Just like many people, I too, would like this awesome program for “free”. But after reading some of the other posts above I would respectfully withdraw my entry and ask that you take a program that you would have given to a “regular guy on the street” and give it to the “single mom” or the “over weight parents” or “heart patient”, these folks really NEED your system while I simply desire to improve my self image (a vain request versus their real need). Thanks for this opportunity, you will make several people very happy and your marketing technique will serve you well.

I am an 18 year old student living in Brisbane, Australia. After purchasing Mike Geary’s ‘truth about abs’, i was introduced to all of these workouts and diet plans, but yours grabbed my attention the most. For most of my life i have never been in the best shape, but not overweight. I’ve always been active, tried to eat well, but i always could never lose that stubborn role around my waist. Using ‘puppy fat’ as an excuse only worked when i was in my overweight stages in primary school. I’m just looking for a flat stomach, healthy lifestyle and improved fitness. Just reading your articles and video posts motivate me to become this very person i aim to be. It shows how confident you are by giving away these free copies. Hi Guys,
Thanks for creating such an exciting program. I am 34 this year and since last year, i have pretty much let my self go, I was 79kg for 176.5 cm and fit, but after few months of junk food and no excise, I am now 93kg, comes with love handle and tummy with the inside of my thighs rubbing each other as I walk. Had to buy 36inch size trousers and I can no longer wear my 32/34 trousers.
I am eagered to get back into shape and have given myself 3 months to do it. I know I can do it and motivated to do so.
If would be an honored if I to be a testimony to your 1000 calories exercise program.

I have been working on getting to a healthy weight for a few years. I started off at 377 pounds and currently 275 and would like to lose 50 pounds more of fat and gain a ton of lean muscle mass. I have lost the weight but locking down a clean diet that works for me and doing cardio 5 times a week. I haven’t really started a strength training program and would love to dedicate myself to your program. I think it’s great that you are offering to give away your program for free to prove it works.

I went through high school like many others these days: overweight. I maxed out at 285lbs, 48″ waist, when I was 18- and I’m only 5’8″! Check out my facebook, you’ll see a pic! One day I decided to take matters into my own hands and lose it. One year later I was 175, 32″ waist. I even entered a bodybuilding comp. But now, after I got married, it seems no matter what I do I can’t lose any pounds. I’m up to 215, 38″, and NEED to drop 20-30 pounds. I have followed this post for a while and it is motivating me to get FIERCE. I want to get dedicated and motivated. I want to return to the lean, mean, FAT BURNING machine that I was nine years ago. And I want it to be on the 1000 Calorie Challenge- your RQauttro system just trumps all (i got the email with day3 and I came close to chucking)!
Help me return to what I was, where I’m supposed to be. I want the guys in the gym to see me get BEASTLY! And I want my wife to LOVE my results. Most of all, I want to be healthy and kick the crap out of FAT!

Well I’ve been struggling with my weight all my life. Ive finally gotten on an exercise program with my brother. Im down about 23lbs in a little less then 3 months now. I’m happy with the results, but I still can seem to get rid of the belly fat. The rest of me i see a difference in but not my belly. It’s kind of frustrating. I think your program will do wonders and help me get over the hump and conquer this beast. Im dedicated as ever to get in shape. I have 2 sons 7 and 6 and its a struggle to keep up with them. I want to be around for them for a long time. Heart disease runs in my family and i want to stop in here!!!!!!

The more and more I hear about this program the more I become impressed with it. I truly believe that through 1,000 calorie diet days and workout days I can make a drastic change in my body, the change that I have been longing for for years now. I have been to the gym and burned that many calories but haven’t not supported those efforts with proper nutrition, therefore with the structured plan of your brilliant studies I am positive that I could reep all of the benefits of this program. I feel that through the constant changes and challenges of this workout program I wouldn’t get bored and the cheat days would also keep me on track with the diet plan. Please let me be one of the lucky ones that gets the benefit of this information so I can finally have the body that I will be truly happy with.

Over the years I have wanted to be in top shape, and haven’t quite been able to retain the motivation. I don’t want to wait anymore and can’t bear to see more time pass by before I will reach my goals.

When you introduced that you have a program to burn so many calories at once I felt as if it were perfect timing as I am back in action and have regained the motivation needed to move forward as the program seems well suited for myself and my situation.

The diet based programs are great, but I really want to take it to the next level and concentrate on the structure of my training. I am currently travelling the globe and will be situated for the next three months before I have to move on.

I don’t know when I will have a good chance to buckle down with significant training and would love to utilize the next three months to the best of my ability.

Wow lots of people want this program don’t they! I’m not sure actually if this program will work for me, but I’m certainly hoping that it will. I’ve done Herbal Magic and lost just over 30 pounds but have since gained back 15! I continue to follow the ‘diet’ menu of herbal magic because it is definitely a healthy way of eating and allows you to eat what you want with no real restrictions on types of food. Unfortunately though I can’t seem to get rid of these extra lbs. I lose 2 and then gain them right back again. I do a body design class 2 days a week and a belly dance class 2 days a week. I’m really hoping to get rid of these excess lbs once and for all – the 15 I gained plus probably an additional 5 (I am currently 148 lbs and stand 5.2 1/2 inches tall). Would like to ideally get down to the high 120’s – and I’m hoping your program will help me get there!

