Hey, I am a 50 (almost 51) year old female. I am not too overweight but I do need to loose 20 lbs or so. I am just so uncomfortable in my clothes and my self-confidence is dwindling. I have started going to the gym but honestly, I don’t know a lot about what I am doing and have not seen much of a change, besides my energy level has definitely increased. With your program to follow I think I will be able to loose that 20 lbs but more importantly go into my 50’s in great shape and feeling good.

I am 38 years old and volunteer fire fighter. My job is not what you would call something that keeps you moving all day. So I am concerned with my fisical health and came across your website. I am 47 years old. I am not overweight, but my fat percentage is a whopping 31%. I am VERY GREATFUL FOR CLOTHING – UNDER WHICH I CAN HIDE A MULTITUDE OF SINS AND A VERY FLABBY BODY. I am what they call a ‘skinny fat’ person.
I have been training for almost a year, but am tired of working out for 1h30 min, 4-5 times a week, with few results. I am excited to implement the progression method fully – being able to burn 1000 calories during one workout session (WOW!!).
I travel a lot and always loose momentum, because I do not have a program that can be sustained without the need for fancy gym equipment. Its wonderful that this program can be implemented anywhere and there is an exercise database available with photos and detailed descriptions of each exercise,that I can take with me.
Even though I eat quite healthy I believe the Diet Manual will show me the correct way – what to eat and especially when to eat it.

Hey! I would love to win this program because I want to take my fitness to the next level. I feel like I am very fit, but do not see any results in weight loss. I work out around 3 hours a day doing weight training, running, cycling, zumba, and just a lot of stuff. I enjoy stepping up my fitness and feeling in the best shape ever, it is very important to me. Like so many other stories I have allowed myself to get out of shape or should I say become a different shape. Thinking that I could get fit again without any problems. Well what worked for me when I was younger and skinner does not work when you are 54 years old and have the scales hitting the 345 lb. mark. Every time I try to get serious I end up hurting myself in some way by over stressing my body. At 50%+ body fat I need to find something which can guide me down a path of proper workouts, nutrition, and rest to maximize each and every workout. It is time for a lifestyle change to get back to being able to do things I can’t because of my bad decisions that have taken me to where I am today. Best wishes and best of health to everyone.

I have tried everything else in the market, every method, many trainers’ programs and tips (that only they know… ) and still have that infamous belly fat…
I have changed my eating habits and way of life thanks to Mike geary, but still need to compliment it with your amazing program to finally get reed of these stubborn fats.

Hi Joel and Arnel – I have been receiving your emails and the reason I will use your system is to lose 20lbs that have accumulated on me over the last 5 years. I am 39 yrs old – i used to run a few times a week but lost my motivation. Started again but it’s not enough. Joined a boot camp that was AMAZING! but can’t afford to continue the classes. I have completely changed my diet and still don’t get the results I want so need to augment my running and diet with something else. Your workouts remind me of bootcamp and I can do them at home with my daughter and husband.

Losing weight isn’t happening by reducing food intake, and I don’t know enough about working out to come up with my own plan. Over the last 2 years I have gone through 4 major surguries (both shoulders and both knees). I’m a former competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer, and I’m looking for a program to get me from the post rehab stage into a lifestyle program that will be more forgiving then traditional weight training. I have been overweight all my life and so is the rest of my familly members. We’ve tried every program that’s available and then some,without any sucess. Some say it’s genetic,and to live with it. So after seeing your take on the subject we were wondering if this is just another gimmick. It’s very hard [ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE] to believe since thre are so many SO CALLED EXPERTS out there just stringing people along for a bumpy ride and a good laugh. Hope you’re not one of them.

Hi there boys! Everyone seems to be focusing on their age and weight and while obviously weight is the hot topic since this is about losing it, I see AGE and WEIGHT only as numbers. Just because a chart dictates that you should weigh a specific weight at a specific age, height and sex does not mean you HAVE to meet that standard! What makes all the difference in the world is FEELING GOOD! When you feel good at whatever weight you “feel good at” you have confidence! Confidence makes all the difference in the world! That is my motivation!! I’ve read every link/post and email you’ve sent and thanks for the tips/facts/knowledge and for spending the time to share it with so many of us! When one feels good about themselves the rest will fall into place! Feeling good is the cornerstone and I know your program will make so many of us feel good again!! Thanks!

37 yr old father of 3 and grandfather of 1. I have fallen into all the traps of eating unhealthy for years now. I have grown from a lean 160lbs to 195lbs on a 5’8” frame.
Going up 2 flights of stairs winds me. I have recently quit smoking & plan to take your 1000 calorie challenge to the fullest whether I win it free or pay. I have completed a ton of research into many other fitness programs & this is the first time I actually believe that not only will it work, but that it will work for me. I am looking forward to being in the best shape of my life, so that I can keep up with my granddaughter. I know that when my friends and family see the transformation I make they will want to get on board and take the challenge too.

Hi Joel,
I am will be 55 years old next April. For most of my life I was skinny until I reached my 40’s. I had female trouble which resulted in a partial hysterectomy. My hormones went wild. I gained some weight. Then in my late 40’s I was diagnosed with Thryroid disease. I am on medicine to help the thyroid. I am up and down with my weight due to the meds and the thyroid being out of whack. I do watch what I eat. Try to exercise but not sure what I should do to get rid of the weight. I have an ellipticall that I use. I buy all the latest equipment to get me motived. I also have stress in my life that causes emotional eating. I need your help to tell me what I need to do. I am not a big eater…never have been. I look in the mirror to see someone I do not know. While I was married for 25 years, my husband then would tell me I was fat even at my skinniest. At our wedding I weigthed 107 pounds for a 5′ 6″ person. So you can see I really hate myself now at 178 pounds. With the negativity of his remarks which scared me for life. Can you please help me get on the right track. I would certaintly benefit from your free copy of this program. I am willing to get back to loving myself, getting healthy and committ to your program. I have been vacillating between 210 and 220 pounds for the past 3 years of trying to get back to 175 pounds. I have tried several diets and a workout programs that did not work and after being introduced to you guys through CB’s Turbulence Training workouts I know this style of working out is the way to go. I have already seen fantastic results from his program and I am pysched to get into the 1,000 calorie challenge. While similar to the TT workouts they seem to bring it to a new level.

I’ve read your updates the last few days and have been excited about what your program includes and the encouragement you have given. I am a 42 year old stay-at-home mom of six (youngest is 4 months old). Prior to this last pregnancy, I was in better shape than I have been for several years. But while pregnant, we fixed up our old house and moved to a new one and fell off the wagon. After our littlest was born, I am finding myself extra busy and difficult to find the time to workout. I would like to be able to work up to those 1000 calorie workouts and get back into shape. Thank you.

As an avid health nut, I have always focused on staying physically fit and reasonably thin; however, no matter how hard I tried, I have not been able to break the 10% bf mark. With this program, it looks achievable. I can’t wait to use it.

I’ve been lifting for about 3 years, now, and have gotten to my ideal size through a combination of heavy training through Jay Ferruggia’s Muscle Gaining Secrets and more of a bodypart split, using Nick Nilsson’s Mad Scientist Muscle. I’ve always listened to your advice and have purchased products endorsed by you guys, like FPFL. I’ve used it in the past to lean out for tge summer. However, I simply don’t have time to train for that many days during this period. As a 19 year old Junior College student, I’m taking my GCSE A Levels in a months’ time and want to maintain my size while dropping fat from 18% to about 6-7%. I’ll be studying really hard and won’t have much time to train.
