First, I’d like to congratz Joal and Arnel for this absolutely amazing job in the fitness world.
This program is perfect for me ’cause I’m studing Physics. It’s a litle weird, but I have a special fascination in the search for the perfect body. In the begening of the year I was 18kg above my regular weight, then I started eating better and doing exercises. But I really would like to have a shereded body. Sometimes I dream with this, but I never had the opportunity to have something this good.
So, that’s why I want to be the first to have your program.
We’re going to make this post extremely quick and easy.
To enter to win one of the 10 THIRTY free copies of the entire 1,000 Calorie Challenge system that we’re GIVING AWAY today, simply reply in the comments section below this post (reply form is at the bottom of the page) with the following information:
In 250 words or less, we want you to tell us exactly why this program is the perfect program for you at this point in your life. Tell us WHY you NEED access to this information.
Again, please keep your reply less than 250 words, and please, leave finances out of your reply. This program (via our special launch pre-sale) will be affordable for literally anyone who wants access to it. Anyone.
So, again, leaving the financial stuff out, we want you to tell us, based on everything you’ve learned about the strategic 1,000 Calorie Challenge System over the last 6 updates, why this program is the perfect fit for you.
We will keep the contest open until 12 PM EST tomorrow, and then we’ll go through the replies and notify the winners via email sometime late Saturday!
Good luck!

Hi Joel and Arnel,
I am 62 with chronic shoulder issues. I have programs for you (the freee ones!), Craig Ballantyne’s TT program, Dr. Kareem Samhouri’s DEFL 2.0, and Scott Sonnan’s TACFIT Commando. Even using modified techniques for the shoulder exercises doesn’t seem to cut it – some of the planks do work though. Watching Arnel doing a lot of leg work may be the answer to reducing the belly fat and gaining muscle. This program may work!
Joel – How many red Rutgers t-shirts do you have? :-)
Hi!
For 25 years I have struggled with high body fat percentage, dangerously high cholesterol levels and over eating. I have trained, sometimes hours per day, and just seem to eat more and maintain high body fat and cholesterol. My family has a history of heart disease and, as a father of five who lost a daughter, I don’t want my other children to attend another funeral of a family member in the near future. Your system seems to be perfect for me right now! Thank You!
I’m a performance artist and I had to take a break from graduate school because of back problems, so I’ve turned into a skinny fat guy. The 1000 Calorie Challenge is the perfect program to get me back into health and shape to get me back into the program and on stage where I belong!
@ Joel Marion:
I am a 50 year old woman who considers myself in fairly good health, but have had trouble getting the weight I gained when my 16 year old was born off. Having a baby at 34 doesn’t not so nice things to your body. I have lost some weight, but I am more interested in dropping the inches.
I consider myself a success when I can no longer wear my fat clothes. I have had to buy one new wardrobe since I started working out 3 days a week at the gym with the blessing of my job. I would like to get down to what I consider normal, not crazy skinny. I weigh about 180, but am currently in a size 14. I would like to get down to about a 12, maybe a 10, and at least under 150.
I have competely changed how I look at food and the things I eat. I am doing a lot of juicing with fresh fruits and vegetables, mostly veggies. And have drastically reduced my sugar intake. Bought a Body by Jake Tower 200 and use it when I can’t get to the gym.
I feel that this program would greatly enhance my goals of dropping the weight, toning up what I’ve got, which I think isn’t bad, and re-energizing my health.
I have read the materials that I have been luck enough to download and am totally amped about the whole program.
I’m not only doing this for me, but for my kids. My son told me once after my divorce that I needed to lose weight and get healthier so he didn’t lose me. When I told him how great it was that he was concerned with my health, he said he just wanted to make sure he didn’t have to go live with his dad. Nice right. I love you too kid.
Anyway, having this entire program at my disposal would be a lifesaver.
Joel,
Two weeks ago my grandma passed away and my life has been turned upside down because of my loss. My grandma and I had a great relationship and she would frequently “tell me how it is”. Before my grandma was diagnosed with cancer she began to cook healthy for us; she knew I was struggling with weight loss and tried her best to help. Once my grandma had become bedridden due to the cancer, my eating habits and workouts became non-existence. I gained roughly 20lbs because of stress and lack of motivation. I am slowly returning to normalcy after the loss of my grandma and feel that it would be a great time to take on an activity that will benefit me. Please help me earn the body I know I deserve! Thank you and good luck on your tough decision.
