You guys rock! Your program is awesome.

I never had a wt. problem until about 3 yrs. ago. I had several health problems(acid reflux, severe migraines and hip and knee pain. I have got the acid reflux under control, had hip and knee surgery this year and now at 57, need to lose wt. I walk and run four to five days a week and do floor exercises. My husband is disabled and I have all the responsibility of the home. I have to stay in shape. I need a guide to get back to a healthy wt. I can’t afford to pay for gym fees,etc. so this would be a blessing. I have really learned a lot so far on the videos and would love to be able to own a copy of 1000 Calorie Challenge! I’m a 53-year-old woman. I’ve been working out most of my life, but my body never seems to change all that much and my weight still seems to yoyo. I’m doing something wrong. I want an exercise program that keeps me challenged and yet is something I can accomplish. I want to keep my health, fitness and appearance ( I live at a nudist resort!) peak for as long as I possibly can. I am a 46 year old American woman living in Mexico. As you know by all the things we read in the news there is a lot of unsettling things going on in parts of Mexico right now (high stress). I have had the opportunity (over the past 18 months) to meet a large group of women from around the world who are here supporting their families as well. Mothers are the best caretakers in the world but they forget to care for themselves. I recently completed my personal training certification in the USA and have put together a group of ladies here in Mexico who are trying to get healthy and find ways to release the daily stress. We meet several times a week and do something different each time. I have been teaching a circuit style of training to them and they love it. I have to say 4 Keys to 4xs FASTER Fat Loss got me salivating…
And the week long hints kept reminding me that something major was on its way.

I just applied to work to defend our Nation as a Border Patrol Officer. As part of my training, I will be required to run 5ks weekly. I have to run a mile and a half in under 14 minutes before I even get hired. Doesn’t sound like much but I had a severe injury to my thigh last year that resulted in 4 months of therapy. 2 months ago, I was cleared to start working out again, but I’m still about 50 lbs overweight. I have 4 months to get into the best shape of my life and at 40 trying to balance work and being a single parent, I need a program to show me how to be the best I can in the shortest time possible. I am 25 years old, and with a BMI of 28.6, I am considered overweight. I have always been very conscious about my weight and my body. My family has a long history of obesity, and diabetes. I used to be in very good shape, with a BMI of 21.8, but then I started working full time and going to school full time. This leaves me with very little time to work out. I am trying very hard to lose weight, by eating different healthy organic foods, and I am working out at the gym. After weeks on this process, I have only dropped a couple of pounds. Then I followed some of your tips, and my body immediately started showing a difference. By using your program, I will also help my family maintain a healthy way of life, and hopefully delay or stop our family history of diabetes.

I am 57 years old and have had a weight problem all my life. At this stage in my life I fall into the obese catagory and am starting to have some medical problems because of the weight. I have tried all kinds of weight programs with no success. The only one that came close to getting to my goal was Body for Life which I did about 20 years ago. I eat very healthy and also exercise but I just stay the same weight which is very frustrating. I have a underactive thyroid and my doctor told me that I have to do twice the workout than a normal person to see any results. Your program excites me and makes alot of sense. My husband is going to workout with me and be my coach because I need someone to push me. With your program I am absolutely certain that I will have success. Thank you for developing this program.

Being a single mom hard enough and struggling overweight since the age of 30 after slowing down with my metabolic rate is terrifying me. A red hundreds of related books and diet advices but so far I got nowhere. I’m the age of 43 and I like to have a good balanced life and not to have low self-esteem, because of my looking. I am a 39 year old homeschooling mom, I need something that I can do to lose the last 10 to 15 Lbs. that I am struggling to get off. Now that I am homeschooling, I just don’t have as much time as I used too. I need this program so I can have that time to work out effective and not floundering around like I have been. I need some structured direction. I think those will give me the infusion of motivation and success I desperately need right now.

Guys I’m at a critical point in my training programme, I am currently an amature lifter training to qualify for the British Powerlifting team. I need to get my weight down the right way, not the starve and crash method as this has and will effect my ulitmate lifting. Acheiving this goal is massive for me and any assistance would be well received. currently I ned to be at the 100kg point and I have plateaued at 105kg….. no matter what I do my BF % just wont shift.

I am now in my 50’s and running a business that is close to collapsing. I have a regular work day of 14 hours and to get to the gym adds an extra 2 hours on to my day. I am exhausted. Since doing the exercises in the previous 6 emails I have noticed that my day is not so tiring and my body doesn’t ache like it use to. I have an area in my home that I am now beginning to use as my workout place and I feel if I were to receive a free copy of your workout this next decade will bring me health and self confidence.

G’day Fella’s,

At 52 years of age I’m about to head into a four month full time live in course to become one of ‘Australia’s finest’ if you get what I mean. Apart from alot of classroom work I will also be required to be able to keep up with a whole bunch of much younger blokes with running, boxercise, weights, cycling, the dreaded beep test (shuttle run) and any other fitness routine the college gym instructors care to throw at us.

