Greetings folsk. i have to admit, Joe, when i saw you doing a seminar i was like, this guy isnt that big but hmm decent shape, then i saw him in work out clothes, i was like dang, i owe him an apoloty this guy is in the shape i would like to be.. lol.. well, i am in the military and i recently got deployed to the middle east. at my tender age of 40 i got a kick in the butt and decided i needed to get my sorry butt into shape. not for the military but for me and to be in the shape that i wish i can gain. im not fat but lord if i can lose 4 inches off my gut i can die a happy man. here where i am deployed there isnt much a a nutrition so i dont worry about junk food. my focus is to get in shape, look half as good as joel or arnel and get back home next year safe and sound to my family the Good Lord willing.

I work out a lot and am a fitness instructor. As a 24 year old female I watch women workout simply to look better. I feel like it is time for the women I know to want to be strong, instead of looking like a skeleton. I have been incorporating workouts like this into my routines and my classes but I don’t think anything this challenging. I cannot wait to try it. Knowing that I can accomplish something like this at 5 feet tall makes me feel like I am strong enough to take on anything (or anyone… : ) )
Im retired senior and have had a knee replacement. My weight has really started to pile on the last year and am very unhappy with myself. Weight gain is not a good thing for knees.
I think with your program, I can get this weight under controll.
Joel,
My family has a history of diabetes and congestive heart failure. In high school I couldn’t gain an ounce of fat, then I got married had kids and put on 60 pounds. I’m a law enforcement officer and i know our life expectancy isn’t that great, this combined with my families health problems doesn’t equal a great chance that I will be around to see my grandchildren have children. I want to get back into shape and I know your program will help me. Thanks for you time,
Richard Dadd
I have always been over weight and now that I am going to retire I know the worse thing I can do is NOT get in shape. I want the energy to be able to enjoy my grand-kids and futuer great-grand-kids. My wife needs it even more. She has gone from 135 to over 200 and tried everything to lose. It’s always been the same, lose some and then gain it back plus more.
I have been struggling for years with excess fat. In fact right now, I am twice the man I should be and your program looks like the guide that will get me on the road to becoming half the man I am and a whole lot healthier.
I have looked for something like this all my life (at least the last 50 years of it). Have approached many different kinds of diet/exercise programs with vigor. They worked for a length of time, leveled off and simply stopped working. So I would try something else that did the same. I am reasonably healthy for 70; can approach an exercise program that doesn’t require lifting with vigor. While money is short just now, I am particularly “fired up” about this one because you not only have a great program, you show me how to do it. Please, please let me go for it. If I don’t win the program, I will glean all I can from this web site and do as much as possible anyway, but winning would be a wonderful plus.
Have had a lot of success with your program Joel…but have not always had the endurance to do them with the intensity I would have liked. I love the fact that this new program has it built in that it will allow me over a short period of time to get to where I will truly burn 1,000 calories, this is exactly what I need !!!
Thanks
Ive been following your 1000 calorie emails and feel this is what I need now that Ive stopped chemo (and the nasty steriods that go with it) I have stag 4 breast cancer and after 1 yr of treatment Im stable and now on oral maintance :) BUT the yr but 40lbs on that I now need to get rid of…Ive been fighting for my life this past yr and won…now Ineed to fight this side affect and be a true winner.
I would very much like this system because I have been struggling for 23 years to permanently lose body fat that I have gained continued to gain after 5 children. My oldest is expecting my 1st grandchild and I would love to be in shape to truly enjoy my grandchild; I would also like to look good for my next daughters wedding this winter. My youngest daughter at age 14 also needs to lose body fat; she’s about 15lbs overweight. After going through the report I am really excited at what the calorie burn weights and diet can do for me and my family. I have tried everything and I really need to get in shape for my health, since I am 80lbs overweight.
I am looking to get back into shape now that I have had sinus surgery to alleviate a deviated septum. I had an endoscopic bilateral sinus surgery, septoplasty, and a tonsillectomy to clear my canals in the sinuses. I can breath better than ever before and would love to receive information to learn how I can modify my current workout plan to burn more calories.
Personally I feel others deserve the book more than me. If you happen to have an extra copy around, I would be more than happy to embrace the knowledge you all can provide. I will also be willing to spread the word about your fitness program in whatever marketing strategy you all are currently using.
You scratch my back, I scratch yours.
Thanks!

