I am a 39 year old mother of 3. I have a 16 year old, a 13 year old and a 3 year old. My ex-husband had an affair and our divorce was final in July. It was a huge blow to my self esteem not to mention the devastation it caused our family. After being a stay at home mom for 16 years I had to rejoin the work force with very little experience. We are doing well, but my finances are limited. Money is very tight and we have to really watch our budget. I can’t afford a gym membership so I walk everyday. I want to get myself in shape. I really want to be the best mom I can to my children. I want to be able to keep up with my 3 year old. From what I read this work out is great. I know it will get me into the shape I need to be so I can be the woman, and mother I need to be for my family. Thank you so much for this chance. Kim

Good morning, I’m 43 and had been working out for years but never!!!! really “changing” my body. I’ve had PT’s, nutritionist ect…. so frankly I burned out and now after a ton of money spent and a serious long time of bustin my butt I find myself in a really low point not only physically but mentally. If your body is not up to par your mind follows then it just becomes a downward spiral. I came across your program from Mike Geary’s site and I really think he wouldn’t be putting something on his site that he wouldn’t try for himself, so I would love to be given the opportunity to embark on this new way of training with your guidance and support!!!!! Kind regards, Sara
For the last 25 years, I have had high cholesterol, high body fat percentage and a family history of heart disease. For years, I would spend hours doing cardio exercises, yet, still my cholesterol was high. The more I exercised, the more I ate. It seemed to be a no win situation. The information you have may be just what I need to finally lower my body fat percentage, start eating and exercising properly and more efficiently and finally, lower my cholesterol leve. Thank you for this opportunity. I need it!
I am a 35 year old single dad of an amazing and active 5 year old.. I have struggled with my weight all my life and I’ve been in the hospital 4 times now for heart problems most likely from being overweight :( I want to live and enjoy life with my awesome child! She deserves to have daddy around and healthy. That is why I took action after this last trip to the hospital and have lost some weight to date but I have so much to go! I am very interested in what your program has to offer from the reading this week. I hope that I am considered for thousand wonderful gift as it will be the only way I’ll be able to obtain it. Best wishes to you and your success!
Joel, I’ve been reading your blogs and am convinced that the 1000 calorie challenge is the apt weight loss/work out program I’ve been looking for. My husband and I are trying to conceive our first child and the only thing holding us back is the excess weight. I hope to win this so we start our family. Thanks and god bless.

@ Joel Marion:
I’m a mixed martial arts intructor and not only myself but my guys like me to keep challenging them with new circuit training programs to keep there bodies in shock. I have been putting them through alot of Craig B. training and would like to do something new for them. I’m also a father of two and have a construction company and donate my extra time to the mma gym. with that said I need a new workout as well, and from what I have been told you guys are the Guru’s at this!
Thank you for the opportunity,
Trent
I’ve tried other programs before with no luck. In desperation I’ve gone on an extremely low calorie program. I’ve lost some fat but I see that I’ve also lost muscle that I gained in the other programs. So I REALLY need something that will get the fat off (I still have a long ways to go) and leave me with muscle so I don’t look like a bag of bones. I’m will to work very hard, but I’ve got to have results.

