Hey Guys,
I’m 29 yrs and a mom of 2 boys (4 and 2). I’ve had 2 c-sections and 3 months after the last c-section I had to get my gall bladder removed. I’m currently overweight and I need something that I can do at home to help me lose these extra pounds. My clothes don’t fit anymore and it’s starting to get me down since I used to be very much in shape before kids. I have no relatives in this country so it’s hard for me to go to a gym since I’d have to bring the kids. My oldest is in school now so I have sometime where I could do your exercises. I want this not only for myself but for my kids, they are very energetic and active and I want to be able to do activities with them and keep up.
Thanks in advance.
Caseita
Hello;
First off let me just say WOW, this program looks amazing! During the last 5 years I got married, had two beautiful boys, house burned down, moved across the country twice. I am do for a little me time and while this program looks intense it also seems to be drawn out where if you follow the plan the changes will come.
I have always been active played college basketball and still workout faithfully but not able to get the results I want. After two babies my stomache area is just awful to me and nothing seems to be working for that spot. Everything else has snapped back and I would love to see if this could help me complete the transformation.
Thanks for all you are doing!
As a college baseball coach I am always looking for workouts to get the most out of my players. This appears to be a great workout and test, just what my players will need.
Hi guys.
My brother has always been a naturally big guy, but in the past year he has put on an extra 25 kilograms/ 60 odd pounds. His fiance left him and he’s been a bit of a lost soul since then. He got a personal trainer a couple of months back, but ended up getting injured because the guy did not know what he was doing (plyometrics when you are overweight…..not a good idea!!) I’ve managed to convice him to start coming to the gym with me rather and we’ve started slow, but I want to take it to another level for him. We’ve started doing the R-Quattro system and he is loving it. I know that if he can lose the weight, he’ll be motivated to get back out there and start enjoying life again. Maybe meet someone new?!?
I’d be honoured if you would consider us for the system.
Appreciate it
Garth
This would be the perfect time for me to have access to the information of the 1000 calorie challenge system. I have battled with weight all of my life, and up until recently I was able to drop some and then I would just add it back. I am 45 years old and have had the worse year of my life, and it has finally taken me to where I have never wanted to be. This past week I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. A disease that I have watched my mother battle for years. Now last year I was diagnosed as a pre-diabetic, so I got back on the band wagon and started to drop the weight, when my world feel apart. Now this might sound crazy but within 8 months, my marriage of 10 years began to come apart, and as well as find out that BOTH my sisters had breast cancer! So due to the stress I gained weight and now I have diabetes! Luckily my marriage is back on track and both my sisters are at the tail end of their cancer treatment. But now after taking care of everything and everyone else I need to once again focus on myself in order to get my health back. And what is different this time than times before. Well its my sisters and my mother. I spent a day with my mother visiting all of the doctors she goes to in order to deal with all the health issues from diabetes, and watching my sisters get through everything they did has shown me that life can be short, and ones health is something not to be taken for granted. Please let me us the 1000 challenge to reach my fitness, health, and life goals.
I’ve been working out for over 30 years, so I’ve tried just about everything else. I haven’t seen the results that I want. I’ve tried the 450 kcal workout and the 600 kcal workout. I’ve seen more results from those two workouts than I’ve seen from all of my other workouts. I’m really excited to get my hands on the 1000 kcal workout. Since the two free workouts performed so well, I can only imagine how the 1000 kcal workout will help me. When I get it, I’ll finally have the shredded body I’ve always dreamed of. Thanks.
6 weeks ago I had a realization that after two kids and gaining 60 pounds with each pregnancy I was headed into my 35th Birthday a disaster. I have been working out religiously 7 days a week for 90 mins and eating very carefully and the results have been minimal. I am starting to get frustrated…I want to begin the rest of my life looking great and feeling great! Thanks
Joel and Arnel,
After a few months of losing weight through low-calorie dieting without exercise, I’m now unable to lose more weight with dieting alone even though I’m still a good thirty pounds overweight. I need your program because the intensely calorie-burning exercise component of it is what I need to break through this plateau and progress to my ideal weight. Thank you. Len
Hey guys,
I have been reading loads of books and newsletters about fitness and became really excited when I came across your programme. It sounds great all that you came to develop and I would love to try it.
I am a mum of two and have been trying my best to keep in good shape… tough I do not need to loose a lot of weight maybe 3-4 kg I do need to increase my muscle mass as everything is starting to drop.
I am committed to exercises but tend to fall on the same old habits of giving priority to cardio instead of weight training…the reality is that I find wight training quite boring and love the feeling of an after cardio session.
I do believe the system you put together is exactly what i need to get the body I would like to have and also being able to enjoy the so desirable cheat days guilt free.
Best of luck with the louch on the 19th!!
