I’m a 66 year old South African. Just over 2 years ago, after returning from my normal gym routine, I had a heart attack! This was despite having my blood pressure and cholesterol under control. The angiogram showed a blocked coronary artery but I did not need a stent or a bypass. I am 5′ 8″ and my weight has stayed around 74 kg for many years. If your programme can safely help me to retain muscle AND lose the excess fat around my midrif that just won’t budge, I’ll be the happiest “young man” that my wife and sons could wish for.

I am a 31 year man who has recently come off of back and leg surgery. I am in desperate need of a program that will help get my body and life back on track. I was in a serious accident which left me in a state of physical and mental anguish. My weight ballooned and my metabolism has suffered. I was able to lose alot of weight but my progress has stalled for the last 7 months and since my most recent leg surgery I have not been able to get back that motivation. Seeing your videos and reading about the program I feel this could be the perfect way to help jump start my body and mind. Regardless, I thank you for a great program and I am sure everyone who gives it an honest try will see fantastic results.

I am 53 years old and weigh the most I ever have in my life. I am miserable and want to be back in shape. I play golf and have always been real active. I still try to be but can tell my weight has hindered my activities. This program shows to have fast results. I am willing to do the work to get there – I would like the guidance .

Hi guys,
I’m in a personal battle to keep my ‘wits’ about me as my wife goes through a terrible ordeal with cancer; including dangerous surgery this weekend. I use exercise and proper nutrition to help me ‘cope’ with all the adversity. Your “1000 Calorie Challenge” program will help me tremendously in so many ways. I look forward to accepting that challenge as well as these others I face.

Best wishes for a successful launch,
Bill S.

I’m a 16 year old girl and weigh about 80kgs. I’m highly depressed about it because well all my family pokes fun at me because of it. I really want to try out your program because well maybe if I lose the weight my family will love me again.

Hi guys,
This program is the perfect program for me because I turned 39 this year and even with a change in diet and running, I have seen little to no results on the 20lbs I want to lose. Its week after week of trying and seeing no results, looking in the mirror and pants not fitting right that tells me this program is what I need. I joined a boot camp in the summer and lost some weight with that. I can’t afford to keep going and would like a program i can do at home in a short period of time, at any time i want with my daughter and boyfriend. I really enjoyed the boot camp workout and this looks similar…it is challenging and I like a good challenge. I find myself hiding behind my clothes and feeling a sadness every morning I wake up and realize that all my clothes fit too tight. I refuse to buy new clothes because I know I can do this…i know I can get back into my outfits and the only time i’ll buy new ones is when the size goes DOWN not up.

I have read alot of the entries above and regardless of winning the program or not, I hope all of you that have written in will take advantage of this opportunity to buy the system, work it and let’s reclaim the bodies, self-confidence and energy we feel we’ve lost. I resonated with alot of the stories everyone shared and I’m grateful for the chance to make a difference in my life and know I’m supported by so many who struggle with the same issue.

NEED IT, GOTTA HAVE IT!!!!
These days time is short and with all the gimmicks out there, it’s hard to find the correct program that will give me the results I want. I have tried it all, I’ve spent countless hours researching and from what I read so far, I am anxious to put your program to the test! Prove to me I don’t have to spend countless hours in the gym and live on impossibe diets!! If this is a challeng, I’m ALL In! I’ve spent my entire life in the health and fitness industry and I want to know if you’ve really cracked the code.
Anxiously waiting
Amanda

Many years ago I was a pro athlete (hockey player) and in pretty good shape. After retiring I went from pretty good shape to decent shape to not bad, well you see where this is going. After all the years of getting and keeping myself in shape i was done, didnt want to do it anymore in fact if I saw a gym I would walk the long was around the block just to avoid it. Now I am paying for it. Then I saw your program, it made sense, but more importantly, it moved something in me. My competitiveness- now I want to compete- get back on the ice and play the game again that I grew up loving. Gotta lose some lbs first though. I’M IN!