I am so excited about these workouts! I am always looking for ways to change things up a bit, amp things up, and get max results in min time! This program seems to hit home on all of these aspects. I am a fitness/health coach and would love to nail down this program and keep pushing my body to the next level! Bring it!
Hi,
Mutual Commitment: I believe in your program, and that it will do all you promise; in return I ask that you believe in me, that I can take on the challenge and lose 50 excess pounds of body fat. You committed that even those who haven’t exercised can work up to the 1000 cal challenge; I commit that although exercise has not been part of my life for a while now, I am ready to make the change. I believe in you and what you are offering; will you believe in me?
Hi, I need your weight loss system a.s.a.p. I recently went to the doctor and found out I have high cholesterol and triglycerides. She informed me that I need to lose weight and tone my body to improve my health.
I am 52 yrs old and have been in a car accident that had me on my back for 6 1/2 months. In that time I put on 35 pounds. One year later I broke my ankle and had to have surgery and that put me in a wheel chair for 3 1/2 months and in that time I put on another 15 pounds. I am in desperate need of your program. I want to improve my health so I will be around to watch my beautiful Granddaughter grow up.
Your program sounds like just what I need. I have too much belly fat and I know I need to lose weight, but the older I get the harder it is. I feel like I could get really motivated by your program. My whole family is heavy and I just don’t feel good or look good anymore. I want to be able to look in the mirror and say Hey I look good.
Thanks, Berta
So you struggle with the 10+ pound accumulation your whole life and up until the last 5 years, some more hard work at the gym and missing a couple of treats and snacks for a week always worked. Now that I am 52 (and most likely postmenopausal), I have a an extended belly and cannot get rid of these last 12-15 pounds. Many gym hours, trying to eat well and consistently etc. Nothing seems to change these days. It is said my metabolism is coming to a screeching halt due to age and hormone fluctuations. I have been trying to get a workout plan that doesn’t cost all of my free time to make a dent in belly fat and that smooth look of too much body fat. I am strong and I know there are muscles under the fat but I cannot get lean any more. I follow your emails and blog reports, I think your approach hits it on the nose so please let me give the plan a chance to show the world women can conquer mid life bulge. Thanks for all of your great advice.

Hi Joel – I’m in my mid-40s and finding that it gets harder each day to maintain a weight and fitness level I’m comfortable with. I’ve completed the P90X program and trained for/run a half-marathon in the last year, but just haven’t been able to retain the fitness gains I made. It’s very demoralizing. So I’m not only looking for a new challenge, but also a program that will help me improve and hold onto those improvements long-term. Thanks for the inspiration!
As a mother of five children with medical to educational disabilities, and a family history of diabetes, cancer and heart disease, I have spent countless hours with doctors, teachers, coaches, and educational specialists. I have come to realize more deeply the connection between the mind and body and the significant impact that connection has on ones well being. My personal experience has taught me that when I take care of myself physically and emotionally that I feel better about myself and have the capacity to address my own needs as well as those of my family.
It has been difficult to find a regimen that gives me the results that I need which are to lose fat that I have gained over a decade of child bearing, and to keep in peak physical shape for myself and my family without spending hours at my gym. Now that I am in a new phase of my life I’m eager to shed the extra weight that is holding me back not only from pursuing new interests of my own, but also, from participating fully in the activities of my children. Because of what I have learned, I have set a goal to get in the best physical and emotional shape that I can by my next birthday in February.
The glimpses I have caught of your program have inspired me to reach a little higher, look a little deeper and find the best me for myself and those around me.
I not only NEED access to this program, I CRAVE it. I need to learn how to workout smarter because working-out harder is not ‘working-out’ (haha)! I have never put more effort into getting in shape before then I am now, and yet I am not getting the results I want and know I can achieve! I want to claim my life back and not continue to waste 1.5 hours a day at the gym without results. With the 1000 Calorie Challenge system of 50 minute workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (as well as the diet days and the wonderful magic word… afterburn!), I know I could not only get my daily life back, but I could also get my confidence and energy back from finally feeling and looking great! I have already learnt SO much about fat loss from the 4 Keys report and the updates, and I know that with the full program I would not only achieve the body results that I so desire, but I would also learn techniques and information to help me grow as a fit and healthy person over the long term. I am going on holiday very soon and I yearn to be able to wear bathers for the first time since I was a teenager and feel happy and confident in my skin… minus the fat J

