Hi Joel,
I was so excited when I started checking out your program and especially since I felt it was coming to me at th, e right time. I am 56 yrs old, I had a massive heartattack 8 yrs ago. It was a big wake up call. I yoyoed on my weight for about 5 yrs after that , then 2yrs ago I woke up to tipping the scales at 300lbs, I cried all day. The next morning I said that is enough, I have got to do something or I am going to die. I started walking and swimming at first, then I joined the womens club Curves. I was doing so good they gave me a job, so besides losing 75lbs, I was a trainer. Then came the plateau but I still kept working out. Now problem is we moved to another state (Ks.) no Curves in our area and I am so scared I am going to blow all my efforts, because I am at a loss other than walking. My cardiologist says my heart is in great shape now, but if I do not keep working it that could change. I would still like to lose another 50 lbs and help motivate my 19 yr old daughter to do the same, as she is overweight too and I am concerned about her health if she does not do something. My reason for wishing to receive my copy of the 1000 Calorie Challenge
is more for personal reasons….let me explain. My husband has been transferred over seas on a work project since June and will finally be returning home in December. My husband is physically fit as he needs to be for his line of work. I on the other hand..not so much. Although he has never made mention to my weight or condition of physical fitness I’m sure he has thought about it as I have too numerous times. While he was here he would always make an effort to have me accompany him to the gym or even for a run all the while running ahead, circling back and providing positive feedback to keep me motivated and not give up and it worked. Now since he has been away since June my motivator has not been here to motivate me and I’ve slipped in my training. How wonderful would it be to acquire your program, use my husband’s return as motivation and surprise him when I meet him at the airport!!!! I can’t stop thinking about that scenario. I also love the fact that this workout can be done at home. My husband has an arsenal of weights, bands etc. in the basement which he uses so I do have access to the necessary equipment, as well I do have a gym membership which hasn’t been used since my husband left so I can also take advantage of that and the wonderful members there who always encourage me. I have tried the 600 calorie workout that you both emailed as a sample and have been using that workout for a week now. I am truly motivated to reward my husband’s patience and kindness by transforming for his return. Thanks so much for listening….even just writing this is helpful.

I CANT SEEM to get the last 20 pounds off I’ve been trying for a year! Ii’m stuck and I need HELP!

I´m 27 yrs old and I dunno what else to do to get there…the shape I always have dreamed with..I keep myself trying to workout, eating healthy and trying to do whatever a normal person does to be in a good a shape….but it just won´t work for me, I always end up stopped at some point, my body seems like it won´t burn one single calorie further than there and I never have been able to see my abs. I think this is what I need, I believe this is a serious work with an interesting/serious/based research on the background of it which is what I need to fully feel selfconfident about me with no tshirts on. I want to try this. Thanks

Hey yall, I am a graduating student at Appalachian State University. I have been following yall for a while now and I have really enjoyed everything that I have learnt. Currently, have been selected as an Officer Canidate for the US Army and I would really enjoy having this workout to help me train and get ready for boot camp and then OCS. I feel that this program would really help me get above and beyond where I need to be so that I can really succeed and go even further in my military career.

I injured my foot when I was 12 and had surgery to repair it. I was a good athlete and I was certified for group exercise classes.
8 yrs ago my husband was killed in a car accident. I went to work full time as a stylist. Standing all that time my foot really started to hurt, which in turn caused serious back pain. I had another surgery to correct the problem. Unfortunately I couldn’t take time off to heal. I was getting depressed, and eating more. I gained 30 pounds on a 5’3″ body with a bad foot, worn out knees and a bad back!
I had one more surgery. I stopped working, stayed off my foot and let it heal. I was still over weight, out of shape and unhappy. I had to do something. Slowly in the last 3 yrs, I have been very active. I climb our local mountain a lot, snowboard and strength train. I bought a road bike and started cycling.
I decided to do a sprint Triathlon in Sept 2010. I did it! I came in 224 out of 611 women. Through it all I stayed at 140 lb. I knew my calorie in, calorie out, ratio, ate good healthy food, still I couldn’t and can’t lose that last 10 to 15! Help me. I want to continue to do more and more and I need to weigh less to do more!

I am a single mom of 3 wonderful kids. We lost their father just over a year ago in a work accident. At this point I need to pull myself up and create a great example for my kids as we move forward together. I have been using some of the free tips you have provided but I need a comprehensive program to make this change. While there is compensation coming from the company – it is taking a while – seems they have forgotten we still need to survive. Busy mom of 3 little boys. Trying to get the last 10 stubborn pounds of fat off. Think this could be a solution and willing to give it a try! Looks like a great workout and a way to work smarter and utilize your time efficiently and effectively to get results.

My doctor told me to get more exercise and eat better to improve my heart health. I sit around at the office too much though I walk to other people’s office as much as possible. I need to lose weight and get in better health to play with my 8, 6 and 3 year old children. Also, I can share the information with my wife who also needs better health.

