I am excited abut your program and want to put it to use. I am a 47 yr old married mom of a 16yr old young man. I am over weight (220 on a 5’4″ frame) and have been for most of my life. Can’t call it baby fat any more. If there was a diet out there I have tried it. prescription pills too. Spent to much money for little or no result and then experienced the yo-yo weight re-gain effect of each diet I failed. It has all left me looking and feeling like a marshmallow. I know this program would help me develop the muscles I am sure are living under this fat. I would also be able to set better example for my son (he is starting to become overweight) If he can see a successful diet exercise program in action on his mom, he can see future success for himself.

I am a pretty fit guy. I go to the gym, do marathons, hike, play with kettlebells and sometimes Zumba. What you guys do is amazing transforming people, physically, mentally and emotionally. You guys have a great gift and sharing it with others makes it even greater. I want to share your gift to my friends, to make them feel great and as a reward getting a nice bod. With your program/guide I know I can help them and keep them motivated.

All my life I struggled with the stubborn weight especially with my legs (or shall I say “logs”). I have what you call “fat knees” (it’s rare) so I’ve always been conscious about wearing shorts and skirts. People might also consider me skinny fat. But I understand that, though some people are genetically gifted with great physiques, some have to work harder to get a nice, lean body. Nevertheless I believe that everyone can improve their physiques from where they are today. Along with hard work and dedication, anything is possible. Just a few months ago, I made a commitment to adopt a healthy habit of eating unprocessed, natural food, 5-6 meals a day and incorporating exercise into my daily routine for long term. Signing up in a gym is really not an option for me right now due to the high cost and inconvenience. Besides, working out at home just makes more sense and safes me a lot of time. Mentally and physically, I am out and about ready to get on this program – the real program! I am very excited for the release of the 1000 calorie challenge since I got my hand on the sample workouts and tried them myself. I’ve been on it for the past 2 weeks and the workouts are truly intense. I look forward to working out and trying to beat my record though it’s really tough. I love that the program is simple and uncomplicated and you can totally feel it working. It would be AWESOME if I were to win a free copy of the program and find out for myself how close I am from attaining my dream of finally losing my “logs” (and shaping my legs) and getting that sought after six pack abs! Hi i’m a 28 year old guy watching your updates from India. What’zup your “4 keys to 4x fat loss” worked for me, in 4 weeks lost 9 pounds(My weight 176 pounds). I am wondering if this free stuff makes me to loss 9 pounds what about the 1000 calorie challenge system. i could not imagine the astonishing results i would be grabbing this week. I have just turned 59 need to lose weight so I can have a knee replacement surgery as I have osteoarthritis.

I have been overweight most of my life. Four years ago I lost 90 lbs during a strict low carb (almost no carb) program from the web. I kept it off a year but now am almost back to where I started. I know it was not a healthy way to lose now but it’s the only thing I know. I am a 55 year old grandmother and I have custody of my 10 year old grandson. He has OCD and ADHD and it takes a lot for me to keep up to him and he deserves the best of me I can give him. I feel guilty that he doesn’t get it right now because of my physical challenges. I need to focus on me in order to give back to him and I need a plan that I can follow forever. Thank you for your consideration.

I run a non-profit youth organization that helps kids with sports training, nutrition, substance awareness, mentoring, educational assistance and getting them involved with volunteering in the community. Many of the kids/families we help are low income and cannot afford these programs. Your program I feel could make a great impact on helping many that we work with, since most do not eat properly and have no idea how to exercise to stay healthy. We have had a very high success rate in helping kids get college scholarships, which in turn helps break the trend of relying on government assistance, which is a hard trend to break. I’m a great fan of your workout programs and burning 1000 calories per workout sounds absolutely great, although challenging, but fun, too! I’ve been stuck at 10% bodyfat for about a month and this definitely sounds like something I could use to finally get totally ripped, hook me up pleeeaaasse!!

I am my own worst enemy. I seem to sabotage every effort I make, to lose the weight that has a huge impact on my depression. The longer it takes me to see results the more I close down and back away from the things that could help me. I’m tired and need to re-connect with the stranger staring back at me in the mirror.

I was exercising regularly for a while until recently when my job requirement pick up due to the economy. I find I have very little time during the day now to exercise. I’m looking for a way for me to lose weight in the shortest time possible. I have a 30 min. window and hope your course can help.

I’m really excited about learning all about your program. I’m one of those people who have been overweight most of my life. About 2 years ago I started eating healthier and exercising and have lost 40 lbs, but have more to go. I’ve recently started doing interval training to help push me off my plateau. Coming from a fitness and nutrition background I seem to be stuck at 15% body fat and no matter what I do I can’t seem to get down to the 10% I have wanted to reach since 3 years ago.

Looking over your program I feel this could be the program that finally gets me over that 15% hump.

I am also getting into helping others with their fitness and nutrition goals and this would be a great addition to my arsenal to really make a difference in their life’s and make a dent in the over-weight problem we are experiencing. At 49 I need the extra edge.

