Hi, I would really love to have a free copy of this program. I’m 52 years old and love to exercise. I have always been in great shape and had a very slim waistline. However, in the past year, since menopause has set in, my waist and hips have grown and are accumulating a layer of fat that I cannot seem to get rid of. I have always eaten very healthy (fruits, veggies, whole grains and protein) and I exercise 5-6 days a week for 45 – 60 mins. I have even bumped up my exercising by adding interval training which has helped some, but it is a constant battle everyday. Also, I have heart disease and strokes in my family and I don’t want to end up like some of my family members: bed ridden, on oxygen and someone taking care of them. I’m at a lost on what to do to get my body back. I believe your program is the answer. I hope you will consider me.

I am 40 yrs old and have recently quit smoking. I have smoked since I was 16. I have never worked out because of the smoking and lack of self esteem. I have just started working out and I am addicted! I am whitening my teeth and have soooo much more energy already. I have not lost any weight but I am DETERMINED I will lose it! Lots of interest and competition for your free program! I am a 52 yr old female that, over the years, has done many different fitness programs. I was on medication in my 30’s that piled on massive amounts of weight (almost 60 lbs) and have tried ever since to get rid of it. I’ve tried Jenny Craig, I’ve tried weight watchers and I’ve even tried Dr Berenstein. They’ve all worked TEMPORARILY. They have not helped me keep it off and it’s a daily battle. My fat % is now up to 40% and my cholesteral is rising. I know this routine will make a huge difference based on all I’ve read so far but what I’m really looking forward to is that it will help reduce the constant struggle.

I love the stuff you come up with. My problem is that despite eating right and training hard, I still have to take meds for high blood pressure. And to compound that, I have been steadilly gaining weight over the past several years that leaves me really depressed and frustrated. My doctor can’t find anything physically wrong with me and I am ready to step up my workout intensity to see if I can lose the 25+ pounds that I have found over the past five years. Being a pastor, I also have the attention of others who if they saw the difference in me, they may be influenced to make a change in themselves.

I am a 37 year old woman with 6 children (including a newborn). I need a workout program that works and delivers results in less than an hour.

I was born three months premature, quit breathing a lot and ended up with cerebral palsey. It is important for me and to me to try to keep my body strong so that I can stay active all the rest of my life. I believe your program would be the best to keep me active, strong and able to fight this for the rest of my life. I am more than willing to put the work into for the results I know I will get and need.

I have many workout programs but after trying your 600 calorie workout I can see and feel such a difference. This is the real deal!!

I would like to have your program. I am 46 and I have struggled with my weight my whole life, trying this diet program and this diet pill and other strange easy (I thought) methods of losing the weight and keeping it off. I am on blood pressure medication and would some day like to be off of it. No matter what exercise I do I still can’t get rid of the “FAT” around my abdominal area and I do at least an hour of HIIT 6 days a week I love to workout out but starting to get discouraged because I am not seeing the results I so desire and I don’t want to stop because I know how benifical the workouts are for me its just frustrating and depressing. I am a fifty four year old over weight mother of three adult children. I lost my over weight husband to a heart attach 2 1/2 years ago. I want to live to see my grandchildren and be energetic enough to enjoy them. Thank you for all your information so far it has been very enlightening.

I love your program! Being 43, I’ve tried everything under the sun to keep healthy and fit. As I’ve become older it’s gotten harder to lose weight and keep it off. I get very bored with doing the same old exercises all the time which is why many people quit. R-Quattro has been fabulous. I love the different exercises and the results I’ve seen so far. I’ve been far from bored with your program. I’m working on losing 15 pounds and toning up. I believe after all these years of cardio, cardio, cardio….I’ve found the key to a great program! I just had my 50th birthday…. kinda makes you take stock. In the last 14 years I have packed on 60lbs and have spent countless hours and $$ trying to take them off. I have had personal trainers, dietitians, boxed 5 days/week and so on. Basically, I have spent several 6-8 month periods training like mad for a massive fat loss of 20lbs. I get discouraged….. I’m killing myself….after 8 months I’m exhausted so I quit…gain more weight…then start all over again. I need a program that can get me woking hard…but smart… and that will also give me encouraging results in a short time so I can keep motivated and keep on track for the whole 60lbs. I am tired of being fat and want to get my body and my life back.

My son is getting married in Mexico this February. His wedding pictures will be around a long time. I want to be the hot mama in the pictures….not the big cow!!!