I recently had lots of success losing weight on the HCG diet plan and am now trying to maintain the losses and lose some more. From seeing your updates, I think this plan is perfect for me because I haven’t worked out now in over a month (so it’ll start me off slowly to build strength back up, which is great), and I’m generally eating 1500 calories per day or less anyway because I’ve not gotten my appetite back (meaning that the 1000 calorie days should go very well for me). At any rate, I’m making 25 in February and want to be in the best shape of my life. I think your program can get me there, so I definitely want to do the program.

This last 2 years has been the most impressive years I ever had regarding my fitness level, some people from school that I saw on the supermarket, at work or over the street is surprising about how do I look like, their comments are always positive and always ask me how can I look the same way than 15 years ago, I’m close to the 40 and I feel better than ever!!!, First I started and finished the 16 week challenge from Arnel, but this new program literally is the best I’ ve ever tried, I still laugh about the infomercials, and the way it makes waste money to the people, but this one is for REAL and provides INSPIRATION, THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!!! KEEP IT UP!!!

I used to workout a lot. From about age 23 to 28 I packed on 140 lbs. Over the past couple years I have lost about 100 lbs just working out & eating right. Over the past couple months I have reached stagnation. Part of this is due to not being able to workout as hard because I have spinal stenosis. I started the 1000 calorie program & I love it! I am already feeling results & I love what it is doing for my back pain! I would love the opportunity to take this farther.

Hi, I’m Denise from Brasil, I work with obese and overweight people, I am a specialist in this area and never see a perfect exercicise like yours. I’ve try all read in some people and was perfect. Plus this workout is not know here( by the professors in gyms and people who workouts), and i would like to be the first to do it!!!!

Not only am I impressed with your system, and ideas about fat loss, I am also impressed at how many worthy people from all over the world have been following your updates and now are posting their comments. I am 37 years old, and am in the midst of my training to become a physiatrist. Over the past few years I have worked out less, and of course eaten terribly and without discipline… which inevitably has led me to be 6’0″ and 240lbs. I read a lot of information about exercise and nutrition, but have had my own difficulties practising what I preach. I think your program is revolutionary in the sense that it has compiled accurate/ current ideas and research about diet and exercise, and compiled them into a system which will be challenging and results driven. I liked Vince Del Monte’s comment about how people who have just burned 1,000 calories would be unlikely to throw it away on a box of doughnuts on the drive home: both because they would feel proud and impressed with their own efforts, and because they would be too tired to eat! Interestingly, I am going to be moving into a house not far from the very stairs Vince is talking about.
For myself, I need someone to push me, and a program that is time efficient, and effective to get me going again. I need to get back to a fitness level that would allow me to be proud again, for myself, and also for my family and my patients.

Hi there. I am a stay at home mom living in Costa Rica in the middle of the jungle. There is only one gym in the area meaning it is an hour drive to the gym and one hour home. It would be absolutely amazing to have a program that I can do at home. Would love to get back to my original shape after the baby. I find that alot of times I am alone on the exercise part with no one but my husband to help motivate me and well I feel like I miss out on what is going on in the world living so far out in the middle of now where. I am 52 years old post menopausal female and have been lived a very healthy lifestyle including healthy eating and an extemely strict exercise regime (spin and interval weight training) for the last 10 years. Despite this fact, I have continued to put on at least 2 pounds of FAT every year. I have tried numerous suppliments with many promises of reenergized metabolic function…none have worked for me. It has been very frustrating to say the least. I feel that I am incorperating most of what your Newsletter suggestions offer; yet I am not seeing any results. I am hoping and praying that I win the package. MY fingers are crossed!

Menopause sent my body into a tailspin and something had to change. I completely reinvented my health and fitness lifestyle, and over the past 2 years, I have lost 37 lbs through exercise and proper nutrition. More importantly, I have gone from a body fat % of over 30% (with blood pressure to match) to 18% (with blood pressure to match). I don’t want to lose more weight – at 5’8″/118lbs, but want to keep reducing my body fat, want to see more of those muscles I’ve been building. Although I constantly refresh my workouts, I’m stuck. I’ve got the stamina, and the groundwork laid…based on the newsletters/videos, I think this just might be the solution I’m looking for.

I exercise regularly with weights and cardio however I am unable to shed the last few kilos. I attend the gym regularly and am getting bored with the similar routines. At 63 I have too much stomach fat built up and I see a way to lose it with your system. I have had some medical problems this year and the doctors have told me to lose weight. Your system will enable me to lessen the chances of another blood clot in my leg and take the fat that is around my organs and slim me down to a proper weight. I am 51,in Jan 2009 I was turning 50,174 lbs with a body fat % of 44.I was depressed and then decided enough was enough and started to workout for the benefit of my physical, and emotional health.