First off, I would like to thank you Joel for taking the time and energy into researching and developing these great workout + diet routines. Right now I have gained WAY too much weight. I use to be 185 lbs. some years ago and now I’m currently 235 lbs. I kinda went through some tough situations and got really depressed (and lazy). I don’t want another workout gimmick. Believe me, I’ve tried a lot of them. I want a program that I can dedicate myself to. I want to be in the best health & shape I can possibly be in. I know there are lots of major risks for being obese. I don’t want to be a victim. I believe that your system will assist me in my journey to lose weight and be healthy.

I’m 24 years old, I’m starting teaching in a few weeks at high school students. Which best way to inspire them than by being a role model as a smart person AND a fit teacher?
Worst part of my life is that I once been fit. Then I met my girlfriend and started choking training sessions to be with her. Then I gained belly fat and stopped everything. I tried to start back several times without success. For a while now, I’m on TT program with C. Ballantyne, but I like your program too. I think it’s time for me to try this one too so I don’t get too much used to the first one.
I’m starting seeing the results and I’m really motivated now. So please, give me the chance to try something new.

I live in New York. I am not overweight or anything but have parents who are and I really wish to help them while also trying to accomplish my goal of a more toned body. Also, using this particular system; I want to bring awareness among those who simply avoid such techniques and ignore them calling them fads and unreal. I believe this particular program is something that will help boost not only fat loss, but also my confidence level which I believe I badly need at this time. My husband and I are both fat and would like to be attracted to each other once again. I love weight-lifting, but never could find the time to fit it in. Your 15-20 minute program is just the ticket I need. It is short and effective enough so that I can’t ever say I don’t have time. I used to do similar workouts when I was younger, as did my husband, so the learning curve is not so steep. Slowing down the reps is a great way and I am already feeling better after just one week. I read all the updates just to stay motivated. This added program will be great for both me and my husband to challenge ourselves and look and feel our best. I know that we pretty much just started, but I enjoy the program so much that I am not going to quit. I always say I want the body I had when I was younger and even better; this time I am going to follow through. My husband wants to get better at hockey, as that is his love, and the only way he can do that is if he drops his added 30 lbs. This program will be great for the both of us. I am interested in receiving a free copy of your program, from what I have seen so far, it sounds like a real CHALLENGE. I am not certain that this 40 year old body can kick it up to a 1000 Calorie workout in just 4 weeks, but I do like the idea of getting a workout done in 30 minutes or so, then moving on with the rest of my day. I am looking to see if this is as motivational as a trainer (without the cost of one, or need to get to a gym for a training session).

I recently have been following your blogs and feel it is my salvation. I have always had problems with my weight since I was a child and I feel with your program I might have finally found the answer. I love the idea of having 3 days with low calories, 3 days with moderate calories and one splurge day. I feel if I don’t have to feel deprived all of the time this life style change might finally work for me. I’m not afraid of hard exercise in fact I just got done with a membership to a boot camp and I was disappointed when the workouts weren’t hard enough. I know I am not exercising as efficient as I could be and my eating habits need to be overhauled. This really seems like the perfect solution for me as it addresses all of the reasons why I have failed in the past. Being a busy wife and mother I need a plan that works and doesn’t take so much time. I feel fate has lead me to the 1000 calorie challenge and I know I can become a healthy mother and wife.

Hi there! I am a 38 yr old mom of 5 terrific children, but over the years, I have added on an extra 70 pounds to my 5’0″ frame. I have tried other weight loss and exercise programs throughout the past 14 years with a little bit of success, only to add on more weight each time I had another child. My youngest (and last) child is now 2-1/2 yrs old and I have really tried to lose this extra fat, but I get too impatient and then get discouraged when it doesn’t come off fast enough. I am not afraid of hard work, I like challenges! (Three natural childbirths prove that!) I just need to see results quickly for me to keep going. I come from a family with a lot of heart disease and other medical problems and I know how important it is for me to get in good shape. I need to lose this weight and be healthy so that I can be a good example for my children and watch them grow old. I’m looking forward to seeing fast results with your program and a huge success! I know that if I can see results quickly, it will be a lifestyle change for me and my children.

I’ve struggled with weight most of my adult life, except for the 7 years I was in the Army. But those ended 14 years ago, and as I’m pushing 46, I need to get at least well over 100 pounds off my frame so I can maintain my otherwise good health. I’ve tried various diet programs, but am more convinced than ever that excerise is the trump card in the game of weight loss — calorie restriction alone won’t produce lasting results becuase it doesn’t happen fast enough to stay motivated and my body adapts to the restricted intake. With 4 small girls and a lovely wife at home I want to maximize my years (in both quantity and quality), I’m looking forward to using your system to get the job done.

I tried the workout, could barely do some of the moves. Only lasted about 10 minutes. I was sore for the next workout, but it seemed just a tiny bit easier. I figure I’ll keep at it, cause God only knows I didn’t put these pounds on in one day and they sure aren’t coming off tomorrow. It has been two weeks and already I see some changes in my body. I finally signed up for a dream trip the end of December, dog sledding in north MN. I’m looking forward to the trip – but I need to get in shape before then, to make it that much MORE enjoyable. Wow, you guys are so generous to give away some of these systems for free. I have been a county school bus for a long time, and it has taken its toll on my body. I would love to be a good role model for my fellow bus drivers and a spokesman for your great system. I tried the 600 calorie program and I immediately felt it works!
