I am a Kinesiology major and about to graduate. This is a really great program! It’s different from what’s traditionally taught in these classes but it all makes sense. I know this will work and can’t wait to get the full program so my girlfriend and I can change our bodies and lives! This is life changing!

I have always workout and pushed myself to my limit, but never had the body i wanted. I have looked at all of the updates that have been sent to me. I love the things i have seen! I believe that this 1000 challenge is my answer to the six pack and the body i have never had. I would love to to get the routine for free and share it with my family. My dad is overweight and i think this could be the answer to that problem too. I’d to help him lose weight also! Thanks for the time.

This program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life as I still have some last very stubborn body fat to lose via massive calorie expenditure. Having achieved a very good level of fitness already and finding my current exercise somewhat too ho-hum and easy, I’m looking for a really challenging workout that will literally kick by backside into the next gear to supercharge me to the next level of physical fitness. I need access to this information as my current exercise and nutrition program is not getting me to 7% body fat fast enough.

I have worked with resistance training consistently for the past 25 years. The concepts that I use have been from what I acquired early on and have been very useful in meeting my goals until about 3 years ago.
I have had a very difficult time in this last period with plateaus, weight gain and injury while still following these older principles.
The ideas in your program are consistent with what I have been looking at recently in terms of preparation, warm up, intenistiy, frequency etc. I think the benefit that I will gain will hit directly where I need it to.

I love how this program can cut so many calories so fast! Everything else on the market doesn’t even come close to offering what you guys have obviously deeply researched and devised. I’ve purchased other workouts from some of the other top names in the fitness industry but I can’t remember being so excited as I am for the 1000 Calorie Challenge!

Since I haven’t seen your complete program, I have no way of knowing if it will be a good fit for me or not, but I am willing to give it a try.

At the age of 50, I have been working out to stay in shape most of my life.
I now need a program to keep me at a top level of fitness. I do a lot of active type sports (hiking, skiing, sea kayaking, bking etc). I want to maintain the ability to do so for many years to come. I feel your program will keep me ready for the next 30 years and young enough to enjoy everything I do now.

I’m thinking this is for me because I believe you have the key to fast results but in a healthy fashion. I really appreciate that you teach both diet AND exercise. My frustration with other trainers is that they have never been able to give me a workout that I could do to get results quickly. Either it was so hard I couldn’t perform the exercises or it was too weak and I didn’t see any results. This looks like a program I could use for the rest of my life as well. I’m really excited to see it and would be so grateful to be a winner!

i am 43,soon to be divorced,depressed,out of shape & until now, had trouble getting any sort of motivation going. I dont know why(cos it willl be bloody hard work!), but your 1000 calorie challenge has sparked something inside me,& now I’m ready to start pulling myself & my life back together by doing this challenge just for me!!

I’m a 42 years old dad of three with a full time job and then some, and for the last 10 years my body has slowly but surely gone out of shape, unless you consider “pear-shaped” to be an attractive form…!

Currently I’m about 15 Kg past my optimal weight, and while I haven’t given up on getting back into my former physical state (grew up on a farm and was pretty much a greek God at 21), I’ve realized that it will require something out of the ordinary to get me there, and to be honest, this program is the first one in a very long time that really has brought back some hope.

Hi! 6 minutes ago I got the link to this, and there are already tons of responses! I’m a normal guy, looking to lose around 10 kg before visiting family at christmas. for years I worked out 3x per week, but with “life” (work, kids, coaching, house, car, …) infringing on my free time, that’s dropped to more like 2x per week lately. I’m raring to go once I get my copy of your program, ready to reinvest a little extra time in my health and fitness!

I read about the program and it sounds fantastic. I did P90X last summer and it worked, the only thing that was hard to follow was the food guide, also the time to follow the schedule during the summer and trying to manage the time to find time to do the workouts was hard. Im going to schoo to be an optometrist and with school being busy, I dont have a lot of time to go to the gym as much hence I need a program that is very effective without having to go to the gym everyday for an hr to 2 hrs and not notice a difference. I’ve been following your 1000 calorie workout for the past couple of weeks and I’ve noticed a big difference so to have to complete set would be astonishing.

I’ve been following your program, and a few others, and this seem to be the only program that make sense in my mind.
I am currently very over-weight, and are looking for a program that will be able to assist me in losing most of my fat.

I’m 31, female. I’ve survived 2 cancers (thyroid & parotid @ 22) & have been severely clinically depressed for 2 years. Recently I found out I’ve had Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome for half my life & have Complex Endometrial Hyperplasia, for which I’m being treated with hormones with the side effect of increased hunger/weight gain. And I’m supposed to be losing weight (highest was 345, now ~300 lbs.) to help my PCOS. I need a break!