This is something I’d like to be able to do and do well, the 1000 calorie challenge system will not only get me fit enough to be able to keep up with these blokes that are 15 – 25 years younger than me but will also get me looking fitter and in better shape than most of them….and being able to make them stop, stare and wonder at this old ‘grandpa’ of the group will be pure magic.

Hope I can be considered and who know’s maybe the college gym instructors will come looking to you guys for some tips.

i am 20 years and have tried all the possible ways out there for fat loss but all in vain.. i’ve been gyming for 3 years now and its like a roller coaster ride and now i am totally frustrated, reached a stagnant position so your revolutionary program, i think will really help me to get life back on track( i’m really missing out on lotsa amazing things in life) just encourage me to keep working harder and lose faith. hope you’ll help.. in desperate need.

My whole life has been a weight struggle…although active through cardio I have never been able to be truly fit or have muscle. When I was thin I was “skinny fat” and now I am just fat! When pregnant 3 years ago I was put on bed rest and gained 90lbs. When I got pregnant I was running 5 miles a day 6 days a week and doing 45 minutes of spinning 3 days a week….needless to say when I was put on bed rest I continued to eat as if I was still exercising and the weight piled on.
I have only managed to loose 20lbs in the last three years and have tried all types of diets out of desperation. I am struggling with depression because of my weight and need a program that will deliver results without a 3 hour a day commitment.
I am desperate to be a good example for my son and to feel like I have enough energy to keep up with him and enjoy life.
With 70 lbs to lose I would love to commit to this and do before and after photos and comments. I would be a great case study :)

Well let’s not be too boring but I’d love to try your program to see if I can actually get a black belt. I began Martial Arts 3 years ago and have made it to brown belt and now find myself at a plateau. I am not hugely overweight although an extra level of fitness would be of great benefit to me. I am almost 43 and love working out, once I’m on the go. Have enjoyed your reports to date and find the information insightful. I reckon I could ditch 10kg of fat and do myself a favour. Hey guys, My name is Sandeep Mishra. I am of an Indian heritage and grew up eating Indian food. Unfortunately, these foods made me the heavy man I am today. My goal is that I can lose weight and become healthier by using your program. I need this program because it won’t just make a difference in my life but also in my family. Both my parents have diabetes. They both also have a heart problem. My father had an heart attack twice by the age of 45. My brother is is almost a 300 pound man, mostly fat. He is going to get married in a year or two and want to look good for his wedding, also so my father has a satisfaction that my brother won’t develop any health problems (heart attack mainly). I want to put this program you guys have created and use it to myself and also teach it to my family so they may become healthier. I would buy the program if I could but I just don’t have money as I spent much of it on my education. I believe that if I can beat this obstacle in my life with your program, I would be able to also teach it to many of my friends who are obese. The main reason that I really want this free program is so I can prevent one of my worst fears, which is losing a family member to a health problem. I am 31 years old and started putting weight on when I was transferred out of province to work. I went from 135 pounds at 5’2″ to 200 pounds and didn’t even recognize who i was anymore. I started to watch what i eat and lost 30 pounds brining me to 170 pounds, I actually started to recognize myself again. But then just over a year ago I quit smoking, after being an 18 year smoker and again my body started getting bigger and bigger and here I am today, smoke free but sitting at 210 pounds and the fact that I have been unemployed doesn’t help the mental state either. No matter what I try now I just can’t seem to lose the weight and when I can’t see the scale go down, I can’t seem to find work and I weigh in at that kind of weight I just can’t seem to get out of this mental sadness. I need something that is going to work to get me in shape again and get this poundage off and it would be greatly appreciated if you would consider me as one of the winners.

I am 38 years old and I am in desperate need for some assistance in losing weight, I have 2 children and after each child a gained 10lbs, but everyone said it looked good on me. But in the past few years lbs just kept adding on my children are 9 & 11 now. And can’t seem to lose them, the lbs that is; i started an exercise plan and exercise, but can’t seem to stay focused on it. I dedicate all my time to my family and i am always last. What can i do to stay focused. I would love to lose 75lbs is that to much, i am 5.4″ totally portioned…I am told that is too much i would love to weigh 135lbs……Help me please!!!!!!!!

I just celebrated my 39th birthday last week. I have a three year old and a five year old. I work full time. I am way too young to spend the rest of my life asking my husband to turn off the light before I come to bed. I want to set a good example for my children and inspire them to lead a healthy life. I want my husband to look at me like he did before I had children. I want to feel good about myself both on the inside and outside. I have enjoyed your “sample” program. It is effective while being time-efficient – a must for a working mother of 2. Your program is just what I need.