Hi guys…. I’m fourteen years old and i have been looking for almost a year now for programs to lose weight and nothing has worked…. I had a personal trainer for a year which didn’t do much…. I am about 25-30 pounds overweight and i really want to loss those pounds. I recently got accepted into a dance company and i know that to play certainly roles i will need to loss weight.. I would love to get this program not just for myself but for my mother… My mother had a foot operation in February… When she was healed in June, she broke her other foot, then in July she sprained her ankle. She was always overweight but now she gained an extra 20 pounds!
I tried the sample 600 Calorie workout and LOVED IT (and i know that my mom loved it to)!! I’ve never sweated so much!!

I am 40 years old and have worked out for my entire adult life. I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I am a United States Marine and am required to stay within set standards as far as height and weight go. I’m always within the standards, but have never been able to get REALLY lean. I’ve tried most of the systems that are on the market today; FPFL, WSFL, Afterburn, etc.! I did pretty well with Alwyn Cosgrove’s WSFL program last year, but am still looking for something that will get me to the single digit BF level. I believe that your program will be exactly what I’m looking for to help me achieve that goal. Plus, in my postion as a Marine Officer, I have many younger Marines constantly ask me about training and nutrition. There would be no greater advertisement for your program than for me to show these Marines the results that I have achieved by using your program.

I have just turned 30 and with this milestone came the realisation that I haven’t been taking very good care of myself. I do however have a wonderful man in my life who I am going to marry in July next year. I would love to walk down the aisle with the love of my life in the best shape of my life. It is also in Fiji so that is swimsuit territory! I have been going to the gym 4-5 times a week and so far have not seen any visable results at all. After searching through a lot of junk I came across your website and after reading through realised that I wanted to your program is the one I need. I’m from Venezuela. I was a rugby player for 10 years. It’s been almost 5 years since my last game. I’m turning 36 and some members of my team are calling me to play again. I’m excited about it and have been trying previously challenges like the Explode Workout from Arnel and have proved that it really works. So I’m kind of stucked into workouts and I really wanna try this one in order to be in shape to play again.

Hey Guys!!! I’m super excited about the 1000 calorie program that you are both offering. I have been stuck like glue to my computer reading all the great emails I get in my inbox from you both. The knowledge is unlike anything I’ve ever read before. I am a Nutritionist and have many clients who want to lose weight and I would love to be able to be more knowledgeable in this area to assist my clients more. I’ve been a fitness pheen for longer then I can remember and have been a yo yo dieter for many years, which caused more frusterating moments for me and my weight. I am almost 49 years old and in the worst shape ever. I have gained about 50 pounds in the last 2 years due to sickness, steroids, not so good diet, and little exercise. I really need to lose about 75 pounds to improve my health and self image. I have tried many different diets in the last few years, but none with long term success. I am 31 5’4 130 I have been training hard for two years!! I lost 40lbs and it changed my life, but now I have been stuck at 130 for about 6 months! CLean diet, two a days at the gym lifting and cardio. I am so frustrated! I am at 15% body fat and have a goal of 12%. I feel like I have tried everything from more rest less carbs more carbs less rest more protein more cardio, tons of plyo work and heart zone circut training, heavy lifting! I’m running out of creativity. I would love to compete in a show but I feel so lost as how to get rid of this last little bit of fat. I read all your articles and have learned some great heart pumping info! I’d love to try this 1000 cal challenge to push me over this hump! It sound amazing and super hard which is exactly what I need to get to a new level!

Well first of all tomorrow is my 45th birthday, so winning this program would be the absolute best birthday present. As a mother of 4 boys and 1 daughter who is currently in the U S Army fighting for our country over in Iraq, this program would be a great stress reliever, and also i would be able to share alot of great information with my kids. My daughter will be home in November on leave for a month, this would be a great program for us to start together. She had mentioned to me about getting a personal trainer when she was home, but this would be a much better solution not to mention the time we could spend together doing this. Thank you.

I have been looking at many different programs and I believe you guys have discovered the underlying truths about fitness, fat loss and diet. As I have gotten older, it has become harder to make any gains or actually maintain my fitness. Injury is now something I deal with (some from the gym) the fat is creeping back onto my body. I am at a time in my life where nothing is working anymore for me. One day while I was checking my email I saw and ad pop up for the Diet Solution Program and decided to check it out. I was hooked immediately as it looked like a great way to change our lifestyle of eating and dieting and never really getting anywhere. I had done Weight Watchers in the past and managed to lose over 60 pounds on it but it isn’t working for us anymore and I have managed to put half of the weight back on even with walking 3 miles or so several times a week! I love your programs Joel! I have done CYWT and XFLD and am currently in week 5 of FPFL (your buddy!). The workouts in XFLD and FPFL seem to really work for my body and metabolism. I am 41 years old and trying to get off the 40 lbs. I put on working 60-80 hour weeks for 3 years… I am down almost 20 lbs. since January using the above programs, so I am ready for your next creation. Hopefully, this will shed the rest of the fat!!! Hi, I would love to have this free copy. I’m 52 years old and really into fitness. I love exercising and have always been in great shape. However, in the past year as menopause has set in, I am actually gaining some weight and fat around the waist that I have never had before. I eat plenty of healthy food (fruits, veggies, whole grains and protein), but cannot seem to stop my waist from growing. I have even bumped up my exercising routines with interval training which has helped some, but my waist is still not like it use to be. Help! I don’t know what else to do.
