Hey my name is Jack Stengos and I’m 38. I have always been on the heavier side of the scale, even as a kid. Currently, I am at 198kgs and my doctors says if i do not drastically change my lifestyle, it would be highly possible that I would develop serious heart complications. After I read your updates, I can see the theory of how R-Quartro and the S squared progression could help me, as I doubt I could burn 1000 calories in my current physical condition. My aim is to ultimately lose fat in order to prevent any heart complications in the future. I am not trying to convince you that I need it more that others, but it would be nice to have the proper guide to weight loss on my long journey.

Regards,
Jack

I’m currently a Detective and SWAT team member in CT. I was unfortunately involved in a shooting approximately 3 years ago. Due to this incident, I was confined to desk duty for almost two years. During that time, my motivation to workout and eat healthy was at an all time low. I gained almost 20 pounds of unwanted weight during that time. I’ve watched your videos and have even used the exercises that I’ve seen on your short videos and I love them. I would like to use these workouts to lose the unwanted weight that I gained and to introduce these workouts to my SWAT team members. It’s no secret that being on a SWAT team is extremely demanding on the body and I think these workouts can make us better prepared for the rigorous operations that SWAT is called on to perform.

hi dynamic duo.i would like to try your program because it looks a lot like other programs i tried.like turbulence training from craig and no nonsense from vince.both programs kill fat and get your muscles to grow.fantastic.and i read your rapport and seen the videos and i know this will burn fat like the sun melts snow.IF u follow the program.both programs that i mentioned before change up the pace and i always have to get used to the program, and then it changes again.and the exercises are the standard ones.but they kick ass. so i want to know whats changed and what has become better doing your program.and i saw vince doing some training with u and started to sweat.yes i would like to try you program!

Hi, I’m a Colombian systems engineer, father of one little boy, 30 years old, and been always a fat guy and sick of it! As soon as I see your free report I understand what I have to begin to do if I really want to lose the 25 pounds that I want out of my life and give myself the opportunity to live to see my son growth. I would love to have your 1000 Calorie Challenge System! and have the healthy lifestyle that I need. Thank you!

It is good because I am not as young as I used to be and it helps the fat and the sag.

Hi Joel!

I´m not the kind of guy whos ever been interested in phisical activities; however being this sedentary has affected me, I´m only 25 years old and I just recently was told my tryglicerdes and cholesterol have skyrocketed; so I think this is a perfect time to ask you for a free copy, Im confident this 1000 calorie excersice routine could be a perfect start of a new phase in my life, a helathier and better looking body is something I´m eager to start building!

Thank you! Carlos

I’ve been a fan of yourself and Arnel for a couple of years and have read and watch alot of REALLY good information you’ve shared. I’m 47 yrs old father of three kids with a moderate fitness level. I love to find new challenges to progress my finness and fat loss level. Your 1000 cal. challenge sounds SO exiting after reading all updates that I would love to try it out. Not only just to burn more fat but also to prove to myself that I can take this challenge and succeed! So let your program challenge me by giving me a copy.
Thanks and good luck to you.

Hi Joel,
I’m a doubter, I see as many “new, this is the fat blasting workout that makes everything else redundant” adverts, that I honestly don’t believe this one is anything more than just another one of the get rich quick scams that everyone else is running……………….
Prove me wrong, I’ll be honest about my results!!!!!!
Cheers

For 35 years I had maintained a pretty fit and healthy lifestyle. But I am 40 now and these last 5 years I have been struggling with my weight. If I could use this program to pull it together for me than my family would be blessed and I would be able to share this experience with countless others. Help me help them.

I had my first daughter a few months ago, and due to complications and a ceasarean section I find myself dealing with more body fat than I am comfortable with. I also work and I need a workout that will help me get healthy and get in shape without taking a lot of time from the little I already have.

Thank you.