With the help of your 1000 calories challenge, I’m pretty sure that my goal will be achieve that will make my life change and my career, for the past 36 years I haven’t seen my body fit and healthy and I think it is time that I respect my body and be one of the fittest man in the world, looking forward for your program.
I am a mother of an 18 month old baby & am 30 pounds overweight. My height is 5’ 1” so you can imagine my resemblance to a grounded balloon. 6 years ago I was at this same point in life with 165 pounds & my dr. gave me an ultimatum to lose weight. I was in Dubai & could hire a personal trainer & a cook to help me in my goal of reaching 127 pounds. I lost it & kept it off for almost 4 years.
Two years ago, we came to Canada as landed immigrants & I had my baby soon after. Since the past 7-8 months I have gained the 25+ pounds back. I joined two bootcamps & worked hard, but didn’t lose a single pound.
I came across your articles & I know all the exercises that you have outlined. Only never had a structured plan for doing them.
I have never been able to lose weight easily & I think I could really benefit from your workout as I feel they are scientifically planned & target the most stubborn fat. I love to exercise & feel the effects of a good workout. I am really looking forward to take this 1000 Calorie challenge & see why this will work when a bootcamp with a trainer failed.
At age 67, I would like to get my weight from 230 back to the 180 I carried at age 30, and to get my diabetes under control. Additionally, my stamina has dropped significantly — simple tasks leave me gasping for breath. I think this program can assist me in reaching these goals because it will keep me focused on the process.
Thanks, Ted
Hi Joel,
I’ve only been this big since I had my daughter in 2008. For me that’s a long time. I’ve tried everything and the weight just keeps coming back. I don’t want my daughter to feel like its ok to be unhealthy and live this way. I can’t even run arund with her for more 10 minutes without feeling like I’m going to pass out. Diabetes also runs heavily in family and I am trying to avoid it at age 22. I would love to use your program to health me keep a healthy lifestyle for me and my family. My best friend found out she had diabetes at age 20. For the past year she’s been struggling with it. As much as I hate to see her go through that, I don’t want it to be me. I would love to win this for me and my family. Thanks
Terry
I am 32 years old, 172 cm weighing 110 kg hypertensive liable to develop diabetes as my parents and I am trying to get rid of my belly fat since long time without progress I have been on many diets and running twice weekly with no success; I’ve been eating healthy and I need a tried, true program to finally get rid of fat. I want to avoid diabetes and stop antihypertensive drugs; I believe that your developed system will make a big step in my life thanks a lot.
Hi! I love the consept. As a mother, I feel that the time I spend training is drasticaly decreasing (and this is after more then a decade of daily exercise and martial arts). This might just be what it would take to get the spark back. Something that would get my work capacity back to where it used to be, and my waist back to a size I am happy with. Would be great to get back in the ring and hold my classes again, but right now I’m lacking both the stamina and the confidence. Help, please! :)
Best Regards/ Maria
After having 4 kids my body has changed dramatically. I have become obsessed with losing the weight that I have been putting on for years and have not had any luck. I continuously run into plans that do not work for me or require hours of intense workouts and supplements and diet drinks that I can’t use. I need something that will finally give me results without comprimising my overall health.
I have benefitted from having all the information necessary for the new me at my finger tips. The tips and extra information I have recieved has helped me better understand how to feed and nurture my body. The exercises are great and get me sweating in no time and I am seeing results faster than if I were going to the gym every day. Thank you for giving me another chance to be the best that I can be without committing to an external source…I can do everything in the privacy of my own home.
Thank you
I’m on a quest to become remarkably fit by 50! Although I’m strong, I am overweight. Three months ago I changed my diet and lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks but I’ve still got another 25 to go before I feel really good. I decided to start working out but since I live in a remote area, the gym is a 40 minute drive away and there is no such thing as a personal trainer in this neck of the woods. I realize that I am getting stronger and leaner but I really need some good and true advice – advice I can trust – and I believe your program has the answers that would take me to the next level and keep me fit and healthy for years to come.
I promise to document and chronicle my adventure following your program and if it works, I’ll be your biggest fan!
Thanks, Laura
I am 48 years old and have been struggling all my life, I have a 22 year old daughter who unfortunately is following in my footsteps and I want to be a good example to her. We have gone through a lot, my husband was sick for a long time before he passed away a few years ago and the stress of the situtation was harmful to my daughter and I. After he passed we moved 1500 miles from where we lived to start a new life. I recently got re-married and the future is brighter than it’s been in years. We are ready to start the next phase of our new lives … becoming healthier.
