I really wanted to know what the program is all about … somuch of curiosity raised and so much information given already … fascinating and informative on it’s own … yet intriguing to know what’s more to learn! Amazing weight loss plan and guidance, one of it’s kind I must say! With the first few snippets caught my attention right away and we have already started following it…The exercises given are pretty much practical and all the other tips given so far are not just authentic but works as well! About a year ago I looked at myself in the mirror and wondered who the fat guy was. I had always been active, I lifted weights and trained in brazilian jiu jitsu, but I still managed to pack on the pounds. At 36 years old I knew I needed to make some changes to my lifestyle to improve my body and prevent the many chronic illnesses associated with obesity. Through a comination of diet modification, high intensity cardio, and weight lifting I have managed to lose 50 pounds. However, I recently have hit a wall in my fat loss. I have been following you since I found your website last week, I am so excited to learn more about your system. I am 42, widowed, my husband died in 2007 from a heart attack, aged 39. I have desperately been trying to lose weight. I joined WW Feb 2008 and weighed in at 98 kgs, I had to do something or our daughter would be alone, I hv struggled everyday. I’m now 90kg after 2 years of hard slog. I find my time limited, as I work full time and care for my daughter. I live 3 hours from the nearest large city and dont have access to a gym, I am the queen of improvisation. Our supermarket is small and doesnt have the choices city ones have. I feel that your system will give me the kick start and flexibility that I require. I look at my daughter and I see she has learnt our bad habits, I hope that I can lead by example and inspire her to change the way she eats and can lead a healthy and happy life. We are very competative by nature. We both play Netball in winter, but we do struggle to keep up with our team members and what fitness we do acheive each season we soon lose in the off season.Please help us get our lives on track, and I believe a free copy of your program will see us achieve this.

Hi I’m David and I want the 1000 calorie challenge

I come from a family of over weight, diabete, cancer and heart diseased people. I have seen what it does to ones life and I don’t want that life for me. I have completed raising my last child and over the years between school and work I have become someone different on the outside. I began excercising and dieting 10 months ago and lost 35 pounds but for the past 5 months I have been at a plateau that I can’t seem to get out of. I have tried different diets and have changed my routine to incorporate different excercises but have not been sucessful. I need to lose 50 pounds in order to be at my ideal weight according to BMI and 50 pounds is just putting me at the cusp of what I should be weighting which according to the BMI is 115 pounds. I have seen some improvement with your program but am still lacking the weight loss and inches lost.

I love ur program and cannot miss it to get it, i have nothing more to say, i am overweight and need ur program desperately. thanks

You’d think that at 59 years of age I’d have my act together as far as diet and appropriate fitness levels. Ha! Up, down, up, down, and mostly up again! That’s been my routine since I left my sports years behind in college and my bummed-up knee on the ski hill. So, I have given myself one year (will turn 60 next September) to get my body AND mind in shape! I’m impressed with your straight-talking, detailed, science-based and calculated approach in your program. It’s EXACTLY what I need to FINALLY get my life on track to “whole” living. Give me this year on your program — I won’t be a geriatric bodybuilder, but I will be a healthy woman moving forward in a new season of my life.

I have been looking for something that BOTH my husband and I could get into. I know I’m ready to get started and once he sees how you can slowly work up in the exercise program he’ll join in too. I’m already retired and he’s about to be and we could definitely benefit from the program, maybe not at the exact pace prescribed, but we’d get there.

I just turned 42 and I’m in great health excellent physical condition, better than most people my age. I’m probably one of the few in my age group that can actually handle the kind of workout in your program and maybe even the nutritional discipline required to be successful with it. I’d love to try out your program because the combination of a tough new workout and diet plan might just be what I need to finally get rid of the extra 15 lbs keeping me from looking as athletic as I really am. I already talk to practically everyone I know about how to improve their health and why they need to get started or keep exercising for the health benefits. With human nature being what it is and with appearances being so important, I know that if I looked even more fit I could inspire more people to take better care of themselves. Although I already exercise a lot and eat reasonably healthy food, it’s trickier to look great once you hit 30, let alone after 40 and I think your program is just what I need!

