for helping people. That doesn’t leave me enough time for working out even though I love it.

When I first heard of “1000 Calorie Challenge”, the first word that came to mine was “IMPOSSIBLE”. But then again, all my life, I’ve always been skeptical knowing that if a claim is too good to be true, then probably such claim is just is.

On October 5, I downloaded “4 Keys to 4xs FASTER Fat Loss” report AND the 600 calorie sample workout. The ‘fat loss’ information that I gathered was one of a kind. I always love Math and Science, so when i learned that 1 pound of fat equals 3500 calories, it makes sense that to lose fat, you have to burn more calories than you consume (Negative Calorie Balance = Weight Loss). This program does not advocate dieting alone. It advocates the combination of exercise and proper diet to be successful. When it comes to exercise, I love the fact it outlines the fact that your level of fitness is either going to be your #1 ASSET to losing fat like crazy, or the #1 thing STOPPING you from maximal fat loss.

I believe in the science of progression as it advocates self discipline in the end. With self discipline, the end result is a healthly lifestyle.

I would love to have your revolutionary system. I have tried so hard to lose this weight. I will lose a bit , usually keep it off until I get stressed and then it would come back and more. This time I finally got a handle on my eating . I want to be healthy and fit. My parents have a lot of health problems due to their weight which I want to bypass. I’ll be honest. I’m intrigued by your program after getting on your mailing list through Yurgi’s Treadmill Trainer website. I’m also thinking it is a “get rich quick scheme for you.” I’m 30 years old and close to my overall physical goals; however, I’m at a plateau and can’t break it. I mix up my workouts daily and have focused on nutrition changes for the past three months, but the results have been miniscule. Most of normal folks tend to think of achieving massive reduction in weight by following crash diets and assumptions that they can lose the extra pounds very quickly. This program is one of many I have used in my life to lose the weight and fat I need to rid myself of. I started one week ago wondering if it would be the one to help me achieve my goals. I am so out of shape that the first attempt at the exercise I was unable to complete the reps and unable to do them properly but did my best at least with the duration and timing. I have a wedding in March and have 20 lbs to lose. I’ve tried Weight Watcher’s but can’t seem to stay on track; besides I don’t like the public weigh-in. I’ve watched how celebrities are lossing weight on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystems, but the reality is that it’s free for them and costly for me. hi arnel, i’ve been following your youtube channel and using your workouts which helped me a lot in my fay loss journey but i need more than that. i’m 16 years old and obese, and your workouts showed that they are effective with me. but now i hit a plateau and i need your help to become fit again. i’ve seen the success stories and pictures and i also want the same results. my fitness level got a lot better especially in pushups and all bodyweight exercises and i know for a fact that my obesity is not caused by my genetics as i was fit before and i’m also dealing with the psychological issues of my obesity but the most thing i need right now is a good workout program, and i hope that yours will do the trick.

I am interested in your free offer. I have been struggling with losing weight for a few years now.When I decided to get out of the work force , I wasn’t as active and the weight piled on.

It didn’t seem to matter what diet plan, exercise regiman I tried, the weight would only stay off for awhile, unless I literally starved myself, or trained like a GI! Not to mention the undesireable ingredients in those meal plans, or the expense.

I am 58 yrs , and would like to look and feel healthier. I found your exercise routine suitable, as I have arthritis, and the routine, then rest, then repeat routine, is of great help to me.

I have been working out faithfully for about 15 years. I do a minimum of 4 days a week. Over the years I have done boot camps, weight lifting, Jillian workouts etc. I am up for anything new and exciting. I am 49 years old seem to be stuck. I am in great shape but would like to lose at least 10 lbs. I really enjoy the workouts that you have been showing on the 1000 calorie burn. My workouts look very similar that I put together myself. My name is Tanja and I am a former university basketball player. I have gone through stages in my life of various exercise regimes and coaches and have always enjoyed performing bodyweight exercises the most. In the past I was spoiled with always having access to weight rooms, but that is long gone. Leaving in Canada, memberships are pretty expensive for what they offer, but in general, given that I am not so much of a fan of equipment, I am not interested become a member of a gym. I am however a huge fan of bodyweight routines and yours has attracted me a lot. I am limited on time in the day as most people are, so having a program to follow that can provide me an ooponrtunity to achieve my goal is a true gift.
I would truely appreciate if I could be considered to receive the 1000kCal bodyweight series as I would be able to use it at home or my condo gym which provides me a little more space, but contains equipment that is as old as the building (23 years) and does not function properly. I think that the bodyweight series would satisfy my needs and desire of having an excellent bodyweight exercise program that I would enjoy fully. I have just recently travelled for work and found myself limit to exercising in my hotel room as there was no gym at all in the hotel.
To summarize, my only goal and wish is to mainting my physique and of course get in even better shape through using bodyweight programs that i will enjoy (such as the 1000kCal bodyweight series) and achieve my goals.

My husabnd and I want to be healthy for our children. We strive to eat healthy and to be active however the conventional way of exercising has NEVER given us the results that we know we will get with your program. Being in the health care profession (a nurse in the ICU)I am well aware of the importance of healthy eating and fitness. I have always incourperated both into my liestyle since my 20’s(I am now 56)I have always gone to the Gym and found exercise (both weights and cardio a great way to reduce stress . The reason why this program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life. And WHY I NEED access to this information, is simply because I have just finished my studies and are soon starting work. I am 23 years old and for some reason which I cannot grasp I just cant seem to drop my last 10 pounds of belly fat!!! Don’t get it, I am fit and exercising on a regular basis and have been following a decent diet as a lifestyle for the past year. So out of desperation I want to put this program to the test! The science behind it sounds solid enough and I believe this might just be the solution I have been waiting for. As I am living a active and healthy lifestyle I know I will obviously see results sooner or later and are therefore not desperate enough to spend money on buying the program.

I really need this information in my life right now. I have been struggling to lose the weight from my third child for 3 years and have tried the usual methods without real results. I have lost weight with traditional cardio, only to gain it right back. I know there is a better way and this is it! I have since become prediabetic and I know its crucial for me to lose weight to be healthy and be a good role model for my 3 girls. I want this for me, but even more importantly, I’d like this for my husband. His crazy 12 hour, shift work schedule, in a high stress job where he’s always saving other people has gotten him tired, sedentary, and a complete health mess at 32 years old. He’s been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (common in alcoholics) even though he doesn’t drink at all. We have three small children, and I want him to be around for them. He really needs something quick and effective to jump start him to losing 80 pounds. Since I’m a stay at home mom, our budget is pretty tight, and winning a copy of this would be amazing.