Sam
@ Joel Marion:
Why do I NEED this program? Well, to be honest, I don’t. I’ve been following Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet and Craig Ballantyne’s Tubulence Training for the last three months to jaw-dropping results. In the first month, I burned about 4 pounds of fat every week. In the second month, I was already in decent shape, and now, after the third month, I don’t have THAT much to burn. I have you guys to thank (Joel, Vince and Arnel), because it was through your emails-plugs for each other that I’ve discovered these programs.
This new program will certainly be very good, but I honestly don’t believe it will shock me to my core in terms of new information and results. It’s a “pumped up” workout using (probably) similar concepts to what these last few programs from you guys (Romaniello’s, Kareem’s, Ballantyne’s, Bodyweight Coaches’, etc) used, but in a more extreme fashion. And seriously, how can I believe this program will REALLY work, seeing that one of its creators is looking somewhat out-of-shape? I’d love to be proved wrong.
Sorry I couldn’t be more specific about how you guys really rock and how this will probably be the best program in the history of internet fitness programs. Since you guys don’t want money to be an issue, to placate my curiosity, I might shell out for this one as well. I did it for all the others, how bad can it be, right?
Hey Guys,
I’m 32 years old and just starting to lose touch with the body that I used to have and was fairly proud of. My youthful metabolism is starting to fade and the lbs. are starting to appear around my midsection. I’ve put on about 45 lbs. since high school (145-190) but it doesn’t really show too bad, I’m just thicker. When I look at the “before” pictures of Joel & Arnel I see myself and I know that I could get myself looking like the “after” pictures with the right program. I’ve never had those abs or biceps but 32 is definitely still young enough to go after it.
Thanks guys,
Chad
I’m a 41 year old that has been on a two year quest, through exercise and dietary changes, to lose 80 pounds of weight on my 5’7” frame (used to weigh 260 lbs). For the last six months, I am at a plateau with my weight loss stagnating at 220 lbs, despite lifting more and eating healthier. I’m looking for something like the 1,000 calorie challenge to rock my system, jump starting my body to overcome the plateau to burn fat, improve my conditioning and take me to my goal of weighing at 180 lbs. I’m a father of 2 young kids and a husband to a lovely wife, so I want to pass on to my family the importance of staying fit and healthy.
I am a married mother of 4 in my early 30s. I am active but don’t exercise like I want to. I am looking for something that will give me results and that will be lasting results. I have been able to lose weight if I really try but gain it back. I maintain my weight but the problem with that is that over some time a pound added here and there eventually starts to show. I am getting older and know that I need to start something now. Im not happy with where I am at this point and know that losing the extra weight that I have accumulated over the last few years would really help me boost my confidence and make me an all around happier person. I really need to find something that will give me positive results so that I am inclined to continue with it! I have read the 1000 calorie workout material you sent out and was fascinated with the idea. I really think that once I got going I would love doing it for myself. I am at a point now where I have made the decision that I really want this for myself. I had always said I will start on Monday but Monday comes and goes every week and nothing changes. I have taken a MAJOR step in improving myself already by quitting smoking which I have done off and on since I was 14 (quitting only with each of my pregnancies). By taking this first step I have shown myself that I am capable of positive life changes and I am ready to improve myself even further. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and my husband who is a football coach and also very active. If I don’t change this soon I’m afaid the weight will keep piling on and I will just be more miserable…. time to nip the problem in the bud!!!! Please consider me for the free system. I won’t let you down. I’m ready to do this for myself and my kids. (I would buy it myself if I had the funds but my husband is a full time student so we are on a limited budget) Thanks for the consideration!
Your body is your first impression you will ever leave on anybody. When you meet someone, whether its your future employer, future life partner, old friends, or new acquaintances; your body tells a lot about you. Physical fitness is an essential key to a full, and successful life. It shows that you are dedicated, persistent, and caring of yourself and others around you. When you are working constantly towards reaching an amazingly fit, and strong body, other bad habits like lack of diet, over drinking, smoking, and lack of sleep disappear quickly.I want to get to the ultimate physical form and i think you can help me a lot.
Thanks
Hi,
first of all I want to say sorry for any mistakes in my letter because I am not a native english speaker.
Over the past couple of years I´ve tried so many different ways to get lean and ripped. Everything from low calorie diets, pills, long cardio… almost anything that promises fat loss.
Some of these methods seem to work, but only for a few days to weeks.
Every summer while my friends are on the beach or having pool parties, I spend my time sitting in my room because I feel so ashamed.
I´m sick and tired of this kind of feeling.
A lot of people are laughing at me because of my body.
And the girls don´t even recognize me!
But then I´ve found your website. In your free articles and videos I´ve learned so much. I belief that your 1000 calorie challenge is the right thing for me. I want to feel better, look better and I want to have a healthier lifestyle!!
I want to show the other peple that I am able to change my life, my body and maybe get great six pack abs like you guys.
