Hello You’ll

I would love to win this program because, I am 49 (going on 50 years young). I need (and want) to lose 50 lbs and be in the best shape of my life for the BIG DAY and all the days to follow!!

Hi Joel and Arnel,

My wife and I have 8 beautiful childern ranging in age from 16 to 2. We have devoted our lives to raising our childern and don’t always take care of ourselves. Our exercise program consists of casual walks outside when time permits. Given our limited time and haphazzard approach it is very difficult to get the results that we would like. One of our goals is to run in 5k races with our childern. With winter coming it is getting more and more difficult to train outside. I am looking for a foucsed program that will help us get into shape and loose weight in order to meet our goals. From what I have seen your program will help us meet these goals. I have about 20lbs to lose and my wife has about 100 lbs. We are both driven to succeed and know that we can with the right plan an we think that the 1000 calorie challenge is it. The focused exercise schedule and the diet regime seems to the the exact organized approached that a busy couple needs to succed in the fitness /weight loss rat race.
Thanks,
Christian

I attempted my first body transformation 4 years ago. I went to see a nutritionist who gave me a meal plan and training plan which he told me to train 5 days a week which consisted for different muscle groups and also do “slow boring cardio” such as long runs for 10 minutes before my weight training session. Before I started my first transformation I weight 92Kg and 18% body fat, over a period of roughly 5-6 months my weight dropped by 10kg and lost 7% body fat. which after my first transformation left my weight at 82Kg and body fat at 11% which I was fairly happy about because I busted my butt off, But after a rest period of 2 months I rapidly gain weight + body fat. After the 2 months my weight was 86kg and 15% body fat I did not understand so I began to train again but I did not lost any body fat and whilst I never trained my body felt every weird and I felt unconfident. So I put my mind to start a second body transformation hoping my body will not flank out on me when I take a break because I also wanted to join the British royal marines. I went to see a personal trainer who sat down with me and first of all wanting to know my goals for my second body transformation and my goal was to get very lean and ripped whilst taking into consideration me joining the British royal marines which I was very exited about. She gave me a meal plan and my first training plan which would change in 4weeks time and she had another copy of this training plan which consisted of 2 days power weight training, one day sprints,2x 5km runs, 2x10km runs. I stuck to my eating program and training program to the fullest, I never knew what the body was capable of after this program I pushed my self to the limits and harder than I have ever before. ” If the mind is willing the body will follow” after 4 week my program changed which consisted of 3 days power, 1 day sprints with box jumps, 2x 5kms runs, 2x10km runs and on my off days I performed 100 sit-ups, pull-ups and push-ups. I achieved my goal in 11weeks my weight 79Kg and under 10% body fat, and today I still thank My personal for all the hard work and dedication that she put into me I really busted my butt off this time round, the program did have its huge cons and pros but unfortunately the British royal marines didn’t work out and I’m looking to join next year again. After a rest period about 4-5weeks I got stuck into junk food to often, which brings me where I am to day, current weight 85+Kg and between 13-18% body percent. I think this program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I love challenges! I’m still looking to join the British royal marines next year and I want to get into shape again and stay in shape this time round for the rest of my life!

Hello Joel, if this workout has your name on the label, I have to try it. I know for sure what your workouts can do, because I am the winner of another workout of yours that has literally transformed my body and life. I feel that 1,000 Calorie Challenge is designed to provide even faster results than the one I bought but I want to tell everyone here that this type of rapid-fat-loss-systems aren’t a walk in the park and definitely not for everyone, so be very carefully! If you want this to work for you, you have to put some passion and dedication into it.
If I’m given the chance to try this program it’ll take my body transformation to a whole new level. A year ago I was almost obese, then thank God I discovered your website, bought your product and changed myself for ever, so now I’m having a nice six pack, but with this hot stuff I’ll really feel I’ve completed my transformation, ripping my body freaking bad.
So 1,000 Calorie Challenge will open a world of possibilities to me, giving me the power to discover that everything in life is achievable if you truly want it and know how to fight for it. Thank you, Joel!

