I am a 49 year old woman who has lost about 75 lbs since December 2009. I still have about 40lbs to go. I have always used DVDs as my main workout tool. I have hit a point where I have stopped losing and have maxed out my knowledge of workouts, weight loss and strength training. I am need of a way to gain knowledge and rekick start my weight loss. I feel that your program is just what I am looking for and would greatly appreciate receiving a free set. I am also a believer in paying it forward. Thank you so much for giving us a chance to get some of your information. I have already purchased so many of you and your friends programs. I own, something from every one of you guys, Craig Ballentine’s turbulence training, Andrea, Vince’s, your Cheat your Way Thin, and so many more. I follow everyones program at different times. I think it is good to change your eating routines. It keeps the body guessing and I am positive of that. I have lost a lot of weight. I had a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin. Quit simply, I’m 64 (65 too soon) and I realize I’ve got to get serious about getting in better shape if I want my senior years to be long and enjoyable. Your plan would be my salvation. All my life I have struggled with my weight issues. It has affected my schooling, my career, and my relationships. When I was a young girl I was fit, trim and even a little buff. But ever since the freshman 15 I haven’t been the same. I took up distance running a few years ago and lost a little weight but haven’t gained any muscle definition like I used to have. I am employed as a State Trooper and have always kept in good shape as my job requires, utilizing your Cheat Your Way Thin principles to maintain my ideal body weight. However, last year, I was injured while performing my duty of protecting the public. These injuries required three surgeries to repair damage to my elbow and shoulder. As a result of the long slow recovery process and inability to train, I have lost muscle and gained fat. I am just now able to start training again, and am preparing to return to full duty status. I really want to try the 1000 calorie challenge because it’s simply a very well designed program were every single detail is thought through, it has everything!!!!!!! It has phases, progression, intensity, meal plan with zig zag effect, it’s time efficient and more.

Right now I have a 20% body fat and I’ve been going to the gym for a fair amount of time and I really got frustrated for the slow results and the worst part was that after a while of bustin my ass off, I hited a terrible plateau. I know that with this program this will never happen again because it’s well designed structure.

I am 43 yrs old and used to be in great shape. Of course right:) Well then I changed from doing something I loved and being active all day to a desk job. Between my age and sitting all day I gained some and lost muscle tone. I would love to be one of the 10 winners because I’m hoping your program will finally give me the results I’ve been trying to get for six years now. I’m 55 years young and I’m 50 pounds overweight. I’ve bought many programs over the years and done them all religiously but I’m still 50 lbs overweight.

Years ago when I started this journey I was 75 pounds overweight. During all this time I lost 25 lbs but haven’t lost anymore, no matter what I do or how much time I spend doing weight training and cardio. I eat organic, eat only foods that are God made. I drink only water and organic herbal teas. I don’t drink alcohol. I don’t know what else I can do.

According to every program I’ve ever done and all materials I’ve read I am doing everything right and yet I don’t “look” the part. In 2004 when I first changed my diet and started exercising my resting heart rate was 76 bpm. Now I have a resting heart rate of 59 bpm. I know I’m healthy but I look like I don’t work out, don’t weight train, don’t do cardio, don’t eat right. Yet I do all these things every day!

Based on all the techniques you have taught us in the past 6 updates I’m hoping your 1000 calorie, R-Quattro program will be the difference maker for me. This is why I really want to win. Thank you for the chance!

I have been struggling to lose weight and get in shape since I quit smoking almost 8 years ago. In the past five years I have lost most of my immediate family to various diseases including cancer, heart failure, diabetes, high cholesterol & high blood pressure to name a few. I have never won anything in my life !! But that has never kept me from accomplishing many wonderful things. I have always lived my life as an example to others of what is possible. I will be retiring soon from 25 years as an Educator.
I represent a generation that is mostly over fat and under fit and I might say under served by the fat loss and fitness industry. I have struggled with losing weight since having children. I just turned 43 last month and I feel like it’s hopeless at this age. Nothing seems to work. I am so discouraged. I use to be in great shape and it is so difficult to see were I am today. I think this program is perfect for me, at this point in my life, because I want to get over this hump. From what I’ve seen, this program has what I need to do just that…get over this 8 year hump. This program has the mechanics of success written all over it. I NEED this program…I NEED a fresh start! I’m tired of all the diet programs that get you nowhere. I want to take the CHALLENGE!