Simply put I am ready for a lifestyle change. I was super fit growing up…active in competitive dance, cheerleading and gymnastics. I was constantly busy and mindful of my body and what I put in it. After several surgeries which took me out of athletics for a while I began gaining tons of weight. Coming from a severely obese family, my weight gain wasn’t an issue. Now my husband and I want to get pregnant and the doctors say my infertility is due to the weight on my small frame. In order for me to lose the weight, I need to make the lifestyle change that your program calls for. I want to not only be an example to myselfn but an example to my obese family and My husband. I know lifestyle changes work. I’ve seen it. And I’m ready for mine!

I’m 50 years old and have tried just about everything out there, a few have worked for a short period of time. I have looked at all areas of my life and have made major changes to get to a clean way of living. I am to a point in my life that I can finnally start focusing on me instead of everyone else. I’m so excited about your program you have taken the time to work out all the obstacles for us and now all we have to do is follow your program. I like that you have kept it simple with just the 4 R’s Reps, Resistance, Rest and Rounds. You have not tried to cover up the fact that it will take time to do this that everyone can it just might take a little longer for some of us.
I have a daughter that is 26 and overweight and look forward to working together with her to be more healthy and fit.

Guys,
I am 45 yrs old and am trying to get back in shape. I have already started the 600 calorie sample challenge and I love it. Although it is a little though. I would love to start the complete program.

Jon

Hey guys,

I have been reading loads of books and newsletters about fitness and became really excited when I came across your programme. It sounds great all that you came to develop and I would love to try it.
I am a mum of two and have been trying my best to keep in good shape… tough I do not need to loose a lot of weight maybe 3-4 kg I do need to increase my muscle mass as everything is starting to drop.
I am committed to exercises but tend to fall on the same old habits of giving priority to cardio instead of weight training…the reality is that I find wight training quite boring and love the feeling of an after cardio session.
I do believe the system you put together is exactly what i need to get the body I would like to have and also being able to enjoy the so desirable cheat days guilt free.

Best of luck on the 19th!!!

Sam

all my life i have been healthy with no worries, a little over weight sure but healthy. a few years ago i developed a sleep disorder i was told was from weight gain, they also told me it caused damage to my heart (atrial fibrilation). the meds i have to take have slowed my pulse and lowered my bp they have also slowed my metabolism and i have packed on an extra 100 pounds, now at @330 pounds. nothing has worked to shed the fat. other programs don’t burn enough or the equipment won’t support me. your method of burning 1k calories is what i need.

I have tried several programs, from all protien diets to weight watchers and believe that this could be the best approach. Do I know I can get in shape yes!! I know that because I was in the military and was in the best shape ever, now 20 years later, not such good shape..although round is a shape. I am someone that needs the blueprint to make something work and I believe this plan could be the key!

I would try to try out your program…I am a certified PT , Fitness Instructor and run my own sports performance training and bootcamp business. I tried out your sample workout yesterday morning and man im feeling it this AM. And I want more! I think it will be great for those who are looking to lose a lot of weight as well as those who are in good shape and wnat to tone up at a rapid rate.

I am a mom of 6 children. I used to have nice form to my body and would have considered myself attractive. Now, I’m just a big blob. It’s embarrassing to be seen in my normal clothes–forget about a swimsuit! In addition to losing about 30 lbs., I really would like to have good form and better muscle tone. I also want to inspire my husband to get back into shape. He used to be very muscular, but now has a round belly and love handles. He has looked at other exercise programs, but he doesn’t have time to be spending exercising hours every day in order to get in shape. I’d love to do this program together, and get our bodies where they need to be.

Hey Joel & Arnel,

I’ve recently become a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist where my main focus (and experience) lies with boot camp style programs which I love and now want to introduce to others to help them achieve the same results that I have. In my opinion, boot camp exercises, where using your own body weight for resistence along with core strength training is the most effective way to exercise, which I feel is what you too also offer in your program.
I think that the information in your 1,000 Calorie Challenge System will not only help me to personally succeed further in the fitness industry, but will also help me to teach/train any clients I will have in the future as I am always keen to learning as much as I can.
I really hope to obtain a free copy of this awesome program as I really appreciate your honesty and straight forward approach to encouraging people out there to get in shape.

