3 Years ago, at age 35, I had to have 3 stents put into my heart to open a 95% blockage of my Left Anterior Descending Artery, an 80% of my Right Coronary Artery and a 75% blockage of my Left Circumflex artery. I was in OK shape then but not optimal. However, my then unknown genetic predisposition to making a “bad” LDL cholesterol caused the problem. I’m all opened up now and exercise regularly. But… every cardiologist has told me that the thinner and leaner I can stay, the less likely I am to have more problems later.
This program would be a perfect way to beat the “enemy within.”
I have the will to work harder than I do now, I just need a blueprint that can get results.

Following your instructions, it is clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into putting together a useful, straighforward program which will give results. Since the passing of my husband and the birth of my daughter, I have had some challenges in my life. I watched my husband’s health deteriorate and it is not something I want for either my daughter or myself.
I want to take control of my physical life- I want to challenge myself. I am currently in a boot camp program that pushes me. From what I have heard about the program this week, I believe it will enhance what I am doing.

My husband and I have recently started committing ourselves to increased fitness. We are exercising together and eating in a much more healthy manner and enjoying it. We both love the idea of seeing faster progress using your 1000 Calorie Challenge. We also appreciate the ability to work out without using up our time together in traveling to and from the gym – that we can do these workouts just about anywhere and with minimal equipment. We both want to look better, feel better and get all the benefits of being totally fit and energized. I got down to 85kg’s a few years ago after a stroke .This was largely achieved by starving myself on shakes & lots of cardio I’m now 53
Unfortunately I’m now back to about 105kg’s Normal eating & alll the cardio doesn’t seem to be doing it for me , I’m afraid if I don’t do something to reverse the trend I’ll suffer another stroke or worse . .
Even when I lost the weight before I didn’t achieve the shape I wanted . I’m sure your programme will help me achieve both my goals & a whole lot more

I lost my job 2 years ago & being a 62 year old proffesionla with degree in Transportation am working various jobs to survire. Joel, I need a system that can get me results in a quick amount of time. I’m 18 years old, 5’8″ and weigh 200 lbs. I’ve struggled with being overweight most of my life and now I’m finally starting to get a handle on it. I’m currently in college and the gym there is always packed with people. I am 37 have only yesterday buried my late father who suffered from a massive heart attack. Knowing that I too am grossly overweight, I am in need of a change in my life to ensure that my two young boys enjoy their father in their lives for a very long time to come.

Well Joel I have to say there are many inspiring stories here, I expect you will have a hard time choosing who to give the program to. I am 50+ post menopausal single Mom of a 10 years old. I have been tied to a desk for 17 years, I am now in school to get an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting. I’m looking for a challenge that will keep me motivated to drive forward. Since moving from a hands-on role to a managerial role, my lifestyle has changed and become more sedentary and my waistline has expanded in line with the increase in stress and responsiblity.
Following the updates I can see that this program will REALLY challenge me and will drive me towards my goal of getting to 10% Body Fat while maintaining the muscle (and gaining more!!!) that I have.

I a 27 yr old male and I’ve never been in good shape. I’ve been skinny, 90lb my freshman yr in high school and i’ve been fat, 210lbs 4 years after i graduated. I’m currently 185lbs and I want nothing more than to be in the best shape of my life. Can not think of sad story to give you why I should get for free, but hey i will try anything once twice if it’s free.

I am 49 post menopausal and I am heavier then I have ever been. I have tried so many diets, I just get more and more depressed. I want to try your exercise program because I think this is the most realistic program I have ever heard about. Plus I want to get my health back I have no energy most of the time and I want to be around to play with my grandchildren. I need your help please.

I began a weight loss journey just over a year ago, dropped 25kg so far and have recently hit a plateau and havent been able to shake it for a couple of months now. I’ve had 3 kids, lost the weight after the first one, but kept it for the last two. I’ve made a huge change in my life and recently moved to China for my job. The stress and anxiety has caused me to gain 20lbs in a very short amount of time (and begin new to a desk job doesn’t help). I’m caught in a vicious cycle of anxiety over making friends/starting a life in China (which causes me to eat/gain weight) and the weight gain has made me seriously uncomfortable with myself and keeps me from being social/putting myself out there. It may sound odd but in a country of 1.3 Billion people I am all alone and your system seems like it’s the companion I need to push myself over this plateau and end my downward cycle. Hi! I am 58 years old. I think this is my best source of information to lose fat since I don’t have that much time to go to the gym. When I was religiously doing my workouts I was not very successful in losing my belly fat. As of now, I have been eating mostly fish and vegetables but I still feel that I am gaining a lot of belly fat. I had a trainer who had introduced a lot of exercise routines but i didn’t help that much either. Right now, I do some exercise at home before I go to bed. I drink more than 1 gallon of water a day and I have abstained from drinking soda and juice since I wanted to get rid of excess fats. bell to be honest never in my life care about my body or healthy, but last year i quit smoke and drink. i start to do sports and my life change a 100 % i feel so great and my body look better than ever, but still need to burn like 3 kilos so i can see my abs. i have been trying different things and nothing work, that last 3 kilos its the most difficult. so i hear about you and i want to try.

Like so many others, I’ve been struggling with weight and fitness issues all my life. But recently I made the decision to stop putting off until tomorrow my fitness goals for today. So in the last 6-7 months, I’ve dropped 45lbs from 220 to 175 and can honestly say I’m living a much healthier and active lifestyle now. The only thing is that for the last few weeks I’ve been looking for something to take me to the next level in terms of the workout itself and what is demanded of me. I’m curious and intrigued to see how this program would work for me. I’ve been spending hours for years either at the gym or at home following a work out program but still unfortunately I don’t see the abs I’d like to see and I don’t see the fit body I’d like to have.