This system sounds like the best one I have read about in a long time. It donesn’t sound too complicated and I like that. I am 36 and in the worst shape of my life. I cannot beleive how far I have let myself go. I use to be in the Navy and was in pretty good shape. Since I got out of the service things have taken a slow nose dive. I used to have a four pack (could never get the full six pack, never could get rid of the small pooch on my lower abs). I would love to get back my body back to the way it was (or better). And feel good in my clothes again.

For the first time in a very long time I’ve been inspired and willing to do everything that you guys have came up with, it just makes perfect sense. That doesn’t happen on regular basis! Same with me composing this “letter”, you usually would have to blackmail me to write anything (especially at school) so just by writing here it makes me realize how badly I want this. I’m ready to do before and after pictures and take measurements and (gasp) even weigh myself, just so I can see all the progress I’m making, and I KNOW I will be making amazing progress. I don’t think I’ve ever anticipated the release of a workout program in my entire life. But I’m SUPER EXCITED about this one!!!!!

Through the help of Arnel’s 16 week program I have seen tremendous results but need to kick it up a notch to get rid of these last few pounds of fat. I’ve been rollercoastering 15 lbs for a few years now and just know this will do the trick!!

I can’t wait to see if I can test my own limits in burning 1000 calories in one workout! I’m already starting to follow the R-Quattro format but can’t wait to see the entire program!!

I have followed through and read every email you have sent leading up to this awesome product’s availability. I didn’t have a real weight problem until highschool. But honestly would have to say since turning 45 years of age I usually had no problem getting the wieght off. Recently being in pre-menopause I struggle every day to eat healthy and exercise only to jump on the scale and see no loss or maybe even a gain….I have degenerative joint disease and rehumatoid arthritis…so certain exercises I can’t even begin to do…just watching your videos I really think this could work for me. I would love to get my cholesterol down and get off the blood pressure meds as well. I have two neices that mean the world to me. Both of them are on the heavy side thanks to the fact of computers and video games…I would love to help them with their weight while they are young…especially my 11 year old neice who comes home from school almost daily crying because kids make fun of her. I want to be the example setter to them and help them know there is a way to get healthy and stay healthy by incorporating exercise into my life as well as my neices.

I am a single father who has gotten out of shape because I was working nights, going to school, and trying to keep on top of my parenting duties. I have finished school and that allowed me to get a great job on a normal shift. This program is compact and efficient so this is something that I can fit into my schedule and I love the idea of the cheat day. I am going to go into training for a martial arts black belt and the types of exercises I have seen so far are perfect for that type of activity. In all I am a normal guy who was in great shape ealier in my life and I want to get back to that point. I am motivated and finally have the time to get my sexy back.

You guys 4 years ago I was almost dead from drug addiction and alcoholism, I have a new life now and I believe I need to get into peak condition so I have a shot at living long and healthy. My wife and I are trying to start a family. But through the course of both going to school and simultaneously working multiple jobs, our health has slipped away from us. My wife had back surgery in her teens and the doctor said in order to carry a child she needs to drop the weight. I want to support her in all that she wants, and when looking at your program over the last few updates we agreed this is the perfect training tool to help us get to where we need to be. The only thing that we want to be more than parents…is healthy parents.

Wow, this program is exactly what I need. I am a born organizer the exercise log sheets and the journal help me be accountable. I am over 40 and I work outside in a physical job-I need to lose weight to keep up with my co-workers who are half my age. I have fibromyalgia and I need to be in better shape and flexible to keep up. I am at least 50 pounds overweight and in danger of becoming diabetic. I feel that I can make some progress with this program!

I am a mother of three and am very over weight for my height. I weight 137.5 and my height is 4’9″. I have tried many things to lose my weight and most of all, all the baby fat that I have gained during my pregnacny. I have lost my metabolism to help me burn my fat and the calories that is needed to burn per day. So, my work outs that I have been doing is not what I am looking for to burn all the fat that I want off. I like you program of burning 1000 calories per work out. That is something I need just to help me lose all the baby fat I have gained.