Hi, i’ve followed your fitness programs for a long time. Your program has helped me a lot. I love to get this new one. Thank u

HI! I have tried everything and nothing has worked. I have several Autoimmune disorders causing great pain, along with vertigo and numbness. I have been trying to time myself and do the sets and increase the weights, just from the free video’s and the info on the site, and I see improvement. NOt only in my strength but in my mental attitude and in my pain level. I know that with the full program i can make a difference in my heath and get back in the game of life. I dropped out of life aprox 3 years ago and with the onset of the issues I gained 60 lbs. I have modified my diet, Gluten Free, Soy free, Lactose Free, and lost most of the weight. I have another 15 lbs that has been STUBBORN and I think I can change that with this 1000 calorie work out plan! I would invite you, should I win, to follow my progress and use it to help many others with autoimmune disorders. Its an entire market segment that is not being approached by any health and fitness trainers. You could change that!!!

I am quite skeptical about the results this program can produce. If this not the case, I commit to put myself up to the test.

I will do every single rep stated in the challenge and post you weekly with the progress.

If your program reduces body fat as it states I promise I will become your #1 preacher!.

Cheers,

Martin

At a point in my life, being 53, loosing weight gets increasingly difficult let alone getting rid of fat, especially belly fat There always seems to be a problem with getting myself in the condition, and health I need to be in to enjoy the years I have left. This system might be the one that works, because I’ve tried so many of the other ones.

I’m struggling to loose my extra pounds that I’ve gained over the last years. My wife is also overweighted and I need a program that can show quick results sho I’ll be able to motivate her to folllow the program with me. She’s having health problems due to the extra pounds and I’d like your help to overcome this challenge. Tks

Morning Guys,

This program is ideal for any 27 year-old, who wants to be successful in all aspects of life. However, at age 27 , sacrifices are made for long-term and carrer goals and unfortunately time constraints can get in the way of learning new ways to exercise and eating the foods that really help the body.

Your 1,000 Calorie Challenge System has all the details laid out and in my goals for success there is a clear plan here. I feel that this program is something that would benefit myself as well as tons of friends and co-workers who feel the same constraints as myself!

Hi my name is Andrew and I would love access to the 1000 Calorie Challenge System because I am very interested in losing fat off of my body and keeping muscle. I am 22 years old and the majority of my life I haven’t worked out. When I was in my teenage years I did some running but since that point in time I have been eating without any form of diet or exercise. Recently I started to watch the foods that I put into my stomach. For example, I tried to cut back on all sugars and I am trying to eat more fruits and vegetables.

About a week ago I downloaded the 600 calorie ebook and it was great. I have a lot more muscle tone and my weight is coming off quickly. With the actual 1000 Calorie Challenge System I know it will benefit me greatly. Thanks for listening. Have a great day.

So far what I have read is wonderful. I am an adult with Asperger’s Syndrome, diagnosed in June 2010 at the age of 43, which puts me on the autistic spectrum. It is sometimes difficult for me to understand certain concepts. So far what I have read has been very easy to understand. I have a goal of someday teaching classes at the gym and I need to build up my endurance to do this. I have about 120lbs to lose and I know I can achieve this through hard work and perseverance. I feel that your program can help me make my goal a reality. Having always been different and not knowing why my self esteem has been really low. The gym gives me a place where I can succeed and fit in. I have already lost 50 lbs. I know with your program my dreams can come true. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Steph

Live life to the fullest, right? Hard to do when you are overweight. I have been working hard the past few months, but feel that I am not seeing the results I want. I look forward to trying your program and getting my body back to bikini-ready for my winter beach vacation. Thanks for your support!