Some of my friends have the same problems like me, and I think if they see my results they will also join the 1000 calorie challenge.
thanks, Daniel
Hi Joel & Arnel, I am excited about this. I am a 56 years old. I was a bystander at 9/11 breathing the pollutants in the dust cloud made me chronically ill. I developed respiratory problems, couldn’t work and gained 85 lbs. I want to take back control of my life and body. My doctors have given me the okay to exercise but little guidance. Therefore, I believe your program provides the proper framework to do this. And I feel I am up to the challenge and willing to make the proper effort! Thanks guys for all you are doing for all of us.
In all honesty, I work at a non-profit and don’t have the money for a gym or buy some necessary equipment to work out. I stumbled across your videos and began watching with interest taking in the things the guy in the background was doing and said I could do that. Would be awesome to do the program having the whole thing. Thanks for sharing what you have already, its been a motivator.
Bill
Joel-
I was going to ask for myself, but after reading the comments, I think you should make sure the Coast Guard &/or the USAF nurse gets one instead. Anyone keeping our ports safe or on active duty should have great physical shape, & I’m sure your program will take care of that!
A little bit of history – I am currently 43. My whole life I have usually been fairly active, hiking, kickboxing (used to compete), bellydancing, etc. For about 13 years I was taking care of my mom and step-dad (both died of Aids about 4-5 years ago) and my boyfriend’s mom (died of Alzheimers about 2 years ago). Between taking care of them, 2 full time jobs, night school (which I had to quit for a while) raising my girls I literally lost myself and gained 120 lbs.
Since that point I have lost 70 lbs and kept it off. I feel so much better. I still have another 40-50 lbs to lose. I am more than 100% committed to my fitness goals. I love your program. It’s straight, to the point and no BS. It has progression built into it so even if you are starting from the beginner stand point you are progressing and getting stronger. It will also help me with my speed and stamina which I need for my dancing and kickboxing.
I really need to finish the year strong. I want to not only be an inspiration to my family and daughters but to others out there that think over 40 is the end. For me it is only the beginning. Your program will not only help me accomplish this but it will also help and work with my bellydancing, bhangra dancing (bollywood) and my kickboxing. I have performances coming up in February and I want to be in tip top shape before then and give the performance of a life time, especially as it is going to be in front of 1000 people.
I hope I am considered and I can guarantee that I will be one great walking and talking success story and testimonial for you – lol !!!
I’m interested in taking my fitness to the next level. In the past year, I’ve gone from 315 lbs to 205 lbs. The transformation has helped me in so many areas of my life and I have inspired others to make changes as well. Now, i’d like to see how far I can push myself and my body. My goal would be to get to 185 lbs with single digits bodyfat. I would be thrilled to pay it forward by saying that YOUR program is the way that I broke through plateau and achieved new heights in fitness and health. I hope you will give me that opportunity.
Cheers from Canada,
Gilles
I’m a 47 year old father of two that physically has been headed in the wrong direction for longer than I care to mention.
About 1.5 months ago I had my annual physical and frankly, the doctor was not encouraging when he said that I really need to lose weight and lower my bloodpressure. To make a long story short, he sounded grim enough to get me thinking that if I don’t make a change, I may not be around for my kids.
So I started looking for answers and came across Michael Geary’s Truth About Ab’s site, and the eventually lead me to you guys. Trying to piece together your program from the info you have shared with us so far, I have really started to work out and maximize my results. Now, I’m ready to find out how to really kick it up with access to your full program.
You guys have already help me set a new course, winning the entire program will set me firmly on a new path to better fitness and better health.
Thanks,
Carlos
Hey guys,
I’m a college student and have tried and tried again to move those pounds that I believe will one day kill me. I am currently 215 lb at 20 years old. I really need to lose some weight. I try to work out every day, but no matter how well I eat or how much time I have to work out, I can’t get rid of those few pounds. I want to see your 1000 calorie challenge work! I need to achieve this 1000 calorie challenge and see a better and improved person. I want to believe in myself and to attain an healthy weight then i can believe that everything else is possible if I work hard at it.
I started my own business this year and it has been an amazing challenge, probably the hardest thing I’ve taken on professionally. In conjunction with that, I decided I really wanted to take my fitness to a new level, and really challenge myself like I have not in the past. I stopped drinking completely, have not had any alcohol for almost six months, completed Dr K’s DFL2.0, I’m down 20 lbs and bodyfat has dropped from 21% to 15%. Now in “good shape” I know I need something even tougher for my next round of periodization, something that could totally challenge me again, in new, exciting ways. I’m confident the 800 and 1k workouts will do the trick. Money has been tight so the free copy would be appreciated and go to immediate use. Thanks guys!
I am 50 years old and want to loose this fat permanently. I exercise 1 hour everyday but it doesn’t seem to help so I would love something that is more efficient and effective. Also, my hubby, age 56 has put on weight since he retired and if he found something short and effective maybe I could get him to exercise too. I lost 70 pounds last year but managed to find 35 of it this year. I’m either loosing weight or gaining weight – never static. I’m tired of yoyoing and starving. Please help.
