I am 48 years and have put on weight after having 4 children. I have been trying really hard over the past 3 years after having a hysterectomy to loss the useless weight and to control my high blood pressure. I have made some success but my weight loss seems to have reached its plateau. I have read and listen to all your audio reports and interviews and I am really interested in taking your 1000 calorie challenge. I am ready to do this to loss the required pounds. I have read many programs online and yours seem to be the one that seems that it will work.

Hi Joel & Arnel, my fiance and I live in Australia and are getting married in exactly 7 weeks! Joel, we have both completed your EFLD and are now on your CYWT program. I have almost achieved my goals losing to date 17p however Shannon, having also lost 17p to date desperately needs to lose another 30p for
our BIG day. Utilizing your latest ‘1000 Calorie Challenge System’ breakthrough, she is ready to take on the challenge of scaling up to the target of 1000 calories burned per workout with the likes of your 10 exercise giant set incoorporation within 3 to 4 weeks. As her fitness level adapts to your program over the first month, we would hope she could burn close to, if not 1000 calories per workout for our last few weeks pre marriage. Shannon is going well, but is in panic mode and realises that this could be her only shot at aquiring the body that she has always dreamed of for her one and only wedding day! She is quite humble and I know would be over the moon at winning a possible very generous gift from two top-notch world class fitness and diet instructors. Thanks for your time Joel and Arnel, take care.

Regards,
Andrew Halford

This programme will help be to look the world in the eyes and stop feeling embarrassed about my body

As I am about to turn the big 5-0, I realize my body is nowhere it needs to be. I have always been very active, but after having an asthmatic child, I could no longer go out for walks. Since then, the muscle loss has all turned into fat. I have climbed from a size 5 to a size walrus, and am not happy. With having 2 very active little kids, I need to get back into shape and eating healthy again.

Hey Joel and Arnel,
I am a young 22 year old woman and I currently weigh 215 pounds, and I am 5’2″. I believe that with the 1,000 cal challenge plan I could really get the results I have been struggling to get since I started my weight loss 3 years ago. I currently go to the gym and work out 3x a week with maybe a loss of 3 pounds a month! NOT what I want, and it sure isn’t enough encouragement to keep on it. I tried out your sample workout a few days ago and for the first time I felt like I accomplished something, and I really want to continue to see what I can lose with this program. I used to play rugby in highschool and I was in the best condition of my life (I used to weight 150 then), for me it was the encouragement and the rush that kept me moving. With your program I feel like you both give me the encouragement I need to stick with it and all your information gets me excited to see the results and excited to get to the gym! I want to show you what I can do with your program! I’m ready to get results! I need this for my health and well being. Please help me out and pick me.
Thanks a million,
Kirsten S

I will be up front. I am 28 and suffered a heart attack last year. I am also on the verge of being diabetic. I need this program to drop this unnecessary weight I have accumulated. If I am ever going to make it out of my twenties, I am going to need this program to help me get in the best shape I can.

Hey guys,
last year I challenged myself to loose up to 60 pounds. It cost me a lot of time because the german techniques aren’t as good as yours, and you just read something about bulking up and not about the desired ‘Hollywood’ shape. Now I’m on the finish, but the last time I always sticked to the same weight and didn’t make any progress. I read very much about working out but I never found a strategy ,as yours, which is so encouraging. In Germany such programs are very desired and we like your fascinating, and the pefect strategy. It would be great if you help me.

Thanks Jonas

i’d like to see if its true the 1000 kcal workout

Hey guys,
I would like to get a chance to grab this program because what caught my attention was how the progression was included, and since it is possible for everyone to learn how to reach the max workout then I would really like to try it. Also I’v been doing exercise but with slow progression, so if I can get faster results then I’m on it. I want to invest quality time with fast results and I see this program really does it all for me, so take me into account because I’m ready to use it.

Thanks

I am a 47 woman who has tried so many programs and none of them seemed to show me real changes. I am not overweight by much maybe 10 lbs, but i want a program that keeps challenging me! Your program seems like it just makes sense! You’ve included different areas like mental changes etc, that shows me that you are not just a “fly by night” company, but that you really want to help people make big changes in their lives. Good luck with your progress! I can’t wait to give your program a chance!

Hi joel and Arnel ,
After seeing all the reports of your weight loss system , i really want to try this out . I am a teenager and my friends call me fatty , and i feel so much sad when i hear that . I want to shed all this fat with your system . I am really impressed with your sample 600 cal weight loss . I did it for a week , and the results are coming up . So , i want more of this stuff . I want to remove all fat of my body and put in some muscle so that i can give a real shock to m friends when they see my transformation . Another reason why i want this system is that , i am having a lot of diseases mainly because i am fat . So , if i am able to remove my fat , it will be a great way of leading a good life as i can gain more health and strength .

Wow, lots of entries. You are on the right path. I have been rubber band dieting for the past 15yrs. These past 3 I have been following Mike Geary. Since the birth of my second son, I have taken the year off so to say. Your updates and sample workouts are inspiring me to get back to training. I can’t seem to loose the fat. I am skinny fat. 5’11” and 160lbs with 22% body fat. The sample workout felt better than any of my gym membership workouts in the past. I know there are several entries and it will be a tough decision, but please consider me.