This program would be perfect for me because I have Dr. K’s Double Edged Fat Loss program, but the exercises are above my skill level. I think this program would help get me into shape to do his program, and I think the two programs are very compatible. I also think your program will be more compatible with my exercise-induced asthma, as I tend to get it from doing higher intensity cardio, and not weight training. I’m hoping that getting into better shape will reduce the symptoms, too.
There are likely people more deserving of the free copies, but I’d like to get into better shape, and yours is the first program I’ve seen that promises increases in fitness. While the calorie burn is important, I do believe that being healthy is the best goal for exercising.
Thanks!
Hi Joel & Arnel
Since I´ve been training for more than five years now without significant effect on my body I downloaded your lately published “example” workout (600kcal). And I must say I almost collapsed. It is unbelievable hard and that makes me believe that IT MUST WORK REALLY GREAT. I hope you´ll grant me one copy for free so I can finally start evolving. Thanks in Advance I really appreciate your work.
Hi Joel,
Thank you for given us the opportunity to win a free copy of this fantastic training programme.I have read all your emails and watched all your videos leading up to this offer. This by a mile looks to be the best training programme to tackle that time old problem “Belly Fat “.What your saying makes sense, you have to control your calorie intake along with some well thought out exercise programme. I would dearly love to win one of these programmes and have a healthy body full of energy and a bigger appetite for life.
Continued success for the future.
Regards Joe
I am currently enlisted in the United States Air Force. My wife is an aerobics instructor for the base gym and she teaches a class called MaxFit to prepare airmen to pass their PT tests. I think this program would be awesome to incorporate into her class to ensure that we keep our airmen fit and ready for duty whenever they are called upon to defend our great nation.
As I approach 50, I have heard it gets harder and harder… but it doesn’t have to!
I’m convinced your program is a working solution to balance and longterm change. Freedom of movement happens when we are eating healthfully and exercising appropriately to release all the toxins from our body. I would be honored to receive a copy of your 1000 calorie challenge to show to others the great effect it can have!!!
Hi Guys
I would love to win a free copy and follow your plan. Over the years and after having two lovely kids, i have become ‘thick in the middle’ and cannot seem to get rid of it. I have lots of motivation, but very little time and no clue where to start.
I would love to try your program because the time is NOW to begin to value my body, treat it with the utmost respect that it has given me thus far. I am 53 years old in relatively good health and have been battling with the extra pounds for as long as I can remember. I need a life changeover not a diet makeover. I need to incorporate CHANGE in my life permantly. I like what I see and read in your program. I believe that we have to push ourselves beyond what we believe that we can acheive. I feel that your program is a start to a great life style CHANGE.
Thanks
CB
Wish to try your program that can be practice and don’t take much of our time.
I’m a busy working person and don’t have much time to exercise. So really need something that will help me to start and practice it for a long time.
I will keep this simple – I am a lot closer to 40 than I will ever be to 30 again and my body is showing the toll. I am short, the hairline is receding and gravity is playing funny tricks on most body parts. I have two young kids and a rigorous time schedule playing Mr. Mom and working to make a living. I have followed Arnel’s programs with enthusiasm and results. I want to go to the next step. I need to be a role model for my challenge and remain an inspiration to those people I have the fortune of surrounding myself in life.
Thanks for the chance guys,
Nathan
@ Joel Marion:
Your 1000 calorie challenge is a real kickass workout. It was real tough the first couple of times but it’s getting better. Thank you for the great workout.
I am a slow started myself. I definitely need something to give me that push and I’d like to have something available to recommend for my daughters so their health future will be bright.
Hi Joel and Arnel!