I’m not lucky. I never win anything, but I guess it doesn’t hurt to give it shot. :) I desperately need something to work. Best wishes…

At 52 and trying every aspect of nutrition and fitness I can muster up, it just doesn’t seem to help me rid the “mid section swell” as i refer to it. I feel that getting the proper instruction and guidance would assure me the exact right info that would get me in the best shape of my life. I work in a very visible industry with clients that seem to look so put together – some I know for a fact are getting the help they need via liposuction, but I am a naturalist and would love to have the experience of doing this correctly and have the tools to use this for the rest of my life!

This appears to be one of the finest programs I have found that will fit my lifestyle. I am no spring chicken! Am 56 years old, I’d like to lose about 75 pounds, but more than the weight, I’d rather lose the inches. Over the years I have let myself go and become very flabby. This program looks like one I can do, in the privacy of my home, without having to work out with a bunch of skinny young things that don’t need to work out in the first place! It seems to be relatively low impact, but intense, which is what I need. I am looking forward to starting the program…..free or not!

I have always been an athletic person so being in shape was never difficult for me. There was always a practice to go to and I rode my bike everywhere. Well fast forward to adult hood. After having my daughter, I was faced with a nasty custody fight. I was forced to relocate to another state where I was virtually alone. I fell into a serious depression where I was barely functioning and was on anti-depressants which caused to me to gain 25 pounds on top of the additional 20 pounds that I was struggling to lose from my pregnancy. So with the extra weight the depression went even deeper. I have since gotten off the anti-depressants but the weight won’t come off. I feel that this is something that I can do that will guarantee quick results and a definite boost in confidence (because right now it’s very low) which I definitely need. I want my daughter to see the happy and confident me and not the sad shell that she sees now.

I gained a LOT of weight due to some medical problems, followed by 5 months of total bedrest while pregnant with my daughter. On my own since then, I have lost 83 lbs over the past 2 years with good nutrition and a LOT of exercise. I think I am in fairly good shape. However, I still don’t quite have my “dream body”. I have 17 lbs to go, but have reached a point where “traditional” fitness programs are no longer cutting it for me. I need something new, something advanced, something SERIOUS to take my fitness to the next level, meet my goals, and maintain a great body for life! Your program sounds like it’s exactly what I need to push my results over the top!

I have been very intrigued learning about this new system. I feel like I am always looking for a new way to try to improve myself, my body and my health specifically. I really think this program has great potential, and I would really love to give it a shot and see what it could do for me. I have made progress with all of my work, but I am no where near my goal. I am tired of being over weight, in spite of my best efforts. I feel like what I am doing is just not enough… I need to kick it up to the next level. I work out a lot and am pretty strong, but just don’t quite see the results I really hope to find… Regardless of if I win a copy or not… thanks for trying to help!

I’ve already performed the 1,000 calorie sample workout (Tri-Set) using my Polar S625X HRM (which has been calibrated to my Own Index/VO2 max of 51 & is categorized as “very good”) and had the following results:
• (Baseline): Mon 10/11 – Total kcal = 605; Time = 47 min, 30 sec
• (Reps & Res Inc): Wed 10/13 – Total kcal = 676; Time = 49 min, 30 sec
• (Rest Dec, Rounds Inc): Fri 10/15 – TBD later today

Although these results are decent, they’re not where I want to be and I’m certain that I can hit the 1,000 calorie with a strategic progression and nutrition plan.

I’m a 42 year old male who since Jan 2010, has lost 33 lbs of bodyfat (from 25.8% to 13.9%) & held LBM level by doing BFL, FPFL, DEFL, XFLD, P90X, & a local bootcamp. Unfortunately, I’ve been at a plateau between 13-15% bodyfat since May even though my nutrition has continued to get cleaner & workout program increasingly more difficult. I’ve noticed better muscle definition, but the bodyfat % won’t drop. I’m convinced that the right nutrition plan aligned with an aggressive workout program will provide me with the knowledge & strategies necessary to cut down and hit my goal of 8% bodyfat. If you’re looking for another case study, look no further. The nutrition will help me fine tune what foods to eat & when; The workouts will be extremely challenging, but I know that I’ll reach a 1,000 calories in a single 50 min workout! Looking forward to seeing more than a 4-pack!

