I’ve read about your program and I can honestly say it sounds like a dream to me. Something strategic to follow that will give me more strength and energy than ever before? To good to be true. But it has to be true and therefor I have to try it. Not only to get rid of the fat from my body but to build a strong body, that will help me from getting the same age-related diseases my parents got. Hello, all! OK, so I never do this (enter contests) but I have been looking forward each day to checking my email for your latest video updates! Your system seems to scrape away all the fluff to get the average person like me the important info we need to succeed. A little about me: I’m 35 and within the past year I have made some realy GREAT lifestyle changes for myself and my hubby… quit smoking 6 months ago, jog at least 15 miles a week, and eat as much organic and raw food as possible… yet I STILL have the pesky 15 lbs that WILL NOT go away! I know I need to ramp it up, and your program is the answer!! Best of luck to all :)

The 1000 Calorie Challenge seems (like many others) to be a great plan. The skepticism comes in because most people believe that the results your company is bragging about have only come about because those people had personal trainers in addition to your plan.

I don’t believe that-I think with the right plan and the right attitude, anyone can accomplish their goals-and this may be the answer so many people are looking for. I’m up for that challenge and excited to get started (and I can’t wait to throw it their faces!).

I am 20 years old. In all my years of life since I was 15, I’ve been trying by all the ways to burn that excess fat out and to get in shape without any results. This is costing me my health, stamina and sex-appeal and since this is the “golden years” of any person in life, I don’t want to spend them trying to lose fat without any results. As I have been following you, I have seen results. But I need more and that’s why I think the 1000 calorie challenge could be the way to get on it. Also I would like to spread this information to all my relatives so they can be healthy too. Actually I am having high blood pressure problems and I think also this method could cut that off as well. from 210 pounds to 170 in no time would be great actually. Thank you for everything Joel.

@Joel and Arnel…you guys are amazing. I was the nerdy, fat girl in high school that empowered herself through fitness and wellness. Now at 32, I am a Naturopathic Doctor and the owner of Innate Healing: A Center for Natural Wellness, a yoga instructor, martial artist and boxer. I am a fit, beautiful walking talking billboard of what works and will tell everyone I meet. My personal coach, Ray Lilley has been training me under the tutelage of Scott Sonnon’s work, Vince Del Monte, yourselves and many others. I would love a copy of this excellent work so I can give it to my sensei who has changed my life tremendously and empowers the lives of so many (the student becomes the teacher). BTW…I completed the week 3 sample workout and have !!!never!!! had my butt kicked so beautifully!!! I am hungry for more. I want to be your billboard.

I am 38 years old and since the last 3 years I kept on gathering weight. Been to personal trainers, been to nuotritionists but for the life of me no one seems to find out how to help me get rid of this fat. I finished up with having blood tests as well to ensure no anomalies or imbalances exist within me and thank God at least got good results – the nutritionist who advised for these tests remarked that I still did not find the correct combination of diet and exercise. Well now for the diet I have many guidelines to follow and hopefully I can also become an owner of this program in order to challenge my body more and get the shape I always dream of…good luck to everyone and many thanks.

I just turned 49 yrs old and at one point I had reached 199 lbs. I did the Atkins diet and walked quite a bit to loose weight. At that time I lost 45 lbs. However, I have now had two foot surgeries and have gained all my weight back because of not being able to work out or do any walking and I can’t fit into any of my clothes anymore. I also was never quite able to flatten my stomach as much as I would have liked.
I believe this system will be great for me so that I can to being the healthier and more fit person that I enjoy being. My husband would probably appreciate it as well because he has gained a few pounds with me being home all of the time and us not being able to get out and do the things we love to do.
My husband is a disabled veteran and can’t do a lot of walking so this plan would be great to share with both of us so we can live long and healthy lives.

I am a 19 year old university Student in the Caribbean and i was truly impressed with your 1000 calorie challenge, the R quattro sustem as well as S2 progression is truly genius and impressive. I mean 1000 calories per workout in less than an hour is truly amazing and i just what i need to get from 21.5% body fat to 5-6% in the shortest time possible and out of all the long and boring workouts i have tried and the frustration at the slow progress to date i feel confident your program can help me reach my goal and get the confidence i need to talk to girls, improve my public speaking, health , fitness and way of life in general.

I am a 32 year old mother of a 4 year old girl and a one year old boy. With my first pregnancy I was on bed rest for 5 months due to complications with the pregnancy. I ended up gaining 70 lbs. I lost most of that weight after I gave birth to a healthy 10 lbs baby girl. My second pregnancy went fine although my son had to be delivered via emergency c-section a month early. His lungs were under developed and we were in the NICU for 2 weeks. He finally came home only to go back into the hospital with RSV for another 9 days when he was 7 months old. He has been very sick with lung issues ever since. SO this has left me little to NO time for me. I work full time, care for a my babies, husband and a home. I seem to be lost in all that. I would love to use your program to get back to being ME and finally lose all the weight I have piled on due to stress, lack of time and poor food choices.