I hope to be one of the lucky winners because I can use the expert advise and get my self back into top shape Thank You
Hi guys, hope everything is going good. I’m 25 years old, I’m 5”’ and weight 220lbs. I started my fat loss journey on june of this year after reaching my heaviest weight ever: 240lbs. So I have been able to lose 20lbs so far.
But the last 3 weeks have not been good at all. I’ve been following the diet TO THE LETTER and have not lost any pounds or inches off my body. I’m desperate. It’s the most frustating thing someone can go through. I went ahead and lowered my calories by 200 but didn’t seem to work either.
I don’t wanna lower my calories again and start losing muscle mass. I wanted to get my goal by december of this year, but I have lost so much precious time that I don’t know if I will be able to.
Please help me. I would really love to lose 3 to 5 pounds of fat a week. That’s all I’ve ever wanted to get in great shape for the end of the year. It will be just what I need to reach my goals. THANKS!!!
I was an athlete all through high school and exercised some through college. Then I got busy with life and let the exercise go. For the last 3 years or so I have made it a point to get 3 days of exercise in a week. I feel much better while participating in an exercise regimen, but unfortunately, I am not seeing any physical changes. I am one of those people you see walking or exercising at the gym but their body never changes. I love the way exercise makes me feel, but I need to see some results.
The math of the calorie in and calorie out is so simple, but for me it just doesn’t work. I have messed up my metabolism over the years and now that I am 43, I need to set it straight.
I have a husband that is thin, but unhealthy and 2 children. I would like something that my husband will participate in and the kids can really see the benefit of an exercise program. They know I go to the gym, but when the physique doesn’t change it is hard to convince them that I really am healthier.
Your program seems to address the issues I have come across and makes sense. I look forward to embracing the entire program.
I am going to be getting married in 8 months. No matter what I do I can’t seem to budge any weight. We are planning a beach wedding and with that I found the most prettest wedding dress. It is perfect, except that I need to have a smaller body and a flatter tummy. I have tried almost every diet, exercise program and every pill and i can’t seem to budge. I am at my wits end. The holidays are coming up and I just don’t know what to do. I have even though about postponing the wedding until Summer of 2012 but my boyfriend is having a fit. I would love to try this product and put my 100% all into it. My wedding is suppose to be the happiest day of my life and i want to be the most beautiful bride for my husband to be.
I’m a 42 yr old mother of three very active boys (ages 2, 6, and 11). I am about 50-60lbs overweight. I have tried every diet there is and eventually the weight comes back (and then some). I want to stop the lose/gain cycle. I want to be healthy, strong and vibrant. I want to set a good example for my children so that they never have to suffer the way I have. I think your program can help me do that. I don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to workouts, but the time requirement set out in your program seems achievable.
PS My husband doesn’t think this program can work. Help me prove him wrong!
Bear attack.
I was out trainning with a fellow aussie mate in the land of the Big Red Sun Japan. When shit out jumped a Bear from the trees my mate ran one way and I the other. Lucky for me it went right for my mate. He was Lucky as he had trained in Kung Fu where me I have just a few scary Tattoos and the ablity to run the right way. Anyway it attacked my mate ripped off my mates right Nipple and tore his bicep in half and left blood spurting out from his wrist and then a 7km run back to the car and then another 1hr to the hospital. What a trainning session.
Anyway to top off the story this run was for a 100km Race which we missed It stopped us running in the Mountains where we use to run and it stopped our hardcore Jim Jones workout. My mate has moved away and it left me terrified to do anything I’ve lost my motivation. I’m getting fat.
I need something to give me confidence back and something to aim for again.
Can you help.
My name is Jordan, and I am 16 years of age. From the time I was 6 I knew I wanted to become a fighter pilot! I have gone through a lot, I have had many problems stopping me from reaching this goal such as developing infections that prohibit me becoming a pilot that I have overcome! It has been a long time, but through perseverence, I currently only have two items left to fix, to heal my eye sight naturally and to get the body I have always dreamed. I have always had a problem with self discipline, and I am hoping that your free copy, and my motivation to improve will help me include this quality!
Regards,
Jordan
About two months ago I decided to move forward and research weightloss surgeries. I was diagnosed with PCOS. I am borderline insulin resistant and according to my BMI…I am morbidly obese. My mother had gastric bypass 3 years ago, a friend of mine had the switch done in January, another friend had the bypass done in Oct of last year. The fat just melted off of their bodies. The idea of shedding pounds quickly piqued my intrest. I want to be healthy. I’ve dabbled in RAW foods, being Vegan and Vegetarian. I’ve done Atkins, Weight Watchers and NutriSystem. My husband accopanied me to a gastric surgery support group meeting, just for information. After we left he told me that he was not in agreement. He challenged me to a 6 month endeavor of calorie counting and calorie burning. If at the end of 6 months we find that it’s not working for me…then he will fully support my decision to have surgery.
Joel,
It is coming up on a year since my father passed away from a heart attack at age 64. My grandfather (his father) had died also of heart attack at age 63. I hate the term predisposed as I hear it whenever I talk of my family’s medical history and I have challenged myself to not follow in the same footsteps of my father and grandfather before me. I have started to get back into shape again and need your program to make some radical changes in my health and my life which after reading about it I think it could. I’m not looking for the same old routines that I have tried in the past with limited results, I am looking for literally a life changer. I have two children a son who’s seven and daughter who is four and I want to show them the possibility of a healthier and long life in their future, not show them the life my ancestors lead. I appreciate your consideration on choosing me for this program.
Sincerely,
Tim
joel,

Currently, at the age of 25, I have hit the all time low in my mental and physical health. I’m physically out of shape, always tired, stressed-out and I suffer from insomnia. I recently quit smoking, coffee, alcohol and sleeping medication and all that has actually made me feel even worse because I don’t the physical strength to withstand detoxification.
I have had a huge break in exercising because I have lied myself that I have no time and energy to do it. I believe 1000 calorie challenge would not give me a change to fail because of it’s intensity and short phases – fast result give the motivation to go on and the hunger for results just grows bigger and bigger. Many exercise programs have failed me because of the slow and too moderate results.
I have decided to turn my situation completely and permanently for better and all I need is a big push of motivation: a complete program to get me fit and make me feel energetic and feel that I have succeeded in something and made a big positive change in my self – to prove my self that I’m able to overcome whatever difficulties I encounter in my life so the rest of my life would be just better and better every year.
I am doing a diet now that has gotten good results for me, but I am having some problems being on it lately due to my monthly. I still have around 129 lbs to lose. I am already doing 1000 to 1200 calories a day right now, so this sounds good for me. I really need help since I can’t be on this diet with me being on my monthly all the time. Doctor keeps telling me I am fine, but I am not so sure. I can use all the help I can get.
I was stuck on a plateau for the past two months and even though my clothes are fitting better the scale was not moving. I eat healthy, nothing out of a box, no pop and try to get my 4-5 servings of fruits and vegis in. I have been following your information on this and have started using what you have given out and have lost 4 lbs. Since having both parents with heart issues and my mom and sisters all being over weight, I want to loose my additional 40 lbs to say healthy and I truly believe that your program would help me meet my goal. You rock!! Patty