I’m a busy father with a lot on my plate. My 4th child will probably be born some time in the next 3-4 days (already 5 days late). As much as I love consuming all the information and programs available, I don’t have enough time to read all the info and make up a program. Having this program, I could just focus on the 3 workouts a week, get them out of the way, follow the nutrition plan, and get on with my life.
Not that I’m not a clever guy, but I’m no expert on fitness, haven’t done a successful transformation, and am not named Joel Marion. I’ll just let him do the thinking, so I can get on with changing my life.

At Easter, I have the opportunity to play Jesus. (It’s a pretty huge deal- 1,500 people in the cast and crew last year.) I’m kind of a scrawny yet in certain areas, chubby 25 year old guy. (I’m already growing out my beard and hair to fit the part. A buff Jesus would be the cherry on top of the sacrificial lamb-cake.) But yeah, i’m at a Bible college in Colorado Springs and on a tight budget so eating less is no problem for me! But I won’t throw my body in other peoples face but I just want to be healthy and especially if I’m portraying such a person, health is key. So this is for healthy living, not girls, not my friends, just health.

I’m an extremely busy Construction Company Director, who unfortunately does not have all the time I need to look after myself properly. As a result I’ve let myself get into incredibly bad shape (I’m 5’7″ and 280 pounds) and I need to rectify this before I bust a valve. I have started a morning regime of light exercise initially just to get a bit of conditioning back but I really need to move onto something more serious and regimented, for my own sake. I’m only 43 and need to get myself back on line, and I believe that this system will help save my life

im 18 years old and i am 5 ft 9 inches and for the last year and a half ive been trying to get the lean muscle look ive have always wanted. I was at 237 pounds, i lost 50 pounds but i still have fat left over. I believe that this workout will help me because i need to start burnning more calories to lose the rest of this body fat. Im determined and hard working. I will accomplish my goal. I just need to follow a plan to help me get there.

I have read all about your program, and was very excited to learn more.
I know that I would do well in the program and wold benefit a great deal.
I am very competitive, and looking at your work outs would challenge me heaps.
I am always looking to try something new and exciting, and this is it.
To loose 1000 calls in one hour sounds bind blowing, I do a spin class and give it my all, and only burn 380.
The instructor said that the fitter we are the harder it is to burn, and is why I would be very keen to give your program a go and to challenge it .
I am 45 years, and have trained for 18 years non stop.
I do weights, cycle , and the classes.
I have burned over that many calls before in one training session of cycling,
but I had to do 2 hours of constant riding.
So I would love to burn that many calls an hour any day.
I am pretty strict with my eating and realize that you can’t just exercise alone and see results, you need to compliment your training with nutritional eating.
I know that I can put 100% into those two requirements to get the result .
I believe that the older I get the better I look for my age, and I’m not scared to push my self to the limit, and is why I believe that your program is exactly what I need to push my self a bit harder.

Dear Joel,
I am totally astounded at your insight and practical applications of known facts to bring help to so many obese people. I desperately need your help now since I am in in my mid 40’s, probably pre diabetic and also pre menopausal.
All the exercises I have found on you tube helped only up to a point and I have reached a plateau in my weight loss efforts. You would agree that with my scales stuck at 90 kg that is a VERY bad place to be in.
However, I am very motivated to change my weight for 2 reasons- – I want to be around in good shape for my grand kids, and I want to be healthy in the later years of my life and not battle age-related ailments.
Joel, I would do anything to get my body back, and I am praying that I win your contest, if only to send you some before-after photos so you and your other readers can be encouraged.
I know full well that if I had access to your info, that would change my life!

After reading all of your emails I am convinced that you’ve stumbled upon something great! This program makes looking amazing a real possibility. I mean 1000 calories burned in one workout?! Yes please! I always thought I was in good shape but with every routine I’ve tried I’ve plateaued; I feel like this is the one and only plan that will help me wave “goodbye” to those stubborn plateaus and help mold my body into the well oiled machine that its meant to be! I need your help. I can’t do this without you!

At the present time this would be the ideal thing for me due to my busy schedule yet my desire to achieve the best and most efficient results possible. Currently I utilize minimal equipment with my own training as well as what I implement with my clients. I am a personal trainer and I am always looking for systems that I can share with my clients. I have tried Turbulence Training, P90X, and many others. All which have yielded me and my clients results but none nearly as fast as you claim this program to be. I need this because if the claims are true, not only does it allow me to reach my goals but my clients would benefit too since I would be referring your program to them for maintenance.