I have followed all your emails and sample workouts and I love it! I already have the motivation I need to do the work outs I just need to know the best combinations, timing, reps, and the diet and so on to follow to have maximum weight loss results. I am currently trying to lose 30+ pounds of pure body fat, to get in shape and look the best I ever have in my life. I go to the gym 5 days a week but it doesn’t seem to be enough, I would love your system and will enjoy every second of the fat burning process. I dont consider my exercise regimen and diet a quick fix, rather a lifestyle. I have changed my whole way of thinking in just 3 short months and I just need the added push to turn my workouts up a few notches.

I’ve been a follower of both Joel and Arnel for a long time now. I’ve purchased just about every program that you all have recommended and have enjoyed each one. I even have, John “I’m Awesome” Romaniello’s, Final Phase Fat Loss and love it. When it comes down to it, I’m a student of fitness. I would really love to do this program but I’m afraid my wife has shut me down on purchasing anymore “fitness solutions” on the internet.
This program to me seems like what I really need. A “nuts and bolts” program that gets you where you need to be in a very rapid manner. I have a very busy lifestyle, with two young girls, and a large time commitment each day is next to impossible to accomplish. Please allow me to be your “poster child” for this program. I will not let you down.

I’m a 42yr old mother of three very active boys (ages 2, 6 and 11). I have always struggled with my weight. I’ve tried every diet out there and the weight eventually comes back. I want to stop the lose/gain cycle. I want to be healthy, vibrant and lean. Doing your program makes it look as though this can be achieved. I need something I can do for the rest of my life to remain healthy. I want to set a good example for my children.
PS My husband doesn’t think this program can’t work. Help me prove him wrong!!!

hi, im a college student, i have a part time job and also a girlfriend. with this activities almost all of my time is covered but still i manage to go to the gym. But actually the time that i dedicate to the gym is not helping me much it only keeps me from gaining more pounds and that is not my objective. my objective is to be in the best shape ive ever been. Also, let´s face it if i don´t do something about my shape now i won´t do it in the future. that´s the reason why i also dedicate my time to look for a routine that can make my excersice time more effective and i finally found it. ill be glad if you could give me your program, if not, welll i´ll be buying it.

PS- i tried the week 3 example you shared with us. Men i never been so tireed in my life before and i didn´t even manage to finish it.

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity. I am 62 years old and have been running and exercising for years. This past year for reasons unknown, my collar bone came out of joint. This has been a struggle to find what I can actually do now. Hard running is out so I have had to slow down.And this has changed my fat %! Watching your videos it looks like your workout would be a great fit for me. Right now with the economy the way it is, I cannot lay out the money for something like this so that makes it even harder to put together a workout for myself. So again I thank you for the opportunity.

Hi Guys, I’m 28 years of age and have been struugling with my body shape for years. I have tried many different approaches to working out and diet but have never been able to reach my full potential. It is hard to know what advise to accept, let alone how and when to apply it. Hello guys. Well I was pretty excited to recieve the intoduction for this fitness program and put the basic workaout sample provided inmediatly into practice inmediatly. Ive been training energetically for the past 4 years and ive tryed it all. Ive gone through Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Spinning clases, Workouts on ball and medicine balls so im pretty much in shape. What I need now is to loose the last pounds of fat under my lean muscles, because although I workout alot….I still dont look as fit as I really am when im in a bathing suit. I wanna become a trainer soon, so I have to look really good as an example. I saw your aproach and put it to practice and its quite a challenge, and im loving it. I believe that this could be the final tool to sculpt my body lean. Im a 32 year old female who might even look better that a 22 year old, but still not there yet.

I live in the middle east, and with all the low quality fitness programs that we have available here, i tried them all…the pills…the gyms, the workouts given to me by the gym instructors, i even went to a nutritionalist and they all didnt work because they were all the basic stuff, with this program, well its safe to say that nothing is ur average basic routine…its all out of the box and new and from the testimonials that Ive seen, they all worked. I would like nothing more than to change my body, my self for me and for a better happier and longer future with my loved ones. I am a survivor and not that im taking the workouts for granted, but I will do WHATEVER it takes to finish them, I already tried all that there is, so Im not stopping now!

I am 54 years old and 5 years ago was in great shape.. overeating and under exercising have resulted in a 60 lb weight gain.. knees and hips starting to ache and i’m starting to have foot problems.. i would love to start the program from the get go since there is no way to start with the sample that is part way through the program.. i am strong.. live on a farm.. do chores and am very active.. but the weight is slowing me down big time.. with 3 grandchildren and two more on the way.. i want to be able to help them enjoy the horses and farm!

I have been struggling with my weight for years. My first attempt at body for life was in ’97 (yes last century, lol). Now with 3 children and a lot less time to go to the gym, I need to compensate by that with good eating habits. I have searched and tried many plans and programs but could never find one that I can stick to. The longest I have stayed on a plan was for 3 weeks, until last year… I have shed off 15 lbs. and I was very proud of it. But I gained 18 in less than 3 months. I have been trying to get back on track for the last 4 months. I don’t want to starve my body (been there, done that) I need a plan that my body will get used to and adopt. The mental part is done, I need a plan that I can stick to. Thanks!

I am 44 years old & a mom of 3. I have struggled with weight almost all my life. I won’t participate in activities beacause I feel too embarassed of my weight. I’ve tried so many diets & have fallen for many scams -all ending up unsuccessful. After reading your emails – it sounds like this may finally be what I need to shed the unwanted pounds. I’d like to turn 45 being a whole new person! I also want to be a good role model for my kids.