Thanks!
Kyla

I have been following you guys for years now. I own CYWT and am currently a member of BeyondSixPackAbs. I have followed these (and other good programs including some of Vince Delmonte’s and Craig Ballantyne’s free youtube/blog workouts). But no program or diet is worth anything when fighting an unseen battle. Let me explain. I have recently been diagnosed with (obstructive) severe sleep apnea. I found out this is why I am so tired and weak all the time. I thought it was because I did not eat right or work out hard enough. I have been chasing my tail for years on this wondering why am I so messed up even though I put everything into my health/fitness? Fast forwarding; I now have a CPAP machine and I am getting better. This is the PERFECT time for me to get a progressive fat burning program. I have already done the free 600 workout (twice) and it kicked my butt, but I LOVED it. And I am ready for more. This is by far your best product! This is why I NEED this. Thanks for listening. PS Vinny D hit the nail on the head when he said it is very unlike that someone who does one of these 1000 calorie workouts is going to sabotage it with a poor diet. This program you have developed has a great physiological aspect to it. I am so psyched up. I can’t wait to do a 1000 workout!

Looking forward to your program to help me reach my goals.

Hi guys,

Having had some success with both of your previous separate programs – shedding some body fat, putting back some muscle after a lay-off with wrist and lower arm injuries – this new one looks to be what I need to get rid of the residual fat to get me closer to the 10% level rather than the 15-17% I currently hover between.

Although retired [most of the time!] as a former trainer and fitness therapist I would like to get back to where I was some time ago so that those I mentor have a better physical example to follow …. and so that I can keep up better with young grandsons!! The 1000 Calorie Challenge looks to be just what I’ve been looking for, and a program I can give publicity to by word as well as deed.

All the best with the program sales on and after the 19th.

John

I am 62, would like to loose about 40 pounds to be able tp play with the grands a little more. Not as drastic as most of the comments I have read above, but it would be nice to find something that would work. My Hubby has always been better able to keep up with a daily routine than I have.

Joel and Team,

Thank you for the massive value that you add each time you launch a new product. It is impressive the amount of time and effort you put into providing cutting edge material. It is most appreciated.

The part that intrigues me the most is that you have set up a system that will allow people at more beginner levels to increase their stamina and ablity to work their way toward a 1000 calorie workout. It reminds me of the old adage “How do you eat an elephant? One Bite at a Time)

I coach people from the ages 16 to 68 and the information in this program would certainly enhance my arsenal of pertinent training advice.

By providing me with the access to this information you will increase your circle of influence here in the Central Ma area. Our Health and Wellness team is making great strides to providing our clients with the best information for the best results. Your information rises to the top of that list.

Be Well!
Mike Howard

Well, I have been having major fluctuations in my weight over the last 2 years. I went from 215lbs, down to 185lbs back up to 200lbs, back down to 180lbs, and now finally WAY up to 230lbs :S. I need a system I can follow to a T, to help me get to my peak fitness level, and this time stay there! I have had such success with this type of resistance training, from Arnel`s site BeyondSixPackAbs.com, but it`s always good to try something new and Improved right? I would love to have a free copy of this system, to be one of the people on the site from flabby to fit in the before and after pics, and to finally reveal the abs I’ve been trying to get for too long!
Thanks, Scott

I help teach Autistic and emotionally troubled young teens reading, writing, math, and coping skills.

I watched your sample 1000 calorie workout and some of the exercises would damage my artificial hips. I work out with hand weights I made from drink bottles and duct tape. I walk 2 miles several times a week. I eat carefully with scheduled cheat days. The weight is coming off so slowly, I feel discouraged sometimes. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would create an exercise program for partially disabled people on a limited income.

I am currently an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States. I am currently deployed an average of 200+ days a year, which means that I don’t have access to alot of fancy equipment while deployed downrange. This program will provide an excellent alternative to the traditional workouts I’ve been doing for the past several years. Also, I feel like this program will give me an added advantage in the physical aspect of my required training regimen. I am always looking for new ways to improve my physical well being to help better prepare me for the rigors of life in the military.