Hi Guys, been training for around 20 years, last few years been heavily into the kettlebells. .Tried all the differnt diets, still not near my goal of 10% BF. Workout nearly every day, mostly high intensity/ crossfit type stuff with some running. Could really do with some guidance on diet/ cals and training, plus your system sounds great and it is new so the variety factor will come into play. I weigh 250 lbs my wife weighs 400 lbs. We have tried just about every thing that is out there including Zoomba at the local health club. Nothing seems to get the weight loss started so we end up spending a lot of time with no results. We have had a rollercoaster life and are now alone and struggling.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 7 years and have tried tons of different schemes and workouts along the way. I thought I knew what training hard was…..up until I tried the sample training plan you provided involving the tri-set workout. Wow I thought my lungs were going to explode! I want more! After a change of location which led to overindulgence for several months I’m in the worst shape of my life. I want this system to get me back to where I was and better. Please help! I am a personal trainer and mom. I work mainly with overweight women. You guys are such an inspiration! I have been trying out the sample workouts all week and they totally kick my booty! I have been overweight most of my adult life and constantly on a yo-yo diet/workout plan. In addition, I have a busy, hectic, sedentary work schedule. In fact, I recently gained 30 pounds because of my work schedule and lack of exercise. I am 45 years old, but my body feels like it’s 55 years old with the recent weight gain. I want to get back to loving life again and I KNOW I will with your 1,000 Calorie Challenge. Thank you for this opportunity to finally meet my goals!

Like many women of a certain age (50+), I’ve struggled with trying to get stubborn fat off of my body for over 15 years. Underneath the layer of dense, insulating fat (which is extra annoying during a hot flash!) covering my abdomen, thighs and buttocks, is a smokin’ hot body that is screaming to get out! I know that I must do something to change my life and body NOW, or, the probability of me achieving my goal decreases each year. The extra weight is not healthy! As the daughter of an obese mom, I’ve seen what body fat can do to damage a body’s internal organs, bones, and joints—not to mention the destruction to one’s self esteem! I can’t count how many hours I’ve spent in the gym in the past decade. This year, I have gone from ‘borderline obese’ to just ‘overweight’ but, still have 20 to 25 more pounds to lose to be where I want to be. I’ve changed my diet and now eat more natural foods while avoiding processed foods as much as possible. I plateaued in July and, now, seem to be losing the fight to not gain the lost weight back! Bottom Line: I need a new plan—one that will get me where I want and need to be. I will commit the time, energy and focus necessary to get the body I want to have. Hi! I feel that your 1000 calorie challenge system is the tool I need to change from 3rd into 4th gear (or maybe even 5th or 6th!) in order to accelerate my fitness results! I’m almost 40 and thought of remaining as overweight as I am scares me. My husband is overweight also and has high blood pressure. Since recently receiving your blogs of the R-Quattro, seeing the videos and listening to your messages, I have inserted them in my workout and they OMG!! IT DOES WORK!! I took my 300 to 400 calories to burning a 1000 every other day utilizing the exercises I’ve seen through out the videos and incorporated them within my workouts and have experienced a major physical change in my body and physique! WOW!! I am a Believer! I have quite a bit of fat to lose and am dying to shed it! I work for a major movie studio and this type of program is welcomed. I did 2 months of bootcamp that is provided by my company and did not lose this much in such a short period of time, but in fact lost some of my muscle mass, which I was very unhappy about. I have been fighting my weight for several years now. I read your emails and posts and this seems to be something that may finally work for me. I am a 45 control room operator, so there is no physical exertion in my job for 15 years now. I work a rotating shift schedule going from days to nights sometimes in the same week. All this together makes losing weight incredibly difficult. I would like to put yours to the test and see if it can help someone with a schedule like mine.
