Hey my name is Jack Stengos and I’m 38. I have always been on the heavier side of the scale, even as a kid. Currently, I am at 198kgs and my doctors says if i do not drastically change my lifestyle, it would be highly possible that I would develop serious heart complications. After I read your updates, I can see the theory of how R-Quartro and the S squared progression could help me, as I doubt I could burn 1000 calories in my current physical condition. My aim is to ultimately lose fat in order to prevent any heart complications in the future. I am not trying to convince you that I need it more that others, but it would be nice to have the proper guide to weight loss on my long journey.
Regards,
Jack

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