Joel,
Honestly, I don’t know if your routine would be perfect. I have tried several others and never got it done… I would like one of your freebies, because like everyone else I don’t have the money right now to buy it on my own. I am out of shape and need something. Just haven’t found the right one yet. If yours is the one though, I have a big mouth and support that which I believe in.

Steve

I am 59 years old and I take my health seriously. I am very active and work out regularly with weights and on my incline bench. I have reached a plateau on my weight loss and haven’t been able to budge it for a few weeks and need a shot of enthusiasm or encouragement or technique to continue with my weight loss program.

I would really love to try the 1000 calorie workout. I am recovering from an ACL replacement surgery and have been getting to the gym every day, however I’m not seeing a lot of results. I will be getting married January 8, 2011 and was trying to get into better shape before the injury. I think this program would definately be something I would like to try given the time I have to shape up!

Thanks!
Lisa
@ Joel Marion:

I have gained and lost 100 lbs 3 times in my life.. There is heart disease and strokes prevalent in my family and I need to learn how to keep the weight off. I am the caretaker for my elderly mother and I need to be healthy to be there for her..

I always considered myself to be in pretty good shape. I lifted weights and was fairly active but didn’t do any cardio or watch my diet. About a year ago I looked at myself in the mirror and wondered who the fat guy was. At 36 years old I knew I needed to make some changes to my lifestyle to improve my body and prevent the many chronic illnesses associated with obesity. Through a comination of diet, cardio, and weight lifting I have managed to lose 50 pounds. Recently I have hit a wall in my fat loss. Your comprehensive program sounds like the ideal solution to my problem. Not only will I continue my body transformation but I will also increase my cardio conditioning. Conditioning is very important to me for competing in brazilian jiu jitsu, which I started training in to add some variety in my cardio.

Hello,
I would love to win a copy of this program. I work full time 2 hours from my house. I also have 2 small kids (ages 2 and 2 months). I am close to 300lbs and keeping up with the little ones is hard. I also want to get healthier so I can not only watch them grow up, but also be around for them.
Thanks,
Dwayne

@ Joel Marion:

Hi. I would love to win your system so that I could meet my fitness goals sooner. I have been working at getting my body back for over a year and cant seem to make much headway! It seems like nothing is going to work. Your system may change that. I feel, from what I have learned about it, that this may be my way of achieving my goals.

Thanks for the opportunity!
Tanya

My name is Andy, but my family calls me “expAndy” because I have gotten so big. I had a knee replacement and had been laid up for over 6 months and gained over 30 pounds above my normal “heavy” weight. I am 63 years old and was in good shape prior to the surgery and need to loss 40-60 pounds. Since I am retired,, I feel I can devote the time and effort into making this work. I know I can do it and would love the opportunity to win the free set and get started

Am looking for a smart & effective fitness program that is specific, not ambiguous, with it’s method, so I can show & tell all my friends about how awesome & accessible it is!

Hi! After a very rough year (major finanicial issues, marital problems, job issues, a daughter arrested and my own suicide attempt) I am slowly taking control of my life again. I’ve always been “into” fitness, and in fact have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. the past 3 years I”ve fallen for a way of training that in the end I can say has not worked for me. I’ve been reading and researching, especially your emails, and I believe you’ve found what works. I need to accomplish my fitness goals to end my rough year on a high note. I’m committed and ready!

Joel & Arnel hi I’m 24 years old I started working out in November 2007. I’m 5’10 was 197lb fat. I’ve always been a little chubby or out of shape. When I first walked in the gym I couldn’t even bench a 120lb on a smith machine and I’m a welder I never thought I was that out of shape. Now I’m a 180lb my goal is to be 185 at about 8 to 10 percent body fat. Iv never had a six pack and I would love to see my abs. My wife an I have been doing the sample workout I got in your emails I wrote it all down and took it to the gym with me. Talk about breaking a sweat it was pretty good we both like it. She can’t quite do a chin up yet but she’ll get it. I think your challenge is just the thing to get me to the next level and to my goal!! Thanks guys!!