I have read tons of exercise stuff…Dax Moy, Tom Venuto, Craig Ballantyne… tried them too. There’s good stuff in all of them but I think your program will talke all the good stuff, tie it together and bring it all home in a way that makes sense and will allow a person to see results quickly and stick to it.

I’ve been successful on weight loss programs that required me to totally eliminate sugars (refined) and certain fats (all saturated). However, I have yet to discover a fitness program that will give me outstanding results without a gym membership and a big consumption of my time. I am looking forward to trying out the 1,000 calorie challenge program.

I’m a 30-something year old single mother, but my “why” story begins back when I was a teenager and became a mother. Ever since it’s been me, myself, and a baby. Once I become a parent, my dreams and goals were put on hold. Weight was never an issue, because I’ve always been in good shape. Life just happened and I wound up doing a job cuz it paid the bills, etc. Yata Yata… Then in 2005, life got pretty tough. With family matters (aging parent, laid off work, etc.) and a very bad back (self inflicted, hardware in foot/ankle now), I was pushed to my limit. Stressed beyond anything I thought I could endure and on medication for my back, I went from my cute little shape to 200 lbs! The weight added depression into the equations. As of January 2010, I had slowly lost 20 lbs over the 5 yr period and made drastic changes in habits. Then last Spring I found Joel. With a program he released last spring, I lost 17 lbs and have kept it off! My son is at the age where it’s my time now. I’ve concentrated on eating clean and other bad habits. Now I have to start kicking butt in my workouts. This progression workout plan sounds perfect for me. I’ve come a long way in my weight/fat loss goal, but I have to pump up the workouts if I’m ever going see the results I want. Hope you pick me!!!

Hey guys! I am so incredibly excited about this new information. I am a vet student and I have gained some unwanted pounds from the endless hours of classes and studying. I don’t have the time or money to spend alot of time working out and I certainly can’t afford an expensive gym membership. I run alot and keep my self in ok shape but I cant seem to get rid of the fat that continues to cover the muscles that I have no matter what I do. I think your program is amazing and too good to be true. So I am would like the opportunity to try your program prove myself and all the critics wrong. There are lots of good gadgets, gimmicks and eqiupment out there all saying that you can lose weight and burn fat in minutes. I am 37 and unlike you I am just beginning my career in the fitness industry, like a lot of people I have been a gym junkie, played non/contact sports but now need an alternative to maintain my fitness level. This could be what I am looking for. My motivation: are my 2 younger sisters 36,35 yrs old, are going to race in an Ironman event in New Zealand and they have 7 children between them. After learning some nutritional tips from Isabel de Los Rios and the DSP plan I came across your program. At 40 my health has become my focus, and being 240 pounds is just not going to cut it anymore. While changing my eating habits is helping good, I still want to get into normal clothing sizes, and feel comfortable in the summer sun without hiding in my clothes. Previous exercise attempts have never yielded much results, with much time spent on it. This looks like it might change that.

I’ve been out of shape for my short adult life (i’m 26) and want to change it before i get married next year. I’ve been biking and walking and trying some other things but get bored really easy and lose motivation and i think the 1000 calorie chanllenge is just the thing to keep me going. I am 31, and I haven’t seen my abs in 17 years. I will be turning 32 in the beginning of January, and the best gift I can give my self for the New Year would be to get in the best shape of my adult life. I am fairly athletic and have a black belt in Karate, but I have this potbelly that seem impossible to get rid off. I have tried many resistance and cardio workouts, but non seem to help reveal my abs. I have even tried Arnel’s iwantsixpackabs 16-week program. I did get in better physical shape and trimmed down, but no abs showing. I had started to think that perhaps I could never see them, especially since most men on my father side have potbellies. I started to feel like giving up and blaming genetics, but now after receiving Arnel’s email and information about the new R-Quattro technology and SSProgression program. I have regain hope. I am very excited to try it, and learn how to burn 1000+ calories per workout. I’m also interested in learning about the 1000 calories diet as well. Over the past few years I have been one of those that have bounced around from workout program to workout program, always looking for the next better thing. I have seen some results in the past but nothing has ever lasted. I currently work behind a desk for a good part of the day and can just feel myself getting lazier and fatter, a cycle that I long to stop. I have been doing Dr. Sears P.A.C.E. program for about 6 months and although I feel better and have more energy, I can’t seem to lose the last 40 lbs to get down to my comfortable weight of 180. From what I have seen from your emails, this program should do the trick.

I’ve loved the posting and the all the workouts that you post. I love challenging myself with new stuff. It keeps me interested and it keeps my muscles guessing. My birthday is October 23 and this would be a great present.