I am female, stand 5’2”, and weigh 135 pounds with 35.5% body fat. I’ve tried everything you can imagine to lose weight, including fad diets, pills, and various workout routines, but none resulted in any improvement. I can lose a couple pounds, but they always find me again. I’m in a vicious catch-22 cycle in that I’ll be disciplined for a few weeks, don’t see improvement, get depressed and quit, saying ‘what’s the point’. Then I get even more depressed when I look in the mirror, so I start all over working out, only to repeat the process. I have the desire, but not the right tools, and I fear that while my intentions are noble, I’m doing more harm than good to myself because I’m ‘doing it wrong’. Your program looks amazing and I am thoroughly impressed with the videos as well as the genuine research you’ve put into it. I’ve learned not to believe in gimmicks, and I see none of that here… just honest results for honest effort. I love the simplicity. I was at the end of my rope, but discovering the 1,000 Calorie Challenge has renewed my hope that I CAN wear a two-piece swimsuit without someone calling Greenpeace. And though I’m doing this for ME, I can only imagine the joy at being healthy and turning heads in the good way!
Thanks so much for your generosity! Amy
I think this would be the perfect program for me. I am a 54 year old male, 5 ft. 11 in. tall and weighing in at 376 lbs. I have been trying every diet there is, all kinds of weight loss programs and everything else you can think of. All with the same disappointing results. I have been doing this for at least the last twenty five years. I have reached the point where I am convinced that nothing will work for me. My waist is 57 in. or more. If everything is as you have outlined, this would be perfect for me.(I am still hopeful that something MAY work for me eventually).
I would like to try your program because I am a 15 year old and I’m obese and I have man boobs. I would like to try your program for free because I want to have abs and not be teased by other people calling me fat. I have lost absolute faith in trying to lose belly fat. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Sincerely Marquez
Hi guys, I think the product looks awsome. Here is my challange, I had cancer and had a kidney removed so trying to get in shape has been a problem and at first makes me nervous. But by having everything layed out the way you do, I’m up for this challenge! I also have my daughter for the push and wants to do this. I’m 47 she is 18, I think we got spectum covered. Thank you for all your insights and motivation. Sam
Joel,
I am one of those people who has struggled with my weight my whole life. I have been dieting since I was about 8 years old. I am now 44 years old and find that dieting alone is not the answer. I really want to get into shape but I am so heavy that I am too embarassed to exercise in public. That is why your program is so appealing to me. I won’t have to go out to a gym to exercise and I won’t have to invest in a bunch of equipment that I really don’t have room for. You guys even came up with a plan to help people like me work their way up to the 1,000 calorie burning workout. There is no way I could do the full workout at my current fitness level so the idea of being given the tools to work my way up to that level is very encouraging. I just want to finally be healthy and fit instead of unhealthy and lazy. I would be honored if you would allow me try your program and get my life back.
Thanks guys,
Kim
My dad had a heart attack when he was 46 and both of my grandpas died from a stroke. Now at the age of 41 with 2 boys of my own, I’m in the worst physical shape of my life at 6’1 and 220 pounds. I was voted most athletic in high school and swore I would never let myself get out of shape. It didn’t happen over night. I work the midnight shift and only sleep about 5 hours a day so my energy level along with my metabolism is low. I have tried several programs in the last few years but give up after a few months because I wasn’t seeing the results I expected. In the fast paced world we live in, your 1000 calorie challenge looks like a total program that I CAN and WILL do. I like the idea of knowing exactly what exercises to do, how many reps, what to eat, etc. I am committing myself to your program and I WILL be successful. I’m excited to get started…..
Winning a copy of this challenge will not only benefit my own fitness / weight goals, but I will be able to “pay it forward” with y clients… as a new Personal Trainer and Running Coach, my demographic is for all, but hones in on women who have forgotten to take care of their own needs, specifically, their health and happiness over their family’s needs. I want to teach these women that feeling better about themselves and in their daily lives, makes EVERYTHING so much better and all will be happier!! This is very important to me and I enjoy learning as many techniques and from other professionals … I enjoy making differences in others lives :) Thanks Joel & Arnel for this opp!!! :)
Hi,
I’m not really obese but have the problem of low metabolism. I get fat easily by eating very little food. I would turn 30 on November 19th and would like to return to the weight I had a year ago. I’ve gained 14 kgs in less than one year and this was due to change in environment and home sickness. I would be strict to my diet and exercise but loss only one 1 kg in one month and would get that one kilo back in one day :( I really need your program especially that I’ve an obese mother so that I’ve a good chance im my genes to be obese in the future :(