Thanks,
Bill

Thanks,
Bill

I’m a 60 year old retired female who has gained a considerable amount of weight in the two years since I retired. I am a recovering cancer patient, who has been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I need to lose this extra 30+ pounds of weight I’m carrying around and I’ve tried your recent installments of the 1000 calorie workout and it seems to be working. I don’t get on the scale anymore because I get depressed, however I can tell that something is happening because I can zip my jeans without lying flat on my back and holding my breath. I have also been trying some of Coach Josh’s information. I want to lose this weight to improve my overall health and have a better chance to fight this cancer. I have shown your R-Quatro to my doctor and he thinks this will work to help control my blood pressure as well as manage my weight issues. I have two daughters, one in college who are also fighting the weight gain battle and I’m sure this will help both program will help the entire family. Thanks for your free offer and keep up the research for those of us who need your help.

Hi Joel.

I have been following your published material for quite a while now and must say it is very much in contrast to popular believe(to my surprise).Ive always been of understanding that fat metabolism occurs with low to moderate intensity exercise. However when I notice the intensity that Marion trains at it seems very much as if carbohydrates/glycogen will be mostly utilized during his workout.
Secondly the qautro system seems good in theory because you use progression but with so much progression in such a short period of time is fat metabolism really going to happen at all.I don’t want to shoot your program down but can I put it to you this way.I am a firm believer in Low to moderate intensity workouts for fat metabolism why,it has scientific evidence.I know that in your interview you encourage “thinking out of the box” so to speak, but if your theory is true and is proven with your system it will totally freak me out.

Currently I have body fat of 18% the lowest it has ever been, ever.I’ve tried various programs (even a famous one that you have done) and so far this is the best bf % I could achieve.
A fellow countryman of mine in South Africa was quite impressed with your program so I read in your success comments,I think he was from Durban. However I would have been more convinced if we could see his before/after pics.

So Joel my question. Can high intensity training really achieve what low to moderate intensity training is suppose to do.I promise that I will even pay for a copy if I should experience your promised results.
Thanks
Cecil from South Africa

About 2 years ago, I started having problem with my weight. I have gained over 40lbs since then. The weight gain has made me self-conscious and I really can use all the help I can get to get back to my best and possibly get better. I used to do karate until 5 years ago when I moved to a new city and a job. This program will be perfect for me cause of its fast result technique which will help me lose some significant weight before I go see my family in 6 weeks time. Your consideration will mean the world to me.

Like many above, am a middle aged father of two. Between work and children, trying to find time to go the the gym can be difficult at best. The whole family eats healthy, but would like to use a program like this to maximize our workouts and burn the most calories possible.

I am 18, almost 19. I am a college student. I am an athlete, or I was.
For the longest time, I struggled with weight. I was the chubby kid, the fat kid, even while playing sports. My frame was bigger, my mass was bigger, but of course, I was stronger than most girls on my team.
Then, a time came when I couldn’t play sports anymore. I felt my abilities go downhill. I began to train myself. This led to dangerous overtraining. Obsessiveness and misinformation led to disastrous consequences. My weight got as low as 85 pounds on a five foot two frame, with all my muscles deteriorated, but I was still obsessed with being fit. I struggle with this paradox all the time. How do I become fit without doing the things I did? Traditional cardio, long hours slugging away, lowering calorie intake, this was all I knew.
After tons of research, I’ve discovered something: I was dead wrong. I need to be healthy, not an overworked, stressed, anorexic freak. I need to work out right, not longer, just smarter. There’s a better way, I know, and I want it badly. I worked hard enough to make myself so deteriorated and emaciated as to be sent to a hospital. I know I can apply this same dedication to make myself healthy, strong, and fit again. Please consider me.

I want this program for so many reasons! From what I’ve watched and read it looks a well thought out, progressive and effective program that can take me from being out of shape to great shape. I’m 48 and I’ve been slowly putting on pounds and I’m close to 150 pounds now! Ugggh. I used to play sports and work out more (and be 25 pounds lighter) but somehow life has a way making us complacent and we put everyone else first. I’m back to lifting weights they way I’ve always done it, but I really need a program that can take me from average to awesome and I know your program will do that. I’m confident the program will guide me, motivate me and transform me!

I turned 60 this past March. I had planned to have lost my 50 lbs.that I need to lose by then but it did not happen. My biggest problem area is my stomach area. I have a lot of stress both at work and at home because of changes to our lives – my husban retiring and our adjusting to this, plus lots of things needed to get accomplished at home butthere just does not seem to be enough hours im the day since I still work. I exercise at least 6 if not 7 das a week – not as strongly as I need a year ago but I want to get back into it. I also had a compression fracture of the L1 vertebrae this past April- six weeks in a back brace and no real exercise but walking, but my partner and I still won our Biggest Loser competition that ended June 29th. I really want to get off the extra 50-60 lbs. before my 61st birthday. My appearance to most people is that of a 45-50 year old. I would like to make body look that way also. A big goal to work toward!

i’m so close to my goal! i’ve been at this stage for the last 5 years.
cant seem to figure out what is wrong.
i push hard and eat right and still not quite getting the results i want.

hoping your challenge will help

Well, I was going to respond, but after reading only a few of the existing comments, I think some (a lot) of these people are more deserving of this giveaway than me at this point in time. I’m sort of like most of them – I’ve always been skinny but never been particularly fit (skinny fat kid) and the over the past few years due to medical issues I’ve swollen up so much, and can’t hardly move for pain….well, I’m a slug. Things have been better over the last month, and I’m committed to getting into great shape and picking up my modeling once again, but I already have a great program to follow (Final Phase Fat Loss) and while I was hoping to use this as well, I can get to my goals with what I have.

But thank you for doing this. I know how much it means to a lot of these people.