Hi,
I have been reading the updates for this program every day and each day I get more excited! I am 47 years old, I recently “retired” (Thanks to my wonderful husband) from my job that kept me on the road 4 or 5 days every week. Clinically speaking I am not overweight. However, I am about 20 lbs. over my “feel good weight” and even though I run 3 days a week and I work out (kettlebell) 3 days a week and I limit my calorie intake to 1200-1500 calories a day, my scale does not move! it is extremely frustrating and I find myself wanting to give up. I am stuck in a rut and I really believe that the 1000 calorie challenge is just what I need to get me in the best shape of my life.

I would be really grateful if I could win this free program because I’m not in the greatest I could be at the moment. Also from watching your updates week after week it really made me want my goal more than ever I could have wanted. Not only at the end of this ill be physically fit, mentally too. I hope you understand.

Thanks Arre

Hey I’m early 30s, not in bad shape (could always be better) and I’m not overweight. I would like to lose about 5% off my current body fat. I want to enter the next year (just enough time if I start now with your program) feeling great, strong and toned and I believe this program can do that for me. I have reasonable knowledge of fitness and I understand how the body metabolizes fat in interval training. So I have no doubt that your program will work and that I will burn 1000 calories each day/session. (Currently I burn around 300+ calories in a 40 min aerobic session with my average heart rate being around 80-85% of my max for the majority of the that time – never tested the calories in weight training with my polar). It is great that you have geared this to all fitness levels. My concern is most people have a short amount of motivation to continue any diet/fitness program (I would also be one of these people). I want to know if your program is motivating enough to complete the entire program and not get burned. I also want to know keep the motivation going after I achieve these goals with your program. That is my challenge to you. The answer will come only if I have access to this information…. I’m ready for your challenge! Are you ready for mine?

I am about 20kgs overweight.
I am uncomfortable in my clothing.
I am uncomfortable in my body.
My uncle recently had a heart transplant and my biggest fear
is that I am facing a similar fate.
It is time that I dramatically do something about my weight.
I do exercise and try to watch what I eat but I just cant seem to see any results.
I am attending a wedding back home in December and I know my ex girlfriend will be there with her new boyfriend. I know I wont be ripped but I really hope to have trimmed off a few cm’s and shed a few kg’s!

Many Thanks
Jason

I would like to help my husband lose some weight. He probably could lose around 60-70 lbs. He is a truck driver, takes blood pressure meds & cholesterol meds. He knows he needs to lose weight but when he tries there are no results. I have tried to tell him he could probably get off the meds if he could lose some weight. I also worry about diabetes since his Mom has it. Would absolutly love to get him started on this!

i am a father of 3 kids and don’t have much time to work on my health this would be a good workout program and i can make an example for my kids that with right kind of knowledge and information anything is possible. my weight is 230lbs and can’t even keep up with my kids then they play so by loosing all the extra weight i will be able to enjoy my life with kids.

thanks

Hi guys
I was always a sporty kid growing up and represented my school at soccer, hockey and athletics as well as playing rugby for a club. I was quite a fast runner but never into distance running. When I went to college the workload of my course meant I had to give up most sports. This led to severe knee problems as the leg muscles turned to fat and my hereditary flat feet came back to bite. In the 10 years since college my knees have got so bad I’ve been to numerous physios but can only afford to go for a few weeks relief then back to the pain again. I’ve managed to lose about 15 kilos the last few months through serious dieting but have hit the wall now in fat loss because I’m not exercising so the 1000 calorie workout would be amazing to try!
Thanks
Raymond

Thank you for all the information I have received from you. At 52 years old I had given up on ever having that perfect look. I have always been able to drop 20 pounds after the holidays or any time I binged but I could never loose that last 20. I never could develope that six pack look in my abs no matter what I did. After trying the small routines you already showed us I feel a break through in the near future. I must admit I am feeling sore in places I never did before and see the effects of the after burn you talk about. I can’t wait to see the whole program.
